Event Details

Theresa Caputo, star of the hit TLC show, Long Island Medium , will share personal stories about her life and explain how her gift works. She will deliver healing messages to audience members and give people comfort knowing that their loved ones who passed are still with them, just in a different way. Theresa has been a practicing medium for over 20 years. She helps individuals find closure by delivering healing messages.

Although Theresa will be giving readings to various audience members throughout the show, the purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a reading.

Theresa does walk around the audience giving readings so no seat is a bad seat.

Show length: Approx 120-140 min

Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the venue.

Unauthorized cameras and recording devices are not allowed inside the lobby or theatre at any time (this does not include mobile phones).

Patrons will receive important information prior to events in the Know Before You Go email that is sent to all ticket holders. It includes last minute details on road closures, safety & security measures, and availability of services such as valet. Information updates will be posted to our website and also to social media as appropriate. Please be sure we have your email.

Accessible seating is available and tickets must be purchased by phone or in person at FIM Ticket Center. Please inform the Patron Services Representative of any special needs you or your guests may have while purchasing tickets. Accessible seating is available for the patron and one companion.

All patrons regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the building.

No Re-entry. Once your ticket has been scanned, please plan to stay and enjoy the entire performance. Patrons will not be allowed to re-enter.

Smoke-Free Zones. All FIM venues are smoke-free. Per Michigan Law, Public Act 188, smoking is not allowed inside a venue or within 20 feet from the entrance to the building. Violators will be asked to leave. Vape-Free Zones. Vaping is not allowed anywhere within the venue. Violators will be asked to leave.

Weapon-Free Zones. Firearms and weapons of any kind, including concealed weapons and pocket knives are prohibited.

Assistive listening devices are available at no charge. These devices are available from the FIM Whiting Auditorium lobby desk. A driver’s license, state-issued ID card or another form of security deposit is required.

Familiarization tours are offered to all patrons. Take a tour of the seating area and facilities before purchasing tickets. Guided tours for the visually impaired are available by appointment. Contact FIM Ticket Center to schedule your tour.

Disruptive patrons, regardless of age, will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.

LONG Island Medium Theresa Caputo now looks unrecognizable as she flaunted her new hairstyle and ditched her signature look.

Theresa , 55, showed off her new hairdo in an Instagram  post. 

She seemed to be inside the American Dream Mall over in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The Long Island Medium star crossed her legs while sitting on an extended blue sofa.

She had on a black blazer over her matching blouse, along with a pair of camouflage boots. 

The former TLC star carried a purse in one hand as she leaned against the sofa.

However, it was her '60s-style hairdo with a ribbon tied around the beehive that really turned heads.

The reality star captioned the post: "Love me a day at the mall."

Fans jumped to the comments sections after they noticed the change in Theresa's hairstyle.

One said: "You look so young! I hope I look like this when I become a grandma!"

Previously, Theresa had a  hair makeover back in May.

In a sweet photo, the TV star posed with her adorable granddaughter, Michelina Rose. 

The two were sitting on the bed while Theresa was packing up for her tour.

Theresa wore an all-black outfit with a gold bracelet and her signature long nails .

The medium went make-up free in the picture and showed off her natural self.

Recently, fans were not too thrilled with how Theresa was holding her granddaughter in the series of photos.

Followers slammed her sharp and " dangerous nails " as she sat on the couch with her grandchild resting on her chest.

In another pic, Theresa had her long nails close to the baby's face.

Theresa Caputo, from TLC’s hit show,  Long Island Medium , will be appearing live at  Chrysler Hall .  Theresa will share personal stories about her life and explain how her gift works. She will deliver healing messages to audience members and give people comfort knowing that their loved ones who passed are still with them, just in a different way. “The Experience” brings Theresa face-to-face with her fans, as she lets spirit guide her through the audience. A video display ensures everyone in the venue has an up-close-hands-on experience regardless of seat location. “The experience isn’t about believing in mediums. It’s about witnessing something life-changing” says Theresa Caputo. “It’s like Long Island Medium live, witnessing first-hand spirit communication.”

The highly-rated show  Long Island Medium  follows Theresa’s life as a typical Long Island mom with one very big difference…she can communicate with the dead. HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

• You must be logged into your fan club account at theresafanclub.com .
• Click on EVENTS at the top of the page. It has been updated with the presale code and link.
• Scroll to the event where you want to see Theresa and click on it. The presale code, along with any other important information will be shown.
• Click on the PRE-SALE button; this will take you to the venue ticketing site.
• Enter the code/password where prompted and purchase your tickets for your Live Experience.

Please note that these presales will get very busy when the presale starts. If you don't love the seats the website pulls up for you, or if you get an error message, please keep trying! All seats are available during the Fan Club presale. Please only use the links provided in the fan club or on TheresaCaputo.com to ensure you are using the correct ticketing outlet and not third-party sites.
