First Day car package From Tirupati To Tirumala

Our car drives you to Tirumala Balaji darshan and Tirumala sightseeing like Srivari padalu (footsteps of Lord Balaji), Papavinasanam, Akasaganga, Venugopala Swamy temple, and Silathoranam. We will drop back you to your accommodation point. The journey comes around 120 KM if pick up is from Tirupati. If it is from Tirupati airport, then the journey comes around 160 KM.

Second Day car package in Tirupati Local

Tirupati local temples Padmavathi amma temple (Tiruchanoor), Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Kapila theertham, Iskcon, Srikalahasti. This comes around 120 KM. There are some other temples like Appalayagunta, Gudimallam, Narayanavanam, etc. Based on your interest, our drivers will take you to those temples.

Third Day car package from Tirupati To Golden temple

On the third day, you can visit the Vellore Golden temple and on the way to Golden Temple, our driver will cover Srinivasa mangapuram, Kanipakam, and Golden temple. APSRTC will be doing two types of local sightseeing packages in Tirumala and Tirupati and surrounding places with the transport of APSRTC buses. 1) Local Temples Tour 2) Surrounding Temples Tour

1) Local Temples Tour

In this package all the local temples which are important is covered. The frequency of tours is every 1 hour from Srinivasam Complex opposite to APSRTC Central Bus Station, Tirupati and starts from morning 6 AM to 1 PM. And every 2 hours from 06:00 AM to 12:00 AM. from Vishnu Nivasam Complex, Opposite Railway Station, Tirupati.

The temples which the local tour covers are: Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor Sri Kalyana Venkateswaa Swamyvari Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram Sri Agastheeswara Swamyvari Temple, Thondawada Sri Kapileswraswamyvari Temple, Kapilatheertham, Tirupati Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati Sri Govindaraja Swamyvari Temple, Tirupati.

Q. Which is the best time to visit Tirupati? A. While going through Tirupati packages, the first thing that you need to figure out is the best time to visit Tirupati. Tirupati remains busy through the year, however, you can plan your visit in the cooler months between September and February when the humidity ebbs and the heat is not unbearable. There are intermittent showers and the temperature ranges between 18 and 30 degree Celsius. It is an ideal time to do some local sightseeing and also head to the shrine. You wouldn’t really mind standing in a queue so much at this time of the year. September is a busy time in Tirupati as the town gears up for its annual festival, the Brahmotsavam. Several folks plan their visit around Dusshera in October as the entire temple complex and streets are decked up with lights. You need to avoid a visit between April and May as those are the peak summer months and the sweltering heat and humidity make darshan next to impossible. Q. How many days do I need in Tirupati? A. As you scour for Tirupati tour packages, you need to make an itinerary as to how many days you would like to spend in the temple town and figure out the things to do in Tirupati. You can keep around three days for your Tirupati trip. On day 1 you can visit some of the significant temples in the town that include Venugopalaswamy Temple, Shri Padmavati Temple, Kapila Teertham, Shilparamam to name a few. Also round up the Chandragiri Fort and Shri Kalyana Venkateswaraswami Temple. The prasadam lunch at the Shri Padmavati Temple is delectable. On day 2 you can head to the hills and visit the places close to the Tirumala Temple. But first you need to visit the Tirumala Temple and for that begin in the morning as you would be standing in a queue before your turn finally arrives a few hours later. The other places in the Tirumala Hill include Akasha Ganga, Sila Thoranam, Papavinasam among others. On your third day, scale up the hill at around 04:00 am, then continue on to Kalyani to take a ritualistic dip and then visit Varahaswami Temple located right beside Kalyani before heading to the main shrine for the darshanam of Lord Srinivasa. If there is still time in your hands, proceed to the Shri Kalahasthi Temple that is about an hour’s drive from Tirupati. Return from Shri Kalahasthi in the evening and head back to your hotel. Q. How can I reach Tirupati? A. All Tirupati holiday packages include travel options on how to reach Tirupati. There are so many places to visit in Tirupati, but before you can zero in on an itinerary, you need to first figure out your mode of transport. Tirumala has direct bus services from Tirupati with buses available every two minutes. There are also direct buses to the shrine from Vellore, Chennai and Bangalore. You can find plenty of pre-paid taxis as well as private bus operators who have buses from nearby Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Visakhapatnam directly to Tirupati. There is an embargo on buses and all other modes of transport from Tirupati to Tirumala from 12 midnight to 03:00 am. Though Tirumala does not have a railway station of its own, you can head to the nearby Tirupati Railway Station which is around 26 kilometre from Tirumala. The Tirupati Railway Station is a major station that receives trains from all over the country. The airport closest to Tirumala is in Renigunta that is 15 kilometre from Tirupati. The airport is serviced by most major airlines and has flights from Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai and a couple of international destinations too. A lot of devotees prefer to climb the Tirumala Hill and fulfill their vow. There are two stone footpaths called Sopanamargas that lead to Tirumala. The oldest of the two Sopanamargas begin from Alipiri at the base of the hills. The footpath is 11 kilometre long and taken by plenty of devotees through the year. The other path starts from Chandragiri but is shorter at 6 kilometre. Throughout the footpath there are rest houses, medical help, toilets, canteen, drinking water and devotional music playing provided by TTD.

Visitors would be astounded with the marvellous structure built in Dravidian style of architecture. The temple in white and gold houses the idol of Goddess Padmavathi in a sitting posture holding lotus in both the upper hands. About Tirupati Temple

Lord Sri Venkateswara, also known as Srinivasa, Balaji, and Veṅkaṭachalapati, made Tirumala his abode five thousand years ago. Even before him, it was Lord Varahaswami who had made Tirumala his abode. Since then, many devotees have continued to construct grand entrances on the ramparts of the temple over generations. The temple complex is spread over 16.2 acres of land.

In Tirumala, the East facing Sri Varahaswami temple is located in the North West corner of the temple tank - Swami Pushkarini. As per the temple legend, Lord Srinivasa sought a gift of land from Sri Varahaswami, which he readily granted. In return, Srinivasa provided him with an agreement deed assuring that he would be paid the first darshan, worship and offerings by all the devotees visiting the temple. This tradition is in practise to this day at Tirumala and Lord Varahaswami continues to receive the age old traditional worship. Even today, all offerings are first made to Lord Varahaswami and then to Lord Sri Venkateswara.

Venkateswara Temple is a landmark Vaishnavite temple situated in the hill town of Tirumala at Tirupati in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Sri Venkateswara, an incarnation of Vishnu, who is believed to have appeared here to save mankind from trials and troubles of Kali Yuga. Hence the place has also got the name Kaliyuga Vaikuntham and the Lord here is referred to as Kaliyuga Prathyaksha Daivam. The temple is also known by other names like Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple.

Tirumala Hills are part of Seshachalam Hills range. The hills are 853 metres (2,799 ft) above sea level. The Hills comprises seven peaks, representing the seven heads of Adisesha. The temple lies on the seventh peak -Venkatadri, on the southern banks of Sri Swami Pushkarini, a holy water tank. Hence the temple is also referred to as "Temple of Seven Hills". Tirumala town covers about 10.33 sq mi (26.75 sq km) in area.

The Temple is constructed in Dravidian architecture and is believed to be constructed over a period of time starting from 300 AD. The Garbagruha (Sanctum Sanctorum) is called AnandaNilayam. The presiding deity, Venkateswara, is in standing posture and faces east in Garbha gruha. The temple follows Vaikhanasa Agama tradition of worship. The temple is one of the eight Vishnu Swayambhu Kshetras and is listed as 106th and the last earthly Divya Desam. The Temple premises had two modern Queue complex buildings to organize the pilgrim rush, Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam complex for free meals to Pilgrims, hair tonsure buildings and a number of pilgrim lodging sites
