Vineyard Tour

Vineyard tours available May-October. Follow our team on an immersive tour of the Hillick & Hobbs estate vineyard, a 10+ year project that pushes the boundaries of viticulture in the Finger Lakes. Learn about what makes this region conducive to producing great Riesling, the vineyard practices implemented on our 24-acre estate, and how we craft our wines. Fallingwater’s visitor services team can assist your group of 24 or more with reservations for both Fallingwater and Wright at Polymath Park. Special group rates are available for all days except Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and weekends from Memorial Day through October 31.

Advance Reservations

Group tours for Fallingwater or Wright at Polymath Park require advance reservations. Once you’ve decided on a date and time to visit, please complete the Group Tour Request Form or call Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 for group tour reservations. Because of the popularity of group tours, we recommend that you make reservations for your group at least six weeks in advance; even earlier if you hope to visit on a holiday, weekends or any day in October.

Payment Policy

Your deposit, accompanied by your signed Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, must be received at least six weeks prior to your visit. To make the deposit by credit card please call Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 . For payment by check, please make the check payable to the “ Western Pennsylvania Conservancy ” and mail it to:

Final count and payment in full are due 14 business days prior to your scheduled visit. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy outlined below.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposits equal to 10 tickets and a non-refundable administration fee of $25 are due within two weeks after making the reservation. Final counts and final payment will be due two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within two weeks prior to the arrival date on the regular guided house or if made less than four weeks prior to the arrival of In-Depth Guided and other specialty tours.

After final payment and count are received, there will be no refund under any circumstances unless the tour is cancelled by Fallingwater. Though rare, hours of operation may be affected by severe weather and other unforeseen circumstances. If severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances similar to the COVID-19 pandemic are anticipated, it is recommended that prior to your visit you call 724-329-8501 to confirm that we are open or check our website homepage for any special instructions regarding late openings or early closings.

Checking In

To ensure that you have the best experience possible, Fallingwater requires groups to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This will enable your group to be greeted by our staff, divided into smaller groups for the tour, use the restrooms and allow the tours to start as close to your scheduled time as possible. Groups who arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled tour time will be considered late and assessed a $100 late fee, if Fallingwater is able to accommodate the entire group.

Your tours will begin as close to your reservation time as possible. Groups of no more than 6 individuals will leave our Visitor Center every 10 minutes to start their tour. During times of high visitation exact tour times cannot be guaranteed.

Late Arrival

If your group is delayed in transit and expects to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact the Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 immediately. Please Note: Buses scheduled to arrive by 3:30 p.m. must arrive by 3:30 p.m. to avoid a $100 after-hours fee.

Fallingwater Group Lunches

Fallingwater groups may enjoy prepackaged lunches prepared by our on-site chef.  If your group would like to purchase lunches and dine on-site, please ask a group reservation agent for available seating options. If your group is eating on the go, boxed lunches to go can be purchased and will be delivered to your bus prior to departure. Boxed lunches with dietary restrictions must be placed at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Call 724-329-8501 and press 1 for Visitor Services to reserve your table and order lunches in advance of your visit.
