Choosing the right college is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. At Jefferson, we want to make this decision as easy as possible for you. We encourage all new students to visit our campuses to experience what all the excitement is about!

Our Office of Admissions offers new student tours at each of our campuses several times a month. Your visit will last around one hour and includes an admissions presentation and a walking tour.

CAMPUS VIDEO TOURS

Jefferson State Community College has four campuses in four contingent counties: Jefferson, Chilton, Shelby, and St, Clair. This google map shows their location in proximity to each other.

Campus tours at Jefferson State are the first step in allowing us to help you Find your place !

Individual tours are available by appointment at each of four campuses.  A student ambassador will guide your tour, which will include visits to campus classrooms and administrative offices.  Tours last 45 minutes to an hour and conclude at the Enrollment Services Office, where our staff will be available to provide information about the admissions process or anything else you may need to know before you leave. This site opened in Fall of 2006 and serves the needs of students in the eastern most part of our service area. Here we offer you an opportunity to complete your general education courses closer to home.

CHILTON-CLANTON CAMPUS

The Conference & Performing Arts Center The Chilton-Clanton Campus of Jefferson State Community College is housed in a 30,000-square-foot building offering college courses in English, humanities and fine arts, natural sciences and mathematics, history, social and behavioral sciences, and nursing.
