Char Dham Package Itinerary

Day 01 departure from haridwar to barkot (200 kms / 8-9 hrs).

IRCTC representative will meet at Haridwar Railway Station outside Platform No 1 at 10 am. Departure from Haridwar to Barkot . Check at Hotel in Barkot in the evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 02 Visit to Yamunotri Dham (40 kms drive & 6 kms trek)

Early morning drive to Janki Chatti . 6 Km trek to Yamunotri Temple with packed breakfast. One can take Pony & Palki service for Yamunotri at their own cost. After darshan at Yamunotri Dham , return back to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 03 Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 kms, 5-6 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi . On the way visit to Prakateshwar Mahadev temple near Brahmkhal. Check in at Hotel in Uttarkashi . Visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 04 Visit to Gangotri (100 kms drive, 5 hrs)

Early morning drive to Gangotri Dham with packed breakfast. Puja/ Archana at Gangotri temple . Back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 05 Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/ Sitapur (250 – 290 kms, 10 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi . Night stay at Hotel in Guptkashi .

Day 06 Visit to Kedarnath (35 kms drive, 18 kms trek, 8 hrs)

Early morning drive to Sonprayag. Take local shuttle taxi service from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. Start trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath Dham . One can take Pony & Palki service for Kedarnath at their own cost. Trek to Kedarnath Dham . Check in at Hotel in Kedarnath . Visit to Kedarnath Temple for evening Aarti. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 07 Kedarnath to Guptkashi (18 kms trek, 35 kms drive, 7 hrs)

After morning Pooja Darshan Abhishek at Kedarnath Temple , trek down to Gaurikund and return back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 08 Guptkashi to Badrinath (250 kms drive, 9 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath Dham . On the way visit to Narsingh Temple at Joshimath . Check in at Hotel in Badrinath . Visit to Badrinath Temple for evening Aarti/ Darshan. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 09 Badrinath to Rudraprayag (170 kms, 6 hrs)

After morning Pooja Darshan Abhishek at Badrinath Temple and breakfast, drive to visit some of the best sightseeing places near Badrinath Dham like Mana village on Indo Tibet border, Ganesh Gufa, Beas Gufa, Bhimpul and Saraswati river. Later drive to Rudraprayag for overnight stay.

Day 10 Rudraprayag to Haridwar (155 kms, 7 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Haridwar. On arriving Haridwar, visit to sightseeing places of Haridwar like Mansa Devi & Chandi Devi. Attend evening Ganga aarti at Haridwar ghats. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 11 Departure from Haridwar

After morning breakfast, drop at Haridwar Railway Station. Tour ends.

IRCTC Launches 12-Day Char Dham Yatra 2023 Tour Package Starting At ₹67000 Per Person

The holy Char Dham Yatra 2023 is soon going to begin, and registrations for the same have already begun. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is known to come up with different tour packages to make travel hassle free for people. Keeping in mind the holy yatra, the IRCTC has launched a 12-day Char Dham Yatra 2023 tour package that starts at just 67000 per person.

IRCTC Launches Char Dham Yatra 2023 Tour Package

For all the people who don’t know, the Char Dham Yatra covers Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath. IRCTC’s Char Dham Yatra 2023 tour package will cover Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath, Haridwar, Kedarnath, and Rishikesh. The tour package is for 12 days and 11 nights and is very cost effective. Single occupancy costs ₹91400, double occupancy costs ₹69900, and triple occupancy costs ₹67000 per person.

The tour will begin in Mumbai and end in Delhi, as follows: Mumbai – Delhi – Haridwar – Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath – Badrinath – Haridwar – Delhi – Mumbai. May 21 to June 1, May 28 to June 8, June 4 to June 15, June 11 to June 22, and June 18 to June 29 are the fixed slot dates. You can choose any one of these as per your convenience.

Inclusions In The Tour Package

The Char Dham Yatra 2023 tour package includes return air fare for Mumbai-Delhi-Mumbai. It will include accommodation, local transfer from Delhi airport and sightseeing by AC tempo travellers. One will also be served breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary. Toll tax, parking charges and travel insurance are all included in the 2023 package.

This year, the government of Uttarakhand has made it compulsory for people to register before participating in the yatra. Three online options are available for anyone interested in this voyage to sign up for the yatra: the official website, the toll-free number, and WhatsApp. www.registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in is the official website.

IRCTC Tourism Offers, Packages 2019: IRCTC Tourism’s latest offering is the ‘Bharat Darshan Special Train’ which covers all the important tourist places in the country. It is a six nights and seven days package tour which will take a journey across Haridwar and Rishikesh in Uttarakhand to Vaishno Devi in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir and back.

The train will start its trip from Barddhaman in West Bengal from July 3 and return to the same station on July 9. The scheduled boarding points are; Barddhaman – Bolpur Shantiniketan – Rampur Hat – Dumka – Bhagalpur – Kiul – Patna. Booking can be made via the IRCTC official website at www. https://www.irctctourism.com .

What is the cost?

The cost of the tour per person is Rs 6,300 including GST.

What does the package include?

The tour includes a non-AC Sleeper class ticket to and from the scheduled boarding railway station. In places of night stay, a non-AC hall for accommodation has been arranged. The package also includes non-AC Tourist buses for the purpose of sightseeing. There will be tour escorts for announcements and information during the trip.

Apart from this, the package also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner — pure vegetarian food. For safety purpose personnel without arms have also been appointed for each coach. Also, an IRCTC official will be on board the train as train superintendent.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy, as per IRCTC, includes fines depending on the date for the request of cancellation of ticket to up until before the date of departure. For cancellation of your ticket, customers need to log in to their account, select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket they wish to cancel and cancel it from your booked history online. Cancellation of the ticket is possible only on the website http://www.irctctourism.com, and not on PRS Counters.

Day 01: home – delhi/haridwar.

Depending on your station of departure, your train will take you to Delhi/Haridwar to begin the pilgrimage to Chardham shrines. The rest of the itinerary has been formulated assuming your Chardham Yatra itinerary has Delhi as base/one of the stopovers. If not, make necessary adjustments with regards to reaching Haridwar.

Day 02: New Delhi – Haridwar

Once you reach New Delhi Railway station, you will be introduced to your driver /tour escort. The holy voyage would begin after filling up of necessary forms. Haridwar is our next stopover. Time for lunch break would be provided at Khatauli. Once we reach Haridwar, we will have you check-in at the hotel. You will be warmly welcomed with a soothing welcome drink! Please attend the short briefing session before dinner. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Haridwar – Chami/Barkot/Jankichatti

Wake –up call would ring at sharp 6.00 am. After enjoying your breakfast, you may join us on our journey towards Barkot/Jankichatti/Chatti via Rishikesh. Once we reach Barkot, check-in at the reserved hotel. Indulge in a delicious lunch and cozy overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Chami/Barkot/Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Jankichatti/Chami/Barkot

One has to embark on the perilous trek till Yamunotri shrine quite early in the morning. Pony/palki can be arranged at own cost. After enjoying the beautiful darshan of Maa Yamuna, Surya Kund and Divya Shila at Yamunotri Temple, descend downwards to reach the base-camp. Relax and rewind at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Jankichatti/Barkot/Chami – Uttarkashi/Netala

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will drive towards Uttarkashi, our next pilgrimage stopover. The drive will be along Barkot-Dharasu. Once we reach Uttarkashi and have you check-in at the hotel, you can spend the rest of the day in leisure. A much-needed repose after Yamunotri trek of the previous day!

Enjoy your dinner and retire for an early night’s sleep at the hotel.

Day 06: Uttarkashi/Netala – Gangotri – Netala /Uttarkashi

The day will have us drive for more than 14 hours. Thus, it is advisable to begin the journey earlier than on most days. The wake-up call will ring at 4.45 am, so that we can begin our journey towards Gangotri shrine by 5.30 am. Only poets might come close to expressing the breathtaking scenic beauty which the mountainous paths from Uttarkashi to Gangotri prepare for us. We will halt at the famous site of 21 hot water springs in Gangnani and the sublimely beautiful Harsil in between. We would have reached Gangotri Temple by 1 o’clock in the afternoon. After enjoying a blissful darshan of Ganga Maa, one can embark on the return journey to Uttarkashi so as to reach the hotel by 8.00 pm. It has been an exhausting day with over 14 hours of drive. After a sumptuous dinner, retire for a much-needed early night’s sleep.

Day 07: Uttarkashi – Srinagar/Rudraprayag/Augustmuni/Guptkashi/Sitapur/Phata

We will begin our drive towards the next stopover early in the morning. The drive will take us along Tehri Dam, the highest dam in India. Once the hotel is reached, relax in its cozy environ.

Day 08: Srinagar/Rudraprayag/Augustmuni/Guptkashi/Phata/Sitapur – Gaurikund – Kedarnath

This is perhaps the most challenging day in the entire Chardham Yatra itinerary by IRCTC. This is because the challenging 19 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath shrine is allotted to this day. We will embark on our treks from Gaurikund with packed breakfast and clothing for a day in our back-packs. The trek might take around 6-7 hours if one does not employ Pony/palki for assistance. Enjoy a blissful darshan of Kedarnath in the evening.

Day 09: Kedarnath – Sitapur/Phata/Guptkashi/Rudraprayag/Karnaprayag/Birahi/Pipalkoti/Joshimath

After enjoying darshan of Lord Kedarnath once more, in the morning, we can embark on the descending trek till Gaurikund. The vehicles are scheduled to leave by 12.00 pm. We will then be driven to the next stopover en route, with a suitable halt for lunch in between. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Sitapur/Phata/Guptkashi/Rudraprayag/Karnaprayag/Joshimath – Badrinath

After an early breakfast, we will move towards the fourth and final of our destinations – Badrinath. If one wants to, one can enjoy darshan of Lord Badrinarayan on the same day. If not, just rest and rewind at the hotel for one can enjoy an early morning darshan on the next day.

Day 11: Badrinath – Joshimath/Pipalkoti/Birahi/Rudraprayag/Srinagar

One has time till 11 am to enjoy darshan and pooja of Lord Badrinarayan. Afterwards, we will be driven to our first stopover on the return journey.

Check-in at the hotel, enjoy overnight stay.

Day 12: Srinagar – Rishikesh

The day involves mostly driving through the scenic terrain of Devbhumi. As usual, we will depart from the hotel by 6.00 am. We will halt at Devprayag, the beautiful confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. Did you know that it is at Devprayag that Ganga becomes whole? The merger of the two rivers gives rise to the waters of Ganga, revered throughout India for her sacredness that can wash away any sins.

The drive will be resumed letting us reach Haridwar/Rishikesh before evening. We can enjoy the mesmerizing Ganga aarti.

Day 13: Rishikesh / Haridwar – Delhi

Depending upon the location of your home, your train timings may vary. If Delhi falls next on your route, you will be waked up early at around 4.30 so that you can alight on your train to New Delhi by 5.00 am. Your breakfast would be packed and provided too.

The rest of the journey will be adjusted accordingly.

• Infant below 2 years / 12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.

Baggage Allowance

• Only one handbag (Soft Bags/duffle bags) weighing maximum 5 kg is allowed per passenger, there is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Trollies are not strictly not allowed.

Helicopter Weight Limitation

• Total passenger weight should not exceed over 350 Kgs for 05 Passengers and 420 for 06 Passengers. Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots' calls will be final. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation.
• Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.
• There is no restriction for clothing while you enter in Temple as such. you can wear anything you wish. ladies can wear Salwaar Kameez, track pants etc.
• It is advised to you to reach Dehradun a day prior to the commencement of your journey, since the helicopter will be boarded early in the morning around 6 AM.
• In order to avoid any unforeseen circumstances (like weather change or some sort of an operational or technical issues) which may be an unfortunate cause for your delay, it would be wise for you to book return flight or train tickets for next day (keep at least one additional day in hand). No compensation will be provided if any flight/train or any other things missed out.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to kindly keep their daily-use medical kits with them, during travel.

Best Season

• The best season to avail the yatra on helicopter is May, June and September and October.

• Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL, Airtel mobile is better in most of the places.

Guidelines For Passengers

• Carrying of AADHAR CARD is must for all Indians, whereas passport is required for foreign nationals.
• It is advisable for passengers to carry a medical and first aid kit since all these Dham sites are located at an extremely high altitude which may cause illness to some passengers.
• Passengers are also advised to get a full body checkup done 3-2 months prior to the Yatra in order to assure sound health conditions.
• It is advised for the passengers to carry a small oxygen bottle in case of emergencies. These bottles are locally available in all medical shops.
• Although warm and pleasant during the day, Badrinath Dham experiences freezing temperature during night. Ensure you carry some heavy woolen clothing like down jackets, sweaters and shawls and accessories like woolen gloves, socks and mufflers.
• All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
• Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 420 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our sharing flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,500 per Kg. This will be decided on a day before the date of Journey. However, if the overall weight of 6 Passengers does not exceed 420 Kgs, then there will be no extra charge for overweight passengers.
• Maximum 05 / 06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
• The above-mentioned timings are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, mentioned timings is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at last moment due to any operational, weather changes, clearance from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.

Term and Conditions

• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
• We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
• Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
• While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
• In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
• Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard

You should not expect a high end 5-star property because most of these hotels on high altitude regions remain closed off for 6 months and opens up only when the yatra begins. the hotels that we will offer will be the best in this situation.

Ans. There is no fixed age limit for Char Dham Yatris. As the yatra will pass through high altitudes, therefore preferred age bracket is between 7-75. Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not allowed to undertake this yatra

Q9. Will there be a guide with us throughout the Yatra?

Ans. There will not be a guide because there is no need for it. all the necessary assistance will be given by us and the base managers present at the helipad. this includes guiding you through the briefing process and timely transfers to your next destination.

Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to   Barkot . Later drive to Barkot . Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot.   Overnight stay at Barkot .   (Meals: Dinner)

Day 2 Barkot - Janakichatti - Yamunotri - Jankichatti - Barkot

Early morning after breakfast, drive to   Jankichatti   / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to   Yamunotri   (6kms) ( Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost ). On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Day 5 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast, drive to   Guptkashi . Enroute you can see the beautiful   river Mandakini   at   Tilwara . The   Mandakini River   comes from   Kedarnath , drive alongside the river to reach   Guptakashi , visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in   Guptkashi . Day 6 Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to   Kedarnath . To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter ( at your own cost ).

By Helicopter:   Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location ( Phata ,  Guptkashi ,  Sirsi  etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel . Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.

By Trek:   To reach  Kedarnath  by trekking route first you have to reach  Gaurikund . We will drive to  Sonprayag  early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to  Sonprayag . From  Sonprayag  5 kms drive to  Gaurikund  local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost.  Gaurikund  to  Kedarnath  is further 14 Kms trek .

After reaching the  Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple . Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. (Meals: Breakfast)

Day 7 Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter. 

By Helicopter:  Inform the driver when you leave for  Kedarnath  about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.

By Trek:  Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach  Gaurikund  from  Kedarnath  by trek you can take local jeep till  Sonprayag . Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach  sonprayag  so he can pick you up. 

Gaurikund  to  Sonprayag  local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at  Gaurikund.  Guests can book that at own cost.

At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. (Meals: Dinner)

Day 8 Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath . Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 9 Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag

Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for   Rudraprayag   via Joshimath. Visit on the way Darshan of   VishuPrayag ,   Narsingh Temple in Joshimath ,   KarnPrayag   and   NandPrayag . • There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed system.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
• Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
• If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. • Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.)
• Normally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance.
• In hill areas or Chardham many hotels don’t have ac so if you insist ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect good wifi in Chardham hotels due to network issues most of the time.
• Most of the hotels in Chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in Haridwar-Rishikesh in the same price range. Especially in may June and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in Haridwar-Rishikesh or Delhi. Also if you want to stay good hotels with good reviews you need to book at least 3 months before in may June and 1-2 month before in Oct Nov season as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there is only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms.

Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

• AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points. If you want AC in the hills during road journey then the rates per vehicle A/C Per day at Hills are: Indigo/Dzire/Etios @ Rs 300 per day, Innova /Tavera/Bolero @ Rs 400 per day and Tempo 12 seater @ Rs 500 per day.
• Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan , Lakhamandal , Auli , Kalimath , Neelkanth Mahadev , AdiBadri , Bhavishya Badri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.
• Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
• In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
• The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
• Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
• At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
• Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.

It is visited by thousands of pilgrims every month who come from various parts of the country. The temple is also known as Bilwa Tirth and is located on top of Bilwa Parvat on the Shivalik Hills. It is believed that whatever one wishes for asks from the Goddess, it is fulfilled.

2. Bharat Mata Mandir

This is a really interesting temple which is dedicated to our country “India”. It is located on Sapt Sarovar and is multi-story. The temple has no religious inclination and honors all the freedom fighters and patriots who fought for the Independence. It celebrates the unity in diversity of the country and its culture. It has 8 floors and stands at a height of 180 feet. It was inaugurated by the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The 8 floors have different themes.

3. Chilla Wildlife Sanctuary

What’s Special: Spotting wild animals

Chilla National park invites all the wildlife enthusiasts on a thrilling adventure. The national park is perfect to see the wildlife of this area. People can go on a safari here and see animals like tigers, elephants bear, Chittal, Sambar, Wild Boar, Kakar, Python, Monitor Lizard and many more. People can either choose for a normal jeep safari or be a little more adventurous and try elephant safari that has its own thrills. The park is spread over 3 districts of Uttarakhand - Dehradun, Pauri Garhwal and Haridwar. All the bird lovers are advised to keep their binoculars handy and spot some migratory birds during the monsoon season here.

4. Harki Pauri

What’s Special: Foot Mark of Lord Vishnu

Haridwar has several ghats but the most famous of them all is Har Ki Pauri which is located on the banks of river Ganges. As per the belief, it is said that Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu visited the Brahmakund. There is a large footprint of Lord Vishnu on a stone wall here. The best time to visit this ghat is during the evening when the evening aarti is about to take place. Thousands of devotees come to witness this holy ceremony and get completely awestruck by the beauty of it. The Kumbh Mela is also held here along with other festivals like Ardh Kumbh Mela, Vaisakhi and more.

Char Dham Yatra 2024: Online registration now open! Here's how to apply and other details

The online registration most popular Hindu pilgrimages in India has begun. The Uttarakhand tourism department announed that the online registration for the Char Dham Yatra, which includes pilgrimage of four holy sites - Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri started on the tourism department's portal

The doors of Gangotri, Yamunotri and Kedarnath will open on May 10 on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya while that of Badrinath shrine will open on May 12. Every year, lakhs of devotees visit the holy pilgrimage which remains shut for around six months every year.

Gangotri Dham is set to open its doors at precisely 12:25 pm local time. Shri Badrinath Dham is scheduled to open on May 12, at 6 am. The doors for Shri Kedarnath Dham will open from May 10 onwards at 7 am.

How to register for Char Dham Yatra 2024:

1) Visit the official Char Dham yatra registration website at registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in

2) Click on the Register or login option 

3) Register by entering your personal details such as phone name, number, email id etc.

4) Complete the registration by entering the OTP sent on your mobile phone.

5) As the new dashboard appears, add details of your tour such as travel dates, number of tourists, tour name, tour type and so on

6) Once your registration is complete, a unique registration number will be sent to your mobile phone and you'll be able to download the registration letter for Chardham yatra.

Apart from the web, registrations can also be made through mobile application - ‘Tourist Care Uttarakhand’ which is available on Android and iOs. WhatsApp registration is also available, You need to simply message ‘Yatra’ to initiate the registration process on +91 8394833833.

Meanwhile, last week, the Chamoli District Magistrate Himanshu Khurana had visited the Badrinath Dham and and instructed officials that before the start of the Yatra, works related to sewer line repair, improvement of internal routes, water, electricity, street lights and vehicle parking should be completed and signage should be installed for passenger convenience.

• డే 02 : నాగర్‌కోయిల్ రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌కి ఉదయం 07:40 గంటలకు చేరుకుంటుంది. అక్కడ నుంచి కన్యాకుమారి(Kanyakumari)లోని హోటల్ కు తీసుకెళ్తారు. హోటల్ నుంచి ఉదయం 11:00 గంటలకు బయలుదేరి కుమారి అమ్మన్ ఆలయం, త్రీ సీస్ మింగిల్ పాయింట్, వివేకానంద రాక్ మెమోరియల్, తిరువల్లువర్ విగ్రహం, మహాత్మా గాంధీ స్మారక మండపం విజిట్ ఉంటుంది. ( పర్యాటకులను కుమారి అమ్మన్ టెంపుల్ దగ్గర దింపుతారు. అక్కడి నుండి పర్యాటకులు మిగతా అన్ని ప్రదేశాలను సొంత ఖర్చులతో సందర్శించాలి. అన్ని ప్రదేశాలు నడవడానికి వీలుగా దగ్గరానే ఉంటాయి). సన్ సెట్ పాయింట్, వాక్స్ మ్యూజియం సందర్శించవచ్చు. సాయంత్రం షాపింగ్ కోసం మార్కెట్ వద్ద డ్రాప్ చేస్తారు. రాత్రి బస కన్యాకుమారిలో ఉంటుంది.
• డే 03: మీ సొంతంగా వెళ్లి సముద్ర తీరంలో సూర్యోదయాన్ని వీక్షించవచ్చు. ఉదయం 08:30 గంటలకు హోటల్ నుంచి చెక్ అవుట్ చేసి రోడ్డు మార్గంలో రామేశ్వరం చేరుకుని తిరుచెందూర్ ఆలయాన్ని సందర్శిస్తారు. రామేశ్వరం చేరుకుని హోటల్‌లో చెక్ ఇన్ ఉంటుంది. రాత్రికి రామేశ్వరంలో(Rameswaram) బస ఉంటుంది.
• డే 04: తెల్లవారుజామున 05:00 గంటలకు, రామనాథస్వామి ఆలయంలో దర్శనానికి వెళ్లాలి. ఆ తర్వాత రామర్పాదం ఆలయాన్ని, ఐదు ముఖాల హనుమాన్ ఆలయాన్ని సందర్శించి హోటల్‌కు తిరిగి రావాలి. ఉదయం 11:30 గంటలకు మధురైకి సార్ట్ అవుతారు. మధురైలో తిరుపురం-కుండ్రం మురుగన్ ఆలయం, తిరుమలై నాయకర్ మహల్, మీనాక్షి అమ్మ(Madurai Meenakshi Temple) ఆలయాన్ని సందర్శిస్తారు. మధురై రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌లో సాయంత్రం 6:00 గంటలకు డ్రాప్ చేస్తారు. ఆనందపురి ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌( రైలు నంబర్ 20636) రాత్రి 9.50 గంటలకు తిరిగి చెన్నై బయలుదేరుతుంది.
