How Does Fast Travel Work In ARK Survival Ascended?

Exploring the expansive world of ARK Survival Ascended is exhilarating for many players. Yet, there are occasions when reaching your destination swiftly becomes a priority, whether due to impatience or gameplay considerations such as safeguarding rare items.

While fast travel is a common feature in various games, does ARK Survival Ascended offer such an option, and if so, how does it function? This question will be addressed below as we examine the presence of fast travel in ARK Survival Ascended and explore how this mechanic operates in the game.

ARK Survival Ascended Fast Travel: How It Works

As of the current writing, the fast travel system in ARK Survival Ascended is only partially functional. Essentially, players can fast travel between beds they own, but there's a significant drawback – all items are dropped during the fast travel process. Consequently, when spawning at the destination, players find themselves without access to their items and weapons, posing a considerable challenge for many players.

How To Fast Travel Currently only partial

To address this limitation, some players turn to mods that enable full teleportation or fast travel within the game. Among these, the Teleporters mod by seaofblood_xhui stands out, boasting tens of thousands of downloads and establishing itself as the most trusted mod for complete teleportation of both items and dinos in ARK Survival Ascended. While not a vanilla feature, it proves effective for those willing to experiment.

Alternatively, players can opt for flying mounts as an alternative to teleportation or fast travel. The game offers a variety of flying mounts with different speeds, allowing players to choose the dino that best suits their needs. Flying also introduces a range of mechanics to enhance the journey, such as gathering resources, picking up dinos, and discovering previously missed locations.

How To Fast Travel alternatives

Although this alternative doesn't match the convenience and speed of a dedicated fast travel feature, it serves as a decent substitute for now. Developers have hinted at ongoing content updates for the game, leaving the possibility open for a future introduction of a more robust fast travel system. As of now, fast travel remains a partial feature in ARK Survival Ascended. Any changes or updates to this feature will be promptly covered here, so consider bookmarking this article for future reference.

Ark Survival Ascended: Can You Fast Travel? Answered

Image of Ashley Erickson

Fast traveling without dropping all your items would allow you to farm with ease, meet up with others more efficiently, and give you safer ways to explore, especially with more regions releasing. So, can you fast travel in Ark Survival Ascended ?

Is there Fast Travel in ASA?

Considering ASA is an upgraded version of Ark Survival Evolved , including features like wild baby dinos, wireless crafting , and keeping your items when you fast travel makes sense. While wild babies and wireless crafting made the cut, enhanced fast travel still isn’t available . You’re able to fast travel from one bed to another, but your items remain behind. This is a huge inconvenience, especially when you typically need your weapons to survive.

Riding a pteranodon is extremely quick, allowing you to get from one location to another without the hassle of navigating through water, weaving between trees, or fighting carnivores. Another bonus is you get to keep your items, even loading some extra weight into the dino’s saddle. However, finding and taming one, as well as crafting the saddle, takes time. It’s simply no replacement for fast travel mechanics where you keep your items.

Teleport Mods

A great replacement for the feature comes from various mods that implement it. The most notable is the Teleporters mod by seaofblood_xhui . It comes with multiple bubble sizes for the teleporter and can transport yourself and your dinos — or just the dinos. With over 40,000 downloads in the game and 52,000 on Curseforge, it’s the most popular means of fast travel for ASA. I downloaded it and have used it myself.

Even though fast travel included in the game isn’t the greatest, thanks to some modders, we can fast travel quickly, keep our items, and enjoy Ark Survival Ascended . There are sure to be more mods to come, as well, once previously available options get updated for the new version.

That answers the question: can you fast travel in ASA ? If you’re looking for help finding a Pteranodon, resources, or anything else in the game, check out our growing guides hub .

Simple Bed

The Simple Bed is a structure that acts a spawn point and fast-travel location for players and their Tribes . Players can respawn here upon death, or fast-travel to and from it using another bed. Laying on a bed will heal faster than not.

When a player dies, they can choose to respawn at any Simple Beds that they own, instead of using the standard "random respawn" feature (although this option is still available). The respawn map that the dead player sees will show map markers at all available beds.

Y

Note: You lose Creature Implants (Mobile) when you fast travel. You cannot revive dead tames after implant is lost.

Painting and Color Regions [ ]

The Simple Bed is not currently paint-able, however this object may be re-mapped to include paint regions in a future update.

Blue Coloring

  • Simple Beds can be placed on foundations and ceilings.
  • Simple Beds can be renamed through the radial action menu. This will make it easier to sort through multiple beds when selecting a respawn or fast-travel location.
  • Remember that in Hardcore mode there are no respawns, and you lose your character (and therefore tribe membership) upon death, so the Simple Bed and Sleeping Bags are only used for Fast-Travel.
  • The player-character "Lay on Bed" action is not enabled on Primitive+ .
  • Players are able to respawn in a non-placed bed if a tribemate selects the bed.
  • The Simple Bed is treated as a thatch structure and can be damaged by anything except non-explosive ranged attacks.

The mpox strain spreading now is different from the one in 2022: Here's what to know

The World Health Organization’s decision to declare mpox a global public health emergency for the second time in two years may seem like déjà vu — but there are key differences between the strain that’s causing international concern now and the one that spread in 2022.

Mpox, formerly known as monkeypox, is a viral infection characterized by painful lesions. It’s spread by direct contact with an infected person, animal or contaminated items like clothing or bedding.

The virus is classified into two distinct groups: clade I and clade II.

Clade II was responsible for the 2022 outbreak, which has led to around 100,000 cases worldwide .

But now, a version of clade I has spread internationally. The outbreak started in January 2023 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has since reached 12 other countries in the region.

On Thursday, Sweden confirmed the first known infection of clade I outside Africa , though Swedish health officials said the person was infected while spending time in Africa. Health authorities in Pakistan also confirmed a case of mpox on Friday but have not identified the strain yet.

Clade I is more transmissible than clade II and capable of being more severe, so infectious disease experts are concerned about further international spread.

“We should have learned a lesson from 2022 that an infection anywhere is potentially an infection everywhere,” said Anne Rimoin, an epidemiology professor at the University of California, Los Angeles Fielding School of Public Health.

How does this version of mpox spread?

Mpox has historically spread in a few ways. The first is through close, personal contact with an infected person, such as skin-to-skin contact with rashes or with saliva or mucus. The second is via contact with contaminated materials. And the third is contact with infected animals: hunting, trapping or cooking them, touching sick rodents or getting bitten or scratched.

In 2022, the version of clade II that spread globally, dubbed clade IIb, was passed primarily through sexual contact, particularly among men who have sex with men.

In the Democratic Republic of Congo recently, clade Ib has also been spreading through sexual contact among female sex workers and men who have sex with men. Research that hasn’t yet been published or peer reviewed linked an outbreak in an eastern mining town in Congo to professional sex work in bars.

But that’s not the only way the virus is being transmitted. Dr. Stuart Isaacs, an associate professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, said much of the spread of clade I could be due to exposure to animals and transmission within households, but limited surveillance in the regions where the virus is make it difficult to know for sure.

Isaacs said there’s early evidence that clade Ib has certain “properties that are allowing it to spread more readily person to person.”

How severe are the recent cases?

In the past, outbreaks of clade I have been deadlier than clade 2, killing up to 10% of people who got sick . But more recent outbreaks have had lower death rates. Out of an estimated 22,000 cases in this outbreak in Congo , more than 1,200 people have died — which puts the fatality rate at just above 5%.

By comparison, clade II outbreaks in Africa have generally had a mortality rate of around 1%, and just 0.2% of cases linked to the 2022 global outbreak were fatal.

Rimoin said the disease’s severity “can have less to do with the actual clade and more to do with route of transmission, the immune system of the individual, the source of the infection.”

The threat in the U.S. could be milder than in Africa, according to Marc Siegel, an associate professor of medicine at the George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

“The underlying health conditions of the population in the DRC are probably contributing to the current case fatality rate,” he said, using the acronym for the Democratic Republic of Congo. “With less malnutrition and better access to health care resources, I would imagine that the case fatality rate will not be as high as we’re seeing in the DRC.”

Vaccines for mpox are also widely available in the U.S., following a major rollout effort in 2022. Two doses of the mpox vaccine or a previous clade II infection should protect against severe illness from clade I, the Department of Health and Human Service said Wednesday.

Do mpox symptoms differ between the clades?

Symptoms of the two mpox clades can be difficult to distinguish from each other.

The illness generally starts with a rash that progresses to small bumps on the skin, followed by blisters that fill with whitish fluid — a hallmark of the disease — and eventually scab over. People may also experience a fever, headache, muscle aches, back pain, low energy and swollen lymph nodes.

These symptoms often disappear on their own within a few weeks. But in severe cases, people may develop larger, more widespread lesions, secondary bacterial infections, pneumonia, heart inflammation or swelling of the brain. Immunocompromised people may develop atypical symptoms and have a greater risk of hospitalization and death.

Historically, mpox lesions have tended to appear on the face, chest, palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. But during the 2022 outbreak, people frequently developed lesions around the genital and anal region or inside the mouth and throat, presumably because of how the virus was spreading at the time . The lesions were also fewer in number and less pronounced overall.

Some cases of this nature have also been detected in the current outbreak in Congo.

“There is talk that there are more people that have lesions around the genitals this time around than previous clade I outbreaks,” said Amira Albert Roess, a professor of global health and epidemiology at George Mason University. “It’s going to take us some time to really understand what may be going on here.”

How Did Mpox Become a Global Emergency? What’s Next?

The virus is evolving, and the newest version spreads more often through heterosexual populations. Sweden reported the first case outside Africa.

By Apoorva Mandavilli

Apoorva Mandavilli covered the 2022 mpox outbreak and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Faced once again with a rapidly spreading epidemic of mpox, the World Health Organization on Wednesday declared a global health emergency. The last time the W.H.O. made that call was in 2022, when the disease was still called monkeypox.

Ultimately the outbreak affected nearly 100,000 people worldwide, primarily gay and bisexual men, including more than 32,000 in the United States.

The W.H.O.’s decision this time was prompted by an escalating crisis of mpox concentrated in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It recently spread to a dozen other African countries. If it is not contained, the virus again may rampage all over the world, experts warned.

On Thursday, Sweden reported the first case of a deadlier form of mpox outside Africa , in a person who had traveled to the continent. “Occasional imported cases like the current one may continue to occur,” the country’s public health agency warned.

“There’s a need for concerted effort by all stakeholders, not only in Africa, but everywhere else,” Dr. Dimie Ogoina, a Nigerian scientist and chair of the W.H.O.’s mpox emergency committee, said on Wednesday.

Congo alone has reported 15,600 mpox cases and 537 deaths, most of them among children under 15, indicating that the nature of the disease and its mode of spread may have changed.

Here’s what to know.

Is this the virus we saw in 2022?

This is a different version of the mpox virus.

Mpox is a close relative of the smallpox virus. There are two main types: Clade I, the version that is dominant in Congo, and Clade II, a form of which caused the 2022 global outbreak. (A clade is a genetically and clinically distinct group of viruses.)

Clade I mpox is generally thought to cause more severe illness and to have a much higher mortality rate, which is one reason the W.H.O. is sounding the alarm now. Officials hope to contain this outbreak before it spreads to other continents.

The infection may resemble an ordinary respiratory illness at first but later blooms into a raised rash in the mouth, hands, feet or genitals. The virus spreads mainly through close contact — directly with the skin or fluids of an infected person, or with contaminated bed linens and other items.

Scientists learned during the 2022 outbreak that mpox can spread even in the absence of symptoms. And the rash may be mistaken for other diseases such as measles or chickenpox, particularly in young children.

Who is getting infected this time?

In the 2022 outbreak, mpox spread globally mainly among gay and bisexual men. Behavioral changes in that community helped to contain the virus, and vaccination at the time, or now, will help protect them.

Until recently, most cases in Congo resulted from consumption of contaminated meat or close contact with infected animals and people. But last year, scientists discovered a new subtype of mpox, Clade Ib, which appears to spread from person to person primarily through heterosexual transmission .

Most cases have been observed in prostitutes, truckers and other transient workers.

“Sex is probably the primary driver, and then the secondary driver is close contact and households,” said Dr. Jay Varma, the chief medical officer at SIGA Technologies, which manufactures tecovirimat, a drug used to treat mpox infection.

As with many other infections, most people with healthy immune systems are unlikely to become severely ill with mpox. Those who have weakened immune systems, including those living with H.I.V., are at highest risk of severe illness and death .

Older adults, who are typically more susceptible to infections, may be at least somewhat protected by their childhood vaccinations for smallpox, which ended in the United States in 1972.

Most of the deaths in Congo have been in children under 15, perhaps because their health may already be compromised by poor medical care, malnutrition and the many other pathogens they face.

Has the outbreak spread to the United States or Europe?

Many countries worldwide, including the United States, have continued to see patients with Clade IIb mpox, the version that caused the 2022 outbreak.

So far this year, there have been about 1,657 cases of mpox in the United States, more than double the number at this time last year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Just one case of the more severe Clade I infection has been reported in Europe — in Sweden, in a person who had traveled to Africa. Other so-called “imported” cases seem likely. But experts tend to worry more about community transmission.

“I don’t think the risk right now for Americans is high at all, but what this is telling us is that we have to be vigilant,” said Dr. Trish Perl, an infectious disease physician at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

But previous epidemics, including of mpox, illustrate that an uncontrolled outbreak anywhere in the world may eventually turn up everywhere, Dr. Varma said. Since December, the C.D.C. has twice warned clinicians and the general public to remain alert for signs of mpox.

“I really think it’s only a matter of time before North America, Europe, etc., start to see cases,” he said, referring to the deadlier viral subtype. “Unless we invest in disease control everywhere, we’re going to remain always at risk.”

Will the vaccine still protect against mpox?

Two doses of the mpox vaccine Jynneos should protect against all versions of the virus, experts said.

Jynneos, made by Bavarian Nordic, was used in 2022 in the United States and Europe. The vaccine, initially developed against smallpox, should protect against mpox and all other members of that virus family, said Dr. Boghuma Titanji, an infectious diseases physician at Emory University in Atlanta.

Several studies have shown that antibodies prompted by the Jynneos vaccine wane and may be undetectable within a year. But other research has found that two doses effectively prevent severe illness , Dr. Titanji said.

In the United States, however, fewer than one in four people for whom vaccination was recommended got two doses.

“People were less interested in coming back and getting that second dose, or even starting the course of their vaccination,” Dr. Titanji said. “Maybe we will see an increase in uptick in vaccination, and this will serve as a reminder for people to come in and get vaccinated.”

In 2022, the federal government provided the shots at no cost. Jynneos is now commercially available, and some insurance companies may cover the cost.

For some patients, the shots may prove too expensive , Dr. Perl said. If mpox cases were to escalate, the U.S. government may again make the shots available free of charge, according to a federal official with knowledge of the situation.

Is the U.S. prepared for another bout with mpox?

Yes and no.

Scientists learned a lot about the virus in 2022 and have identified vaccines and treatments. But they do not fully understand how the deadlier virus is spreading in Africa, especially among children, or who is most at risk.

“This is very, very crucial when you think about designing a response strategy,” Dr. Titanji said.

There are few resources allocated to fighting sexually transmitted infections in the United States, said David Harvey, the executive director of the National Coalition of STD Directors.

Officials have not solved the problems that hobbled the response in 2022, including poor uptake of the vaccine and “a shockingly underfunded S.T.I. public health system,” Mr. Harvey said.

“Today, we worry about an mpox outbreak,” he added. “We’re already dealing with syphilis, and tomorrow there will be another outbreak of an S.T.I.”

An earlier version of this article misstated the number of U.S. mpox cases so far in 2024. It is 1,657, not 740.

State of emergency in NY as Debby pummels Northeast with rain: Updates

After battering the southeastern U.S., remnants of Debby barreled through the Mid-Atlantic on Friday, fueling dangerous flood conditions across the Northeast as disruptions piled up at airports and authorities began rescue operations.

Debby, now a post-tropical cyclone , was expected to drench Upstate New York in up to 6 inches of rain before dumping several inches over northern New England as well as the coastal Carolinas, continuing its devastating deluge there.

Friday afternoon, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency for all of New York. "We are prepared to deploy resources to areas affected by the severe weather caused by the remnants of Debby," she posted on X. "Please stay safe, monitor your local forecasts, and keep off the roads."

Earlier in the day, the National Weather Service had issued flash flood emergencies in multiple counties and towns near the New York-Pennsylvania border, reporting that neighborhoods had been inundated by life-threatening flash flooding, which cut off access to roads and homes and triggered water rescues.

The rare alerts, urging people to seek higher ground, were issued for New York's Steuben County, as well as neighboring Allegany County, where 4 and 4.5 inches of rain had fallen by the afternoon. Another flood emergency alert was issued for the town of Westfield in north-central Pennsylvania, while officials in Binghamton, New York, reported impassable roadways. Meanwhile, water rescues were underway in Greene County, Virginia.

The major flooding was not limited to the Northeast. Rescue operations were also ongoing in South Carolina as rivers and streams continued overflowing. In Savannah, Georgia, the city closed roadways on Friday citing the continued swelling and flooding of the Ogeechee River, according to a post on X from Mayor Van Johnson .

Weather alerts via text: Sign-up to get updates about current storms and weather events by location.

In Washington D.C., the city's metro experienced delays because of reported flooding. Flights at airports in the capital city and New York were temporarily grounded, and average delay times exceeded one hour, frustrating travelers.

Since Monday, when Debby made landfall in the Big Bend region of Florida, the storm has plunged entire communities under water, spawned tornadoes and led to the deaths of at least eight people across North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Where is Tropical Storm Debby? Maps track path, flooding, rain, where it already hit

Developments:

◾ A flash flood warning had been issued for Washington, D.C. Friday morning, but had expired by early afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. "Turn around, don't drown! If you're walking or driving toward a flooded road, find another route," said the district's Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

◾ Overnight, the weather service received reports of at least three possible tornadoes in the Mid-Atlantic region: one in New Castle, Delaware, and the others in Caroline and Stafford, Virginia. Crews with the weather service will inspect the damage to determine whether tornadoes had touched down.

◾ In New York City, the state's Department of Emergency Management issued a travel advisory, warning of 1 to 2 inches of rain as well as potential flash flooding, damaging winds and "brief tornadoes."

Debby was early, researcher says

Debby was the second hurricane of the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season, following in the footsteps of deadly and devastating Hurricane Beryl. Debby, which formed Aug. 2, was also quite early: On average, the second Atlantic hurricane usually forms on Aug. 26, according to Colorado State University hurricane researcher Phil Klotzbach.

In addition, Debby, which smashed into Steinhatchee, Florida, on Monday, was the 4th hurricane to make landfall in Florida in August since 2000. The other three were: Charley (2004), Katrina (2005) and Idalia (2023).

Where is Debby?

Debby was 160 miles northeast of Pittsburgh and 215 miles south-southwest of Albany, according to the National Hurricane Center's 11 a.m. update.

The storm was moving northeast at 37 mph and had maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, according to the hurricane center. Through most of the week, the storm moved at a slow pace in the single digits, dropping as low as 4 and 5 mph while it dumped over a foot of rain from Florida to North Carolina.

Through Friday night, bands of rain are expected to lash a swath of the Northeast while threats of tornadoes and winds capable of toppling trees and utility poles remain, the weather service said.

Heat wave follows Debby

In the wake of Debby, a sweltering heat wave was forecast for Florida and the Deep South on Friday. Temperatures were expected to reach well above 100 degrees Fahrenheit across the region. Calling the heat "dangerous," the National Weather Service in New Orleans advised residents "to stay safe, take breaks in the shade or air conditioning, drink plenty of water, check on the elderly, and bring pets indoors!"

Authorities continue rescue operations in South Carolina

While Debby’s most intense conditions began bearing down on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast on Friday, the Carolinas still faced rounds of heavy rain as rivers continued to crest, triggering additional water rescues.

In Berkeley County, just north of Charleston, South Carolina, “rescue operations have been ongoing throughout the early morning hours on Friday,” the county said in a statement on Facebook.

The rescue came as flooding continued “worsening along several creeks and streams across portions of Dorchester and Berkeley Counties,” the weather service in Charleston said. The high water cut off access to several main roads, forcing officials to close county offices and urge residents to avoid traveling in some areas.

In Berkeley County, as much as 14 inches has fallen this week, while Charleston recorded rainfall totals as high as 15 inches, according to the weather service.

Debby's death toll climbs to at least 8

Officials in North Carolina's Rockingham County said a woman's body was discovered on Thursday in a mobile home that had been partially crushed by a tree – the latest death authorities have connected to Debby.

The Rockingham Sheriff's Office identified the woman as 78-year-old Hilda Windsor Jones. She, according to the sheriff's office, lived at home alone and was in her bathroom when the tree toppled over "due to weather from the remnants of Hurricane Debby."

In Wilson County, about 150 miles northeast of Rockingham, a search and rescue team discovered the body of an adult male inside a home that was damaged by a tornado that ripped through the town of Lucama, Stephen Mann, director of communication for Wilson County, previously told USA TODAY. The twister damaged at least four homes as well as a church and a middle school.

Officials have tied Debby to at least six other deaths, five in Florida and one in Georgia. In the southern Georgia city of Moultrie, a tree fell onto a home, killing a 19-year-old. In Florida, two adults and a 12-year-old girl were killed in fatal vehicle accidents; also, a 13-year-old boy died after a tree landed on a mobile home; and officials on Tuesday found the body of a boater who had been missing near the city of Gulfport.

Emergency crews begin water rescues in Virginia amid downpour

Officials in Greene County, Virginia, said water rescues began early Friday as remnants of Debby continued its deluge, soaking roads and bridges under several inches of floodwater.

“Please refrain from travel if possible – specifically in the Stanardsville District – where flooded roadways and bridges are an issue,” said a statement released at 6 a.m. by officials in Greene County , 90 miles northwest of Richmond.

Roads across the state were closed as low-lying and coastal areas flooded and rivers crested. Torrential downpours continued across Virginia on Friday after starting up a day earlier, when Debby inched up from North Carolina. Within the last 24 hours, up to 8 inches of rain fell across parts of Virginia, according to the weather service .

Flights temporarily grounded at major airports in NYC, Washington

Flights at multiple major airports across the Northeast were temporarily grounded as the remnants of Debby moved over the region, causing a slew of delays and travel disruptions.

The Federal Aviation Administration said ground stops were issued at New York City’s LaGuardia International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia.

After the ground stops were lifted, those airports as well as John F. Kennedy Airport, Newark International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport reported average departure delays between 30 minutes and an hour, according to the FAA.

Over 100,000 without power in the East; Ohio has nearly 200,000 outages

In the eastern U.S., more than 100,000 homes and businesses were in the dark Friday afternoon as Debby barreled across the Mid-Atlantic region and officials struggled to restore power across Ohio, where nearly 200,000 utility customers remain without power.

The most outages in the eastern U.S. were in Pennsylvania, where some 78,000 utility customers were without power, according to Poweroutage.us . Virginia reported 15,000 and Maryland 18,000.

Meanwhile, in Ohio, more than 189,000 homes and businesses were without power after storms broke out across the state on Tuesday, spawning tornadoes, damaging property and, at its peak, over 300,000 outages.

Next time look on the ceiling above your bed. If it is only 1 wall tall, then it dropped on top.

searched all around and destroyed ceilings and foundations, nothing

If it’s over triangle foundations,  I’ve seen them show up under, otherwise - what invincibleqc said.  If you didn’t find it then you didn’t look in the right spot in time.  You would have only had a few minutes to find it.

  4. Ark Survival Ascended: Can You Fast Travel? Answered

Considering ASA is an upgraded version of Ark Survival Evolved, including features like wild baby dinos, wireless crafting, and keeping your items when you fast travel makes sense. 5. Mods for Better Fast Travel? : r/ARK

Has anyone found/used an ASA mod that makes the fast travel system more useful? Having it dump everything basically renders it useless, IMO. I get why it's limited - being able to instantly fast travel while overloaded - well, we all saw how the Fjordhawk broke stuff. But I'd like to at least be able to fast travel with just the items equipped ...

  11. Looking for fast-travel alternatives

Total Rating N/A. Posted April 2, 2017. I'd say Beelzebufo would be a viable alternative, if you go for a pretty much all speed build it can travel quite fast and with its jump it can become almost like a flyer both by overcoming obstacles and the speed it moves at.

Onzman Jul 16, 2021 @ 7:49am. You can load items and dinos. Not on you though. You use beds, the stuff is stored/moved thru beacons etc. Theres a dino tab, a stuff tab, and a tribute tab. Use the first two to load up, then fast travel naked with the beds. Ideally you have beds placed near potential drops or obelisks.

  25. Fast Traveling W/ Beds: Whats the point? : r/playark

If you were to fast travel using two beds, it will drop all your items on the floor (I think. I haven't tested/don't know). I'm thinking ahead for when I may want to make a very large tribe with my friends. Probably make a PVE server that 20+ will play on in one tribe with two bases, one near the florida-like pennisula and one in the hidden valley.
