Good product
Good product, good price & non of the faf you expect from an insurance company I certainly would use them again especially as I’m over 70 & a certain bank offers insurance with one of it banking packages but if you are over 70 they sting you for £75 before they offer you a price even though I have been a customer of theirs for over 50. Loyalty counts for nothing today

Broken ankle
Unfortunately, I had to use my Insurance last year when I broke my ankle on holiday and required surgery to put it back together. Staysure were amazing to deal with and we had no issues what's so ever. Can't recommend then enough.

Holiday Insurance
Your staff were polite, respectful and friendly. They were helpful and any questions were answered with knowledge. The only problem is at present, I'm still waiting for the printed documentations I requested. But I thing that may be the post problem !! not yours

Happened 28th July, 2022.
Had a really bad experience 2 years ago with illness when I was on a cruise, got no assistance from P&O and Travel Agent, Barrhead Travel. The only people who helped me 100% was Staysure with paying my hospital account and all outstanding accounts to get me back home to Scotland for which I will always be grateful.

Excellent Telephone Call respect…
Both ladies treated me with respect after explaining I had problems with my speech, due to having had strokes. The 2 ladies reassured me & gave me time to answer any questions. Their customer service was very high & they took their time with me, so I didn’t get too anxious. A very pleasant telephone call & worthwhile experience.

Improved value
Improved value was the key to remaining with Staysure. I like the routine reminders to review our "health" status so there are no surprises if the insurance is needed. We have not had any occasion to use the policy, but so far we cant fault them.

First response poor
First call on Saturday was barely audible, second call today was fine although first representative although asking for medical history did not enter it and second rep. had to go through it again. General impression was that first rep. on Saturday wasn't interested. Level of service today was very good, hope this is of use.
400% increase
Had travel insurance with this company for several years and never made a claim.When I contacted them for renewal this year 2024 they increased my premium by 400% almost £1300.00, obviously they just wanted rid of me because of my age (77 years old) my loyalty meant nothing to them. They obviously only want low risk people.

Recommended Cruise Cover Insurers
Having contacted a couple of companies for quotes finally settled on Staysure as it was so easy to enter personal, medical & holiday details etc online. Not only that they were half the price!
Easy to complete
Very straightforward to form to fill out even with medical conditions. Won't know how good the company is until it comes to a claim ...which hopefully won't happen !
Luckily, I haven't needed to call on my StaySure insurance, but it did help me last year to feel more secure travelling, whether on my own or with a companion. It also helped my family to worry less about their 91-year-old Dad going to some of his old haunts and to some of his wife's (she died in 2022). Luckily (again) I'm one of those people who visits the gym almost every day, does Pilates twice a week, and enjoys walking with family or friends. Not that I get a special discount based on miles or kilometers walked! That would indeed be lucky. By the way, my family wanted me to renew, and it seemed sensible to do so. I have. Thanks.

Slight hiccup as we are going to Balearic area, on putting Spain it puts up (excluding Balearic islands, T/C soon sorted) also mooched for a code online saved 14£ with one.

My wife and I have pre-existing medical conditions and all of these are now covered by Staysure travel insurance. Very easy to arrange online and although expensive we are pleased to be covered.

Holiday cover …
I went through the details and was straight forward. Got my quote quickly and chose the one that suited me. Went through the payment process and then l received my details of my cover straight away and covered . I've used Staysure for all my holidays and no problems.

Your insurance advisor, Michael, was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process of seeking travel insurance. We are both in our seventies and obtaining insurance is no longer the straightforward task it used to be.The application was completed in less than 40 minutes and we felt reassured by completion. I have been using Staysure for many of my holidays. I had to delay one of our holidays by a day due to illness, and Staysure were amazing and so efficient with the claim. I would recommend them.
