I just want the company to know, yung nag rrelease po ng ticket hindi alam kung anong oras talaga aalis ang bus. Before 7am may mga pasahero na including me tapos sinabihan ako 8AM aalis na, tapos naging 10AM hanggang sa inabot kami ng 2:00 PM bago makaalis. Masistika di na kami nakapag lunch kakaantay sa bus kung anong oras aalis at hindi nagsasabi ng exact time yung nag bibigay ng ticket sa lamesa. Nakakainis lang kasi hindi makausap ng maayos ang mga staff at parang di alam ang ginagawa. Ultimo pagbigay ng tamang seat number hindi nagawa ng tama. Sobrang pangit ng serbisyo sa reservation pa lang. Sobrang nakaka disappoint at madami kaming naabala. Sana naging makatao manlang yung mga staff, late pa buksan yung aircon, nakaka suffocate pinapasok kami di manlang inopen muna ang aircon. Worst experience ko to sa pagsakay ng bus.
