Gestern erst kündigte Peter Fox sein neues Album “Love Songs” an. Nun gibt es weitere Good News: Ab Ende Mai können wir die neue Musik auch live erleben, miteinander teilen und gemeinsam zelebrieren. Zusätzlich zu den bereits angekündigten Festivalauftritten wird Peter Fox eigene Open- Air-Shows in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz spielen.

Getrieben von neuer musikalischer Energie, mit einer frischen Band aus unglaublich talentierten Musiker und mit dem festen Willen ganz spezielle Abende an besonderen Orten miteinander zu feiern. Unter freiem Himmel und mit sehr viel Liebe im Bauch.

Im November 2022 kehrte Peter Fox nach 13 Jahren als Solo-Artist zurück in die Öffentlichkeit. Ohne aufsehenerregenden Rollout, einfach mit guter Musik. Es war das Don’t-Call-It-A Comeback des Jahres: “Zukunft Pink” war wochenlang auf Platz eins der Charts. Vor allem aber etablierten der Song und die darauffolgenden Singles einen neuen Sound für einen der einflussreichsten Künstler, die dieses Popland je gesehen hat.

Peter Fox’ Love Songs sind Lieder über die vielen Facetten dessen, was wir Leben nennen. Voller Klarheit und Liebe. Mit Einflüssen von Afro-Beat über R’n’B bis Pink Punk. Let’s celebrate!

Peter Fox is an unusual musician, in that he has been able to juggle a career as a member of the german reggae and dancehall band Seeed, and was also pursuing his solo career somewhat successfully. Although he has now dropped his solo career due to stress, he won many awards, and collaborated with big names during his time performing solo.

Recently when I saw him Seeed in concert, I was pleasantly surprised that he played a couple of his own tracks with the other band memebers accompanying him. It was a great touch to the show, and the reggae/hip hop style of his own music blends perfectly with the vibe of Seeed. Fox’s talents on the guitar also played a big part in the show, playing lead, and also hopping off to jump on the piano at points too. Seeing a multi-instrumentalist of Fox’s calibre perform live is something really special.

Although the band have been around quite some years now, they’re not growing tired at all, if anything they’re getting stronger and better with age. I has the most fun, dancing and singing along, and really recommend the gig. Go and see them live whilst you still have the chance!
