We had a splendid time in the trip and thanks to Natural world to make this happen. The hotels were good apart from the Nakuru lodge though it's location was good and we could hear lions roar at night. Paul is a marvelous guide and has deep understanding of the wildlife.He made our dream come true to see big fives and gave us a lot of information on birds, Animals and wildlife.

The Safari was amazing

The Safari was amazing. Our guides in both parks were great, especially in Amboselli. The accommodation at Elerai, Amboselli was true glamping. Staff were amazing, it is a beautiful place to stay. Lokoswan, Masai Mara was on a different scale but still very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays, the safaris and the guides. Both were called James.

Great experience ….

We had a wonderful experience on our safari with Natural World Kenya Safaris. We saw so many animals and birds with knowledgeable guides. We also had wonderful stays at the lodges. Natural World Kenya planned a great itinerary. My husband got sick and needed medical care and our guide and staff at natural world Kenya helped so much with that and then helped us get back on track With our Safari when he was able. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Thank you!!

Safari Masai Mara & Amboseli

Have seen a lot of animals! Lodges and food were good! But the start was a bit chaotic cause our driver texted that he wont drive us - so we had to text the office and they organised a new driver for us. And in one lodge the receptionist wanted us to pay for the room as they havent received any money from our safari company - but our driver resolved that problem.

Amazing experience and memories for our lifetime!

We had an amazing trip and the best time with Natural World Safaris. 100% recommendable! For our Family-Trip to Kenya we chose Natural World Safaris, because of a recommendation from a good friend, who has already done a Safari with them 2 years earlier and spoke very highly of their experience. Every single talk or message with Faith from the office was unbelievably easy, trustworthy and extraordinary friendly. She always answered super quick when we had questions and she planned the perfect tour for our group. However, what - or better who - made our trip and Safari really unforgettable was our Guide Michael (Wainganjo). He was so kind, caring and always respectful to everyone of us, but we could also joke around and simply have a great time. From the very first second that we met him at the airport picking us up, we had a great vibe with him and our connection grew with every single day. Moreover, he has an incredibly vast knowledge of the area, the animals, flora and fauna and we learnt alot about these things as well as aspects about the lifestyle and culture in Kenya. There was literally no question he could not answer. It was a real honor to have had such a great person guiding us throughout our Safari. We felt safe, comfortable and very well informed every single day. Thank you so much again, Michael! You’re a wonderful person and an outstanding guide. Great experience

Our guide Patrick was great he was very knowledgeable about the fauna and flora he was always on time and kept the vehicle clean and in good condition. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure we found the big 5 plus any other animals and birds that could be found. We would definitely use him again

The guide is good.

The guide is good, hotels offered for selection are good. One minor touch is that the office mistaken one of our selected accommodation and booked standard rooms instead of the luxury level rooms that we explictly demanded and charged. It all worked out after we have some discussions with the office and they upgraded us to the best room.

Best trip ever

Choosing this company transformed our safari into an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect. Special mention to our guide Thomas, who was absolutely brilliant and made us live four wonderful days, taking into account every single detail. The acommodations provided were great, too. The car was all that we needed. Additionally, I forgot my wallet at the car and they managed to deliver it to me as soon as possible. To sum up, extraordinary safari which I will repeat again and again.

Great experience!

We did a 9 days tour with Natural World from Nairobi to Mombasa incl. Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo. Already at the beginning the organisation with Faith was great: Fast answers, very good support and very flexible and individual. The tour was amazing: Different landscapes, so many animals (we saw the Big 5, Cheetahs, Giraffes, Crocodiles, hippos etc.). Our guide Frank always tried to show us everything and very friendly. The accomodations and service there were perfect. We chose the luxury options. Located mostly in the parks, great views, good food and amazing service (especially Mara Engai Lodge). All in all such a great experience! Thank you for that!

Great tour company to work with from…

Great tour company to work with from initial inquiry until safari completion. Guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Pau in Kenya, just a wonderful person. One of our party got very sick from food poisoning and required an overnight stay in the hospital . This required adjusting the remaining tour schedule, rescheduling lodgings , etc and Esther at Kenya natural World quickly and efficiently made the necessary changes. All in all a wonderful trip, thank you Kenya Natural World!

This company provided step by step information from the beginning to the very end of our exceptional trip! Aggrey (sales) explained options and offered suggestions that proved to be very helpful. Honestly it's almost first time when i rating company with 5 stars. Everthing what were promised happened. We saw all big five animals, all was prepared and our guide/driver, Bonaya Shari, is a great guy, helpful, have deep knowledge about animals and wild life and it's client oriented (he really want that we have great time in safari). I can recomend this company.

Just amazing

We did 10 days tour - A 10 DAY BLEND OF KENYA & TANZANIA - And it was just amazing. The drivers/guides took best care of us and they drove safely. They know so many things about animals, all of your questions will be answered. We did some extra things, that wasnt in itinerary, that was great. And we got comfort level accomodation even though we paid for economy level. We saw The BIG 5 and many more. So if you are looking for tour company, choose Natural World Kenya Safaris.

The trip was excellent

The trip was excellent. We had the opportunity to see a lot of animals from a close distance. I was really looking forward to see the hippos, unfortunately they were all underwater so it gives me an opportunity to come again to see them. Our guide Patrick educated us about the animals and was great. The pick up was flexible so it was very comfortable for us. Robert made sure we had a great time and everything was perfect. Amboseli - a natural wonder

Amboseli is a natural wonder - there are so many animals in a beautiful setting. Mt Kilimanjaro watches over this area like a gentle, giant guardian. Francis, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver. When booking, communication was very clear and responsive. Norman managed the whole process very professionally. I would book again with Natural World Kenya Safaris.

Four day Safari and train ride to Mombassa/ Diani

We thoroughly enjoyed our safari tour which ended with a train journey to Mombassa. The driver / guide Humphrey was great and all the accommodation and meals were very good. We had booked directly with the company and were a little concerned that we didn’t receive communications about the accommodation and our driver till only 2 days before we arrived, but otherwise everything was very well organised from when we arrived at the airport. We would definitely use this company again.

I think we could use a bit more…

I think we could use a bit more enthusiastic and involved guide. One this for sure is that your internal communication is much to be desired. Lack of proper communication puts us travelers in uncomfortable situation. Besides these, we got to enjoy at least part of our trip to Kenya.

Our time on safari was beyond expectations and beyond belief.

Our time on safari was incredible. It could not have been better, except if it had been longer. Our driver, James, was so kind, professional and so very knowledgeable. We were relaxed and safe at all times on the safari. The company went above and beyond for us upon our dismal arrival in Mombasa; we could not have been treated better.

Excellent Experience

From our first inquiry about booking a safari months before to the final drop-off at the airport, the team at Natural World Kenya safaris was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond. Esther was patient with all of our questions and helped immensely in our planning; she was always available via email and by phone while in Africa. Ezra, our Kenya guide, was very knowledgeable about all of the animals, national parks, and navigating the sometimes rough roads! He figured out right away what our interests and travel style was and gave us exactly that! He handled all of the details while on safari, boxed lunches, park entrances, border crossings, and more to make it very relaxing for us. He was tireless! Salu, our Tanzania guide, was the same. They both truly love sharing their country with others. They were the perfect balance between getting us as close to the animals as possible, while being respectful of the animals’ space and the parks’ rules. Ezra and Salu were both eagle-eyed and spotted animals we never would have on our own. We saw the Big 5 (and the Ugly 5 as well)! Even with up-close encounters with lionesses on the hunt and a leopard over our heads in a tree, we always felt safe thanks to our guides. It was an experience of a lifetime. We would recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for anyone wanting an exceptional safari experience.

Recommended agency to organise your safari with

I contacted this agency via email and Mike helped me to organise my dreamed safari, he made it possible for me to visit all the parks I wanted to and end my journey on the coast. The driver Davis was such a lovely and approachable guide and an excellent driver!! We felt safe and in good hands all the time. We had to fit some more experiences for us and re-organized things amazingly!! Loved it and these people!!

Esther, who handled our booking, was terrific. She was very responsive and flexible with requested changes. She checked in with us throughout our trip, and made helpful suggestions and changes along the way based on our needs. Ask for Dikdik - a great guide

Great guide, adaptable and flexible to our suggestions, intimate knowledge of flora, fauna, landscape and politics. Knows Amboseli and the customs (human and animal) delivered us to the airport. Dealt with a lot of variables and we changed a lot of the proposed itinerary.

Great Safari at a Great Price

Natural World Kenya Safaris was a great choice for our nine day safari. They took care of everything and made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Our guide, Juma, was amazing and very accommodating. He knew where to find all the best spots to see the animals. An overall a great experience.

We had an amazing experience. Our driver Farah was so great, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 will recommend to anyone. Just simply great.

Planning and lodges were excellent

Planning and lodges were excellent. We were not happy with the driver, His English was difficult to understand, and he seemed irritated when we had to ask over again. On the way to Masai Mara he passed all other safari cars. He seemd not interested in the comfort of the passenger. Had a lot of knowledge of animals and prepared for photos.

From working with our account manager Florence who made it so easy to choose the right package to driving and spending time with George who not only was exceptionally skilled at navigating the rough terrain, but he knew exactly where to find and look for the beautiful wildlife. 6 day safari starting from Nairobi

We booked a 6 day safari directly with Natural World Kenya Safari & everything went well. From suggesting a tour to making an offer including accomodation at requested standard it took only 2 days. Payment procedure was reliable and we received a confirmation of our deposit right away after making the payment. Our guide picked us up in time, we felt safe during the entire tour and we had a great experience with watching all the animals & enjoying the hospitality at the chosen lodges. In total, an unforgettable experience and we thank everybody very much for making our safari unforgettable. Five stars from Germany :-)

Excellent Experience All Around

Excellent Experience all around. Our trip planner Fred was incredibly responsive, and was able to modify the trip quickly and easily when we added a third person. Both our guides, Evanson (Amboseli) and Michael (Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru) were spectacular! They were incredibly helpful, found great animal sightings, and were just a pleasure to be with. Would happily travel with Natural World again and highly recommend the entire team!

Highly recommend

We recently returned from our safari that I would rate as one of my favorite travel experiences. Fred, our travel consultant, helped us plan our trip and what to expect. Once we were in Kenya he met with us personally and kept in contact to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Our guide, Julius, was one of the highlights of the trip. He was very personable and enjoyable to be with. His knowledge of the areas we were in, the culture and people, was valuable as well as very informative. The itinerary itself, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Mara provided a broad experience of Kenya. Our highlights would be meeting the Maasai people in Amboseli, seeing Kilimanjaro (we had clear views for almost two days), bicycling in Hells Gate, the Mara Engai lodge, seeing the countryside and small towns and villages, and of course, all of the wildlife.

Amazing trip but lack of management

Most of the trip was absolutely fantastic and worked very well! Our guide, Kombo, was a great person and answered all our questions and requests, he was amazing! We saw a lion, a cheetah, lots of elephants, zebras, baboons, gazelles, ostriches, hippos etc, all in the first day. The lodge we stayed at, the Voi Wildlide Lodge had a great lunch and dinner buffet and we also enjoyed a massage. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great at the lodge. However, we had some issues checking out in the morning causing us a delay of over 30 minutes and being really mad at the receptionists as we didn’t get our receipt which we had to show the the person at the gate to keep moving. This is because there was an issue between the Lodge and the Safari management we booked through with the payment for the hotel. As we left 30 minutes later, we missed the prime time of the safari and during the game drive that morning we only saw elephants and gazelles. We also didn’t have the water in the car as promised or a radio like the other cars so the drivers could communicate if they spotted a rare animal, but Kombo did his best and talked to his friends on the road and also bought some waters from other guides. 5/5 for Kombo!

My friend and I booked a 10-day tour with Natural World Kenya Safaris, covering quite a lot of ground from Masai Mara in the west, all the way to Diani Beach on the east coast. Our experience was exceptional at every turn, made all the more special by our guide, Abu. Abu's passion for his craft, his country, and the animals was evident at every turn. Amboseli - Tsavo West - Tsavo East

Aggrey was most helpful and dealt with all our initial administration. He went out of his way to ensure our 4 day safari went smoothly. Attention to detail was second to none, including pick ups, times, locations, train booking, transfers. We would highly recommend Bonaya, our safari guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable (in fact we were unable to see an animal that he couldn't identify!). Bonaya was keen to ensure we maximised our time with him, driving long hours early and late. He was unfailingly cheerful and friendly. Such a good holiday, thank you.

5 Days Safari in Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Crescent Island and Masai Mara.

We had a great experience with Natural World Kenya Safari. Communication with the office to organize our Safari was really efficient and quick. During the Safari, everything was included and the lodges where we stayed at were authentic and confortable. All the meals were delicious and the management was also really careful with the food allergies of one of us. We particularly appreciated our stay at Elangata Olerai (Masai Mara). We also strongly recommend our local guide, Dickson aka Dik Dik, who was a good French speaker. He shared with us his strong knowledge of Kenyan nature (animals, birds, flowers, trees…) and also about Kenyan way of life. He was attentive to every details and flexible, taking into account our wishes by adjusting our safari program accordingly. To conclude, we strongly recommend Natural World Kenya Safari and Dik Dik for your tailor made Safari!

My guide Felix was the highlight of my trip, my safari was more than I could have dreamed of and that was thanks to my great guide and driver Felix. As a solo traveler, it was important for me to feel safe and to get along with my guide and fortunately Felix exceeded my expectations. I was lucky enough to see the big five and more and it was 100% thanks to his valuable experience in the field. Mary Kamau was also the best thing about this trip, we communicated regularly and she helped with everything. She made me feel reassured and always answered my requirements so my trip goes to plan. For the budget I had, I was happy with almost all accommodations, I wish we could win some time before entering the gate at Masai Mara (1H wait early morning was not ideal, maybe something to improve here as I paid everything in advance so I didn't understand the delays there) other than this all was perfect mainly thanks to Felix my guide. The Safari tour was generally well organised & co-odinated. The major downside was the long hours of work for the driver resulting into reckless decision while driving, getting irritated at some of our requests & falling asleep on the wheel. He was a great driver knowing the roads, requirements & demands of what we wanted to see, but could be more informed of Kenyan roads with horrifying drivers especially trailers. In a nutshell, a dream safari Experience.

Our safari packages are complete with local distances and expected travel time including caution on variations. Unfortunately ,your statement on the long hours of work for the driver may be misleading and does not reflect the reality. This is why: On day one , you traveled from Nairobi to Tsavo East which is a distance of 330Km and took approximately 5 hours.This was followed by an afternoon game drive. On day two , you traveled from Tsavo East to Amboseli,a distance of 250Km and took approximately 4 hours. On day three,you traveled from Amboseli to Nairobi which is a distance of 250Km and took approximately 4 hours. Our usual tour driving involves bathroom stops at 100Kms intervals. All the travels except inside the national parks were on the main highways of Kenya. Our safari tour driver / guides have daily practical information ,experience and knowledge of Kenyan roads because this is where they spend most of their working life transporting tourists between national parks and attractions. We find the statement on the driver / guide falling asleep on the wheel sensational and alarmist especially due to the fact that if it happens the vehicle would automatically veer off the road thus occasioning an accident. How the driver could fall asleep on the wheel and at the same time continue driving is a mystery. We have requested you via email for more specific information regarding the same

Just came back from a 10 days safari…

Just came back from a 10 days safari with Natural World Kenya Safari and it was fantastic! Our safari guide, Sisto, was professional and so knowledgable about the animals and the various national parks and reserves in Kenya that there were no questions unanswered. He made sure we saw the Big 5 plus several cheetahs and a kill by a couple of lionesses. Accommodations were great, especially Sweetwater's Tented Camp, where our tent looked out over a watering hole where numerous white rhinos with their young visited. The whole booking process with Aggrey was so easy and smooth with all of our questions answered within 24 hours. We would 100% recommend with company and Sisto as a guide to everyone! This was one of our memorable holidays!

Excellent experience overall

Excellent experience overall. Our guide Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and competent. The whole experience was a great adventure we’d love to repeat. The only minus would be the first hotel we stayed, which was a bit dated and did not have good food... otherwise: excellent!

My friend and I went on a 4 days safari. Two days at the Amboseli National Park, and two days in the Masai Mara. Our tour planning manager was Clinton. He listened to us, chose a French-speaking guide, and gave us very precise informations on the progress of our two safaris. Thank you Clinton! Then, our guide was Francis, a wonderful, committed person who loves his job. He did everything possible to ensure that we could see the animals that we wanted to observe (even if the law of nature not always agree with us). Thank you Francis! To conclude, I recommend this very professional agency to go on a safari. The staff, the vehicles, the equipment, the accommodations and the service: everything was perfect. Simply Amazing!

This was our second safari through Natural World Kenya Safaris and again we were not disappointed! Abdul Halim was our driver/guide and was excellent finding us cheetahs and leopards! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

This Safari was the trip of a lifetime! Our guide, Bonaya, was so informative and introduced us to SO MANY different species of animals. We chose a private safari which enabled us to have full view of every animal at all times! Bonaya went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see the “Big Five”, however the sly leopard was able to escape our view. We were, however, able to see the remaining skull of it’s recent kill that had been dragged up a tree! To be SO CLOSE to a herd of elephants that you could hear them tearing & chewing the grass was incredible! We were right next to male & female lions lounging, then witnessed a female begin stalking a Topi, only to see her forced to give up the hunt when she was discovered. We witnessed a mama lion nursing her 4 babies & a female rhino being very protective of her precious baby. It was all SUREAL!! Our accommodations, the Ashnil Mara, was above our expectations & made this experience one we will never forget!

We had a fabulous trip to Kenya with…

We had a fabulous trip to Kenya with Natural World to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Everything was as described. We opted for the luxury option and the hotels were all excellent and I would describe as luxury with the exception of the tent camp in Masai Mara which was about as luxury as a tent camp could be. Our driver Phillip was terrific and knew about the animals and the country. We saw every animal we expected except for the leopard which is hard to find-elephants, cheetah, lots of lions, rhinos, hippos, buffaloes, zebra, hyena, jackals, flamingoes. Would recommend 100%!

Natural World put together an extraordinary-- and off the beaten path-- adventure, and did it flawlessly. The trip to Buffalo Springs, Samburu and Meru not only offered remarkable sightings of lion, cheetah, elephant, gerenuk, (and the whole northern five), but my guide, Dik Dik, also coordinated the exceptional and moving sidetrip to Elsa the Lioness' grave. Along the way, Dik Dik taught me many new things from his amazing knowledge base.

Once in a Lifetime Experience 😁

Itinerary was excellent (we modified their standard 14-day safari when we reserved the trip). Drivers/Guides were very good, our Kenyan driver (Patrick) in particular was a perfect fit for us, really a wonderful person. Because of the attentiveness of our guides (Patrick & Swahibu) we saw many animal varieties and behaviors we didn’t expect to see. Box lunches from lodges were disappointing (leftovers?), one even had rotten chicken pieces in all 3 boxes (Ashnil Aruba, surprisingly!) Would’ve been a 5 star review without those sub bar box lunches. But nothing beats eating lunch under a tree while watching wildlife in the distance. Coolers in the vehicles weren’t working well, would’ve been good to put the box lunches in there anyway to have cold drinks instead of warm juices. We had a perfect variety of both lodges and tent camps and enjoyed being ‘close to nature’. We had to wait an hour (or more) at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Parks for the electronic paperwork to go thru before we could enter those parks. They also didn’t have our names in the reservation list at Seronera Wildlife Lodge, good thing they had rooms available. Dinner times 7:30-9 at the lodges was too late for us, a 6:30 start would have been better. Meals at all were very good. Food at the Serena lodges was top-notch, they had everything imaginable. Local village tours (Kenya & Tanzania) were enjoyable and educational. We recommend everyone do a dawn Balloon Safari…what a view!!! Airport pickup and transfer to hotel was very good (we were a bit late due to long line getting thru Immigration In Nairobi). All in all, it was a wonderful experience; we’ll remember it forever. Thanks to everyone who made it possible!

Excellent Experience

From our first inquiry about booking a safari months before to the final drop-off at the airport, the team at Natural World Kenya safaris was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond. Esther was patient with all of our questions and helped immensely in our planning; she was always available via email and by phone while in Africa. Ezra, our Kenya guide, was very knowledgeable about all of the animals, national parks, and navigating the sometimes rough roads! He figured out right away what our interests and travel style was and gave us exactly that! He handled all of the details while on safari, boxed lunches, park entrances, border crossings, and more to make it very relaxing for us. He was tireless! Salu, our Tanzania guide, was the same. They both truly love sharing their country with others. They were the perfect balance between getting us as close to the animals as possible, while being respectful of the animals’ space and the parks’ rules. Ezra and Salu were both eagle-eyed and spotted animals we never would have on our own. We saw the Big 5 (and the Ugly 5 as well)! Even with up-close encounters with lionesses on the hunt and a leopard over our heads in a tree, we always felt safe thanks to our guides. It was an experience of a lifetime. We would recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for anyone wanting an exceptional safari experience.

I contacted this agency via email and Mike helped me to organise my dreamed safari, he made it possible for me to visit all the parks I wanted to and end my journey on the coast. The driver Davis was such a lovely and approachable guide and an excellent driver!! We felt safe and in good hands all the time. Ask for Dikdik - a great guide

Great guide, adaptable and flexible to our suggestions, intimate knowledge of flora, fauna, landscape and politics. Knows Amboseli and the customs (human and animal) delivered us to the airport. Dealt with a lot of variables and we changed a lot of the proposed itinerary.

Great Safari at a Great Price

The best time ever

Planning and lodges were excellent

Planning and lodges were excellent. We were not happy with the driver, His English was difficult to understand, and he seemed irritated when we had to ask over again. On the way to Masai Mara he passed all other safari cars. He seemd not interested in the comfort of the passenger. Had a lot of knowledge of animals and prepared for photos.

From working with our account manager Florence who made it so easy to choose the right package to driving and spending time with George who not only was exceptionally skilled at navigating the rough terrain, but he knew exactly where to find and look for the beautiful wildlife. 6 day safari starting from Nairobi

We booked a 6 day safari directly with Natural World Kenya Safari & everything went well. From suggesting a tour to making an offer including accomodation at requested standard it took only 2 days. Payment procedure was reliable and we received a confirmation of our deposit right away after making the payment. Our guide picked us up in time, we felt safe during the entire tour and we had a great experience with watching all the animals & enjoying the hospitality at the chosen lodges. In total, an unforgettable experience and we thank everybody very much for making our safari unforgettable. Five stars from Germany :-)

Excellent Experience All Around

Excellent Experience all around. Our trip planner Fred was incredibly responsive, and was able to modify the trip quickly and easily when we added a third person. Both our guides, Evanson (Amboseli) and Michael (Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru) were spectacular! They were incredibly helpful, found great animal sightings, and were just a pleasure to be with. Would happily travel with Natural World again and highly recommend the entire team!

Highly recommend

We recently returned from our safari that I would rate as one of my favorite travel experiences. Fred, our travel consultant, helped us plan our trip and what to expect. Once we were in Kenya he met with us personally and kept in contact to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Our guide, Julius, was one of the highlights of the trip. He was very personable and enjoyable to be with. His knowledge of the areas we were in, the culture and people, was valuable as well as very informative. The itinerary itself, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Mara provided a broad experience of Kenya. Our highlights would be meeting the Maasai people in Amboseli, seeing Kilimanjaro (we had clear views for almost two days), bicycling in Hells Gate, the Mara Engai lodge, seeing the countryside and small towns and villages, and of course, all of the wildlife.

Amazing trip but lack of management

Most of the trip was absolutely fantastic and worked very well! Our guide, Kombo, was a great person and answered all our questions and requests, he was amazing! We saw a lion, a cheetah, lots of elephants, zebras, baboons, gazelles, ostriches, hippos etc, all in the first day. The lodge we stayed at, the Voi Wildlide Lodge had a great lunch and dinner buffet and we also enjoyed a massage. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great at the lodge. However, we had some issues checking out in the morning causing us a delay of over 30 minutes and being really mad at the receptionists as we didn’t get our receipt which we had to show the the person at the gate to keep moving. This is because there was an issue between the Lodge and the Safari management we booked through with the payment for the hotel. As we left 30 minutes later, we missed the prime time of the safari and during the game drive that morning we only saw elephants and gazelles. We also didn’t have the water in the car as promised or a radio like the other cars so the drivers could communicate if they spotted a rare animal, but Kombo did his best and talked to his friends on the road and also bought some waters from other guides. 5/5 for Kombo!

Amboseli - Tsavo West - Tsavo East

Aggrey was most helpful and dealt with all our initial administration. He went out of his way to ensure our 4 day safari went smoothly. Attention to detail was second to none, including pick ups, times, locations, train booking, transfers. We would highly recommend Bonaya, our safari guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable (in fact we were unable to see an animal that he couldn't identify!). Bonaya was keen to ensure we maximised our time with him, driving long hours early and late. He was unfailingly cheerful and friendly. Such a good holiday, thank you.

Our guide, Juma, was amazing and very accommodating. He knew where to find all the best spots to see the animals. An overall a great experience.

The best time ever

We had an amazing experience. Our driver Farah was so great, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 will recommend to anyone. Just simply great.

Planning and lodges were excellent

Planning and lodges were excellent. We were not happy with the driver, His English was difficult to understand, and he seemed irritated when we had to ask over again. On the way to Masai Mara he passed all other safari cars. He seemd not interested in the comfort of the passenger. Had a lot of knowledge of animals and prepared for photos.

The experience was just mind blowing…

The experience was just mind blowing and great. What (or I’d rather say who) was our driver, Ben - he was full of joy and energy, he was enthusiastic and suggesting to take pictures (and took several and great ones). He had interesting stories, and it really felt natural and loving.

We had a fantastic experience by choosing Natural World Safaris Kenya. From working with our account manager Florence who made it so easy to choose the right package to driving and spending time with George who not only was exceptionally skilled at navigating the rough terrain, but he knew exactly where to find and look for the beautiful wildlife. The lodging, meals, and the locations we stayed at were magical. We will have Africa in our memories forever and hope to come back with our children. 6 day safari starting from Nairobi

We booked a 6 day safari directly with Natural World Kenya Safari & everything went well. From suggesting a tour to making an offer including accomodation at requested standard it took only 2 days. Payment procedure was reliable and we received a confirmation of our deposit right away after making the payment. Our guide picked us up in time, we felt safe during the entire tour and we had a great experience with watching all the animals & enjoying the hospitality at the chosen lodges. In total, an unforgettable experience and we thank everybody very much for making our safari unforgettable. Five stars from Germany :-)

Excellent Experience All Around

Excellent Experience all around. Our trip planner Fred was incredibly responsive, and was able to modify the trip quickly and easily when we added a third person. Both our guides, Evanson (Amboseli) and Michael (Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru) were spectacular! They were incredibly helpful, found great animal sightings, and were just a pleasure to be with. Would happily travel with Natural World again and highly recommend the entire team!

Highly recommend

We recently returned from our safari that I would rate as one of my favorite travel experiences. Fred, our travel consultant, helped us plan our trip and what to expect. Once we were in Kenya he met with us personally and kept in contact to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Our guide, Julius, was one of the highlights of the trip. He was very personable and enjoyable to be with. His knowledge of the areas we were in, the culture and people, was valuable as well as very informative. The itinerary itself, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Mara provided a broad experience of Kenya. Our highlights would be meeting the Maasai people in Amboseli, seeing Kilimanjaro (we had clear views for almost two days), bicycling in Hells Gate, the Mara Engai lodge, seeing the countryside and small towns and villages, and of course, all of the wildlife.

Amazing trip but lack of management

Most of the trip was absolutely fantastic and worked very well! Our guide, Kombo, was a great person and answered all our questions and requests, he was amazing! We saw a lion, a cheetah, lots of elephants, zebras, baboons, gazelles, ostriches, hippos etc, all in the first day. The lodge we stayed at, the Voi Wildlide Lodge had a great lunch and dinner buffet and we also enjoyed a massage. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great at the lodge. However, we had some issues checking out in the morning causing us a delay of over 30 minutes and being really mad at the receptionists as we didn’t get our receipt which we had to show the the person at the gate to keep moving. This is because there was an issue between the Lodge and the Safari management we booked through with the payment for the hotel. As we left 30 minutes later, we missed the prime time of the safari and during the game drive that morning we only saw elephants and gazelles. We also didn’t have the water in the car as promised or a radio like the other cars so the drivers could communicate if they spotted a rare animal, but Kombo did his best and talked to his friends on the road and also bought some waters from other guides. 5/5 for Kombo!

Mr.Aggery was our trip advisor and he responded to our email queries in a prompt and professional manner. The crescent Island trip was suggested by Aggerry and it turned out to be one of the best highlights of the trip.

Natural World Kenya Safaris, October 2023

My friend and I booked a 10-day tour with Natural World Kenya Safaris, covering quite a lot of ground from Masai Mara in the west, all the way to Diani Beach on the east coast. Our experience was exceptional at every turn, made all the more special by our guide, Abu. Abu's passion for his craft, his country, and the animals was evident at every turn. I couldn't recommend him more.

Best experience! Our guide Bonaya was amazing, tried his upmost to get us to see as many animals as possible. The accommodation was faultless, made us feel very welcome and special on our honeymoon. Recommended to us by a friend, and we will be recommending on to others!

Amboseli - Tsavo West - Tsavo East

Aggrey was most helpful and dealt with all our initial administration. He went out of his way to ensure our 4 day safari went smoothly. Attention to detail was second to none, including pick ups, times, locations, train booking, transfers. We would highly recommend Bonaya, our safari guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable (in fact we were unable to see an animal that he couldn't identify!). Bonaya was keen to ensure we maximised our time with him, driving long hours early and late. He was unfailingly cheerful and friendly. Such a good holiday, thank you.
