Natur pur mit Offroad-Feeling Die Jeep-Safari beginnt 7 Uhr vorm Hotel ( gebucht bei Summer-Tours ). Ca. 8 Uhr war an einer Tankstelle in Burgas, Treffpunkt für alle teilnehmenden Jeeps. Interessante Tour durch schöne Landschaften

Durchaus das Geld wert um Spass zu haben und ein wenig Land und Leute kennen zu lernen. Wir waren im Grenzland zur Türkei mit Folkloreeinlage und Rast an einem kleinen Wasserfall. Your journey starts after being picked up from the cruise pier. Your English-speaking guide will provide you with a brief safety lesson before you get to the dive shop. Upon arriving at the dive shop, you will pick up your snorkeling equipment and then head over to the west side of the island, where you will encounter spectacular views of the north shore at Shete Boca National Park and even explore a beautiful cave during your off-road adventure.

If more people sit in the jeep, then the balance of the jeep can get disturbed and an accident can happen under it. And even getting into the park is not allowed at the time of the jeep safari . Get ready for the most adventurous experience of your holiday with Banana Jeep Safari! We offer Jeep Safari excursions from Salou and Cambrils. Our guided excursions take you through the stunning mountains and countryside of the Costa Daurada, where we go off-road as much as possible.

What can you expect from our excursions?

Our expert guide and driver will take you on an exciting ride, sharing fascinating insights into the flora, fauna, customs, and history of the places we visit. We’ll drive through narrow country lanes and take an exhilarating trip through the mountains, offering breathtaking views at every turn. On our excursions, we’ll visit an ancient Catalan village, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a delicious cup of coffee. From there, we’ll continue our journey on unpaved roads, passing through dry riverbeds and arriving at a beautiful freshwater lake where you can take a refreshing dip. And if time permits, we’ll also visit a beautiful castle.

Departure times of our excursions:

We offer two excursions per day. You will be picked up and dropped off at your accommodation. Each excursion lasts approximately 4 hours.

Morning excursions:

We will pick you up between 8:30 and 9:00 am at your accommodation and bring you back around 1:00 pm, just in time for lunch!

Afternoon excursions:

We will pick you up between 2:30 and 3:00 pm at your accommodation and bring you back around 7:00 pm, just in time for dinner!

What should you bring for this adventurous excursion?

• Sunscreen is a must, as our Jeeps are open and the wind while driving can cause sunburn quickly.
• It is also wise to wear good footwear, especially in rocky places. Sports or hiking shoes are definitely suitable for walking on the stones. Flip-flops are not recommended, but you can bring them for when we go swimming.
• Don’t forget to bring your swimwear and towel. (Unfortunately, the persistent drought is not allowing us to swim in the lake. We’ll provide a great alternative to make sure you have the adventure of your holiday, but let’s hope it rains soon!)
• A big smile would be great too.

For our young adventurers, we have child seats available for ages 5 to 9. Please indicate how many child seats you need when making your reservation. Children under 5 are not recommended to participate. Children up to 11 years old receive a discount.

But the drivers, being the experts they are, ensure that the jeep does not linger too long around these animals. A welcome departure from on-foot activities offered, jeep safari in Thekkady is a refreshingly novel experience that gets travelers deep inside the jungles and rocky terrian of Thekkady.

Jeep announces Safari; new Jeep Beach series

As Jeep prepares for the 58th Easter Safari at Moab, where it launches new concepts and new performance parts, the marque is also launching new “Jeep Beach” models. These are partly an incentive for customers to move up to the 4xe system, which provides 21 miles of electric range at 49 MPGe; they can also be used as standard hybrids, providing V8 power with V6 mileage.

The Wrangler Beach 4xe and Gladiator Jeep Beach come with a body color hardtop; the hardtop includes a headliner. They also have a Sunrider Fliptop, Katzkin leather seats, and decals. Both models celebrate Jeep Beach 2024 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Standard equipment also includes the 12-inch center screen, LED headlamps and fog lamps, adaptive cruise with forward collision warning, steel rock rails, locking rear differential, Off-Road+ mode, and towing and programmable auxiliary switches. The Wrangler has 33-inch all terrain tires, and the Gladiator has 32-inch mud-terrain tires and spray-in bedliner.

Only 500 Wranglers will be made, to be sold solely in “select southeastern states,” with a list price of $60,395 plus around $1,900 for shipping; they are based on the Willys 4xe.  The Gladiator is based on the Willys, without 4xe, and only 250 will be made, priced at $50,495 plus shipping. Both will be available later this month with a full range of colors. So far there is no Willys 4xe model; observers believe this is because of cooling issues, especially given the Gladiator’s higher tow rating. A 4xe Gladiator has been promised for the future.

Jeep Safari Service

The ticket of Parco Natura Viva includes the safari tour on board of YOUR car. If you don’t have your own car/camper to enter into the Safari Park, or if you’d like to visit the Park on board of one of our jeep - like a real Safari - you can drive one of ours (without driver). It is an extra, paid service . The jeeps available through the online shop are 7-seater, with manual gearbox.  

(*) If you reach the Park by bicycle, taxi or local bus, you can ask at the cash desk to take advantage of the discounted service, subject to availability. It is necessary to show the taxi/bus payment receipt. Not available for purchase online.

What do you need?

- buy online ,  with your credit card, the Jeep Safari Service - you'll receive the confirmation email with a special QR code - valid   driving license  to show to the cashier when you’ll pick up the car - to respect the Safari Park rules  that You will receive at the entrance of the Safari. - Once purchased, the service cannot be refunded or changed to another date/time - The vehicles offered as part of the Jeep Safari Service can only be used within the ring of the Safari section of Parco Natura Viva . - The purchase of this service is conditional on possession of a valid entrance ticket or annual membership  to Parco Natura Viva - In case of exhausted web availability, other vehicles could be available on site. If interested, on the day of the visit, please contact the cash desks of the Fauna Park, to evaluate any extra availability.  

What to do when You arrive at the Park?

Collect the Jeep at the entrance to Car Parking number 1 showing the purchase confirmation with appropriate QR code and the valid driving license.

Title : Active carbons as nanoporous materials for solving of environmental problems

However, up to now, the main carriers of catalytic additives have been mineral sorbents: silica gels, alumogels. This is obviously due to the fact that they consist of pure homogeneous components SiO2 and Al2O3, respectively. It is generally known that impurities, especially the ash elements, are catalytic poisons that reduce the effectiveness of the catalyst. Therefore, carbon sorbents with 5-15% by weight of ash elements in their composition are not used in the above mentioned technologies. However, in such an important field as a gas-mask technique, carbon sorbents (active carbons) are carriers of catalytic additives, providing effective protection of a person against any types of potent poisonous substances (PPS). In ESPE “JSC "Neorganika" there has been developed the technology of unique ashless spherical carbon carrier-catalysts by the method of liquid forming of furfural copolymers with subsequent gas-vapor activation, brand PAC. Active carbons PAC have 100% qualitative characteristics of the three main properties of carbon sorbents: strength - 100%, the proportion of sorbing pores in the pore space – 100%, purity - 100% (ash content is close to zero). A particularly outstanding feature of active PAC carbons is their uniquely high mechanical compressive strength of 740 ± 40 MPa, which is 3-7 times larger than that of  such materials as granite, quartzite, electric coal, and is comparable to the value for cast iron - 400-1000 MPa. This allows the PAC to operate under severe conditions in moving and fluidized beds.  Obviously, it is time to actively develop catalysts based on PAC sorbents for oil refining, petrochemicals, gas processing and various technologies of organic synthesis.

Victor M. Mukhin was born in 1946 in the town of Orsk, Russia. In 1970 he graduated the Technological Institute in Leningrad. Victor M. Mukhin was directed to work to the scientific-industrial organization "Neorganika" (Elektrostal, Moscow region) where he is working during 47 years, at present as the head of the laboratory of carbon sorbents.     Victor M. Mukhin defended a Ph. D. thesis and a doctoral thesis at the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (in 1979 and 1997 accordingly). Professor of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia. Scientific interests: production, investigation and application of active carbons, technological and ecological carbon-adsorptive processes, environmental protection, production of ecologically clean food.
