Will EA SPORTS PGA TOUR have a career mode?

Yes! Golf fans can compete at other big events such as THE PLAYERS Championship and FedExCup Playoffs, as they strive to build a legendary career.

What platforms will EA SPORTS PGA TOUR be available on?

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will be available to play on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via the EA App, Steam and the Epic Games Store.

What additional content will be available in EA SPORTS PGA TOUR?

At launch, the game’s exciting 'Road to the Masters' content will deliver players the prestige of competing in the Masters Tournament, plus additional experiences exclusive to Augusta National. The game will also include coaching challenges, designed in collaboration with the PGAA Education and Player Development departments, that teach skills valuable not only in game, but also in the real world. Fans will be able to participate in multiple amateur events, including the U.S. Amateur created in partnership with the USGA.

Will crossplay appear in EA SPORTS PGA TOUR?

We are always trying to bring you the best golf game on the market with EA SPORTS PGA TOUR, which we know includes a variety of features like crossplay. At launch, crossplay will not be a feature that appears in-game, but we are constantly evaluating the possibility of this feature appearing post-launch.

There are a variety of ways you’ll be able to play with your friends in online modes throughout the game. Cross-Platform progression is available for your created golfer so you can save your gear, outfits, and achievements to access your created golfer across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.

When will the Masters be playable in EA SPORTS PGA TOUR?

The Masters at Augusta National will be available to play at launch with any purchase of the deluxe or standard edition of the game. You’ll get 30 courses to play at launch, including the host courses of the 2022 men’s major championships.

What is the current live service timeline?

The 2023 major courses including Oak Hill, Los Angeles Country Club, Royal Liverpool as well as Olympia Fields as a part of the FedExCup series and Marco Simone for the Ryder Cup will be released prior to each major championship.

We will also be releasing updates alongside golf’s biggest moments like The Majors, FedExCup and Ryder Cup with compelling new content tied to current and historic golf moments for players to enjoy.

The game will launch with Road to the Masters and will include a variety of Masters-themed Challenges.  We’ll share more details about the live service timeline after launch.

Why is this game only available on current gen (PS5, Xbox X|S, and PC) gaming systems?

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR’s high-fidelity visuals and gameplay are only possible with  PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S consoles as well as some PCs, so the game was developed with this in mind.

What is the fps for EA SPORTS PGA TOUR?

On PC, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR can run at 30 fps, 60 fps, or unlocked framerate. Consoles (Xbox X|S and PS 5) will run 30 fps.

We understand that some players have a strong visual preference for higher framerate in their video games and we’ve heard community feedback surrounding the fps of the game on console. As a result, we’re examining the ability to add it into the game in the future.

What impacts your shot?

There’s a reason players and caddies talk before their shot to best achieve success on the course so you’ll experience this in the pre-shot decisions you’ll have to make for a great shot. The challenge of your shot appears in a split between pre-shot decisions like club and shot types, with swing execution and placement based on course dynamics. This way you’ll be thinking more “golf” and less “golf swing” only.

A variety of factors like club and shot type all impact your shot but most of all, course dynamics and ball behavior like wind, altitude, terrain reactions, ball dribbling, and more will impact your shot. The full list of aspects that impact your shot are listed below

• Slope of the terrain
• Velocity & spin reduction from adverse terrain (like rough)
• Golfer, club, and ball attributes
• Power boost
• Swing execution
• In-flight Spin Control
• Ball Reactions depending on terrain type and course Conditions
• Ball dribbling

What game modes (online and offline) are available in-game?

Online game modes:

Online game modes support simultaneous play for up to 16 players and include the following game mopeds.

• COMPETITIVE mode is ranked matchmaking to test your skills in numerous game types including 9 and 18 hole rounds.
• SOCIAL mode allows you to play against similarly skilled players online in a more relaxed  unranked environment, offering multiple ways to play such as 9 and 18 hole rounds.
• PRIVATE MATCH mode allows you to group up with your friends and play online together with full control of gameplay and round settings allowing you to fully customize your round.

Offline game modes:

• If you just want to dive in quickly and play a round, QUICK PLAY is exactly what you’re looking for.  Quick play can also be played as local multiplayer (couch co-op) with up to 4 golfers offering varying ways to compete such as match play, skins, alternate shot rules, and more.
• CAREER MODE is an offline mode that will be playable at launch (but will require an online connection). You’ll hear more about that during our career mode deep dive in the coming weeks.
• CHALLENGES provides bite-sized experiences of various lengths. Ranging anywhere from a 4 hole challenge to recreating a golfer’s hot streak from a recent PGA Tour event, to single shot challenges where you, for example, are given 5 opportunities to hit a specific shot, challenges are short yet difficult moments for you to grow your skills and earn rewards. Within Challenges mode, there’s “PGA Coach Skill Center” which is a great way to learn more about game mechanics, shot types, and the game of golf in general.
• TOURNAMENTS provides limited-time tournaments for players to go in by themselves and submit a score to a global leaderboard that other users are also submitting to. From here, the game gives you a final rank that is paid out in rank points based on finishing position. Most of it is stroke play, where the number of holes can be variable. Ongoing seasonal events throughout the pro golf calendar can also alter the tournaments for different settings on different courses.

How can I customize gameplay to my personal preferences?

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR features a variety of gameplay styles from arcade settings that assist you with a putting grid, power boost, and spin control to simulation settings that remove all assistance for a true-to-life gameplay experience.

Is there weather available in-game?

There are a variety of factors that impact gameplay on the course including altitude and wind. Courses in traditionally cloudy areas like The Old Course at St. Andrews will appear cloudy while sunny courses like The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island will appear bright. Other weather conditions will not affect gameplay or appear in-game.

Will there be a 3-click swing option in-game?

We know that the 3-click swing is important to the community and as a result of early community feedback we are planning to include this swing in an early title update after launch.

In addition, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will launch with Road to the Masters which brings tradition and unmatched stakes featuring Augusta National, challenges, tournaments and gear tied to the Masters. The Masters made its first-ever virtual appearance with EA SPORTS in 2011, and its return to video games has been highly requested by golf fans. EA SPORTS will also provide more details on additional live service content throughout the 2023 PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour seasons.

Pure Strike gives golf fans all the tools they need to realistically attack every hole on every course the same way the pros do. Featuring ShotLink® powered by CDW and TrackMan, Pure Strike also helps ensure that each professional golfer’s unique swing and attributes will be accurately reflected in the game. Pure Strike incorporates the three parts of every golf shot - fluid swing mechanics that are highly accurate to a player’s backswing length and speed of follow through, innovative ball behavior allowing every bounce and roll to behave more accurately across a variety of terrain and course conditions, and lifelike course dynamics that play true to their real-life course counterparts.

In addition to being the exclusive home of all four men’s majors, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR is filled with experiences and content players have been asking for in a golf game, including:

• World Famous Courses - The tee is yours at 30 courses, including some of the world’s most prominent venues such as Augusta National Golf Club, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Southern Hills Country Club, The Old Course at St Andrews Links, The Country Club, Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s Ocean Course, Torrey Pines, Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains, France, East Lake Golf Club, TPC Southwind, The Los Angeles Country Club, Wilmington Country Club and more. EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will also feature the past major host courses in 2021 and 2022 as well as the new 2023 majors courses releasing post-launch.
• Your Career, Your Way - EA SPORTS PGA TOUR provides players with an RPG-like progression system on the Road to the Masters. As their golf game improves, the closer they’ll be to becoming a major champion. Players will be able to create and customize a golfer, develop their skills and master each course to attack every hole like a pro. With 20 shot types available as players progress in the game, they can enhance their skill set for driving, approach, short game, or putting, depending on their style. Players will be able to compete to become a major champion, and take on the PGA TOUR's best events in the season-long race for the FedExCup, as well as conquer the top Amateur Championships including the Augusta National Women's Amateur, the U.S. Amateur, and other elite international amateur events.
• THE PLAYERS Championship and FedExCup Playoffs - The PLAYERS Championship and all three events of the FedExCup Playoffs will be in the game, and players can earn in-game FedExCup points in Career Mode for the opportunity to compete in the FedExCup Playoffs. As part of the Career mode, top golfers at the end of the year will be given the opportunity to win the FedExCup.
• Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and The Amundi Evian Championship - In partnership with the LPGA, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR allows fans to compete at The Amundi Evian Championship, one of the LPGA Tour’s five major championships, and have the opportunity to play as several female athletes as well as create a female golfer in the overhauled Create-A-Player system. Players will also be able to participate in a series of LPGA-themed challenges and other events. Iona Stephen will be joining the EA commentary team as the first female on-course commentator in-game, bringing her experienced insights from both playing professionally and working in golf broadcasting.
• True-to-Life Course Visuals - EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will also present the most realistic visuals in any golf game utilizing EA’s Frostbite™ engine. Using state-of-the-art equipment, including drone technology, helicopters and airplanes equipped with custom LiDAR scanners, and more to develop terrain maps, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR depicts courses exactly as they appear in real life. The photogrammetry and scanners were also applied to create precise renderings of clubhouses, iconic vegetation, bridges, tee markers, rock formations, and other on-course elements offering players life-like visual experiences of their favorite courses.
• ShotLink® - Utilizing ShotLink ® powered by CDW, the PGA TOUR’s proprietary real-time scoring system since 2001, golfers will authentically be replicated with accurate player ratings, skills and magnified true-to-life in-game events.

More than 100 major video game releases are expected in 2023, from highly anticipated RPGs like Starfield, Final Fantasy 16 , and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , to new, mainline entries in series like Marvel’s Spider-Man, Assassin’s Creed, Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter, and the long-awaited return of franchises like Diablo, Armored Core, and Pikmin.

‘EA Sports PGA Tour’ delayed until 2023

It was due for release this spring

EA ’s new PGA Tour game has been delayed until 2023, with the company offering no explanation for the 12-month push back.

Originally announced in 2021 with a spring 2022 release date , EA Sports PGA Tour will be the first in the studio’s new long-term deal with the PGA Tour and the first new PGA Tour title since 2015’s Rory McIlroy PGA Tour .

After announcing it would be “shifting the date” late last year, today (March 23) EA confirmed that the golf game will now be released spring 2023.

However alongside the delay, the studio has confirmed some more details about the game, including the inclusion of the four major golf tournaments.

“There are few things in sports that match the thrill of winning a major championship, and we’re excited to bring all four majors – the Masters Tournament, PGA Championship, U.S. Open Championship, and The Open Championship – and a true next gen championship golf experience to fans next year,” said Cam Weber – general manager at EA Sports – in a statement , before promising “players will be able to get an all-access pass to pro championship golf like never before.”

EA Sports PGA Tour will give players the ability to build virtual careers and visit many famous golf courses around the world. Also featured will be a slew of world famous golf players in the professional world, who players will be able to test their skills against.

In June, it was announced the game will feature women’s golf thanks to a partnership with the Ladies Professional Golf Association.

“For the first time, the LPGA Tour will be experienced in high-fidelity on next-generation consoles and will feature a wide breadth of women’s golfing representation,” said a statement. “EA Sports has done a great job in continuing to expand female representation in the various modes throughout the game and featuring women’s golf in an authentic and modern way.”

In other news, EA has confirmed that the late Diego Maradona has been suspended in  FIFA 22  for the foreseeable future.

A new message appears when players start up  FIFA 22  confirming the suspension, and explains that it’s tied to a “third party legal dispute”.

Today we are revealing the ESL Pro Tour CS:GO program for 2023. Some core dates for European and North American competitions have previously been announced, however, we'll be confirming said dates, revealing further dates, and will look to announce the details of tournaments in Asia-Pacific and South America later this year.

With three tiers of competition across the globe, the ESL Pro Tour is the biggest circuit within CS:GO connecting all ESL tournaments. Providing a pathway for teams to compete and climb through the EPT system and reach the ultimate goal: qualifying for an EPT Championships tournament.

ESL PRo Tour Championships

The ESL Pro Tour Championships are where legacies and dreams are decided. At the pinnacle of CS:GO competition, the EPT Championships are held twice a year, featuring a $1,000,000 total prize pool and an Intel ®   Grand Slam contribution.

Frostpunk 2

11 Bit Studios debuted a dire new trailer at the PC Gaming Show 2023 for its grim city management game Frostpunk 2, coming in 2024. The age of oil is coming, bringing new disasters, difficult edicts, and more.

Teardown creative mode update

Teardown, the fully destructible sandbox heist game, is adding a creative mode, so not only can you knock stuff down you can now build things up. Create models and objects in-game and save them to use in future sessions by "painting" with voxels. 

In a new story trailer debuted at the PC Gaming Show 2023, immersive cyberpunk life sim Nivalis gives us another look at its hazy, neon city. Explore Nivalis from the lowest docks to the highest layers when it launches in 2024.

Jumplight Odyssey

Debuted at the PC Gaming Show, spaceship roguelite game Jumplight Odyssey shares a first look at space combat. You can defend your space colony in galactic battles when Jumplight odyssey's demo lands on June 19 as part of Steam Next Fest.

Ebenezer and the Invisible World

Ebenezer and the Invisible World is a hand-drawn metroidvania set in an anime interpretation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Yes, you read that right. Announced on the PC Gaming Show 2023, you'll play the butt-kicking, cane-thwacking hero, backed up by an army of friendly ghosts.

PvP fantasy combat game Warhaven is giving us a chance to try it out, and we won't have to wait long. You'll be able to get a taste of Warhaven's 16v16 medieval mayhem during Steam Next Fest from June 19–26, as announced at the PC Gaming Show 2023.

Diesel Legacy: The Brazen Age

A new form of 2v2 fighting game, Diesel Legacy has you and a partner double-dueling against a pair of opponents, sharing the stage together. Each mode of the game can be played cooperatively, including training, story mode, and arcade. Diesel Legacy is currently in open beta until June 18th.

Premiered at the PC Gaming Show 2023, throwback RTS D.O.R.F. shares a new gameplay trailer full of classic PC gaming visuals. Catch more of its bombastic, laser-fueled combat between three futuristic factions.

Sulfur is a singleplayer extraction FPS with a charming and cartoony art style. Fight your way through levels to collect new guns, gear, and loot, but if you die before you safely extract, you'll lose it all.

Saleblazers

Debuted at the PC Gaming show 2023, Saleblazers shows off a new trailer for its open world survival shop sim, which is entering early access on September 29. Play with up to eight players in online co-op surviving an unforgiving island and building a thriving shop ahead of the Saleblazers early access launch. 

Eternights is a dating action game blending Devil May Cry swordplay and Persona-style character development. Explore dangerous dungeons, scavenge the wasteland for resources, and don't forget to go on dates. The new release date trailer premiered on the PC Gaming Show 2023.

Pax Dei promises to bring a unique approach to RPG lore, items, and storytelling. Influenced by real-life folklore as well as games like EVE Online that emphasize player agency, Pax Dei looks like it won't be just another fantasy RPG. We spoke with developers behind the project in an actual castle they've drawn inspiration from in Finland.

Stampede: Racing Royale

Stampede Racing Royale combines a kart racer like Mario Kart with a fast-paced battle royale elimination-style game like Fall Guys. 60 drivers all compete in the same race, with 20 being eliminated each round. Collect power-ups like mines, shields, and speed boosts as you try to become the last player driving.

Mars Horizon 2: The Search for Life

Debuted at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Mars Horizon 2: The Search for Life shares a new trailer and plans for an alpha test. Sign up to participate on the Mars Horizon 2 website ahead of the alpha later this year.

Path of Exile 2

Ferocious is a first-person shooter set on a deadly, dinosaur-filled island. At the PC Gaming Show 2023 the lead developer of Ferocious guides us through the action adventure which is inspired by films like King Kong and Jurassic Park and game series like Far Cry and Crysis.

Islands of Insight

Islands of Insight is a shared-world puzzle adventure set in a mysterious fantasy realm. Explore, find puzzles, and collaborate with other players to solve them while traveling on foot or flying over the landscape on magical wings.

Lords of the Fallen

Premiered at the PC Gaming Show 2023, this new trailer for Lords of the Fallen shows off its continued pursuit of the soulslike ideal. Catch more of its tricorn-laden combat ahead of its launch in October.

Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master

Build a lair and manage your minions in Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master, revealed today at the PC Gaming Show 2023. Defend your dungeon from adventurers who want to fill their pockets with loot while keeping your underlings happy enough to avoid HR problems.

Mariachi Legends

Imagine Ninja Gaiden, but it's set in Mexico and you're a detective battling against a sinister gang. Revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Mariachi Legends is a 2D action platformer developed by Mexico-based developer Halberd Studios, and inspired by games like Katano Zero and Castlevania.

Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin

Revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Frontier shares the first gameplay for its RTS Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin. Save the date for the first beta weekend from July 7 –10 and look out for second beta period dates to be announced. 

Citizen Sleeper 2 Starward Vector

First revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, this sequel to the cyberpunk RPG by Jump Over the Age returns to a dark, corporate-controlled world some time after the original Citizen Sleeper. Cast again as a Sleeper and former corporate asset, in Citizen Sleeper 2 Starward Vector you'll blaze your own path for as long as your ship and crew can manage.

Critter Cove

Critter Cove is a cozy tropical life sim, first revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023. Blending elements of Animal Crossing with open world RPGs, you'll rebuild and redecorate a town, explore islands and harvest resources, and make friends with the locals—including a helpful talking rat. 

Hidden Door

Hidden Door is the AI-in-gaming project we believe has the greatest chance of being fun and interesting. The RPG-style storytelling platform collaborates with authors and other creators, paying them to license their work into what's essentially neverending, dynamic fan fiction you can play through with your friends. Instead of fighting against an evil corporation that's creating zombies with unethical lab experiments, why not run that corporation yourself? Undead Inc. is a management sim where you cook up supersoldier serums and weaponized zombie viruses, all in the name of turning a profit. Just make sure you keep the government, the public, and even your own workers in the dark.

Altered Alma

Announced at the PC Gaming Show, Altered Alma is a "Space Opera Metroidvania" set in a futuristic cyberpunk Barcelona. Battle your way through goons and kingpins, upgrade your cyberware, make new friends, and even enjoy a little romance.

Invector: Rhythm Galaxy

Announced at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Invector: Rhythm Galaxy is a music game where you race down brightly colored tracks to the beat of massive pop hits. Even better, you don't have to jam to the beat by yourself. Invector: Rhythm Galaxy supports up to four players in local co-op.

The Invincible

Sci-fi adventure The Invincible shared a new trailer at the PC Gaming Show 2023, showing off more of the environments we'll be exploring, the mysteries we'll be solving, and lots of the game's glossy 1950s atompunk aesthetic. 

Park Beyond

In a new trailer debuted at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Park Beyond shows off even more wild rides for Visioneers to construct in their own theme parks. Chart your way through a campaign or sandbox mode when Park Beyond launches this month.

Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors

Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors is based on the popular tabletop RPG and takes the Vampire Survivors formula a step further by letting you play with a companion. Pick a class from a fighter, rogue, or wizard, and then pick another to bring along with you. The action roguelite was revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023.

Parcel Corps

Ride walls and grind rails as a bicycle messenger in Parcel Corps, revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023. Take on delivery jobs for different corporations and then speed through the city, Crazy Taxi-style, to get customers their packages before they get tired of waiting.

Early access city builder Fabledom shared a new trailer at the PC Gaming Show 2023 with details on its recent Art of Soldiery update and a tease for the upcoming Gallantry & Bartering update. If you turn your eye away from the demands of war and civil duties, you may yet find love to build on too.

First revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Chimera is a sci-fi survival sim set on an alien planet from the makers of Green Hell. Endure violent weather events that are not just destructive but also, weirdly enough, helpful as they give rise to new resources.

Revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, 30XX is leaving early access for a full launch in August. This Mega Man-inspired sidescrolling platformer shows off its roguelite mode which delivers randomly generated levels and permadeath. Tackle each level in leaps and bounds alongside a friend in local or online co-op.

Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew

Announced at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Mimimi Games reveals the release date for its next stealth tactics game Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew. Play a demo during Steam Next Fest in June ahead of the launch on August 17.

Exo Rally Championship

Exo Rally Championship puts you behind the wheel in the most dangerous off-road racing event in the galaxy. First revealed at the PC Gaming Show 2023, you'll speed across untamed planets through meteor strikes, volcanic eruptions, and try to control your buggy's jumps using thrusters. Damage to your racer can include overheating, wheel failures, and even toxic gas leaks.

"Stepping into a Stormgate match is like entering a portal back to the halcyon days of Warcraft, Starcraft and Command & Conquer, back when the RTS masters of the time, Blizzard and Westwood, were continually trying to one-up each other," writes Fraser. Check out our preview .

Fortune's Run

Exclusive to the PC Gaming Show 2023, cyberpunk FPS and immersive sim Fortune's Run reveals its September 1 early access release date. Jump into a new and improved demo to try its fast-paced, classic kicking and shooting combat.

Hell Let Loose update

Announced during the PC Gaming Show 2023, historical multiplayer FPS Hell Let Loose shares the Objective mode in its Devotion to Duty update. This shorter and faster game mode will feature smaller teams of just 25 players. Take a look at the new Brécourt Manor Assault map.

Baldur's Gate 3

In a new dev diary premiered at the PC Gaming Show 2023, Larian Studios developers reveal a deeper look at the city of Baldur's Gate. Larian shares the monumental amount of work involved in reimagining the city's districts for this new entry in the series and the unending possibilities of a seamless city.

My Friendly Neighborhood

My Friendly Neighborhood asks "What if Resident Evil took place on Sesame Street?" The bizarre and colorful first-person shooter lets you face off against murderous Muppets in an abandoned television studio. F1 Manager 2023

ARC World Tour 2023 Finals: Full Guilty Gear Strive and Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising top results

All things Arc System Works are coming to a head at the ARC World Tour 2023 Finals where three different fighting games will crown a champion. From Guilty Gear Strive to Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes] , the action all goes down in Long Beach, California.

Spread over three days from March 21 to 23, ArcSys split its biggest tournament into multiple parts to host other events alongside its tournaments. This included live activities, chances to play matches against the developers of several games, a concert, and more in the lead-up to top-level action for the two main games of the weekend— Guilty Gear Strive and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising .

For GGST specifically, this is the end of the ARC World Tour 2023 circuit and will see the top 16 players in the world competing for their share of $100,000. We also got a glimpse at what is coming next for the game, with A.B.A. confirmed to be making her comeback on March 26. Suspect in string of Montgomery-area robberies sentenced in federal court

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - A federal judge has sentenced a Montgomery man to prison for an armed robbery last year, and the U.S. Department of Justice says he was involved in multiple other robberies that helped determine his prison time.

Authorities say Jamarcus Dewayne Hatcher robbed or tried to rob businesses in Montgomery and surrounding areas in early April 2023. According to a news release, he pleaded guilty in january to a Hobbs Act robbery and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.

The judge has now sentenced Hatcher, 21, to 360 months in prison.

The guilty plea pertains to a gas station robbery in Hope Hull on April 6, 2023. Prosecutors say Hatcher pulled a gun and told the cashier to “give me all the money.” The Justice Department says he then went into the side office and shot a device he thought was the security DVR before running away.

The U.S. attorney says Hatcher got away with $90 in this incident.

The Justice Department said when pronouncing Hatcher’s sentence Wednesday, the judge also considered five separate armed robberies or attempted armed robberies of convenience stores and walk-up restaurants that occurred around the same time.

Hatcher was arrested by Montgomery police last April.
