The Lia was very easy to talk to booked…

The Lia was very easy to talk to booked me into my accommodation and flight very quickly (I’d try to book the holiday myself which I’ve always done but with all the add ons it’s made it harder to do) She printed it off and talked me thru it. She reminded me to pop in the following week and they would do the check in. I will definitely be using Hays Travel again. 5 star

Michelle was extremely helpful in trying to find the perfect holiday to meet our needs. She checked the locations of our selected hotels and the times of the flights. She was able to answer all our queries and even booked our airport parking. Nothing was too much trouble.

They work so hard to find something that fits your time scale plus your budget. We are so excited now everything is booked. PLAIN SAILING AND REASSURING

We were greeted within a few seconds of entering the shop as we looked at the brochures. Keira invited us to take a seat at her work station and from then on she made it plain sailing. (Every pun intended!) Our questions seemed to be answered before we asked them and we were offered lots of choices. Glad we went there. I'd thoroughly recommend using this agency and we would certainly use them in the future.

Excellent customer service at Hays Broughty Ferry

Tom at Hays in Broughty Ferry gave excellent customer service and got us our ideal holiday and saved us quite a bit off our holiday. We gave him a challenge as we were booking a holiday for ourselves in Scotland and our friends in Plymouth. He took his time and booked our holidays without any fuss or panic. Well done Tom. Good customer service given and very helpful & knowledgeable member of staff. Listened to our questions and came up with suggestions which were applicable to ourselves. Was advised that staff will help print tickets and deal with check in when near the holiday dates so good after sales service also. 10/10 for staff at Hays Travel at Barnard Castle branch.

Second booking.

This is the second time we have booked with Hays,previously using a competitor,and again found them to be extremely helpful. They are always prepared to make calls to answer your questions if they need to. We were impressed with the time spent dealing with us even though they were short staffed and had other people waiting to be seen. It was nice to see they acknowledged other customers whilst they were waiting.

Once again Claire gave us first class service and helped us find the right holiday for our family. Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies at Hayes and their knowledge on the amenities available on the holidays we looked at was outstanding. I highly recommend the service offered in the Lowestoft branch of Hayes.

Lovely travel agent who goes the extra mile

Julie appears really knowledgable about lots of countries and she put a lot of effort into my booking. She was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble in trying to get us nice accommodation, transport and transfers along with the best price for a tailor made holiday. All paperwork arrived promptly and questions answered. Thanks again Julie I’ll certainly be asking for your help again in the future!

A great experience all round

We used Hays for the first time, and it won't be the last. Sam (Samantha Hale) was amazing from start to finish, answered all of our questions without any hesitation. It was our first multi centre trip to India and every part of it was wonderful; the customer service, the hotels, the trips, all excellent. Would not hesitate to use Sam again.

Absolutely awesome

Absolutely awesome. Kassandra is my absolute go to for my holiday bookings and I have followed her around every store she has been and so super pleased that she is back and in Shildon!!! Always listens, and makes sure that the best price is found. She also finds us holidays that we have only mentioned in passing!! She starts with helping booking and follows everything up right up to us leaving for our holiday. All of the staff at Shildon are friendly and helpful.

Your adviser was friendly and obviosly knowledgiible about the location i chose for my holiday. The lady was efficient,quite speedy but open and she listened and answered my questions.She was also frank about difficulties I might face due to my age and dissabilties and offered useful advice

Kate was excellent. She listened to all my requirements and acted promptly to meet all my needs. I think Hays is a great company but I was disappointed in their nominated insurer-Nash I think- in that there was no offer of insurance for any person over 90 years of age and so Kate was unable,despite her best efforts to meet all my needs

Travel consultant Geddes went above and beyond

We worked with the travel consultant Geddes and he managed to find us our perfect family holiday within 20 minutes and within 30 minutes we were all booked up! First class and professional service from we walked through the door! Would 100% recommend.

Turkey Holiday 2024

We booked our holiday to Turkey with Michael at the Maghull branch. It was a easy and hassle free experience, Michael listened to all our requirements for the trip and showed us what was available based on what we wanted from our holiday. We were not rushed in any way and everything was discussed to make sure we were happy. Jodie was really efficient, she dealt with my enquiry really quickly and price matched the quote I got online. It was really good that she was able to contact me outside of normal working hours as working business hours it can be challenging to arrange things. Will definitely book with her again.

Once again Lia (Cordelia) has booked another fantastic holiday for us to look forward to. Lia is professional, informative and knowledgeable regarding our chosen destinations. Lia accommodated doing the booking via the phone at a time that worked around our work appointments. Great approach and flexibility and faultless service. Our first booking with Lia was to Marbella where we got engaged then Lia booked our fantastic honeymoon in a perfect location in Sorrento. Five Star Service

Your staff are very passionate and enthusiastic about travel and extremely helpful....and make you feel special. When I booked my first cruise they were very attentive and couldn't do enough to help and when I went back to book another one there were equally as attentive but seemed genuinely chuffed I'd enjoyed the first one so much so that I'd booked a second on board and went in to book a third...I've not used a travel agent before but based on experiences to date couldn't imagine using anyone but Hayes. They keep you updated on things which is great.

Great customer service

Great customer service, Natalie was great from the get go! We knew we wanted to go Cape Verde as we just a week of chill and not to do a lot. Natalie was great at ensuring what we want from a holiday and advised what Cape Verde was like. She priced up 3 different hotels for us that she knew were the best but also what suited what we wanted which was great with a brilliant discount that couldn’t beat the prices I’d found! It’s our first time booking through Hays and we couldn’t be happier, we will definitely be back!

We have booked a short break to Prague at Hayes Travel in Talke. We wanted the accommodation to be as central as possible. Kerry gave us a few options and recommendations, after a while we chose one that suited us. It was easy the girl who sorted it for us named Kiera was an apprentice but was very confident and friendly and found us a holiday to suit our needs.

Excellent support for short notice booking

Was not sure we would be able to get a late booking to enable us to meet up with our daughter and family, however agent did all she could to make it possible.

We went to Hays Travel to book again for a city break in New York. Lia was our travel agent and she was brilliant, friendly, professional, funny and most of all found us a hotel and flights thay we had budgeted for. Very reasonable and peace of mind
