This tour operator is top class! Although I booked a 5-day tour in Cusco and Machu Picchu only like a month before my trip, they worked quickly and efficiently and achieved to organise everything as described. Hotels, transfers and guides are all first class and I felt completely safe as a solo traveller. Although I did not speak Spanish, I never left out since all our tour guides spoke also English. Waldir, the mastermind of the whole organisation, contacted me daily and was ready to help if needed and give useful tips and advice regarding the itinerary. The communication was perfect. The itinerary was absolutely balanced and exciting! As Waldir told me on the way back to the airport, it is not customary in the traditional language to say goodbye, only "until we meet again". 7 Day Inca Jungle Adventure To Machu Picchu with Mountain Bike, Rafting, Zip Line and Trek.

I did the 7-day adventure. This one is worth it! It was amazing, everything was taken care of. It was nice to go to another country and have someone who already had great hotels and hostels vetted. Every place we stayed was clean and had my own room and bathroom. Packing tips: Bring a 28L bag - When you start mountain biking you have to carry everything on the hikes. That is 4 days. What I brought. -Lots of small amounts of Sols. Some places only take Sols and can’t break 50 or 100 Sols. The first hotel converted USD to Sols for me. -Swimsuit -Good bug spray -I brought a water filter and wish I brought a hydration pack (ended up just refilling the plastic bottles I bought every night by filtering the tap water) -Clothes are difficult to predict so layers. Other helpful hints you have to ask months in advance to do huayna picchu. It is worth it but time was tight. I think the average time is 2.5 hours to do. Plus you have to get yourself back to the train which is 1.5 hour hike down or the bus which is took us 45 minutes to get tickets, line, and ride down. For reference our huayna picchu entrance was at 10AM and we had to be at the bus station at 2 PM. It also is worth maybe taking an extra day or two independently or spending a couple of days in Lima. Make sure your travel insurance covers the activities you will do. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Everything was great! You get a lot in this package.

I did the Andean Experience with Inkayni Peru Tours. It was incredible. All the tours were interesting with a really good logistic. I always felt very safe doing all the tours. A special shoutout to our guide, Miguel (Miki), who was always smiling, supportive and who gave us loads of information about the inca civilisation. We could see that he was really passionate about it. He always made sure that everyone in the group felt included. Everything was great. I would 100% recommend it.

What people love about Peru Tours from Cusco

My husband and I traveled with Kantu Tours back in March for our honeymoon. Waldir and all tour guides that they paired us with were amazing. All tour guides were knowledgable, all hotels we stayed at were close to the town centers and clean. One thing to be mindful of for this tour is it is a lot more walking and hiking than you may think. Rainbow mountain and Lake Humanty are steep hikes on uneven gravel. We are from Florida so we were worried about elevation sickness but took elevation sickness meds and also drank or chewed coca leaves any time offered or in the morning and never got sick. Peru is absolutely beautiful and all locals are very nice from our experience. I would highly recommend Kantu Tours to anyone wanting to visit Peru.

We did our trek with alpaca expositions and it was amazing. Our guides, Javier and Henry were encouraging and informative. The chef Alex was able to create gourmet meals including cakes and tortes in a camping setting. This was an unforgettable journey.

Such an amazing experience. Roger our guide was a great guy, very experienced and full of local knowledge and stories. We were so well fed by our chef who never ceased to amaze us by producing fantastic local food every meal. The porters made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed - even hot water bottles on a freezing cold night.
