Your Experience

Step 1: to sample or not to sample.

Our all-inclusive Super Deluxe Tours include beer samples at every stop and are a great way to experience a wide variety of  beers and beer styles

Our Original Tours allow for each guest to decide how much or how little they would like at each stop by being on their own tabs

Both tour models come with your local expert guide and all of the beer knowledge you would like!

Optional upgrades (Brewhouse Tour, Guided Flight Tasting, and Connoisseur Combo) available for all tours

Step 2: Austin, Hill Country or San Antonio?

Choose whether we stay within Austin or venture out to the nearby Hill Country

Both areas have a wide array of breweries and other fantastic drinkeries

Adult field trips to San Antonio are a full day of fun

Please let us know if you would like to add some variety with a distillery, winery or cidery

Step 3: How Many Stops?

Our tours consist of 3 or 4 stops, so you decide how many and we’ll get them lined up for you

We stay approximately an hour at each brewery, so that will give you an idea as to duration

Step 4: Custom Pick Up and Drop Off Locations

We come to you, and we’ll drop you all off wherever you like as well.

Locations outside of city limits and second pick ups / drop offs are subject to a slight upcharge

Step 5: Assemble Your Tribe

Whatever your occasion, your tribe will need to be at least 6 people deep

We’ll email you to confirm your date and further customize your tour, or you can simply leave it to us. Easy!

We will take you all the way to San Antonio to experience their best breweries. It's like a field trip, but for adults!

What's Included:

• A custom curated tour designed by our own in-house Certified Cicerone that is bespoke to the interests of your group - we work with you to put it together!
• Our local expert guides are with you every step of the way providing an inside look at Austin's best breweries, and as much beer knowledge as you desire
• Beer selection assistance catered to specific taste at each stop for all who want it. Our guides are happy to guide you!
• Safe and comfortable transportation in a Mercedes Sprinter or a chartered bus (not a refurbished old school bus)
• A large cooler with ice onboard for all of your to-go purchases at our stops, or any beverages you care to bring

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the cancellation policy? Please confirm your dates when booking. If you have concerns about keeping your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Are drinks included? Approximately three drinks (one at each stop) are included with your tour. If you plan to drink more than that, please bring a credit card, debit card, or cash.

Could I book the Asheville Party Bus by myself? Typically, we require a minimum of 4 people to operate the Asheville Party Bus. If you’re traveling with a smaller group and want to join the Asheville Party Bus – just give us a call, and we’ll see if we can squeeze you in!

Is there a drink limit? During the tour, we’ll drink about 3 drinks over the course of  4-ish hours. However, you’re allowed to purchase as many drinks as you’d like. Keep in mind, we may stop at bars that offer higher octane craft beers – which may have a higher ABV. Be sure to eat, and drink plenty of water before, during, and after the tour.

What if I’m gluten-free? Ashville breweries cater to gluten-free customers. Most offer options like gluten-free beer, cider, wine, etc.

Are cocktails included?  Cocktails are not included in our package, but you are free to purchase cocktails.

Who is the Tunemaster? If you’re asking if you can bring your own music – why yes, yes you can. You can connect to the Asheville Party Bus via Bluetooth.

Can I drive home afterward? ARE YOU KIDDING? NO!!! We  highly  recommend assigning a designated driver or opting for an Uber or Lyft. Seriously. We can’t believe you even asked.

Will there be food on the Asheville Party Bus? Some of our stops have food menus or food trucks outside, so you can get some food along the way. You can also bring your own snacks on the bus – don’t forget that our driver drives better with a full belly.

Can I bring booze on the Asheville Party Bus? You sure can! While we don’t provide any alcoholic beverages, you are free to bring your own. We recommend bringing your own cooler, ice, koozies, and cups with lids (to avoid spillage). You may be fined for excessive damage to the bus.

How many stops does the Party Bus make?  The Asheville Party Bus will make a minimum of 3 stops over the course of 4 hours. We plan to spend about 30-40 minutes at each destination.

What if we have a non-drinker with us? Welcome aboard, non-drinker are more than welcome to join! You’re brave, and sorry you have to deal with these clowns all day.
