There was a lovely afternoon tea with beautiful bhajans. The aarti by their private ghat was beautiful and felt so special. All the way to the hotel car and driver organized to take us to the airport. I can’t fault anything about this hotel.

The property is at par with the vibe. Outstanding, the best hostel I've ever been.The hostel is cost efficient, very clean and hygienic. Bunk beds are comfortable and with the privacy curtains. The waterfall around the Property is just dream come true. The most important "the rocking star host Suraj" he's brother from another mother as he helped me to travel around the uttarakhand and helped me plan my tour more efficiently. Hey, I stayed a couple of nights at River Valley and it was just great. The rooms are good, quiet area and close to the river. The owners are so supportive and friendly. They showed me around and wanted me to experience the indian way of living. Also, I had fresh indian breakfast, lunch and dinner. Homemade food....so delicious. They helped me getting around and planning my trip through Uttarakhand. I can highly recommend this place. Thanks again for all your help.

Valley of Flowers Situated in Chamoli district, the Valley of Flowers is a beautiful national park which is a big part of Uttarakhand tourism. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the valley is located at the meeting point of Zanskar and Western Himalayas. The valley is also mentioned in ancient texts and is said to be the place from where Lord Hanuman brought the sanjivani booti. Since the Valley of Flowers is bordered by Nepal and Tibet, it’s slightly tricky to reach. The closest main town is Chamoli and one can start the trek from Pulna near Govind Ghat. This is an amazing farm stay hosted by Mr. Manish. Nestled on the steps of the hills in Kanatal, this is a beautiful place. The cottages are rustic, and one is totally amidst nature here. The property is a bit off the road, and one has to trek around 1.5 km which takes around 20-30 minutes to reach the cottages. There is a kitchen and a cook available on the property who makes amazing food. Phone signals are not that great and one might face problems there, but you can live without your phone for a day or two, no?
