The Tour Easy is a chromoly version of the Gold Rush Replica with less expensive components. Like the GRR it is an LWB OSS bike with low pedals and fairly low seat. Tour Easys have been crossing the country for decades. Some riders say it is the best touring recumbent available, next to the Gold Rush. The ride characteristics are quite similar to the GRR.

It has excellent all-around handling and inspires confidence at high speed. The Tour comes with the Kool Back seat, V-brakes, a 9-speed cassette and a Shimano XT rear derailleur. Most riders find the Tour Easy comfortable for commuting and for short or long distance touring.

Thank you for visiting the Vietnam section of our website. All tours are not created equal , nor are all travel companies. In true luxury travel there is no 'One Size Fits All' and some travelers will not find us to be a good fit for their needs. Planning a Trip to Vietnam

Most American explorers start their journey in either Hanoi (in the North) or Saigon (in the South), Vietnam’s largest and most vibrant cities. For those starting in Hanoi, an overnight cruise on HaLong Bay is almost always the next destination. Our Vietnam tours start in Hanoi and move south, but this can be reversed for private and customized travel. For explorers who have time and want to experience more of Vietnam's best places, the next destinations will be regions in the proximity on the two metropolises', with Sapa and Ninh Binh as excursions from Hanoi, and Can Tho and the Mekong Delta for those starting in Saigon. For most of our guests their next stop after Hanoi or Saigon will be in central Vietnam, with two of Vietnam's premier destinations being located here. The charming Imperial city of Hue and its wonderful historic monuments located on the Perfume River is a must while in Vietnam, and the ancient seaport of Hoi An is one of Asia's premier destinations for explorers. The last stop for many with be the other big city, Saigon or Hanoi. As the best tour company for Vietnam, we offer the option to add beach time or additional destinations in Vietnam, as well as tours of other Southeast Asian nations. Those who want to enjoy beach time can choose to add a day or two at Hoi An to experience the nice beaches there, or head to Nha Trang or Phu Quoc Island for amazing beaches and/or water sports activities.

The Best Time to Visit Vietnam

If your goal is to avoid warmer temperatures, mid-October to mid-April is the best time to visit Vietnam, but please note that temperatures in Southern Vietnam, including Saigon, do not vary much throughout the year and stay fairly warm throughout. Our luxury small group tours of Vietnam operate during the above months. Temperatures in Hanoi and HaLong can be fairly cold during winter and the northern highland regions such as Sapa can even see snow! Although it can, and does, rain at almost any time of year, the main rainy season varies greatly through Vietnam due to it being a long and thin country with three different climate zones. Over 2000 miles of coastline keeps the temperatures moderate in the coastal areas, while the weather patterns vary inland. Rainy season in the Hanoi and HaLong area, and in the Southern regions of Saigon and the Mekong Delta, is May through September, while Hoi An and Hue in Central Vietnam see most of their rain from mid-September through Mid-December.

Absolutely worse experience I’ve had…

Absolutely worse experience I’ve had with a tour company. The driver ONÉSIMO was extremely rude. I couldn’t ask any questions without him treating me terrible. The instructions where not clear either and the plan changed multiple times. 0/5 stars. Please waste or energy by booking with them. Specially with the guy that I mentioned below. Please keep in might that I am fluent in Spanish as well. This was not miscommunication * Tour to 4 cenotes casa tortuga.

Would not recommend your company to others.

As much as I was looking forward to this trip, I have issues with our tour. The biggest was the tour vans we spent a lot of our time in. We had trouble being able to see out of the windows as the vans seat sat so low one could not see well over seats in front of us. My friend is quite tall and had to recline just to be able to see out of the windows. There were very nice vans in all three countries that we saw, so it’s time for an upgrade. They were uncomfortable as well. Sadly, this was the case in all three countries we visited. The second was that our itinerary was changed and deleted some of the very tours we were excited to see. Out tour guide told us not to be mad at him, he was just following the guide he was given. I would say that accommodations were great, the guides were lovely people. I doubt we will use your company again as we did pay a lot of money and did not get what we paid for. :(

Since 2011, we've had two excellent vacations with Easy Tours, and hope to have more. First trip was to India, second to Vietnam. Easy Tours handled both with particular expertise. Planning each trip was very easy. Not knowing a thing about India or Vietnam, I spoke to Pierce in the Easy Tours USA office. He put together perfect introductory itineraries. So totally taken Care of.....

From the very beginning working with Pierce was delightful and professional. Our 3 week trip to India was perfectly coordinated. Thailand Tour

My 2 daughters and I used Easy Tours last summer (2015) and had a well designed, well orchestrated tour of Thailand. The tour guides used were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. The itinerary was designed with their knowledge and input. All needs were handled efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation and certainly use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Best trip i ever had

Just like everyone else at first I was very skeptical about easy tour. After looking into many other tours companies we decided to go with a Easy Tours because they have the best price and we can hand pick what we want and don't want to do. There was the 6 of us going on this trip. Our tour guide is guys is Nat, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of Nat this trip to Thailand was fun and memorable, he took us to eat the best pad thai and to one of the best restaurants. We are planning to go back and this time we won't hesitate to use easy tour.

An experience of a lifetime

We felt totally pampered during our tour with Easy Tours. The hotels were gorgeous - the best of the best. In fact, we requested that we finish our tours by 4:00 every afternoon so we'd have time to enjoy them. Our breakfasts and lunches were so sumptuous and delicious that we never ate dinner. Our guides were personable and knowledgeable and couldn't have been better. We appreciated how they catered to our every request and how flexible they were. We felt cared for as they met us off the plane and we're there for us until we walked through security 10 days later for our trip home. Our drivers offered us smiles and cold, wet towels when we returned after seeing a site, and they negotiated the crazy traffic with obvious skill. We felt safe. I honestly cannot think of anything that would have made our trip nicer. Everyone should enjoy a tour like this at least once in a lifetime!

January 2016 trip to Myanmar with 6 friends

Am back in Hawaii and wanted to let you know that the trip went very well. The guide was superb, the sites spectacular, and the accommodations posh and excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend your tour to anyone who asks about going to Myanmar. It certainly is the best way to travel with a guide especially one that accompanies you throughout the entire tour makes navigating the airports, baggage handling extremely hassle free. We were apprehensive initially not knowing Easy Tours, but our entire group enjoyed the tour immensely and were very satisfied.

I had the opportunity to travel to Thailand November 2018 with a group of 20ppl. Everyone shared with me, the coordinator of the trip, that by far this was one of the best trips they have traveled. From the beginning to the end Easy Tour staff and tour guides were extremely accommodating. We initially missed our arrival flights and without an ask, Nat, our primary contact while in Thailand, worked to make arrangements for pick up and adjustments to our schedule that would cause minimal costs. While in Thailand we visited 3 different cities and each tour guide was very knowledgeable about their city and too was able to recommend additional activities for us to do on our free time. Perfect Girlfriend Getaway to Thailand

I have nothing but wonderful feedback on our experience with Easy Tours. I traveled with three other girls to Thailand recently. None of us had ever been to Southeast Asia before - and all four of us fell absolutely in love with the country! The recommendations that Easy Tours made (resorts, landmarks, tours) were all amazing. Our main contact talked us through several options prior to our trip and helped cater to our every want/need. We ended up booking the last part of our trip without Easy Tours (staying at a couple Air BnB spots in the beach areas). Although we found a couple great locations, we definitely all admitted that booking the entire trip through Easy Tours was probably the smarter way to go. I was very impressed with our guide as well. In addition to being super friendly and informative, he did a wonderful job looking after us four girls (while we stopped at ATMs and touring around Bangkok, etc.). We were sad to leave him in the end. The entire experience was enjoyable and efficient. We received timely communication leading up to the trip and also real-time assistance shuffling the schedule around when our connecting flight was delayed. I highly recommend Easy Tours and look forward to an opportunity to travel with them again!

We just returned from a trip to …

We just returned from a trip to Thailand. We set up a tour for 4 in our party. What a great job Easy Tours did. They were great at taking care of everything!! We cannot say enough good about this company. Our accommodations were superb. Each hotel was clean, spacious and extra comfortable. Wow does not describe the elegance and comfort of the hotel accommodations. Our initial guide in central Thailand was superb. Pat was so attentive to our every need and questions. He gave us great insight into the way of the Thai people and explained and showed us around small villages, large cities and everything in between. Pat brought us to out of the way areas and explained and showed us the way of the people. He offered to order us lunch daily. Our lunches had such great variety and we experienced true Thai food thanks to him. He explained each dish and blended dishes so that the tastes all complimented each other. We experience markets in Bangkok, that were like nothing we have ever seen. Pat treated us to Thai snacks/treats as well. Our transportation was perfect and comfortable in private air conditioned vans. Our drivers were very professional and excellent drivers. Our trip continued up into northern Thailand. Again, we received great care, great accommodations and a knowledgeable guide and excellent driver. We saw many facets of Thai life. What a great experience. Easy Tours gets a 10 out of 10 rating from us.

Sir Keir Starmer has met with Scotland's first minister, John Swinney.

Speaking to broadcasters afterwards, both men were asked if Scottish independence had come up in the talks.

After losing the vast majority of their seats last week, the SNP are arguing the Holyrood results in 2021 still give them a mandate to work towards leaving the UK.

Sir Keir - whose party grew sizeably in Scotland - has said he is targeting the next Holyrood election in 2026 to win even more of a mandate.

On the talks today, Sir Keir said he would not go into details of what was discussed - but said that the two "can work constructively together".

He added that he has made a commitment to deliver for Scotland, and that he plans to make good on it.

Sir Keir added that he took the opportunity to "reset relations" with the first and deputy first ministers.

He conceded there were "clearly differences of opinion" between them on constitutional matters, but the meeting was still constructive.

Mr Swinney said he "very much welcomed" the engagement and was committed to improving the relationship between the Scottish and UK administrations.

He said the SNP made clear they have "different views" on the constitution - but also that the SNP is taking time "to reflect and consider" the issues posed by the election.

They lost 39 of their 48 seats on Thursday.

Mr Swinney said the party intends to focus on issues like economic growth, child poverty, public services and net zero ahead of securing independence.

The government is to divert tens of millions of pounds from the Rwanda scheme to set up a new Border Security Command (BSC), as it announces its plans to tackle illegal migration.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has also announced an audit of the monies sent to Kigali as the Labour administration looks to find ways to save or recoup cash committed under the Conservatives.

Ms Cooper plans to raise the issue of illegal migration with her European colleagues at the European Political Community Summit on 18 July.

Before the general election, Sir Keir Starmer said his party wanted to send around £75m a year to their new border scheme, from the scrapped Rwanda deportation programme.

The prime minister described the Conservative-era plans to send asylum seekers to Africa as "dead and buried" earlier this weekend.

However, it is understood Labour has not reached out to Kigali to discuss the way forward, as the previous UK government promised hundreds of millions of pounds for migrants to be sent to Rwanda.

Defence Secretary John Healey has already met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, with the Labour government making a new pledge on sending arms to Ukraine.

Mr Healey also promised that the equipment Rishi Sunak announced in April will be delivered within the first 100 days of the new government.

He said: "Our commitment to stand with the Ukrainian people is absolute, as is our resolve to confront Russian aggression and pursue Putin for his war crimes.

"This government is steadfast in our commitment to continue supplying military assistance and will stand shoulder to shoulder with our Ukrainian friends for as long as it takes."

The newly promised package of aid includes: 

• A quarter of a million of 50 calibre ammunition;
• 90 anti-armour Brimstone missiles;
• 50 small military boats to support river and coastal operations;
• 40 de-mining vehicles;
• 10 AS-90 artillery guns;
•  61 bulldozers to help build defensive positions;
• Support for previously gifted AS-90s.

The new home secretary has wasted little time in getting started in her role - launching the promised Border Security Command (BSC) just days after her appointment. 

The BSC was one of the cornerstones of Sir Keir Starmer's manifesto - Labour's solution to the small boats crisis.

The set-up is being at least partly funded by diverting £75m from the now cancelled Rwanda scheme. 

Yvette Cooper has set out the first steps for establishing the BSC, which promises to "strengthen Britain's borders security and smash the criminal smuggling gangs making millions out of small boat crossings".

The plan includes the rapid recruitment of an "exceptional leader", which begins tomorrow. 

'We can't carry on like this'

The new recruit, who is expected to take up their post in the coming weeks, will report directly to the office of the home secretary. 

They will be tasked with providing a "strategic direction" across agencies, including the National Crime Agency, police, immigration enforcement, and the Border Force.

Ms Cooper is also preparing early legislation which will introduce new counter-terror style powers for the BSC, and has commissioned an investigation into the routes and tactics used by smuggling gangs.

She said it would be a "major step change" in the UK's efforts to tackle organised immigration crime, working "across Europe" and co-ordinating with prosecutors on the continent.

"We can't carry on like this," she said, adding the BSC will act as a "major upgrade" on the immigration system Labour have inherited.

Sir Keir Starmer has had a busy day, kicking off a tour of the UK, and there's been plenty else keeping us busy.

Here are the main things you need to know from today:

• Sir Keir Starmer has headed to Edinburgh for the start of a UK tour, where he'll meet with First Minister John Swinney;
• Speaking to Scottish Labour supporters beforehand, he promised to "serve every single person in Scotland" no matter who they voted for;
• The PM hopes his visits to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will signal a "reset in relations" between Westminster and the devolved administrations;
• It comes after Labour enjoyed a revival in Scotland to become the largest party north of the border, and kept that status in Wales too.
• New government ministers are settling into their roles and were quick to rule out introducing ID cards to tackle illegal immigration this morning;
• Labour's top team distanced themselves from the suggestion made by former party leader and prime minister Sir Tony Blair ;
• The new Northern Ireland secretary, Hilary Benn, also denied there was a case for a border poll on the island of Ireland after Sinn Fein became the largest Northern Irish party at Westminster.
• Meanwhile, the Tory leadership race may well be under way after several former ministers refused to rule themselves out;
• Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman were among those on the media round this morning who indicated they could be up for replacing Rishi Sunak;
• But our political correspondent Darren McCaffrey says there are some in the party who want them to take their time before deciding, rather than rushing towards a right-wing candidate looking to stave off the threat from Reform UK.

Sir Keir Starmer has just spoken alongside the Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar, who introduced the new PM to a rapturous applause of party supporters in Edinburgh.

After a long intro from his Scottish colleague, Sir Keir says it's "hugely important" for him to visit the devolved nations as soon as possible. 

"That was an incredible election result, a historic result and a real mandate for change - we start here," he says. 

He says there's nothing "inevitable" about an election win, adding "we won because we campaigned as changed Labour". 

"We [will] govern in the same spirit… we will serve the entirety of Scotland, we will serve every single person in Scotland because that change matters to everyone."

Our political correspondent  Amanda Akass   says the speech was a reminder of the unique opportunity Sir Keir has to unite the UK's devolved administrations.

Scottish Labour "really rose out of the ashes of their previous defeats" in this week's general election, she says, going from one MP to 37.

The PM wants those new MPs "to be a big part of the government in Westminster to deliver for the people of Scotland as part of that mandate for change".

He'll also be meeting First Minister John Swinney, as part of what he hopes will be a "reset" in relations between Westminster and Holyrood.

Sir Keir Starmer is giving a speech following a meeting with Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar in Edinburgh this afternoon.

It comes at the start of the PM's first UK tour - once he's finished north of the border he'll be going to Wales and Northern Ireland.

His Scotland visit will also include a meeting with John Swinney, the first minister and SNP leader.

The race will course through France starting on Saturday, June 29 with a start time of 6 a.m. ET/3 a.m. PT and ending on Sunday, July 21.
