Very easy to book and manage payments. I was able to contact resort and make a request with ease. Holiday was amazing and everything was exactly as described. All transfers were included and someone was there to help us.

Very rude advisor !
We had a credit of £69 with Voyage Prive which had been with them for some time, but when I booked a one night stay at a hotel for my wife and me expecting the credit to be taken off the invoice it wasn't. When I contacted VP they gave the excuse that the credit had expired 3 weeks earlier. When I said we weren't informed we were told 'It's on the website'. When I explained that the money held is MY money they (Aleksa) weren't interested in the slightest and hung up on me ! The moral of the story is 'Make sure you don't leave money with them' I always thought they were a decent company but you live and learn.! Following on from this review I contacted VP by email stating my concerns and they promptly refunded my credit and added it to my latest invoice reducing the price by £69. Full credit to the Customer Service department for their prompt and considerate action !

Booked a 7 day holiday
Booked a 7 day holiday. Paid £2000. No booking number so cannot communicate with this firm as they insist on a booking number to speak with them. No one is available to talk to. Just read a catalogue of horror stories about this company. How are they allowed to take money but give a holiday?

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, clean and comfy. A little remote, without any shops nearby. The hotel shop could do with more supplies and better variety.not any use for anything. The breakfast was lovely although cold at times. Staff were lovely but you could do with more of them, especially in the bar. We really enjoyed our stay, only down side was lack of nearby shop and its remoteness. Maybe a shuttle bus in the evening to get to old town, instead of paying 20.00 euros each night on taxis.

I have now booked three incredible trips through Voyage-prive.co.uk and have become slightly addicted to scanning through all of the stunning locations and unbelievable deals. I love how efficient booking a trip is, the full holiday price is displayed right next to the dates in the calender making selecting a holiday economical. Venice last week exceeded all expectation, now looking forward to Mexico in November!

Absolutely gutted had to cancel my holiday as the company would not change a passenger name. This was even after I had spoken to easyJet who at a cost obviously would change the details. I've lost over a £1,000 pound and then the ordaserity to ask for a further £162 cancellation fee. IT WAS YOUR INABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE. They will change passenger details if it doesn't include travel.

Good but a few tweaks could make things better
Fairly good but somethings need improving for 5 stars Most correspondence is in French ! This is not useful if you are selling holidays to people in the UK. Parts of the deal shown were not exactly correct at the resort, which was disappointing. We booked our own flights as those offered were not suitable. Overall we enjoyed the holiday and resort. Although this was enhanced as we upgraded the villa from the basic one in the deal.

I only use 4 or 5 companies to book my vacations, and I can honestly say that most of my holidays are booked through Voyage Prive, and one other comparable competitor. The quality of accommodation and location is always great, and I am quite fussy! I am yet to find another provider that offers prices and locations on par; and I am a frequent traveller. I have been using them for circa 14 years or so now, and they will continue to be my 'go to' holiday provider.

Amazing break away to Barcelona
Amazing break away to Barcelona. Great hotel, fabulous location, bargain price. Flights were at good times (even though being easy jet, they were, as usual, delayed!). Super easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend Voyage Privé.

The staff at the hotel were all exceptional
The Hotel is four star without a view of the sea but the gardens at the back surrounding the pool are lovely. The rooms were beautiful and clean with modern bathrooms and very good housekeeping towels and linen were regularly changed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh breads, and local produce including fruit, nuts and honey, plenty of choice for hot food, scrambled eggs were particularly good. The staff at the hotel were outstanding with ALL of them being exceptionally helpful, courteous and polite, making us feel as though they really cared about our holiday and our enjoyment. All the staff deserve a mention as across the board they were all absolutely delightful from housekeeping to reception and management. Although the hotel is on a busy road, the beach is easily accessible - just across the road and down a side street. The island is worthy of exploration and Corfu old town is a delight. A boat trip is a good way to do this and the local trip from the beach with BBQ can be recommended. The bus service is easy to use although taxis are also available. All in all a very lovely experience as a first taste of Corfu.

Booked a 7 day island hopping holiday
Booked a 7 day island hopping holiday, south of Italy with them, flights and 4star hotel. The flights details given were incorrect, hotel at best low 3star, with rooms having shattered glass on window, mold in bathroom, smelling of urine the bathrooms. Sent email to them when we got to hotel no response. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful only saving grace. There is no one to speak to via phone, only through 💬 and they are not helpful . Their info stated that we would be notified of hotel 2 weeks prior not the case, info stated we would be spending couple of nights on the different islands not the case, basically misrepresented the holiday package . Will not be booking with them again . 😡

Used Voyage Prive since 2018 from the UK and generally they were doing great with their holiday packages. I booked a holiday with them in July 2024 and their information sharing on flight details has become scratchy.They did not disclose the charged customers face with airlines such as Wizz Air. I was book in Wizz Air to Morocco and had to pay an extra £44.50 per passenger. They did not inform me of the charges and incurred a £178 extra since I was travelling with my family. When I complained and requested a refund I was told 'it is what it is'. I am very disappointed with this since I held Voyage Prive with high regard. This will be my last booking with them, after all there are many packages providers out there. Very Disappointed 😞

Not really good prices
Not really good prices, they put confusing prices, or note even prices the just say 66% less, but then you see a high price and can never know 66% less from what, definitely not form what I can book on other websites. They show me offers with a price, but when I click the price always ends up being much higher because original price was without flights (they say it later), and not from my city (they know my city), and depends on the date, and then the price is many times the original price that was never a real price for me :( So just waisting my time trying to find the prices they advertise.... Reply to your reply: You can improve by sending me offers with a real price (no % discount), that I click, and takes me to that offer for the dates with the price advertised, and departure from my city. Show already in the offer the dates, days length, etc.

Avoid using Voyage Prive at all costs
We have not been on our holiday yet. It is in 2 weeks time. This holiday has been booked for over 10 months and I just thought I would check on their website the times of our flights. I was shocked to discover that part of our return flight (Paris to Manchester) the times had been changed. We had not been informed of this change. This means a transfer time waiting at the airport is now 8.30 hours instead of 2 hours. I telephoned the customer services and they said there was nothing they could do as airlines can change the times of their flights. We were not given any other option. They said, flights can’t be changed unless there is more than a 12 hour transfer time. I asked for them to pay for the airport lounge as compensation and they refused. They offered £30. What an insult. You can’t even buy a meal for this at the airport. Our first flight is a 10 hour overnight flight and my husband and I do not get any sleep on an airplane. This means we will be awake for over 24 hours. I feel this is truly unacceptable for 2 old age pensioners. On another point during the telephone conversation, I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager. I was informed that they do not speak to customers or respond to customers email. This was supposed to be a holiday of a life time for our 30th wedding anniversary and now this company has completely ruined this UPDATE 21-08-2024 I have read the response from the company below. There is absolutely not point in trying to ring their customer service department as you can not get to speak to anyone in authority and the call handler has just washed his hands of the matter. Terrible terrible service. I wish I could get my money back for the holiday and not go now

It’s was not for me that place , it was in may and the hotel was understaffed and not all was open like the restaurants and bars , the food was average cantine the place is clean but some parts need to be refurbished ,it was all inclusive but you need to paid 5euros 25 if you want a safe ! And another things like fresh drinks and ice cream ect.. In overall I wish I knew all that first , We went quite a lot out to avoid the food and the people who taking avantages of free alcool !booze and sun is not good idea ,so in the end it was not a good price .

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! Contact them for some troubles with my current booking. No one could help only solution offered more than one time was to cancel ( and pay £400 fee) lose deposit and book it again. Is this how you treat repeated customers. I’m speechless

Booking cancelled by Company
We booked and paid for a few days away in Falmouth in September 2024. A couple of weeks later we had a phonecall to say that the booking had been cancelled due to unforeseen technical issues and they couldn't provide an alternative hotel. While we received a refund of the amount paid, the promised compensation of £40 has not been received despite contacting the company. After contacting the hotel direct, they confirmed that they did have vacancies for the days in question. After looking more closely at this company's booking terms and conditions, I would be reluctant to book a holiday through them again.

Useless customer service !!
Useless customer service !!! Don’t book with this company !!!! They totally failed their advising duties as they never mentioned that the name on the ticket should be the same as the one of my passeport . I am married therefore i ve always used my husband s name for all bookings . I found out about that American specific 1 day before the flight so I asked the hotline to add my other name . They told me « you ll figure out at the airport » and Air France told me that it was up to voyage privé to change my ticket, not to them. I called them from the airport and all I had was « we’re sorry there is nothing we can do ». End of the story . I LOST 2 400 e and my son was beyond disappointed as we had been planning the whole trip for months !!!

Unacceptable experience at a 5 star hotel
Over the last three years; I booked six packages with Voyage Privé. I have generally had a good experience except for my recent travel to Mallorca where I stayed at the Hilton Galatzo hotel. The hotel was not great: 1. night facilities; it has only one staff for the night shift which means if you are arriving or departing between 23.00 and 7 a.m. - you will need to carry your own luggage up and down the stairs for around half mile. 2. noises; I was allocated a room which had pipes problems resulting in unacceptable intermittent noises every 10 to 15mins. I was baffled to learn that it was a known issue but I was nevertheless allocated the room which management was trying to convince me not to change room. 3. WiFi; there was no WiFi in the room for 5 out of the 8 days of my stay which led to a back log of personal and professional activities for me to complete after my holiday. I am liaising with ABTA as Voyage Privé has been unhelpful.

Voyage Privé BELGIUM - a DISASTER!
ATTN: This only concerns the Belgium site! 1) Do not expect any reactivity when your flights are cancelled - you are told to contact the airline yourself and sort it out! The same goes for the airport transfer - if this is included in your package. One of our return flights (due to depart Sunday, 7 July) was cancelled on Friday, 5 July. I messaged Voyage Privé BE on Friday through: WhatsApp, email, AND App. I got NO ANSWER until after we arrived back in Belgium. 2) Be prepared to have NO CHECKED BAGGAGE for the return flight despite your first flight having 1 checked baggage per passenger. The answer you will receive from customer service is that you "can add checked baggage for the return flight through the airline's website". To note: The price tag for the trip was a hefty €1900 for 2 passengers, for 5 days. I fully understand that some airlines charge extra for the checked luggage, but I do not comprehend why this was booked only for one way! I will stick with Voyage Privé FRANCE, who have been absolutely brilliant so far, contacting me by phone almost a month in advance before our trip, to let me know the flights will change.

Had the potential to be a great holiday. However the hotel we stayed in didn’t cater for vegetarians they didn’t know what the word meant despite using a translate app. We had half board for this totally went to waste, it wasn’t made clear to us we needed to write this as a special request. Had this been made clearer we would have done this. Voyage Privage rang the hotel and confirmed they didn’t offer vegetarian options, before booking this should have been clear and they should have known in advance to make this clear to us and others. We’ve had to contact the company 6 times whilst being on holiday due to changes in our schedule which meant clashes in our day trips which weren’t resolved. We added in a tour of pompeii but it clashed with our day to Capri so rather than let us know of the clash they cancelled our Capri day which was included in our package and kept our optional add our trip, without letting us know we noticed the Capri day had dropped off and contacted them to resolve this as it’s not ok to double pay for a trip.

One Of My Flights Disappeared
I tried to put off writing this review but having had no communication from Voyage Prive regarding this matter and with both my support tickets being marked as “completed” I now feel the need to write this. My package holiday to Thailand had flights from London to Doha, Doha to Bangkok and then Phuket to Doha and Doha to London. All flights were showing in manage my booking in Qatar Airways and I had also booked and paid for my seats on each flight. On August 6th the return flight from Phuket to Doha disappeared from my Manage My Booking in Qatar Airways and British Airways. I contacted Qatar Airways who said as it was booked by a travel agent they would have to reinstate it but that it would be a quick process. I created a support ticket with Voyage Prive with relevant screenshots to support my complaint but I have received no communication from them apart from the fact that they have marked the ticket as “completed”. The missing flight is still not showing so the problem is far from “completed”. I have now created a further support ticket stating that the problem has not been corrected so the original ticket should not have been marked as “completed”. I also requested that someone contact me to explain the problem and when it would be fixed. This second support ticket has now also been marked as “completed” and still I have had no communication. THE FLIGHT IS STILL MISSING HOW DO I GET BACK HOME I have now completely lost trust in this company and the last straw would be a generic response to this review. I would expect better. 1. Take responsibility 2. Communicate fully what the problem is, what you are doing to fix it and a reasonable timescale 3. Keep the customer updated regularly by phone, email, message even if it’s just to check in and say you’re still working on it UPDATE 7 days on from Carls generic response and no contact from the Customer Service team. Flight still missing.

Horrible company, I hope for your sake nothing goes wrong with the booking. If you ever have to contact support they will be very rude and make any excuse not to pay you any compensation even changing the listing after your complaint and trying to use as evidence against you, luckily we screenshot it but they will force you to arbitration which is a lengthy process and costs a lot of money In order to sort anything out

First time using Voyage Prive
First time using Voyage Prive. We often chose other providers and have never had an issue with others. Absolutely appalling experience with Voyage privé. Booked a tour through their rep at the hotel, {Elena}, who after talking only english to us completely failed to mention it would be conducted entirely in German. As someone who speaks only English, this rendered the entire tour useless. When I tried to address this with Elena and request a refund, she was totally useless. Apparently, because we had no choice but to consume the food provided at the end of the day (since I was stuck on a tour I couldn't understand nor leave!), I was no longer eligible. So I'm being penalised for their mistake! The tour guide himself was at a loss because he couldn't understand why we were booked for a German tour. This is unacceptable customer service. Voyage Privé should be upfront about language requirements and offer full refunds in such situations. This ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing and informative experience. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere! Avoid Private Voyage as they are only interested it taking your money and not giving full information about the tours they book you on.

À jamais les premiers. Pour la première fois dans l’histoire aérospatiale, une entreprise privée a envoyé des civils dans l’espace. Jusqu’ici, seules des agences étatiques ont conduit des missions spatiales en envoyant des astronautes sélectionnés à l’issue d’un long processus.
Cette mission, baptisée Polaris Dawn, est réalisée par l’entreprise d’ Elon Musk SpaceX et se déroule à bord du vaisseau spatial Crew Dragon, qui a décollé du Centre spatial Kennedy, en Floride, ce mardi 10 septembre.
Polaris Dawn doit durer cinq jours, évoluer sur une orbite de forme ovale, passant à 190 km de la Terre et à 1 400 km, la distance la plus éloignée à laquelle des humains se sont aventurés depuis la fin du programme lunaire Apollo des États-Unis en 1972.
Sous l’impulsion d’un milliardaire
Le commandant de cette mission est le milliardaire américain Jared Isaacman , qui collabore depuis plusieurs années avec l’entreprise d’Elon Musk et finance en partie le voyage, dont le coût n’a pas été révélé. Patron de l’entreprise financière Shift4, il s’est déjà rendu dans l’espace en 2021 à bord d’une autre mission orbitale de SpaceX qu’il avait affrétée, Inspiration4. Il s’agissait déjà de la première à ne comporter aucun astronaute professionnel.
Il sera accompagné de son ami Scott Poteet, qui a piloté des avions de combat durant 20 ans dans l’armée de l’Air américaine, notamment au sein de la prestigieuse patrouille acrobatique Thunderbirds. Cet ancien triathlète a été nommé pilote de la mission.
Deux femmes parmi les membres d’équipage
Seront également présentes deux employées de Space X, Sarah Gillis et Anna Menon. Sarah Gillis a formé les astronautes de la Nasa pour plusieurs opérations et est désormais chargée du programme d’entraînement des astronautes sur les vaisseaux de SpaceX. Elle a étudié l’ingénierie aérospatiale, est une violoniste talentueuse et est en passe de devenir elle-même astronaute.
Anna Menon a, elle, travaillé pour la Nasa avant de rejoindre SpaceX. Autrice d’un livre pour enfants sur l’espace, elle en lira un extrait durant la mission et les profits de sa vente iront à un hôpital pédiatrique. Toutes deux ont suivi une formation médicale pour savoir réagir en cas d’urgence en orbite.
Une mission à haut risque
Les quatre aventuriers ont suivi un entraînement intensif depuis plus de deux ans. Une fois arrivés à destination, soit à une altitude de 700 km, ils vont, par groupe de deux, avoir la possibilité de s’aventurer à l’extérieur une petite quinzaine de minutes, en restant toujours accroché à leur vaisseau spatial. Jusqu’à présent, seuls les astronautes invités à bord de la Station spatiale internationale (ISS), située à 400 km au-dessus de la Terre, ont tenté de pénétrer dans l’immensité vide de l’espace.
Le principal objectif de cette mission étant de tester les nouvelles combinaisons spatiales développées par SpaceX. Reuters explique que la capsule dans laquelle ils voyagent ne possède pas de sas et sera complètement dépressurisée lors de leur sortie dans l’espace : la survie des quatre spationautes dépendra donc intégralement de leur combinaison. « Il n’y a pas beaucoup de place pour l’erreur », a admis l’entreprise américaine lors de sa dernière conférence de presse.

118. Re: Voyage Privé. 1 year ago. Hi Carolyn. This was my latest Voyage Prive experience. On arriving at the airport to fly to Thailand, my wife was refused check in as her name on the booking form, wasn't exactly the same as on her passport. I had made a slight mistake on the booking form.
The villa wasn't finished - exposed wires, flooded daily etc, the facilities didn't exist (sauna, restaurant etc) the flights were awful (filthy plane, out of date food, surly staff). They offered a refund of 25% which never materialised and the MD offered to put together a compensation package and we never heard from him or Voyage Prive again.
Outstanding Service. Holiday was better than advertised mix up with luggage weight had to pay at airport phoned emergency number supplied up graded return luggage and refunded money to card ASAP before we returned home. 5 Star service will be booking more holidays.
