Bots are super-charging ticket scams, buying up huge numbers to sell at a mark-up, according to consumer advocacy groups.

Ticket scalping — where tickets are bought to be sold for profit — is an age-old con, but it's now on the rise because of new technology, CHOICE's Jarni Blakkarly says.

This week more than 2,000 fans were almost locked out of the State of Origin decider at Brisbane's Lang Park after buying their tickets through an unauthorised third party — with one fan forking out $5,000 for 10 fake tickets. 

Earlier this year triple j Hack reporters infiltrated an online community of more than 500 people who used computer programs to buy up up to a third of the tickets to Fred again..'s Australian shows within hours of their release.

These mass buy-ups are done by bots who wait in the queue like we do, but can make purchases faster than we ever could. 

"It’s a whack-a-mole game, these ticket-selling websites trying to stop these bots scraping and buying huge numbers of tickets," Mr Blakkarly says.

"But if 2,000 scalped tickets were sold to State of Origin then there are obviously bots that are getting around those."

Is re-selling tickets legal?

Re-selling tickets at more than 10 per cent above the original price is illegal in most Australian states and territories. 

You can still re-sell your ticket, just not for a massive mark-up. 

Last year the Victorian government declared Taylor Swift's Melbourne tour a major event , which meant tickets couldn't be sold for more than 10 per cent above the original price. 

In Queensland, it's illegal to sell a ticket for more than 10 per cent above its original price at all Stadiums Queensland venues, like Lang Park. 

So, if you can't make an event, you're free to on-sell your ticket to someone who wants to go — you just can't overcharge. 

How do you know if a seller is legit? 

Authorised sellers are ticket companies approved by the event organiser. 

In most cases, that's Ticketmaster or Ticketek.

"There’s a lot of consumer protections that come with that as well that don't come if you buy from an unauthorised seller," Mr Blakkarly says.

"Customers often search things like State of Origin tickets and the first result is Viagogo and they might not even know that that's not the authorised seller of those tickets."

In 2020, ticket reseller Viagogo was fined $7 million by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for misleading consumers into believing it was an official reseller for live music and sports events .

The Federal Court also found Viagogo misled consumers with hidden fees late in the booking process. 

Each state's fair trading body also has the power to crack down on unauthorised sellers, but it's rare for them to do so, Mr Blakkarly says.

"We haven't really seen them go after these big ticket sellers in any meaningful way," he says.

"So for these companies, copping the occasional fine is probably just something they consider part of doing business."

Can you still use a scalped ticket?

That depends on a few things, like whether your ticket existed in the first place.

Most ticket scalping is done using bots, buying up a large number of tickets for resale, Mr Blakkarly says.

"In some cases they are legitimate tickets that are being resold at inflated prices.

"But then there's also just straight up scams, tickets that don't exist or maybe never existed but are being sold through these websites."

Some unauthorised re-sellers sell the same ticket over and over again, meaning people show up at the gate to find their ticket has already been scanned.

And there's a chance a venue won't let you in if you show up with a scalped ticket.

Lang Park stadium general manager Allan Graham says ticket scanners can tell if a ticket is scalped. 

"The system identifies that and deactivates the barcode so it can't be used, because it has been illegally sold."

Fans locked out of the NRL were lucky — because of how many people were affected, people with tickets for real seats were allowed in even with scalped tickets. 

Can you get a refund if you get scalped?

It's unlikely.

"Viagogo is based out of Switzerland and I haven't heard of people getting their money back from them, despite the fact that they have several kind of guarantees and assurances on their website that you can get refunds," Mr Blakkarly says.

"The Ticket Merchant, similarly, I haven't heard of a case of people getting a refund from that."

Some people have got refunds through their banks, but it's not guaranteed, Mr Blakkarly notes.

In most cases you'll just have to accept that you've missed out.

"Sometimes you've just gotta find the nearest pub and do the best you can," he says.

Sometimes, international performances don't go as planned for various reasons. Promotion issues, a lack of general interest, and many other things can contribute to a show being lackluster. Even the world’s most well-known musicians such as Kanye West and Lady Gaga have experienced going on stage just to see a half-empty stadium.

Lady Gaga Tells A Fib

Lady Gaga is a phenomenal performer. There aren't many that can compete with her various stunts and dancing routines while on stage. Which is why she often sells out entire venues in a matter of minutes.

In 2012, that didn't happen when she had to do a show in Peru. The "Poker Face" singer claimed she was going to perform in front of 50,000 via a tweet, but the reality was the number was way lower. The capacity of the San Marcos Stadium was 50k but only 20,000 showed up. The promoter even tried to lower prices of the tickets to get more seats filled but that plan failed.

Nelly Tries To Support Troops In Iraq

In 2015, Nelly traveled all the way to Iraq as an attempt to support the troops fighting ISIS. There's no word on whether or not the concert was private or public, but virtually no one attended. Still, Nelly was a class act about it.

"I'm honored that this country has basically paid attention to Nelly. Everybody has been so gracious, and the hospitality has been first class. How could you not want to come back to a place where people show you so much gratitude, and they're happy to have you," he said.

Arcade Fire Fails To Fill Seats

2017 wasn't a great year for Arcade Fire as far as filling venues go. They had poor attendance at quite a few of their North American shows. Many of the arenas held anywhere between 10,000-20,000 people, but not even half of all available seats would be filled.

Leading man Win Butler acknowledged the less than pleasing attendance ratings during a sold-out show in Vancouver. "We've played cities three times as big with half as many people, so this is really a thing of beauty for us," he said.

Kanye Doesn't Hit The Target

It seems like Kanye West never leaves the limelight. It's been that way since he released his first album, College Dropout . Whether it's thanks to controversy or fantastic music, people will pay attention. In 2013, the kind folks in Kansas City didn't care enough to show up.

The Sprint Center holds 19,000, but only 4,500 came to watch the self-proclaimed genius. "The meager attendance of less than 4,500 seemed inconceivably small for one of the most vital artists in popular music," wrote reviewer Bill Brownlee.

Not Carly Rae's Cup Of Tea

In 2014, Toronto's DAVIDsTEA held their Cup of Warmth campaign featuring Carly Rae Jepsen. It was a disaster. They promised to donate to charity for each cup of tea sold with their goal set at selling 30,000.

Sadly, they only managed 20 cups, which means around 20 people came to support and see the singer do her thing. Jepsen stayed strong and smiled through it all. She even posed with a fan and posted a picture from the event on her Instagram.

Keri Hilson Didn't Mind

Sometimes, performing for no one can be fun. That is if you're receiving a fat check for the gig, of course. In 2015, Keri Hilson opened up for Lenny Kravitz in Dallas, Texas, but the stadium was almost empty. She didn't mind thanks to all the zeros they gave her.

"I spent my day being ridiculed for getting paid $100,000 in one night, to do what I love 4 years after being publicly relevant. FML," she wrote.

Sisqo Does Uganda

Sisqo hasn't been very relevant since he released "Thong Song" in the early 2000s. We will admit the song gets people going when it comes on in the club every now and then, but Uganda wasn't feeling it in 2013.

He took the stage at an outdoor venue, and reports say there were less than 400 total people. Fewer than 40 were in VIP, and the rest sat in the cheap seats. They blamed it on inexperienced promoters.

"Unavoidable Production Delays," They Said...

It's hard to imagine a pop star as monumental as Katy Perry would have a hard time getting fans to purchase tickets. In 2017, her Witness tour had to be postponed due to "unavoidable production delays," which really means, "no one bought her tickets."

The shows continued but the album the tour was for received poor reviews which decreased fan's excitement levels. Perry gave a lengthy statement on her Instagram about the fiasco saying she hopes to provide "an experience I am proud to share with you." Too bad, not many came to witness it.

Mase Remained Strong

In 2014, hip-hop artists Fat Joe, Foxy Brown, and Mase were going to perform at London's 02 venue which holds around 2,350 people. Before the show, things went wrong when Foxy Brown canceled, and Fat Joe couldn't enter the country.

Being the "Bad Boy" that he is, Mase decided the show would go on without them. He ended up performing in front of roughly 150 fans. Foxy Brown tweeted out a picture of the empty arena saying he personally kicked her out of the show.

Sorry, Rih Rih

As we've said, even the most successful artists get placed in awkward situations, and in 2016, it happened to Rihanna. The "Umbrella" singer had a show at the 90,000 capacity Wembley Stadium, but it was half empty after being advertised as sold out.

The issue turned out to be scalpers, who purchased tickets as soon as they went on sale. "Mumford & Sons also experienced the same problem. So there's nothing worse for the band playing a 'sold-out' show than looking out at empty seats because touts bought the tickets and tried to sell them on secondary sites," Adam Tudhope said.

No Suprise For Brandy

Imagine being set to give a surprise performance for a 90,000 capacity venue in another country only to have the fans become impatient. In 2013, Brandy was going to be a surprise guest in South Africa as part of an all-day festival.

The concertgoers learned there would be an unannounced performer, but they didn't stick around to find out who it was. By the time she got on stage, there were only 40 people left standing. Even the news crew packed up and called it a night before the big reveal.

Even The Orchestra Got The Cold Shoulder

The London Philharmonic Orchestra is exceptionally well-known around the world. In 2016 they were doing an ongoing concert series at the Gasteig concert hall in Munich, Germany, which brought performers to the venue.

It's a 2,300 seat venue and by the time the show started, only 150 people had stuck around. The orchestra, in part, had Oktoberfest to blame, which was going on at the same time. The orchestra's conductor was so baffled that he thought he walked through the wrong doors.

Fountains Of Wayne Had A Hard Time At Georgetown University

The men of Fountains Of Wayne were the headlining act for a Georgetown University concert in 2006. Promoted by the student-run Georgetown Programming Board, they expected to sell up to 1,600 tickets come showtime. The venue wasn't too large, so that was a fair estimate.

When the day came, they only sold 370, less than a quarter of the total amount. To add insult to injury, frontman Chris Collingwood needed a bucket brought on stage because he was a tad bit drunk.

Madonna Couldn't Stir Brazil

Madonna released her chart-topping album MDNA in 2011 that was followed by a massive tour. The world-renowned artist usually doesn't have a hard time filling venues, but the people of Brazil weren't trying to hear her this time around.

Time 4 Fun Entretenimento SA promotions found it very hard to gather attention for the pop star. They ended up having to go to extra lengths to sell some tickets. North American shows sold out in minutes, but in Brazil Time 4 Fun had to offer two-for-one deals a week away from showtime. They even let Madonna's fans pay in installments.

50 Cent Gets Petty With Ja Rule

Rappers 50 Cent and Ja Rule have had an ongoing feud since 2001. Towards the tail end of 2018, Ja Rule had a concert coming up, and 50 Cent took matters into his own hands.

"I just bought 200 seats in the front so they can be empty. LOL," 50 Cent captioned an Instagram post. That's taking petty to a new level, and sure enough, Ja Rule performed to a very quiet front row.

Ashanti Probably Felt Embarrassed

In 2015, the former R&B sensation, Ashanti, had a show on the 4th of July. Unexpectedly, she took to Instagram and told her fans her concert got canceled because the police deemed it unsafe. Survey says that was a lie.

Ashanti wrote, "I was dressed, on the way and ready to turn up with you." That's when the promoter chimed in and declared that to be false. "We are open the promoter felt it was light and he canceled her."

Festival Express Couldn't Get Going

Some festivals aren't meant to be as sensational as the rest. Do you remember the Fyre Festival? Well, between June and July 1970 was the Festival Express; a Woodstock on wheels. It featured The Grateful Dead, The Band, Janis Joplin, and Delaney & Bonnie as they traveled across Canada going from concert to concert.

Sadly, most of the stops were not what they expected. The Montreal show got canceled, 2,500 protested the Toronto show thanks to a shady promoter, and they were unable to land a venue in Vancouver. Plagued from the start, this wasn't a tour filled with positive memories.

Lil Wayne Prefers Large Crowds

Lil Wayne seemingly never falls off. That's a true testament to his influence because he's been around since he was 14. Decades later, he still sells out venues and makes it look easy. In 2019, Blink-182 asked him to go on tour with the band and he happily agreed.

Little did the New Orleans native know, he'd be doing some very small shows. This was very offsetting for the emcee. "I just want the people to know, if you're wondering, please forgive me, but I am so-not used to performing to a crowd... and there's not too many... that's not my swag," he explains. "I'm not sure how long I'm gonna be able to do this tour."

They Love Him In Person, Not On Screen?

Consider this more a bonus. While Justin Bieber's tours are always a raging success, the same can't be said for his Believe documentary that supported the album. The pop sensation released it on Christmas day in theaters, and that might've been his mistake.

That day already has a ton of other movies coming out so perhaps it could have got lost in the mix. The film bombed at the box office, only grossing $3 million in the first few days.

Despite going on sale in May, tickets to the I Love You singer’s London O2 arena gigs remain largely available— at just £250 for standing.

There is still a year to go before the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour reaches the UK, but fans have been vocal online about the eye-watering costs.

This has been a wider issue, with many feeling the price of live music has become out of touch with the fans’ earnings.

However, Billie’s tour has hit a sore spot as the 22-year-old singer previously signed an open letter appealing for laws in the US to block scalpers from overcharging.

It seems the scam artists didn’t need to inflate prices as fans could be looking at a whopping £400 per ticket at some venues.

Taking to X, user heyitsandy_ wrote: ‘I’m glad Billie Eilish can’t sell out or even marginally fill any of her three dates at the O2 arena because the only way we will get cheaper ticket prices is by not buying hugely overpriced tickets. £234 being the cheapest ticket is ridiculous.’

Sam Carr added: ‘Baffled at how a standing ticket for Billie Eilish’s tour next year at the o2 is £250.50 for a standing ticket and that’s at face value as well 🤯.’

On Ticketmaster, the Glasgow OVO Hydro prices start at £111 for fans looking for a single ticket but two seated tickets together run at £400 per ticket.

For the July 10th, 2025, O2 London there are tickets available in the standing area and some lower sections all priced around £250.

However, six days later the same venue is completely sold out, with no tickets through the site at face value or resell.

‘This sort of thing is getting absurd,’ Sean Beegee said. ‘Where is it coming from – do concert promoters just assume we have as much disposable income as Americans?

‘Or has Taylor [Swift] distorted their perceptions of what people will pay for a live event?’

By comparison, Taylor Swift ’s UK Eras Tour tickets were priced between £58.65 and £194.75, charging £175 for standing area regardless of if you were in London or Edinburgh.

Beyonce ’s 2023 Renaissance tour set fans back between £56.25 for a seated ticket and £106.80 for standing, although VIP packages ran up to £2,000.

Harry Styles ’ huge Love On Tour shows ran from around £50 upwards to £326.30 for a ‘pod standing’ ticket.

Crossing genres, on the higher priced end, was Nickelback’s O2 Arena gig which maxed out at £261.57 for a standard seated ticket.

Nickelback’s tour was also organised by Live Nation who are handling Billie’s gigs.

High pricing is by no means the fault of the What Was I Made For hitmaker, however, the abundance of tickets and complaints online seem to indicate a pushback from fans.

Starting on July 7, 2025, Billie has two shows in Glasgow, six in London, and four in Manchester.

Keen fans can still buy tickets for the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour through AXS and Ticketmaster.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to purchases or sales via our resale platform, Twickets. Please see our Twickets Terms and Conditions for all terms and conditions applicable to purchasing and selling via Twickets.

In these terms and conditions "SEE" refers to SEE Group Limited and/or The Way Ahead Group Limited (as applicable). SEE sells all tickets as an agent on behalf of the organisers, promoters, artists, venues or producers of an event (referred to as a "Promoter") or members of the public under our Fan to Fan programme on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event.

Purchasing tickets

• Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle SEE or the Promoter to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
• In addition to the ticket price your order may require payment of a booking fee per ticket, a transaction fees per order and/or other supplementary fees which may apply to the event. Those fees are not refundable except as set out in paragraphs 3, 4, 6, 16, and 35 below.
• If you order or buy more tickets than the maximum permitted per person, per card or per household, we may cancel all of the order or tickets, in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid.
• To prevent fraud and protect SEE and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets.
• You must inform SEE of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the tickets. Our contact details are below. Our preferred method to contact you is email, so you should take care to provide a current, valid email address and be aware that your email filter settings may treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder.
• An order for tickets is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we may either cancel the order (in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid) or give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.
• Whilst we allocate specific seats to you we have the right to change these seats to others of equal value.
• On rare occasions the show or event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Theatre or Venue Management.

Delivery and collection

• Tickets may be despatched to you electronically or by post (including secure, registered, recorded and regular post) or made available for collection at the venue box office. For despatch arrangements for tickets purchased as part of a package with SEE coach travel services please also see paragraph 38 below.

You will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the contact details provided by you) if this becomes necessary. Please note the conditions for box office collection at paragraph 13 below.

We cannot usually specify the dates on which you will receive tickets. If you do not inform us of the non-receipt of tickets within a reasonable time (in any event at least 72 hours before the event) we will have no liability to you.

• If tickets sent by post are returned to us marked "addressee gone away", "addressee unknown" or similar words indicating that you do not reside at the address, your order may be cancelled and the ticket price and any supplementary charges (but not the booking fee or transaction fee) refunded, or your order may be made available for collection at the box office.
• To collect tickets at the box office the cardholder must present the card used to book the tickets as identification. Other identification or letters authorising collection may not be accepted and the tickets may be withheld at the box office.
• Always check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes when ordering cannot always be corrected and any corrections are discretionary.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

• Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. This is subject to any rights you may have pursuant to Ticket Plan Protection purchased when you bought the tickets.

SEE does not receive the tickets from the Promoter and cannot arrange for duplicates to be collected at the box office; or

the tickets have been sent to an address different to the one you specified and you tell us within a reasonable period, as set out at paragraph 11 above, but replacement tickets are not provided; or

your tickets are not despatched and no arrangements are made for the tickets to be available for collection at the box office

• No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded.

Cancellation, change or postponement of an event

• Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the Promoter. SEE cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation.
• You should always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
• If a Promoter cancels an event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, show time or (concerts only) headline act and confirms this to SEE, SEE will try to inform you. This will usually be contacted by letter for phone bookings or email for online bookings. In urgent cases it may be by phone.
• If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, the Promoter will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If an event is cancelled by the Promoter you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the Booking Fee and any Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances. If you opted for Ticket Refund Protection this is also a non-refundable fee.

Please note that the return postage cost is non-refundable.

• Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the event or the date that we receive your returned tickets, whichever is later.

• No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with the all terms and conditions applicable to those tickets, the venue or the event (see paragraph 26 below).

Attending an event

• Events are not the responsibility of SEE. SEE does not organise events and has no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind suffered at or in connection with any event (including loss, damage or theft any personal property at an event).
• Admission to an event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Promoter and the venue operator. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then the Promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue.
• Amongst other things you will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches for the safety of those attending the event). The venue or the Promoter will have rights to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances or make unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings. There will often also be rules restricting or preventing the admission of latecomers.
• SEE will highlight any terms, conditions or rules relating to the event of which it is aware and which it considers particularly significant, onerous or unusual. This will generally include age restrictions, ticket types etc. Information on where you can find full details of relevant terms, conditions or rules will be available from the Promoter or venue operator via the box office or their website or during the online booking process .
• Before you finalise your booking, please read all the information that applies to the event and/or ticket. If you or any member of your party has particular requirements please raise these when booking and we will endeavour to address your query. There can be no guarantee that requirements can be met if notified at the event.
• When you receive your tickets check the details carefully. When attending the event, carry proof of age if appropriate.
• Specific seats may be allocated to you at the time of booking, but the Promoter or venue operator reserves the right to change these seats to others of equal value.

SEE coach travel

• Items 33 to 38 apply where SEE offers coach travel in conjunction with a ticket. Unless stated otherwise on booking, whilst SEE sells tickets only as the Promoter's agent, it supplies the coach travel itself.
• SEE may alter or cancel the coaches which it runs for operational reasons. Whilst SEE will endeavour to notify you (using the contact details you provided) of any changes to your journey it cannot guarantee to do so. You should always check that the journey is going ahead at the scheduled time and departure point and you must advise your party of any changes.
• If SEE makes changes to coach availability in a way which means you can no longer attend the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of your coach travel, your ticket price and any booking fee, transaction fee or supplementary fee. This does not include changing the time of the coach within the day the coach has been organised for.
• SEE will take all reasonable precautions to ensure coaches arrive on time but is not responsible for delays due to circumstances which are unforeseen or beyond its control (e.g. traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns).
• You should take care of any personal property that you may have with you on any coach, and in no circumstances should you leave it unattended. SEE is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of such personal property.

you and your party must travel on the designated coach to receive your tickets. If you or any member of your party do not travel on the designated coach you are not guaranteed entry to the event;

the coach ticket must be produced in order to collect the ticket for the event. If you or members of your party lose their coach ticket, the credit or debit card used to make the purchase must be presented to collect the event ticket.

• We may share your personal information with Promoters, venue operators, coach operators and others as necessary only for the purposes of the event. We will not otherwise share that information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent (as part of the booking process or otherwise) unless required by law.
• See will share your information with 3rd parties only if you have given consent for us to do so. These 3rd parties may use your information to contact you with regards to the specific event or other relevant events you may be interested in, based on your purchase history.
• We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
• We may receive information that you submit to any third party website that you access from a link contained in this website or from which you linked to this website. Both SEE and the owner or operator of that third party website will be the data controller in respect of any such information and you should check the privacy policy of that website to find out how they will use your data. We will only use that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
• The contact details you provide to See may be passed to the NHS test and trace team, if they make a request of the data controller. This is to enable them to notify you of potential exposure to Covid-19.
• Other than the disclosures referred to in the Terms & Conditions, we will not disclose any personal information without your permission, unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order, or in order to prevent fraud or any other crime).
• SEE cannot be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of others (including Promoters and venue operators). However, SEE does not seek to exclude its liability to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
• These terms and conditions do not create any rights or obligations enforceable by or against anyone other than SEE, you and, as SEE contracts as the Promoter's agent, the Promoter who has direct rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
• The purchase by you of tickets and these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between you and SEE are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
