Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. Mobile and Paper vouchers are both accepted at all stops . You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour. Please check your ticket to know when it expires. After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid. In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund. The ticket will no longer be flexible and will only be valid for the date of travel booked. Operational Updates:  Stop 5 & 6 on City Route cannot be served until further notice.

• Please note:  Due to local building work, stops 5 and 6 are unavailable until further notice.
• All buses have full mobility facilities and subtitled screens downstairs for hard of hearing.
• You can hop on and hop off the double-decker buses as many times as you like for the duration of your ticket.
• Children under 5 years travel free.
• City Sightseeing reserves the right to cancel or modify the routes or departure times.
• Operating times are subject to change without notice, please check locally.
• A 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours starting from the time you first hop on. For example, if you hop on at 3.00pm, your ticket is valid until 3.00pm the following day.
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours before the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
