Another faultless booking experience

Another faultless booking experience; this time pre-registering for a 2026 P&O cruise. Got our second choice cabin on a day when about 50 Bolsover agents were working flat out for so many of us!

Excellent to deal with

We have used Bolsover for many years having been recommended by friends. Their knowledge is Excellent and Service outstanding on the phone.We go on Cruises knowing roughly where we want to go and they alway accommodate our needs.

Fantastic personal service

My cruise consultant, Maia Kyte, was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her, finding out answers to my questions and helping me decide which cruise to go for. It is the personal touches like she provides which make me keep going back to Bolsover time and time again.

Very efficient service!

We always rely on Bolsover Cruise Club for our bookings! So efficient from the start, particularly when we are on a waitlist for release of cruises, they have managed to secure our favoured cabin! Always able to answer queries very quickly. Highly recommend!

Always book through Bolsover

We always book our cruises through Bolsover due to the wonderfully friendly, efficient and hugely professional service they provide, so there was never any doubt we would book a Summer 2026 P&O cruise through them. They know cruising inside out, are incredibly knowledgeable and always give helpful advice. Jess was brilliant, getting us exactly the cabin we wanted.

Straight forward no nonsense booking…

Straight forward no nonsense booking procedure, no questions was unanswered. Great depth of knowledge for sound advice. Everything was explained with transparency and clarity. I keep using Bolsover Cruise Club for all my cruise bookings.

Bolsover actually done the impossible…

Bolsover actually done the impossible and managed to get us a accessible cabin for4 people. We have often looked at this "2 stared wander" and commented how it would be our ideal accomodation(we have a vulnerable young adult in a wheelchair) A 2 bedded accessible and 2 bedded inside would also been ok as second choice but i know she prefers the one room despite the increased cost. Maria patiently worked out a eclipse cruise on For us on Britannia as i had assumed its new ports in Ibiza meant it was a eclipse cruise. However I quickly realised that on the 12th august it would be near Gibralter and not in the shadow zone so would need to change to the Ventura or consider a Icelandic cruise .We chose the Ventura as we prefer sunnier climes .We were quickly re-booked with 2 options and then had to wait..I was so surprised to hear from Maria on Thursday and pleased to actually have to pay a deposit. Amazing job Bolsover -to get it when so many other people would also be trying for it.

We use BCC because they are reliable,competitive price wise and the staff are always upbeat and friendly.The last 2 traits are generally hard to come by when dealing with companies on the phone.I recently had a problem trying to get my credit card accepted to be able to print out my boarding pass.On each occasion of trying it was rejected but the same lady always called me back at an agreed time and was very positive that we would overcome this problem.I.T. problems occur from time to time as we all know,the fact is the problem was sorted with professionalism and in good cheer.These are the reasons why we have used BCC for 23 years.Thank you BCC

Great service, friendly staff, and excellent value

Bolsover Cruise Club staff were just so friendly and knowledgable - more than the actual cruise line! They beat all other prices too - again cheaper than booking direct with the cruise line!

Friendly, helpful and efficient

I called regarding a 2026 cruise pre registration. We discussed prices and Bolsover arranged to call me the day hefore the release of the cruise. I spoke to them and agreed which cabins we were interested in. I received a msg on release say followed by a call to confirm the cruise was booked- our first choice cabin. I have since received all the paperwork. Staff st Bolsover are always very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great customer service from Jess all the way throughout our cruise enquiry. After changing our minds over which cruise we wanted, Jess came back with prices & availability straight away.

Wonderful service, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I can’t rate this company highly enough. I’ve booked 4 cruises with them and will continue to do so.

Great Customer Service

I have dealt with Bolsover for many years and their staff are always very helpful. Their telephone service is particularly good and they can be relied upon to call you back with any information you need. They also call you if you have attempted to ring them but hung up just in case they can help! All staff seem very well trained and efficient.
