We have previously used Tui for several holidays so even we were looking for a holiday to Tenerife in September wr contacted them. We contacted your store at the Gyle Centre in Edinburgh and spoke to Gary. We told him the hotel we were looking at and he was very helpful. I asked him a question he couldn’t say the time but he contacted the hotel and got back to me which was greatly appreciated. The branch representative was called Gary.

Susie at Tui is excellent 😊

We popped in to see Susie in the Tunbridge Wells TUI branch as she booked our holiday last year and was so helpful when we were caught in the air traffic control debacle last year. Susie found us an amazing hotel in Kos and was really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We felt valued and very well looked after when going in to book our daughter’s first holiday abroad. Our travel agent,Claire was fantastic. She was very attentive,knowledgeable and found us the perfect resort to take our little one. She answered all of our concerns and made sure we had all the information we need. We will definitely be back to book with her next time

My worst holiday in 20 years and awful customer service from Tui

Tui sold us a 5 star package with diamond club upgrade including butler service. The hotel building itself was fine but the service from hotel staff and Tui reps was 2 star not 5 star. We also booked excursions via Tui and had various issues specifically with the transport - dirty buses, broken seat belts, filthy aircon vents (I was struggling to breathe one evening after an excursion) and one driver missed our hotel stop resulting in a 2 hour delay returning to our hotel. The Tui reps descriptions of the tours also did not match the actual tours. We completed Tui's feedback request which stated I'd be contacted within 30 days. I've still not had contact 2 months later.

Phoned Tui as the online price jumped by a few thousand pounds to be informed it was due to the flights being provided by a 3rd party. Justine Kemp, our TUI operator, was fantastic, She shifted our dates and got the price we were after. Now very much looking forward to our holiday, and it really is all thanks to Justine:)

URGENT - building site hotel.

I am due to stay Atlantica Nissaki Beach in Corfu. This is a building site. I have contacted TUI several times as I am due to fly Monday and they are being no help. ‘There will be a rep to assist us any issue occur’. I have all inclusive which apparently only 1 restaurant is open. No water in pools. Dirty. TUI are allowing their travellers to fly out there knowing this hotel is not ready and not helping. Sending others to lower star hotels giving them food poisioning. TUI. Please contact me. I fly Monday 6th early hours!

Easy on line booking

Easy on line booking, went with TUI last year me and my partner but through an agent. We are going back next year for his milestone birthday and taking family too and booked direct. TUI airline and ground staff were all very good

booking was going very well we were given our seat's as I have a disabilty and it all seem to be in the price,but when we ask for extra leg room the price came up which was still very low as it ment just paying a bit more to up grade only to be told that they had taken away the offer you get for being disable to having to pay the very high price of which I was'nt happy about but I needed it. So now on way back I won't be paying for up grade.I just fill like I had been rip off.

Cape verde/Norwegian cruise

Booked in Lancaster with Cara and Lynn over 2 visits. Very attentive, answered all questions. Knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely go back

This is our first holiday abroad

This is our first holiday abroad, so we were extremely confused after searching online for days. As soon as we entered the shop we were made to feel at ease. All the advise and help we needed was there. We can't thank TUI enough for how easy and exciting they made the whole experience.

Love TUI for holidays

Love TUI for holidays. Have never had any issues. Are helpful if needed. Slight disappointment the high street stores are closing but the website is very easy to navigate.

Colchester branch

Gary from the colchester branch was so friendly, helpful got us the best family holiday with the best deal. Nothing was to much trouble can't wait for our holiday to gran canaria in June .

I honestly would not book a holiday with anyone else. Simone & Kerry have gone above & beyond to get us the best package. Simone does as much as she so we can walk out and everything we wanted is sorted. She helps sort things for my son who has additional needs making him feel comfortable with everything too. Excellent last-minute holiday

We booked with TUI for a last-minute holiday in Tenerife. The service from TUI couldn’t have been better at all stages throughout the holiday experience. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking of going back at some time soon.

I was travelling alone for the second…

I was travelling alone for the second time with Tui. Manchester to Gambia. I’m Autistic and have ADD so tend to get anxious and claustrophobic. The flight crew have been amazing with me both times. So helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou so much Tui for training your staff so well.

Poor agent aftercare

We went into TUI Dunstable and booked the holiday service was good. However, when we looked at the reviews of the hotel online, we had our concerns we Contacted TUI Dunstable Who basically washed their hands of my question and told me I needed to speak to the hotel directly. That is not the service that I would expect from booking through an agent.

Great experience

Had a good package holiday experience with TUI. Cannot comment on customer service because nothing went wrong that I had to contact them. Two weeks in Dominican Republic, great flights, great transfer. All in all great experience. Thank you.
