Star wars jedi: fallen order - how to unlock new journey plus.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order isn't quite done yet. New Journey+ is out, here's how players can revisit the story of Cal Kestis with few added bonuses.

It's time to fight the empire again! Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order just released New Journey+ giving players the opportunity to relive the story of Cal Kestis, a padawan survivor of Order 66. Fallen Order is the newest venture in the Star Wars franchise, as the next in line of a large array of games to try its hand at implementing Dark Souls elements, and making them unique to the game. These elements take Star Wars to the next level making combat more difficult, skill-based, and less beat-em-up all around. New Journey+ serves to take that a step further.

According to EA, Fallen Order is merely getting their feet wet as they've confirmed there will be more games on the way following suit , and hopefully improving upon anything Fallen Order fell short on. Jedi Fallen Order has an engaging storyline and challenging combat where enemies always keep players on their toes, so New Journey+ presents an opportunity to push those skills past their current levels. Here's how to access New Journey+, and get started on another adventure putting a damper in the Empire's plans before it's too late.

How to Access New Journey+ in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

New Journey+ is an end game activity recently added to Fallen Order alongside some other interesting features. New Journey+ carries over a few things that players are sure to be concerned about and leaves some things behind within reason. Cosmetics for Cal, BD-1,  and the Stinger Mantis all carry over into the new playthrough . All chests that any of these items may have come in will remain open in New Journey+, so players have no reason to fear the mad hunt for every single chest except the ones missed in the original playthrough. However, all golden cases that give BD-1 stim upgrades are closed, so players must scour the universe for these once again and get back into tip-top shape. Abilities and skill upgrades are also reset to their primary capabilities since locating them is apart of Cal's restoration as a Jedi, so having them at the start would make half of the story's progression rather meaningless.

Players can access New Journey+ after beating the original playthrough on any difficulty. After finishing the last mission and accompanying cut scene leading into the credits, return to the main menu and New Journey + will be there waiting at the bottom of the page. A nice added bonus would be the Inquisitor outfit that Cal has the opportunity to wear at the very beginning of the new play-through. Another new feature added would be the combat arena for players to push their skills to the limit, which is also available early in the game and accessed via the meditation circles. Take heed in the new challenges Jedi Fallen Order brings and enjoy everything New Journey+ has to offer!

How to play the New Journey+ mode in Jedi: Fallen Order

Image of Zack Palm

Jedi: Fallen Order  stars Cal Kestist, a Jedi Padawan who has survived the events of Order 66, where the clone troopers turned on their Jedi generals. Almost all of the Jedi were eliminated, save a handful who were able to walk away with barely anything to their name.

In  Fallen Order,  you follow Cal as he returns to the life of a Jedi, meeting a small ragtag group of adventurers attempting to survive the onslaught of the Empire who have subjected the galaxy. Previously, after you completed the game and arrived at the credits, you had the opportunity to start your game over again to play through it one more time on a new difficulty, but you started from scratch.

A new update released on May 4 changes this a little bit. After you beat the game, you now have access to a New Journey+ mode. It’s  Fallen Order ‘s new game plus mode, giving you access to the start of the game, but you have all of the cosmetic items you obtained through your first game. With the New Journey+ game mode, you can play wearing any of Cal’s outfits you find on the journey, with any lightsaber design, and with any lightsaber color.

All of the chests containing cosmetics are empty, so you don’t need to wander off the beaten path to find any of them you already know about. Are there some you didn’t find? You’ll be able to revisit all of the planets in the game to find them. None of your abilities are unlocked, though. Only your cosmetic items remain through each game.

After beating Jedi: Fallen Order once, you can access the New Journey+ mode on the main menu of your game. In addition to all your cosmetics, you also unlock the red kyber crystals, and Cal’s Inquisitor outfit to wear in the game.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order™ Free Content Update

(Minor spoilers to follow!)

Welcome back, Jedi. You’ve faced the trials and tribulations of a dangerous galaxy. You’ve confronted troopers, beasts, Inquisitors, and a foe far greater than all of them combined. But despite all that, you made it through!

To start things off, we wanted to take this time to thank all of you! From the day we first announced the game to right now, it’s been an absolutely wild ride and a truly humbling experience to see how much so many of you have enjoyed this game. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing many of you react so positively to the game, from your screenshots, videos, fan art, cosplay, live stream reactions, and more!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being such a supportive community! It means the galaxy to us. Your passion has moved us so much that we felt we just had to do something extra as a thank you, and that’s where this update comes in.

Available now, we’re releasing a free content update for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order™. Within it, you’ll find new cosmetics for Cal and BD-1, new modes for those of you who’ve become a Jedi, and some additional tweaks and fixes that should make things more enjoyable for all players.

Let’s get into the details!

Meditation Training

Meditation Training is the biggest part of this update and is a new game mode hub that can be accessed from the Meditation points found throughout the game (further details on that below). In it, you’ll be able to face off against all enemies, including bosses, in two different modes: Combat Challenges and the Battle Grid.

Combat Challenges will pit Cal against waves of enemies across multiple planetary backdrops from across the galaxy, including the Imperial stronghold Fortress Inquisitorius. Each unique location will feature its own unique challenges, too, allowing for tailor-made experiences that draw from each environment. Different challenges will have different numbers of waves and each will have a three-star completion rating.

What makes these challenges especially unique is that they’ve all been designed for veteran players. They’re designed to be tackled when Cal is at his strongest and most experienced towards the end of the game, so be wary if you decide to take on challenges early in a playthrough. The abilities Cal knows at the time of entering his meditation will be the ones you take into a challenge.

There are 12 challenges in total and each challenge has three stars. Unlocking twelve stars in total, regardless of how many you get per challenge, will give you three new BD-1 appearances.

  • Star 1: Complete the challenge
  • Star 2: Complete the challenge without healing
  • Star 3: Complete the challenge without taking damage

If you consider yourself a master of the Jedi ways, try getting all three stars! However, if you’re looking for a wholly unique challenge, this next mode is for you.

The second mode in Meditation Training is called the Battle Grid . This mode is a sandbox for players to create their own encounters. In it, players will be able to select a location, the size of the encounter they want to face, tinker with various difficulty modifiers, and set the overall combat difficulty to one of the four difficulty levels.

There’s a lot of room for creativity within this mode and you’ll also be able to save your grid creations to play later. As an added bonus, this mode will also feature unique enemies Cal saw during the dark visions of his past and future: his fallen Master Jaro Tapal as well as the dark side version of himself, Inquisitor Cal Kestis !

We can’t wait to see the encounters you create and hope you’ll share screenshots and video clips of your punishing creations for the community to replicate!

New Journey +

A common request we got was for a way to replay the game while carrying some things over. The core experience of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order revolves around Cal’s growth and learning (and relearning) his abilities as he restores his connection to the Force and overcomes his traumas. For this mode, we think we’ve found a good balance between what to carry over while still allowing Cal to discover abilities on his journey.

With this update also comes the New Journey + mode. This new feature gives those of you who’ve beaten the game a menu option to start from the beginning, gaining access to Meditation Training game modes (exclusively available in NJ+) . You’ll also keep all of their collectibles from a previous playthrough while abilities will have to be relearned. This includes lightsaber parts, kyber crystal colors, and other aesthetic items. And yes, that means you get to keep every poncho. Any chests you’ve opened in your previous playthrough will stay empty, meaning you won’t need to check every chest or open empty ones by accident. Any chests you haven’t opened, though, will remain in place for you and your best droid buddy to find.

As an added bonus, NJ+ will unlock an additional appearance for Cal: the Inquisitor uniform , as seen during a vision he has during the story. Naturally, you’ll need a lightsaber to match, so we’re also adding the iconic red kyber crystal along with two new lightsaber sets: Protection and Defense I & II . What’s especially exciting about these new hilts is that we’ve once again worked with our friends at Lucasfilm and Disney to make sure they match the ones you’d find in Batuu at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort!

what does start new journey fallen order

All of these are exclusive to NJ+ and cannot be used during a fresh playthrough of the game.

Accessibility Improvements

Accessibility is something we really care about. After the launch of the game, we got some great feedback on how we could make the game even more accessible. At the core of every Respawn game, we want them to feel good to play, and we want them to feel good for every kind of gamer. To better meet that goal, we’ve added some additional accessibility options that we hope can help more players enjoy Cal’s story.

  • Option for button-mashing quick-time events to be skipped
  • Needing to hold the Climb button can now be disabled
  • Holding a button to confirm/interact with something can be changed to a button press
  • Text size scaling options have been added

We really appreciate everyone who brought up these important points! We’re always looking for ways we can improve the accessibility of our games.

With all that said, once again, thank you! Making a brand-new story and experience in the Star Wars™ galaxy is already a huge honor and endeavor on its own, but it’s an even greater privilege to have gotten to make this game for all of you. From all of us at Respawn, EA, and Lucasfilm . . . .

May the Force be with you!

How to get a red lightsaber and Inquisitor outfit in Jedi: Fallen Order

The Dark Side requires strength.

what does start new journey fallen order

In a May the Fourth -themed update for Jedi: Fallen Order , the game received oodles of hotly requested additions, and chief among them are a red lightsaber and Inquisitor outfit for Cal. Respawn Entertainment also added a New Journey Plus mode, Combat Challenges, the Battle Grid (a level creator), and cosmetics. BD-1 even has some new skins, and there’s a new Galaxy’s Edge-approved lightsaber hilt.

This breathes a bit more life into the November 2019 title long before the rumored sequel . But the real information you’re here for: How do you cosplay in-game as an Inquisitor with a uniform and a red lightsaber, and what can you get out of “New Journey Plus"?

What is New Journey Plus in Jedi: Fallen Order?

New Journey Plus is essentially a New Game Plus option. After beating the game at least once, you can replay the Jedi: Fallen Order story mode with all the collectibles you uncovered the first time around. Any chests you opened will remain open and items you found will remain in your inventory.

Beginning a New Journey Plus also unlocks the 12 new Combat Challenges, the Battle Grid level designer, and allows you to gain access to all the other new goodies like Cal’s red lightsaber.

How to get a red lightsaber in Jedi: Fallen Order

what does start new journey fallen order

A new lightsaber hilt.

Launch a New Journey Plus playthrough and then head to your lightsaber customization bench on the Mantis as soon as you can. A red kyber crystal option should’ve been automatically added to your options. On the lightsaber hilt page, you should’ve unlocked another addition: Protection and Defense I & II. Like the other hilts in the game, Protection and Defense I & II were created in a collaboration with Disney and Lucasfilm.

How to get Cal’s Inquisitor outfit in Jedi: Fallen Order

Similar to the red lightsaber, simply check your outfit page on the system menu and you’ll spot the new Inquisitor duds. Unlike Cal’s other outfits, you cannot change the colors featured on the Inquisitor attire nor can you add a stylish poncho into the mix. The outfit is identical to the one Cal briefly donned during his nightmare in story mode.

How to get BD-1’s new skins in Jedi: Fallen Order

what does start new journey fallen order

BD-1 Galionica skin.

To unlock the three new BD-1 Skins, you need to earn 12 stars across all 12 Combat Challenges. You can access the Combat Challenges by heading to any Meditation point in the game after having beaten the game and clicking Meditation Training. Unlike other things listed, this can be achieved with a clear game save file.

Each Combat Challenge can earn you up to three stars. Earn a one-star ranking by completing the challenge, two by doing it without healing, and three without taking any damage at all.

In other words, you can unlock the three skins by simply beating the 12 combat challenges. Or, you can unlock the skins by not getting hit on four separate challenges. You can mix things up based on your overall skill level, but it should be achievable by just about anybody.

Either way, we’re happy to head back to Jedi: Fallen Order , a game we called “a Star Wars game that doesn't suck” in our review.

Is There NG+ in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order?

Is There NG+ in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order?

A staple feature of Souls-like games is their NG+ mechanic. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order takes a lot of inspiration from From software games, so many of you might be wondering if it has NG Plus. So in this article, we’re aiming to answer precisely that question.

Yes, there is a New Game Plus (NG+) mode in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order called New Journey Plus. The mode will allow you to start a new game with all the abilities and upgrades that you unlocked through the playthrough and offers a higher level of difficulty for added challenges.

To learn more about the New Game Plus mode in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, checks out the rest of this article.

New Journey Plus in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Fallen Order NG+

Although not originally included, on May 4th, 2020 , a new game mode was added to Fallen Order. This mode was called New Journey Plus and was Fallen Order’s take on the popular New Game Plus mode found in many modern games. Especially, aiming to replicate the style of NG+ in Souls-like games .

In New Journey Plus, you can replay the entire game from a completed save file. Fallen Order allows you to keep all the key unlocks and skills you might have collected in the previous New Game. The mode can be addictively fun for fans of Fallen Order.

This is because the mode will let you start with all the abilities and upgrades that you unlocked. Which will make you feel exponentially stronger, and be able to enjoy your high-level character. This is because in most New Game cycles, by the time our character reaches max strength, the game ends.

So New Game Plus, or New Journey Plus in Fallen Order, acts as a way for you to go wild with the strength and power you’ve accumulated over your time in the game. Another interesting aspect is the increased difficulty , which will mean more aggressive enemies and a greater variety of encounters.

How to Unlock New Journey Plus

Start New Journey Plus Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

If you’re enjoying playing Fallen Order and want to experience more of the game then you’ll want to unlock New Journey Plus . To do so you must beat the game on any difficulty . Doing so will mark that particular saved file as Complete. You’ll know this has occurred if it puts you right before the final battle each time.

Make sure you’ve updated your game to Patch 1.09 or to any version that has been released after that. Once you’ve done the above-mentioned, you should find a new option called Start a New Journey + in addition to loading an existing Journey or starting a new one.

Which Unlocks Transfer Over to New Journey Plus

Throughout your playthrough, you will collect many different items and abilities in Fallen Order. When you’ll start your New Journey Plus many of these things will be carried over to your new game. These things include:

  • Skins, Lightsaber Parts, and all opened chests
  • All Lightsaber Colors
  • All unlocked Skills

Unfortunately, Cal will not have all of his force powers at the start of New Journey Plus. He will also not be able to use them or any upgrades obtained for them . When he naturally unlocks them through the course of the game, that is when he will be able to use those abilities again.

These are all the items and abilities that can be transferred over to New Journey Plus in Fallen Order.

NG+ Star Wars

The last important benefit that you might receive when you begin New Journey Plus is a couple of items automatically received. You unlock a new Inquisitor Outfit, and Cal Kestis gets a Red Lightsaber . In all your New Journey Plus playthrough you will be able to actively apply these additions to your saved game.

  • Final Words

To begin with, let me just mention that this guide can be used to complete the game on ANY console! On my current playthrough, I am playing the game on PC, using a USB-connected Playstation 4 Controller. As this is the case, I will be using the default button configurations for gameplay (eg: X to jump, O to dodge, etc). For functionality, I will provide the according X-Box controls (eg: X = A, O = B, etc). If you are using Mouse and Keyboard (M+K), I will not be displaying the corresponding button presses, since the changeability is much more likely on keyboard users in regard to hotkeys.

So, when you're loaded into the game, you'll be hit with the main menu. Simply click Start New Journey to start a new game, or Load Journey/Continue if you're collectable hunting with this guide after completing the main story. After, you'll be given a list of difficulties to play on.

DIFFICULTY GUIDE Note that difficult does not affect the amount of damage you do to enemies, nor their health. Instead, the options make it easier/harder to parry attacks, less/more damage from enemies, and less/more of a chance of enemies attacking the player. If you are new to souls-like, combat fighting games, I would recommend Jedi Knight . If you are new but still want a challenge, or you are familiar with the fighting style, I would recommend Jedi Master . If you are a veteran, or would just like an extra challenge, Jedi Grand Master would be the difficulty option to choose. Please note that there is another option Story Mode which makes the game as easy as possible, to be able to enjoy the story to the maximum with limited stress of combat difficulty. YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE THIS OPTION OUTSIDE OF COMBAT IN-GAME! For this guide, I played on Jedi Master .

Choose whichever difficulty you'd prefer, and you'll be sent straight into a cutscene, see you there!

Enjoy the cutscene. Very Star-wars like, eh? The models, graphics and audio in this game are stunning, albeit sometimes a performance hog depending on system. Nevertheless, do make sure to take your time in environments to truly enjoy the beauty and feel for Star Wars.

The cutscene introduces us to the protagonist, Cal, the best hair in all the galaxy! A robot asks us to fix the cables, so off we go.

On The Move

When you gain control, follow your friend, Prauf, through the movement tutorial area. The beginning will teach the player to move with the Left Analog Stick, and jump with the X/A buttons. Note that to jump higher, and therefore further, you can hold down the X/A button. Continue following Prauf.

When you reach the Shipbreaking Yard scene, Cal and Prauf will share some dialogue while you enjoy the view ... man its gorgeous. Turn left and continue following Prauf through the gap. Ahead, you'll see a short sequence in which the ladder is taken out, bummer. Head forwards and right to go down the slide.

what does start new journey fallen order

Keep following the set path after the close-call yellow ledge, and across the beam to the right. Continue to the other side and a robot will be lighting up the direction to a tight-squeeze area, so follow it! On the other side, continue up ahead and parkour along another set of red ledges. Thank god for the painters in this galaxy, right?

Along the way, you'll have met back up with Prauf, and you'll be introduced to the drop down mechanic. Press O/B to release from the red structure above, down onto the ledge below. Head forwards, jump, and grab onto the wall ahead. Shimmy across this and a piece of the wall will collapse. Jump to the left and grab onto the wall again. Continue along and drop down the the orange ledge below.

Run forwards and jump onto another rope, allowing you to cross the gap onto another wall. Drop down this initial wall to grab onto the second, and make your way left, across another wall jump, and down onto the slide. At the end of this, another playable scene will occur, showing you the large openness of the shipbreaking yard. My favourite part of the scene? 100% the cute little AT-STs moping around in the background. Anyways, head up the rope here. Jump off the rope when you reach the top and continue along the path here to find another beam to walk along. Thankfully, they didn't implement any balancing techniques for us to cry over, so just hold forwards and enjoy the views here. If you gaze down slightly ... yeah. That's a thing.

Continue up the ramp here and low and behold, it's Prauf again! Just where we need him. Jump the gap onto the red beam and shimmy to the left. You'll get a prompt to interact with the button here, so click R3/RS to raise the clamp, allowing you to move onwards. Do this again on the third clamp to the left, and you'll be able to climb up the wall and meet up with Prauf! Enjoy the cutscene.

After the long-ish cutscene, you'll be sliding down a ship. Simply move left/right to avoid obstacles. You can't actually die here (invisible walls) so jump keep sliiiiiiding on. At the end, you'll have another scripted event to take part in. Press R1/RB to save your friend with the force, before he drops to be the Sarlacc's lunch! You would have seen this forboding monstrosity earlier in the area, if you had looked down during the last section. After, another cutscene will play out.

When you can replay, keep pressing forwards to make your way through the train, in pursuit of your now weirdly-acting friend. Go through two sets of doors and the third will be impassable. After interacting with it, turn around for a shock. Now this is ultra Star Wars vibes. Continue along this path here, and the corridor will extend. The music that begins to play here is somewhat spine chilling. Keep going forwards and the shutters will close towards you. Interact with the last one for watch a scene play out. The train has stopped, and Stormtroopers will board your cart. This cannot be good, right?

Keep watching the scene :(

Train Combat Training - Train train train, train

With the long cutscene over, you'll be able to finally learn the combat mechanics. Press Square/X twice when the two stormtroopers are close and you'll chop through them like butter.

After defeating the two Stormtroopers , keep pushing forwards into an open area, where you'll learn how to deflect bolts. Hold the L1/LB buttons to block. Go forwards and kill them. Up ahead, two out of reach Stormtroopers will come into view, and the game will teach you how to deflect blaster bolts back at enemies. Press the block button, L1/LB, just as the bolt is about to hit Cal, and he will deflect them back. Please note that sometimes, with multiple bullets coming at you at once, you may have to hit the button several times to deflect each individual bolt. Some of these may get past your defences. I would say it's good practise to hold black AFTER deflecting a bolt back, in case any stray bolts get past your parry. Kill the two Stormtroopers and move on.

The door will open and another three Stormtroopers will open fire. Take these out in similar fashion to the last and head inside, where another Stormtrooper will shoot you through the wall. Take him out and cut through the wiring here. Interact with the panel that was guarded by the last Stormtrooper to open the hatch in the cart.

Head outside and along the beam here, jumping onto the grabbable wall. Head left, and back inside. Go through the doors to encounter a new enemy and tutorial. Press down R3 to lock onto the target, and use the R3 to switch between them. Locking on is HUGE in games such as these, as you'll often find yourself missing otherwise.

Kill the two Scout Troopers here and continue forwards. The hatch above will open, and many more Scout Troopers will fall down systematically to fight Cal, giving the game the chance to teach more combat techniques, such as parrying, and force abilities. The first tutorial shows how to block melee attacks, at the cost of stamina from successive blocking. When you're not being hit, lower your guard to regenerate your stamina faster. The second tutorial shows how to parry. The third prompts you to use R1/RB to use slow down an enemy and give you an easy one hit kill. These abilities use your Force Meter. Follow these on-screen tutorials until the last of the Scout Troopers are taken care of.

When the enemies are defeated, you'll be prompted to use R1/RB again to slow the mechanism ahead of you, outlined in blue. Throughout the game you'll have interactions such as these. Blue means you can interact with them, Red means you will have to come back later with more abilities to travel past them. Slow the mechanism and climb up it, and through the roofing here.

Ahead of you, there will be a Scout Trooper and two Stormtroopers firing at you behind. Deflect these bolts back, and then focus on the Scout Trooper . There's a good chance he doesn't even move from his position by the time you've defeated the Stormtroopers behind him. Note: if an enemy is in front of you when you deflect a bolt, there's a good chance that the bolt will hit them rather than the range enemy. When they're down, head forwards and drop down. Press Square/X as you drop here to defeat the Scout Trooper below.

Climb onto the metal to the right of this area and shimmy around. Jump up, and up again onto the climbable wall. Get to the top and turn right to see the enemies ahead. There are four Scout Troopers , so be careful here. Parry, use your force ability, and keep blocking and move backwards to give yourself some space if necessary. During this section, the game will also teach you how to evade - press O/B to do a small dodge, helpful for evading attacks. Press this multiple times for an extended dodge animation.

When they're down, go forwards and jump off into the next cart. Cut through the cables and into the narrow space - through the next door. Overhead, a large ship will start peppering you will bullets. You will have to hide behind cover here and make your way forwards. Sprint using L3 to shorten the amount of time you're exposed. Head through the door ahead to watch a poor Scout Trooper be demolished by his friend. Head on. A scripted scene will play out here, with an explosion. After this, climb up onto the wall ahead of you and down. Drop onto the wall below for a Tomb Raider-like scene where Cal would obviously fall to his death, but defying everything, manages to keep hold. Climb up now, and into the cart above you.

Climb the wall in here and onto the metal pipe, which will swing out and allow you to climb up another wall. Just keep climbing up and jumping in this area to reach the top, where a cutscene will play. Looks like help has come! Watch as the pesky ship is taken out by the Mantis, and head along the train.

Leap of Faith

Grab onto the wall ahead of you and follow the linear path. Eventually, you'll come to a secondary wall in which you'll have to shimmy to the right, and then up a series of walls, up to the top of the train. Ahead, there will be four Scout Troopers and one Stormtrooper . Take these out. Be aware that in this area, four Stormtroopers will shoot at you from the left, so be careful. Deflect their bolts to take them out, and head into the cart ahead.

Keep moving forwards here, and climb up the wall at the end. A scene will play, following the ship as it flies towards you, and an explosion will occur, forcing you to slide down the train. Just stay in the middle here and enjoy the ride. At the end, jump onto Cere's platform. Unfortunately, this doesn't work out, and a scene will play. Fall to your death - wait, he doesn't die from that? Anyway, watch the cutscene to be in front of the Second Sister from before.

Second Sister

what does start new journey fallen order

This is your very first 'boss' battle! You're pretty much in a losing battle here, so don't worry if you 'die'. It's more of a practise run than an actual boss. The Second Sister will use a combo of attacks in which are blockable, often followed by an unblockable attack (she will turn red during this), and you must evade using O/B. Parrying will only damage a small section of her stamina, unlike most enemies. She will not stock attacking if she has stamina, so be careful to not parry one hit, and then assume you can attack! Eventually, you'll damage her enough for a second scene to play, or she'll damage you enough for the same scene to occur. A QTE will trigger (Quick Time Event). Smash Square/X to finish the inevitably lost fight, and finish this section. Enjoy the cutscenes that follow.

So, you've finished the 'tutorial' area, if you will. This first planet will test your skills, and be quick a shock at the beginning, especially since there's shortcuts, interconnecting pathways, new enemies, collectables flooding from your pockets, etc. So, strap in and let's get through this.

Jedi Fallen Order is a game designed to be tricky to collect everything. Often, a pathway will be blocked and you'll have to revisit planets at a later date. These revisits will come, and be noted, as you progress through the guide.

When you regain control of Cal, you'll be on the Mantis. Upon doing this, you'll gain an achievement!

Achievement Unlocked: The Mantis

Behind you is an unpowered workbench. You'll be able to tinker with your lightsaber here in due time. This includes blade colour, and different components that you can match to your liking. These are purely cosmetic bound, and do not affect actual gameplay. So no, being Obi-Wan Kenobi blue does not make you a sarcastic Jedi God, trust me, I've tried.

Head forwards instead to explore the ship. There's not too much you can do at the moment, so interact with the guitar next to the table here, and Cal will use the force to hear an "Echo". He will play a song written by Cere herself. Cal will come across these echoes throughout his journeys, and will give contextual information about each planet, and the inhabitants among them. Watch the cutscene until you're able to control Cal again. Welcome to Bogano!

So, welcome to Bogano proper. Feast your eyes on this graphical beauty, full of fps dropping foliage and the ominously large structure in which you must get to. Let's get going.

Head forwards and slightly to the right to see a ramp going down to the left. Go down here and continue onwards to find your very first Save Point #1 . Interact with this to meditate.

Save Points are this games hubs. They allow you to rest, regaining lost Health and respawning all enemies. It allows you to spend Skill Points on abilities to help you throughout the journey. Leave them by pressing O/B.

Spend the skill point you gained upon entering Bogano, and select the Overhead Slash ability. You can use this by pressing Triangle/Y during combat, to deal large damage to weaker enemies. Finish up here for a cutscene, where you'll meet the cutest robot in existence, BD-1 (sorry BB-8). This guy will be your companion for the rest of the game, and give you the ability to look at a map, heal and scan the environment. Thanks buddy!

Follow the droid onto the climbable vines. Climb up to see a scene where your destination will be updated on the Holomap. Here, you'll go through several tutorials on using the map. You can adjust the angle, change floors, and generally manipulate the map to your advantage. Yellow walls in the map means that you can go in that direction, whereas red walls means that it is currently not traversable. Keep this in mind as you explore. Complete the map tutorial and exit.

Bug Extermination

Immediately, turn left to spot a gap in the land. Jump across this platform and reach the other side, heading down towards an amphitheatre. In this area, you'll be greeted by a new enemy. There are three Splox ahead.

Defeat the enemies here. Go the the base of the theatre and drop down. Be careful here, as you'll be able to make out another new enemy just around the corner, a Bog Rat .

Kill the Bog Rat and head into his alcove. You'll find a force echo here. Interact to gain the Force Echo - Dead Splox . Retrace your steps now back to the main piece of land, after where you jumped over the gap to reach the theatre. Look straight ahead now/just follow the droid, and jump down here to reach the next section. Jump across the following gaps and you'll come into contact with a zipline. These are one-way traversal points that are placed around the map, so use them to your advantage. Slide down here and you'll reach another Save Point #2. Rest up and leave.

Turn right and go up the slope here, forwards onto the beam and make your away across to the fan, jumping down onto the second beam. Use your force slow ability here and head on in, jumping down to the ground below. To get to the other side, you can either take the face route and slow the fan on the left, walk towards the middle, slow the middle fan, and then simply jump up onto the other side. Alternatively, just slow the middle fan, jump, and then jump again onto the other side. This has sometimes caught me off guard and the blade has killed me because I targeted the wrong fan and jumped to my demise, so just be careful. On the other side, interact with the Force Echo here to gain a Force Essence . Three of these essences allow you to expand your force meter, and therefore use more force abilities! Sweet!

Turn around and interact with the button here to stop all the fans, and make your way back across. Return to the beams above you by climbing up the vines to the left as you enter this area, and past the spinning fan.

Optional Boss

There is an optional boss that you can do in this area. Go for it if you're comfortable doing so, or just come back to this section at a later point. For the sake of this guide, I went ahead and killed the boss now.

When you're on the upper beam, look back towards the fans and you'll note a path splitting off to the right via another beam. Jump onto this and follow the path, jumping along until you get into the cave. Hold the block button to illuminate the path, chopping through the piping to get access to the boss area.

Once he's down, explore his room to find a Force Echo - Bogling Corpse. This will also net you a Life Essence , essentially the same as force essence but will instead increase your maximum health! There's nothing else to do here until a bit later, so head on back to the save point and we'll continue towards the correct path.

A Limping Cutie

When you're back at the save point, face the door and turn left. You'll see some more piping heading off. Jump over the gap here and onto the beam, follow it around. Further ahead, you'll have to drop down. BD-1 will begin to attack a Bog Rat here, and get damaged in the process. Quickly take it out, and then focus on the other Bog Rat on the right hand side of this room. Take them both out, and go ahead and help BD-1 through the spinning fan to have a little cutscene.

You'll now be able to customize your lightsaber. Simple interact with the workbench and change what you want - remember, this is all cosmetic and will give you no benefit (although some colours do seem to brighten up darker locations a little more than others). I'm sticking with blue for now.

Head back through the fan and to the opposite side of the room. You'll see an alcove with some pipes, cut through them and interact with the force echo here. This is Force Echo - Larder . Turn around now and go to BD-1, through the gap. Cut some more pipes down and head up the wall using the vines to the left. When you make it to the next room above, try cutting through the electric wiring to get another small cutscene. Press Up on the D-Pad to heal. BD-1 will not sit on your back like the cute lil'bot he is. Head through the cut wiring and chop down some more pipes before rounding the corner. Ahead, there is a rope mechanism that will unlock a Shortcut if you hit it with your lightsaber, so do so. Turn left now and jump over the gap - interact with the chest here to unlock Eno Cordova Emitter .

Jump down to the lower floor now, and BD-1 should hop off to check on something, Follow and press Down on the D-Pad to have BD-1 scan the scrolls and papers on the table here to get Force Echo - Bog Rats and Splox . On the opposite side of the room, where you can see a large green-light tanker on the upper corner, BD-1 will want to scan it. Do so to gain Force Echo - Water Filters . Use the shortcut we just unlocked to head back up to the second floor. Head right now from the entrance and go up the ramp to get outside.

Around here, there are four Splox to take out. Once they're down, scan them with BD-1 to unlock the Splox File in your tactical guide. Access this by pressing Options/Start on your controller, and moving to the according tab. Follow BD-1 now to the zipline, and take it down. You'll get another map tutorial now, and a new objective. Close the map and turn around, look down off the edge here. You'll see a Bog Rat below. Jump off and press Square/X to take him out from above. Scan him for the Bog Rat File in your tactical guide. Face back towards where you jumped from to see a chest within the cliff here. Open it for the Bogano Dawn Poncho. You can customize your appearance at any time in the menu.

Turn around and jump over the bridge here using the vine. Unlock Save Point #3 here. Spend and Skill Points you have and leave the save, heading left to find Force Echo - Traveling to the Vault . There's nothing else here, so head to the right side of this area to find another two ziplines, one going up, the other down. Go down here and attack the Bog Rat from above at the bottom.

Get, out, of my swamp!

Stop here and look at what's ahead. There's a new enemy, Oggdo ahead, along with a Bog Rat .

These will attack one another when you get close enough. To the left, you'll see an entrance, which hides another Bog Rat which will attack when you press forward. Focus on him first. When he's taken out, go to the Oggdoand Bog Rat and take them down. Oggdo is a smaller version of the optional boss we did earlier (or skipped if you returned). Scan the Oggdo to receive the Oggdo File in your tactical guide. That was a lot of Oggdos.

Once those three enemies are taken out, head into the area Oggdo was guarding and up the vines, to reach Save Point #4. Go right on this platform and take out the Bog Rat below. Head left and down again to kill another Bog Rat . In the area where the second Bog Rat was hiding, BD-1 will want to scan. Do so to gain the Kalpi Terrarium Seed to place in the terrarium back on the Mantis!

Head around this wet area now, and take down a Bog Rat on the left. When it's down, BD-1 will scan some fish in the puddle here. Do so and get Force Echo - Para Fish. Climb up the ledges here now to go back to where you jumped to kill the first Bog Rat. To the right, you'll see a pathway heading down, follow it to come to a long room. Drop down and head to the far side. BD-1 will jump off and scan something here. Do so to get the Force Echo - Zaur . These are the blue lizard guys you've been seeing wall climbing. Look up from where you scanned to see a peek-a-booing animal. Hi!

Climb up the ledges to the left of the scan, and Cal will touch a force echo in the wall. This will trigger a cutscene, showing you how to wallrun. Follow the Zaur and a flashback will occur, teaching you how to wallrun. Simply jump at the walls and to the other side - sometimes you will have to jump at the end of a wallrun to make it to the other side. Follow the pathways here, wallrunning on the left wall, and then the right once at the other side. Turn left to face your master, and wallrun again, jumping at the last moment to get to his position. You'll have learned how to Wall Run now, and be back in reality.

what does start new journey fallen order

Head back up the ledges to where you began your first wallrun. To the left of these is another pathway to wallrun along, and some vines at the end. Do this, and climb up. Wallrun to the save point now, which will be on your left. Spend any skill points you've accumulated and turn right to see another wallrun location. Go along here and jump at the end to reach the ledge. Turn left and do another two wallruns to reach the other side of the chasm. To the left, you'll see another force echo. Interact and get Force Echo - Frustration . Go back to the save point and head outside.

Journey to the Vault

Head along the beam outside here and then head right, wallrun across the metal wall, and again over the wall on the left. Turn left here to find a chest contained Valor and Wisdom II Sleeve . Turn around and jump off onto the elevator platform to unlock a Shortcut . Beware, if you've rested, the enemies will respawn down here, including Oggdo and the three Bog Rats. Once at the top of the elevator, turn left and go into the passage here, ignoring the path up. Through here, three Splox will attack you. Take them out and scan if you haven't already. Ignore the right side entrance and head to the left, and around. You'll see a fourth Splox here, which will run away when you head forwards. This is due to the Bog Rat ready to ambush you in the entrance to the right along this path. Take out the Bog Rat, and then the Splox.

Be careful when you wait around here, as two more Splox came from behind and stabbed me in the back. Take out the enemies in this area and look down, opposite to where the Bog Rat was hiding, to see a force echo. Drop down and interact with it to get Force Echo - Research Camp . Turn right and take out the Bog Rat here. Go past this Bog Rat and head up the vines to reach the level above.

Walk back around to where the Bog Rat ambushed you and head up the vines in the area he was guarding. There are three Splox up here which will attack. Take them out and open the chest nearby for Valor and Wisdom II Sleeve. Turn towards the large lizard-like creature here, facing the chair. BD-1 will scan it, netting you Force Echo - The Binog . Head along the zipline in this area and turn left. You'll be back at the two statues which you couldn't go past before learning how to wallrun. Wallrun three times here to get to the other side, and head up towards the vault.

what does start new journey fallen order

Once inside, activate Save Point #5 . Go anti-clockwise around this circular area to get two force echos. Force Echo - Inscriptions by scanning the hieroglyphics on the left side of the room, and Force Echo - Offerings , from the pots on the ground opposite.

Head back to the entrance, and interact with the door to get Force Echo - The Vault. Head through the small gap into the vault proper. Have BD-1 scan the object in the middle of the room to find out why you're here, and what you hope to achieve on this journey. Once the scene finishes, you'll get a trophy!

Achievement Unlocked: A Long Time Ago

what does start new journey fallen order

The workshop under you is currently closed off for later, so wallrun to the other side of this area. BD-1 will run over and scan a mural, unlocking Archive Three - Dathomir and unlocking it as a destination. BD-1 will want to scan something else in this area, unlocking Force Echo - Faded Mural. Open a door now to unlock a new Shortcut back to the save point from before.

Back to the Mantis ... Sort Of

what does start new journey fallen order

Be careful as to not drop down the holes in this section, as it is above the optional boss. If you haven't defeated him yet, I'd recommend doing it now that you've got some stims - or come back when we revisit this area. Either way, head towards the zipline opposite to where you climbed the vines, and head down - forcing you to perform a wallrun to some more vines to climb up.

You're now right infront of the Mantis! Yay! However, there is one more thing we can do - an important thing, so let's do this thing. Turn right and head past the save point we unlocked first in this area, and back to the amphitheater. Kill the three Splox in this area again and head down. You'll now be able to wallrun here, a part which was originally blocked off to us. Go down the vined hole here to reach your first Stim Canister! Interact with this to get an extra heal. Behind us is a large block we can't interact with at this point. Head back outside to do one last task.

Once at the top of the vined hole, go to where the large Binog creature is. Below you, there will be a chest and several enemies. There are three Bog Rats and three Splox . Jump down, taking down one of the enemies from above. Then focus on clearing out the rest. Remember to use your force slow ability if there's too many thing attacking you. Once they're all dead, open the nearby chest to get Pathfinder Outfit . To the left of this area is a mural BD-1 will scan. Do so to get Force Echo - Binog Mural . Head to the chest and jump down the cliffside. You'll have to run back to the Mantis now by retracing your steps. (This involves going up the metal elevator, around to the ambushing Bog Rat and up the vines, down the zipline, across the wallrunning sections towards the vault, and past the Oggdo - everything else will be familiar on the way back to the Mantis).

Next to the Mantis, BD-1 will jump off and want to scan a hole in the ground. Do so to achieve Force Echo - Bogling Tunnel . Approach and talk to Cere to head back onto the ship. Enjoy the cutscene, you've earned it!

When the cutscene is over, you can now interact with the terrarium and plant your new seed from Bogano, cute! The workbench will also be accessible to you now, along with the resting point.

You have a choice now. The obvious planet to travel to if Zeffo, as the enemies are easier, and makes the most sense for the journey. However, you can do a small amount of tasks in Dathomir which will make Zeffo a bit easier - plus will net you a nice lightsaber upgrade! For this guide, I'm going to Dathomir first - it's much harder than Zeffo, in my opinion, but is worth it. I'll be with you the entire time! Otherwise, skip to the Zeffo walkthrough - Dathomir will come later.

When you're ready, go to the table and choose Dathomir as your next location.

Bogano Section 1 complete!

City of the Dead

what does start new journey fallen order

When you choose Dathomir for your destination, enjoy the talks they have. Interesting context surrounding this place. Take a seat next to the captain and watch the cutscene.

Immediately upon entering Dathomir, you'll have regretted your decision. This is a horrible place. Talk to Cere again if you want some more context.

Once outside, head right and down the pathway here, jumping across the gaps. You'll eventually come to a climbable wall, and be able to navigate along it. A creature will pop his head over, ignore it for now - it will not attack. However, you will be facing him very shortly, so bear this in mind. Keep climbing up and right to reach the surface. At the top here, you'll see the creature that just peeked over. Ignore it for now and instead go right.

Incy Wincy Spider

Along the cliffside here, BD-1 will jump off. Scan the plant nearby for a new data entry: Force Echo - Hydraatis . Keep moving along the edge here and up the stairs to reach the second floor. Around this area, you'll be facing against spider like enemies.

Make sure to scan one of these spiders as you progress for the Bane Back Spider File . Keep moving around to the left of this area and BD-1 will again leave your side to scan something. Do this for Force Echo - Burial Pods . Ew. Head back to where you killed the spider and wallrun along the walls here and jump to reach the ledge above. There's three spiders up here for you to take out. Be careful, as this area is quite narrow and contained.

what does start new journey fallen order

In the area you'll see a wooden platform. Wallrun here to get to the platform. When inside, drop down and interact for Force Echo - Nightsister Training . Climb out using the ledges around you and make your way back to the shortcut. Go past it and turn right around the corner, you'll see a large doorway and BD-1 will hop off to scan another object. Do so for Force Echo - Ominous Effigy.

Where's the brotherly love?

Head through into the doorway for a cutscene. Afterwards, you'll be in a fight with two Nightbrother Warriors .

Take them down and scan one to get the Nightbrother Warrior File . These will not become a common enemy around Dathomir. Head forwards and across the two ropes to get to your first Save Point #1 . Rest up and spend any skill points you might have acquired. Turn back towards the ropes now. Above the second rope you'll see a force echo. Swing across the first rope to the second, and then again to reach the echo. Interact with it for Force Echo - A Nightsister. Head back to the save point now.

Climb the stairs in front of you to be attacked by another new enemy and a Nightbrother Warrior.

what does start new journey fallen order

Go towards the now dead archer and be careful. Another Nightbrother Warrior guards a chest to the right here and will hit you when you go outside. Take him out and look left at the doorway. There's two Nightbrother Archers shooting at you from here. Deflect their bolts to take them out. Open the chest which was being guarded for Mantis Paint Job - Racer . Head into the room with the two archers now. Wallrun on the right hand wall here to get onto the branch, follow it along, and perform another wallrun to the ledge the archers once stood.

Keep following the path ahead of you now, and you'll be above the locked door I mentioned earlier. Keep forging ahead and go into the next area to your left. Below you, there will be a Nightbrother Warrior , so jump on him to take him out. In this room, there is also a Spider to take out. From where you jumped down, turn left to see a chest. Open it for Lightsaber Switch - Magus. Follow the passage out of the room which will bring you at the other side of the locked door. Interact with it to unlock a new Shortcut back to the save point.

First Trip Ending Stuff

We're almost done here now. Go past the unlocked shortcut and you'll see a large bridge with a climbable wall. Climb up and have a cutscene with the Wanderer. Creepy, right? Following the cutscene, you'll get multiple data entries. Chapter - Strangers and The Wanderer. You can't jump high enough to cross the bridge yet, so jump down ahead of you and turn around. You'll see a lit room ahead. Go inside and interact with the workbench here to get the item we came her for - Double-Bladed Lightsaber ! (along with Lightsaber Sleeve - Magus ).

The double-bladed lightsaber is great for crowd control. It will hit multiple nearby enemies when you attack, and will also be better at deflecting blaster bolts. After deflecting a bolt, keep holding down the L1/LB button and any further bolts will be deflected - especially useful in Zeffo! To get to the double-bladed lightsaber, simply press Right on the D-Pad. To get back to single bladed, press Left on the D-Pad.

Turn right now and head into the tunnel. You'll have to fight three Spiders here as you make your way through. Once they're down, you should be in a circular room. There's a climbable wall ahead of you, so go up this. Follow the pathway to get back outside, and interact with the echo here! You'll get Force Echo - Temptation along with another Life Crystal! You should now have 2/3, so just one more for a nice health boost. From here, jump down and rest up at the save point.

what does start new journey fallen order

More than likely he wont be here. From when you first saw him, head left and down the slope. There will be a spider ahead of you, so take it out. Keep following the path around and to the right you'll see a narrow hallway with two spiders , head inside and take them out. Continue to the other side here and turn left. Sure enough, the creature is around here. He stalks this pathway - mine may have been stuck? Drag him back out to the open area he was originally found, and we'll take him on.

what does start new journey fallen order

That's pretty much everything we can do at the moment, so head back to the rope shortcut and along the long path back to the Mantis! Talk to Cere in here to talk about the Nightsisters some more.

Next destination: Zeffo!

Enjoy the cutscene when you choose the destination. This place looks much better than Dathomir, that's for sure!

This is quite a long area, so push through it. There's many different locations, and plenty of backtracking for items.

Head outside after talking to Cere. Immediately, you should see a chest ahead of you in the room to the left side of this hangar area. Go inside and get the BD-1 Skin - Blue Leader . Head outside again and go to the opposite side of this area. To the left, there will be a large open hangar. Head inside and go down the middle to have BD-1 scan some boxes. This will give you Force Echo - Storage Crate . In the same area, there will also be a chest on the left side of the room. Open this for Poncho Material - Bravo . Leave the hangar.

Turn left when outside and you'll see a slope. Go up here and keep following the path until you're over a metal beam. Ahead, you'll see a new enemy.

There are two Scazz ahead. Once they're down, scan them for the Scazz File . You can also scan the nearby Stormtrooper for the Stormtrooper File . Look to the right of this area to see some broken stairs leading to a locked door. Climb up and BD-1 will scan something nearby. Do this for Force Echo - Scout Trooper Baton . Go back down now and head to the right and over the gaps ahead. You'll see another Scazz prowling around this area. Be careful when you head in to hit him, as two more Scazz will pop out and attack you.

Once all three are down, head towards the waterfall. There's two paths here, one going left towards the Mantis and the other to the right into a dark area. Let's go right first. Jump across the gaps here to reach the other side. Enter the cave and pull out your lightsaber for some light. This room goes around in a big circle. Follow the pathway clockwise and you'll end up at a force echo. Interact with it for Force Echo - Hiding . Continue around here and you'll end up at a yellow stim canister . Open it to get an extra heal! Leave the cave and make your way back to the waterfall.

Climb up towards the hangar now, and you'll eventually be on top of it after a wallrun. Head along here and down the stairs at the other end. Follow these down and open the door to your left at the bottom. This will open a Shortcut back to the Mantis area. Turn around and follow the path. A Scazz will burrow out of the ground and be attacked by Stormtroopers . There are four of them around here, two will come when you begin fighting the original two. Let them kill the Scazz, and then kill them all.

After all enemies are down, look on the left side of this area as you entered to see a house. Follow it around and climb the ledges. The chest will give you the Duty and Resolve Emitter . Go back down and head towards where the Stormtroopers were stationed. BD-1 will scan something here, and you'll receive Force Echo - Warning . Continue along the cliffside now.

Ahead of you, you'll see two Scout Troopers moving away from a spinning machine. You'll have to slow this with your force ability and then jump across. Kill the two troopers and scan them for the Scout Trooper File . Another Scout Trooper will come from between the buildings ahead, and another Scout Trooper will guard further up the pathway here, guarded by two Stormtroopers . Take all these enemies out however you see fit. Head back to where you killed the first two Scout Troopers and look left. You'll see a pathway leading down to a Scazz and force echo. Kill the Scazz, and interact with the echo for Force Echo - Separated .

Go back to the large open area and head into where the third Scout Trooper came from, between the buildings. BD-1 will climb off and scan a page on a door. Do this for Force Echo - Eviction Notice . Continue through the alleyway area and you'll come to the back of the buildings. Follow this around and you'll be behind another Scout Trooper . Take him down.

Continue through this area and look above you to see a Stormtrooper shooting. Deflect his bolt back at him and continue up the stairs ahead of you. Ahead is a new enemy.

Once he's down, scan him for the Scout Trooper Commander File . From the platform you took these enemies down on, turn left and you'll see a force echo between buildings. Go down here and interact with it for Force Echo - Eviction. Go back to the open area and over the gap to where you killed the Stormtrooper who shot at you. Up here, you'll see two Stormtroopers in the distance. Deflect their bolts back to take them out, and interact with the chest on the roof here for the Guardian Outfit . Turn around now and you'll see a door. Go through it and down to find your first Save Point #1 . If you rest here, beware all the enemies outside will have respawned. I lost a slither of health during this entire section, so I didn't bother resting. Open the door ahead of you to unlock a Shortcut back to the large hangar.

Go back outside and turn left, and go across the beam. From the rooftop, go forwards and right and jump to another rooftop. Ahead you'll see a large yellow structure. Jump onto and across this to reach another rooftop. Take out the two Stormtroopers across from you. Face right from here and you'll see a chest. Open it for Duty and Resolve Sleeve . Go back and across to where the Stormtroopers were.

From here, head forwards and jump down to kill the Scout Trooper . After he's down, another Scout Trooper will run forwards to attack. Take him out and jump across the gap to the left and up to Save Point #2 . There's nothing to do yet behind the area with the Scout Troopers, so head into the caves.

Let there be light!

Follow the path and you'll enter a Turbine Facility. When in here, go right and down the rocky path to begin with. Wallrun over here and then take the beam to the right. Follow this path around and BD-1 will scan a crate. You'll receive Force Echo - The Sages . Go back to the beginning of this area now and instead take the left path.

Go along the rocky pathway and jump up a couple of ledges to get to a beam on your left. Cross it and turn left again and jump across. This leads to a chest containing Lightsaber Material - Copper . Turn around and hop back over to the catwalk and follow it. You'll eventually get to a lightswitch. Activate this so you can finally see. Jump across the gap ahead of the lightswitch and follow this to get back outside. To your right there will be a Scout Trooper surveying the area. Approach him carefully, as a Scazz will jump out and join the fight. Take them both out.

Go further up this incline here to see another hole which will host a Scazz to kill. Continue up the hill to be at a turbine. Slow it, and jump onto the first fin. Jump to the middle "safe" area and use your slow ability again immediately. This will net you enough time to jump onto the second fin and run up it to jump to the other side. This is a quick way, but you can always play it safe and stay in the middle and wait to slow the second fin.

When you're at the other side, a new enemy will come around the corner to fight you!

Once he's down, scan him for the Phillak File . Continue around the way the enemy came from to see a group of Imperial troopers. There are four Scout Troopers on the lower section, a Stormtrooper on the upper section, and this guy is joined by a new Rocket Launcher Trooper enemy. Yikes!

To begin, jump down and take out the first Scout Trooper. Then, block the bullet that the Stormtrooper fires your way to take him out too. The other Scout Troopers will run towards you now. A neat tactic is to draw them into close quaters and wait for the rocket to fly towards you. At the last second, dodge out of the way and they will die to the rockets. You can then jump across the gap and take out the new enemy. If you can, scan him for the Rocket Launcher Trooper File , but mine often fell off the cliff when I defeated him.

Once he's dead, stand on his platform and look ahead. There's more turbines to jump across. Slow the first fin and make your way to the middle. Pause here and wait for the second fin to be pointing upwards, since you'll need to jump to the stationary fin behind it. Do so, and make your way to the middle. Jump onto the next fin and move forwards, slowing the spinning turbine ahead of you and jump to the middle. Then, slow the second fin on the third turbine and make your way across. Do the same for all turbines you come across - after this I'll simply state "make your way over the turbines". Turn the corner after jumping to the ledge to face several enemies. There are four Stormtroopers and a Stormtrooper Commander . The commander is easy enough like his brethren, and will die to two deflected bolts. The two-blade lightsaber makes short work of all these projectiles, so give it a go. Make sure to scan the new enemy for the Stormtrooper Commander File . I won't make a new enemy listing here since they are so simply to take out.

Continue into this area and open the door ahead of you to unlock another Shortcut .

Go back through the caves now and all the way around to where there were several turbines lined up. On the third turbine you jump to, you'll see something glowing above you. To get there, you'll have to slow the fin and climb up it, and instead of jumping down to the stationary fin on the other side, veer right and jump to the ledge. This will unlock Save Point #3 . BD-1 will scan Force Echo - Villager Shrine up here also. Climb the ledge to the right of this section and go across another two turbines. These are slightly trickier as you'll have to jump from one moving turbine to another. Just wait on the second fan and slow the first on the other turbine to make your way across. Jump down to the ledge and turn left. Go inside the tunnel here.

Follow this maze-like sturcture around and activate the force echo. Force Echo - Pressured for Relics will be unlocked, as well as your third Life Essence ! Your maximum health will now be increased. Climb up and head around this area to open the door back to the save point. Detour over! Make your way to where we opened the last shortcut to continue.

Head past the Stormstooper Commander we fought and you'll see a large glacial slide heading down. Go to the top of this. Two Stormtroopers should begin firing at you. Deflect their bolts back at them to avoid damage on the way down the slide. When you're ready, hop on. At the bottom, you can climb on to the ledge on the left to go back and kill any Stormtroopers that were left. There was one on an arch we travelled under. At the bottom of the slide again, jump and grab the rope to travel to the other side of the gap. Wallrun on the wall ahead to get to the next area.

Two Scazz will attack you here, take them both out and start making your way upstream. There are a couple of enemies up here. A Stormtrooper and a Scout Trooper Commander are directly ahead of you. But to the left is another Stormtrooper and a Scout Trooper . Take out these four enemies to proceed. In this area you will see a fan, slow it and travel through to find Force Echo - Dead Villager :(. A Scazz also attacked me in this fan room, so be careful.

Go into the cave where the stream leads and follow it to the other side. Cere will come through comms to talk about the empire and what they're doing in Zeffo. Look left when you exit the cave to see Force Echo - Evidence of a Fight . You can't progress here without upgrading BD-1.

Head back to the open area and wallrun across the wall opposite the fan to reach Save Point #4 . Turn left at the save point now, and you'll see a bridge with a new enemy across it.

Once he's down, scan him for Heavy Assault Trooper File . Continue through the cave and into another, following the path and fighting a another Heavy Assault Trooper . Cross the beams here to the other side. When you get outside, go down the path to the left to a small alcove with a chest you can't open yet. BD-1 will want to scan something. Do so to get another seed! The Royal Fluzz . Head back up and to the red metal gurder, and up the rope. Immediately after climbing up, turn right and climb onto the small ledge here. Follow this around and you'll see a chest on top of a pillar. Open this for Element Nature II Sleeves .

Head back to where you were and go onto the metal beam, and around to the other side. Use the rope to slide down another glacier. At the bottom, there's a rope mechanism to cut and unlock another Shortcut back to the previous save. Rest if you want, and make your way up the rope and left to kill the Rocket Launcher Trooper . There are also two Scazz that attack you as you go up.

Head into the Imperial base and follow the metal flooring to a console you can interact with. Listen, and you can hear two Stormtroopers big themselves up on how many they've killed ... funny. Use the console to get Force Echo - Project Auger . Go to the back of this room to exit into the open, where there'll be a Scout Trooper Commander along with a Scout Trooper . Kill them and open the chest to the left for Duty and Resolve Switch . Turn around and head down the glacial slide, jumping to the rope and to the other side.

Don't Get Squished

Ah, this part. Here you'll be navigating over, behind and along pistons to reach new areas. These will splat you and kill you instantly, so you'll be using your force slow ability. To begin with, slow the first piston as it leaves its hole on the right wall. Jump on top, and time your next slow for the second piston. To the right of this second piston, you'll find a ledge to climb on to for safety.

When you've reached safety, you can head into the cave. Through the metal bars, you'll be able to make out a chest - that's our next stop. Wait until the piston hits the wall and slow it as it moves away. This will give you enough time to follow it down the 'lane' and into the hole where the chest is. Open it for Durasteel Material . Go back to safety now and move along this area the exact same way. Slow the piston as it moves away, and walk into the next safe area, until you reach the final piston.

For the final piston, you'll want to slow it the same way. As it moves away, wallrun on the perpendicular wall on the right hand side, and then jump onto the piston. Sprint to the end and onto safety. Leave the cave and Cere will tell you to get a move on, the empire is coming. Turn right and unlock Save Point #5 . Then, we'll take a little detour.

Turn around and chop down the white poles sticking out of the cliffside. Then, look down at the pistons. We're going to be jumping along them to get an item. This part is quite difficult, and you'll often find yourself missing your jump between pistons. Do a small sprint start when you slow and jump onto the piston, and the momentum should help you make your way across each piston.

Jump along the three pistons, resting if you get too low health, and you'll find a safe platform with a force echo. Interact with this for Force Echo - A New Officer . You'll also get a Life Essence along with this, sweet!

Head back to the save point now, and we'll continue. If you find it too difficult jumping back over the pistons, you can jump down to the first pistol from the safe location underneath you, and travel along the cave again.

Use the rope next to the save point and take down the enemies around here. There's a Scout Trooper and a Stormtrooper . Behind them, another Stormtrooper and another Scout Trooper . A Scout Trooper Commander will also patrol here. Kill them all. Hopefully, you did this quickly, as a ship will fly in, and a further Stormtrooper and Scout Trooper Commander will drop down. Kill these two fellows too, and then open the chest on the left hand side of this area for Starfighter Mantis Paint Job .

Go ahead from where you killed these last enemies now and onto the glacial slide via rope. During the slide, you'll have to use a rope and jump a small gap. At the end, climb up and wallrun. When you get to an area with red lights, turn around and the left wall will have a wallrun. Do so, and make it to the other side. Up here is Force Echo - Questionable Use . Go back to the red lights now.

Double wallrun to the other side of this crevice. Head up the slope and a Scazz will attack you out of the hole. There's another Scazz to the back right of this one, so take him out too. Another Scazz will attack you as you make your way through this area, making three in total. Eventually, you'll leave this dark area. Jump across the pillars to the other side, ignoring the large red door you can't pass yet. You can scan these to mark them on your map, however.

what does start new journey fallen order

To the back left of this area is a cave to continue onwards, go through here. You'll follow this path until it opens up, and you'll be faced with a storm. Head towards it and use your force slow ability, which will allow you to move through. BD-1 will jump off and stare at a pressure plate on the floor ... suppose you should step on that?

This will start an elevator, and net you a new Archive Four - Tomb of Eilram . Wait until you reach the bottom, and exit up the stairs. You'll also receive a new quest update Chapter 2 - The Eye of the Storm .

At the top, you'll find a new enemy.

Do what you will with it and continue into the narrow path. On the other side, you'll get the Skungus File automatically. Slow the two Skungus and smack them to destroy them - some may respawn in their place. Destroy the one on the platform over the gap now, and then the one behind it. Keep jumping and avoiding the Skungus if you can and wallrun at the end to get onto the ice path. Kill the three Scazz at the bottom here.

You'll now be in a puzzle area. Follow these instructions:

  • Go to the centre - straight ahead of you will be a hole within the wall to go into (opposite the ice slide).
  • Head inside this and turn the wheel. This will open a hole in the wall and produce another storm current.
  • Return to the centre and look at the switch you just turned. To the right of this will be a ball and another storm current, next to the ball is a switch. Turn this to turn this current on.
  • The ball will move clockwise around the room now, and eventually smash into a wall on the opposite corner to where you are. Go here to find Force Echo - Whispers .
  • Return to the balls original position and now turn the wheel off. Go back to where the ball cracked the wall and turn on the nearby wheel on. This will force the ball to smash into the metal piping on the opposite side of the room.
  • Go in here and activate another storm current. This will move the ball around the room.
  • Go back to the central wheel that we turned first, and turn the current off. This will force the ball to reach an equilibrium in the centre of the room.
  • When the ball is still, turn the centre wheel on again. This will cause the ball to move into the centre of the room, and complete the puzzle.

what does start new journey fallen order

This pendulum puzzle is simple. Turn on the switch when you reach the top of the wall. This will make the pendulum swing. Turn it off again and it will swing back towards you. Use your force slow on it to give you some time, and then turn the mechanism on. Quickly turn around and jump onto it, grabbing onto its perforated body, and jump onto the platform. Wallrun over here to find Save Point #7 . Drop down to where the ball is and turn around to turn the wheel and activate a current. This will move the ball into the socket.

A bell will ring, and with it rising two pillars. Climb up these, and then the wall. Cut through the strands ahead and go down the slide. At the end of the slide, jump onto the rope, and jump again on to a wallrun, which will lead to safety. Head up the slope veering left and chop through some more rock columns.

Here, you'll want to jump into the current which will shift you slightly left and onto the column. Run across here and be aware of the three Scazz and Skungus . Kill the Scazz and ignore the spiky plants. To continue, jump into the currents again to make your way across the gaps. You'll eventually find stable ground to climb up. Do so and wallrun to the other side here. Around this location is several Skungus which you can ultimately ignore.

Go left past the Skungus and across one of the two metal beams. Turn on the wheel here and the Skungus will die. Make your way back over to where the dead Skungus are and turn left. Kill the Skungus guarding the metal barriers here to have him destroy the wall, revealing Save Point #8 . They're just throwing these saves at you. Go to the previous Skungus and make your way to the exit of this room on the left by sprinting and jumping - the current will propel you forwards.

Continue through this next room, and you'll find a new enemy.

Take him down and scan to get the Tomb Guardian File . Go up the nearby stairs and jump up the current to reach another floor. Turn the wheel up here. Sprint into this current and jump. The previous upwards current will give you some height, and the freshly made current will give you a speed boost, allowing you to get to the other side. Cut through the rock and into the tight gap.

You'll end up in a large corridor. Walk down this and BD-1 will scan for Force Echo - Ancient Statues . Continue moving forwards towards your objective. Interact with the force echo at the very end to activate a vision. Walk forwards and wait for the column ahead to collapse, leading to another training session with your master. Press R2/RT to push the balls. Doing this area will give you a new force ability, Force Push !

You'll be back in reality now. Use Force Push to break the wall. Turn right and force push the pillar down here. Keep following this and you'll be able to push another pillar down into a room. Go to the right hand side of it and push it down the room. Climb on top, and you'll be able to find Force Echo - Tomb Guardian and a chest containing Slivian Iron Lightsaber Material . Break through the wall on the opposite end of this room to be back in the long corridor. Go back to the end here.

BD-1 will run off, and a scene will play out. You'll get Influences From Kashyyyk databank, along with An Old Friend Archive . Immediately afterwards, another Tomb Guardian will awaken. Take it down. Remember that you can now use force push during its laser beam attack. When its down, BD-1 will run and scan Force Echo - Eilram's Sarcophagus . Blast through the doors where the Tomb Guardian was, well, guarding, to be back in the original room where the save point is. You'll also unlock destination Kashyyyk . Rest up - you'll now be able to unlock more force abilities (I had accumulated 3 skill points due to not being able to progress in the tree). Spend how you will and leave.

To the right of the save point, you'll notice a breakable wall. Push it to go through. Wallrun twice here and jump to reach the wall. Climb up. You'll now be above the sarcophagus room. Jump onto the rope and swing across to jump onto another climbable wall. Shimmy around to get to the Force Echo - Broken Artifacts . Jump down back to the save.

what does start new journey fallen order

If you open your map, you'll notice that many of the red pathways have now turned green, ready for you to explore. We'll do this now. At the save point, go to the ball and force push it towards the Tomb Guardian. Take this guardian out. You can push the ball into the socket on the ground floor here, left of where you saw the guardian. This will make a new storm current and open the door the guardian was guarding. Go through the door here. This is a linear path leading to another ball. Force push it to break the wall and down into the room.

Push this spare ball into the ridge that runs around the stationary ball in the middle to have it be propelled by the current onto the second floor. Push the ball up here into the nearby socket to remove the wall beside you. Go inside and BD-1 will scan for Force Echo - Sage Eilram . You'll be able to force push a small wall her to get back into the pendulum room. Climb up and turn off the current - the pendulum will continue to swing. Line it up with the breakable wall behind it and force push to release the ball and break the wall. Jump down and use the ball to break the lower half of the wall.

Push this ball back into the place where the second ball went, so it is flung onto the second floor. This will force it to be in a continuous loop around the room. Climb up the wall her above the stationary ball and wait for it to fling from the right hand side towards you. Force push when its in the air to remove it from the currents path, and into the nearby socket. This will raise the flooring here. Climb up, and use the ledges to reach the top. Break through the small wall here, and you'll be back at the original elevator! Woo-hoo!

We're not quite done here though - so hold off from using the elevator. Head back to the long corridor from before, past the sarcophagus. At the very end, turn right and through the small gap again. You'll be in the room with the Tomb Guardian - take him out again if he's respawned, and then turn around. You'll see a breakable wall inline with a Skungus . You know what to do - force push it into the wall to break it open. Inside, activate the Force Echo - Offerings . This will also net you a Force Essence , making it 3/3!

NOW you can make your way back to the elevator and ride it to the top.

My Precious Loot

Push the elevator ball down into the socket at the bottom, and the elevator will begin to rise. By doing this, you'll get an achievement! During the elevator ride, you'll also get a new The Tomb of Eilram databank entry.

Achievement Unlocked: The Obstacle is the Way

Wait here until you reach the top, and then exit. You'll be at a new Save Point #9 . Ahead, there is multiple enemies replacing the originals. There is a Scout Trooper ahead to jump down and kill. Around the area is fresh currents that will help you navigate and kill enemies. Step into them to shoot upwards onto different platforms. There are several Rocket Troopers and Scout Troopers and Commanders around. So take your time and take them all out. When the area is safe, we'll explore.

Open your map and you should see three new green areas on your map to go through. Let's go down to the ground level and into the centre one first. Break through this wall for Force Echo - Zeffo Rituals . Next, head up to the save point and away from it, to the original way we came in. Jump over the columns again and this time, on the large platform, destroy the wall to open a room. In the left side of this room, there will be another Force Echo - Ice Cave Excavations . Now, go down the ice slide that's around here.

This is a long slide, with extra things to watch out for - such as an ice wall to break through, large turns, and wallruns. At the end, a rope will swing you across to a new area - Ice Caves. Use the Save Point #10 here. The large yellow machine nearby here is an elevator out of the caves, so ignore this for now. Instead, drop down from the save point to kill four Scazz , guarding a chest. Unlock it for Poncho Material - Wayfarer . Climb back out and not turn right to go up the slope. There is a new enemy up here.

Climb up the ledge where he came from, and you'll come to another echo. Interact for Force Echo - Officer Krane . Guess we found out what happened to her...

Opposite to where we just climbed, there will be a shortcut mechanism. Cut it to unlock a Shortcut . Jump down and jump over the gap here to reach a Phillak . They can be quite scary on these tight locations as you'll easily fall off, so be careful. Past him is a Scazz which will most likely die to the nearby Scout Trooper . Kill him, and then his overhead Rocket Trooper overhead. There is another elevator here to ignore. Run past and over the gaps here towards some wallrunning locations. Go through these and land at the other side to fight another Phillak .

Jump across the gap he was guarding. Wallrun again until you find solid ground, and go down the path. Another wallrun will lead you into a fight with a Scout Trooper Commander and a new enemy, an Electrobaton Purge Trooper . Kill the Commander first.

When they're both dead, scan the new enemy for the Electrobaton Purge Trooper File . BD-1 will hop off and interact with an object nearby here also, and give you Force Echo - Excavation Saw . Open the two chests in this location too for BD-1 Skin - Bestine and Lightsaber Material - Cerakote . There's a force echo on a table nearby too - Force Echo - Finding Artifacts . That's everything in this area, so open the door ahead to unlock a Shortcut back to the save.

Go to the rope shortcut we unlocked earlier and jump down again. This time, take the left and up to fight two Scazz . Press on and slow the moving plates here, one at a time, to make your way across to a wallrun. Following this, you'll come into contact with a Scout Trooper Commander and a Heavy Assault Trooper . Take these guys out. You'll now be at a third elevator, and this area will be cleared out. We'll be back later with the scomp link to get the missing chests.

Use this nearby elevator now, and at the top, BD-1 will scan for Force Echo - Excavation Equipment . Move on and left to get to Save Point #11 . Rest up. Next to the locked door here, you can go into a small area for another echo. Force Echo - Cave-In will unlock upon interaction. There's nothing else we can do here, so jump down the slide. When at the bottom, kill any enemies that have respawned and turn left. Use the next elevator along here. Cere will have a little chat with you.

At the top of the elevator, use the Save Point #12 . Open the nearby door to unlock a new Shortcut . You should recognise this area and see the Mantis ahead. Turn around for now, and slide back down to the caves. There will be some spinning wheels to slow and move through. Make your way to the final elevator which was by the original save point in the ice caves. I went up the shortcut rope again and fought the ogre a second time - noticing that BD-1 will scan the cracked ice roofing here for Force Echo - The Sound of Destruction . Go use the elevator now.

This elevator brings us back out at the original slide down to the ice caves. Go through the cracked wall to the save point again - past the two columns. This time, head left of the save point across the gap. Use the current to propel you upwards and into a cave area - where a new enemy awaits.

Scan him once he's down, if you can. Jump into the current, and down the slide. You may recognise this area from way earlier. Jump down and use the save point here again. Head right from this save and along the wallrun here to reach an area with the enemies from before. There's a large cracked wall here to force push down. Jump inside. Go around this area and you'll reach a climbable wall. Climb up and use the workbench up here. Congratulations my BD-1 cutie - you've now got a Scomp Link!

Use the newly acquired tech to extend the bridge, where a Stormtrooper is waiting to attack. Keep heading up and around to kill another Stormstrooper . Slice the mechanism here to raise a wallrun wall to your location and set some machinery in motion. Head across here. Slow the piston here when its raised up and opening its centre. Run through to the other side, where you'll fight a Scout Trooper Commander . Slice the machine here to open the door. Use the zip-line down and make your way back to the save point in this area.

Scomp link in hand, you can now do even more in this area! So ... let's get cracking.

From the save, look right again, but instead of using the wallrun, drop down and slice the door here. Open the chest inside for Duty and Resolve II . Turn around and kill the Scout Trooper here, and then head left - past the fan and up the slope towards the previously locked Imperial location. Slice the door here and head inside. There's multiple Stormtroopers here as well as a new droid - Imperial Astromech Droid . Get his databank entry by scanning him. When they're dead, have BD-1 slice the nearby door to where you entered, to have another Save Point #13 and a Force Echo - Missing Artifact . Rest if you want, and head back out.

Head deeper into the base now and up the stairs. You'll eventually be led outside where you can shimmy along some ledges. Climb to the top to be greeted with more wallruns with a wall to climb at the end. Perform these stunts and head up. Go around the hanging bar to the end and up to find another Jotaz fighting some Imperials. Wait for him to kill them, and then take it out. More Stormtroopers and Commanders will attack during this fight, so be wary of them. Once dead, make your way through the doors into the building.

You cannot go left due to the red force field, so head right instead. Go into the shaft and slow the fan above you, making you able to climb through. Break through the wall to the right and head in, defeating the two Stormstroopers . Have BD-1 slice through the door here. Turn around and go down the elevator to unlock a Shortcut back to the previous save. Return back to the sliced door.

Straight ahead you'll see a new enemy. Jump down to take him out.

This particular Purge Trooper Commander is on a platform with gaps on either side. Line him if to take him out easily with force push - bear in mind you may not be able to scan him afterwards with this method. Regardless, scan him for Purge Trooper Commander File .

The path ahead is blocked by another red barrier, so wallrun across to the right side of this room. Break through the wall here and into the next room, where you'll be able to climb a ledge and break a second wall to leave. Go down the slide and activate Save Point #14 .

Ahead, you'll see a crashed ship with some Jotaz roaming the area. Jump down into the water and swim across to the first left platform you find and up the slope. BD-1 can scan some Stormtrooper helmets here for Force Echo - Memorial. Turn around and head into the cave. Follow the path and you'll see a skeleton to interact with. This gets you Force Echo - Drowned . Turn back and head deeper into the cave. You'll swim to a ledge to climb up, and a door to slice. Do so to unlock a Shortcut back down to the ice caves.

Head back to the area with Jotaz now, and swim to the other platform on the left to defeat the one roaming here. On the same platform, look around to the left to find a breakable wall. Go inside her to locate it on your map - the console inside is unusable at the current moment, so head back outside and up the climbable wall where the Jotaz was. Turn right to see a chest across some gaps. Go along here for Poncho Material - Hyper Shell inside.

what does start new journey fallen order

Walk around this area now to fight a bunch of Scazz and another Jotaz . These two enemies will fight one another, so keep this in mind. When they're both down, interact with the destroyed ship to have a small radio chat with Greez. Climb up onto the outer rim of the large central ship to find your way across a beam to a climbable wall. Go up this. Follow the paths ahead to get into the large broken ship - a Prone Droid will attack you up here. Go as far along as you can and turn left - another Prone Droid is here. Jump down and destroy it. Over the gap is another rope mechanism that unlocks a Shortcut once cut, so do so. Head into the ship now.

what does start new journey fallen order

There are three Prone Droids in this area. Make your way along and take them out. Exit the ship and drop down. Turn left and interact with the echo here for Force Echo - Survivor and a new Life Essence ! Scan the machine on the bridge to find it needs power. Head back to the water area now and back onto the middle platform. From the central platform, pan your camera around and you'll see a rope to climb up ahead, next to the smaller broken ship. Go inside to unlock the area on your map - even though there's nothing to do here just yet.

Go all the way back through the cave system we went in at the beginning of this area, and to the save point next to the ice cave shortcut. Head down the slide into the caves. Jump across the gap at the end and take our the Scazz and Imperial enemies here again. We're going to use this elevator now to return back to the hangar area at the beginning of Zeffo.

Once out of the elevator, get open the map. Hover over the abandoned village location, and you'll see a large green pathway we can cross over. We're going to go and unlock this, and open the chest next to it. Use the save at the top of the elevator and head outside. Kill the two Scazz eating the Stormtrooper and turn right - following this path all the way back to the village. Kill all the enemies around this area, and follow the map back to the green structure mentioned earlier. (On the way, you may hear an AT-ST hitting your ship - just ignore this for now).

Push down the green structure ones you've reached it - you'll have to force push twice. Make your way over and slice the chest and open it for Lightsaber Material - Durite . We've not got mostly everything we can at this point without having to backtrack a huge amount of content - we'll be back here later to clean-up and progress the story. Head back to the Mantis now for a boss fight! (The shortest route from the village is to go up the small ramp to the rooftops and through the door into the cave system, past the save point and back into the hangar).

With the boss down, you'll get the AT-ST File . Head into the Mantis and watch the cutscene. At the end, you'll get the Cere's Padawan Databank entry under Cere Junda. Interact with the terrarium to plant the seeds you've collected. Go to the central console and go to Kashyyyk if you want to progress the main story - for the time being, I'm going to head back to Bogano as Cere's suggestion to get some more loots! With that, you'll be done with Zeffo! (for now).

Bogano Looties

I will be brief during this revisit, as you should know the whereabouts of locations via the map, and I have previously gone in depth into Bogano on your first visit. First off, look for a slope going down where the Mantis has landed. There's a small path down where you'll find a Bogling Companion . Break into the wall he jumps through and interact to gain a new ship member! So adorable (the way he shakes before you interact with him melts my heart). There's also a puzzle down here involving the sphere. Go to the right hand side of the sphere and force push it further into the room. You're aiming to run around and make it go along the white path into the hole. It may take a few tries, but keep at it.

what does start new journey fallen order

Anywho, now make your way to the metal elevator near where the Oggdo is located. You're going to be going down to the "Great Divide" map area (bottom floor). The fasters way here from the Mantis is to go over the gap to the first theatre we went to, holding the three Splox. Go over the wallrun and down into the vined hole. Force push the boulder here next to the stim canister to unlock a shortcut back up. Then, simply follow the map down.

Once there, you'll see a green structure on your map which you can push down with your new ability. Do so and make your way over to the abandoned workshop area. There is a chest across the newly pushed bridge which will give you a BD-1 Skin - Z'Gag Wave . Follow the path around to reach a T-junction. Go right first, and into the workshop. Go through the water and up the vines ahead. Follow the path around to find two Boglings run away. Follow these and splice open the door. Before heading in, go further up the path and unlock the Shortcut into the workshop through the door.

Head back down and into the workshop now. Interact with the Force Echo - Old Memoirs and a Force Essence ! Go deeper into this circular room and BD-1 will scan Acquiring the Holocron Archive . Lightsaber Sleeve - Eno Cordova can be unlocked by using the workshop in this area. There's some broken pillars that BD-1 will scan for Force Echo - Droid Cairn . That's it for the workshop, so head back to the T-junction and slide into the next area.

During the slide, you'll see a rope. Jump onto it and across onto the platform. Follow this to the right to find Force Echo - Ancient Bones . Go into the area on the right and fight the multiple Splox and Bog Rat here. Unlock another echo here, Force Echo - Resting Place . Follow this path outside and you'll be above the rope area. Drop down and finish the slide by jumping onto the wall and climbing up.

what does start new journey fallen order

Make your way back to the optional bosses den now, Oggdo Bogdo. There's a chest to splice here, and inside is Poncho Material - Sumi .

You can now go into the Mantis and take off to Kashyyyk!

Wookie Land!

So, your fourth planet to explore, hooray! Enjoy the cutscene as you get into the planet. You'll regain control in the water - just swim towards the walkers here and climb up the vines or their legs. You're going to be going up the front right leg, and jumping across to the back. This will allow you to climb up and jump to the head of the walker. This will loop around to the other side, allowing you to get on top. Enter the hatch where the Stormtrooper was and get inside.

Once inside, walk towards the broken wall here and climb inside to get on to a speeder. Keep pressing forwards to make your way into an area with two Scout Troopers and a Scout Commander . Take them down and enter the cockpit. Kill the pilots here while BD-1 works his mojo in a mini scene.

You'll not be able to control the AT-AT. For the most part, you'll just be going forwards. R2/RT shoots regular blaster bolts, whereas L2/LT fires large blasters to take down heavy machinery and vehicles. Walk to the right towards an Imperial base - killing enemies as you go. For the most part, you'll just be walking and killing things in this section - so I'll leave you to have fun. Just make sure to take down the big ship in the centre of the large area to complete this section.

Eventually, the AT-AT will fall due to being slam dunked by a spaceship. Don't mind that - and enjoy the cutscene instead!

what does start new journey fallen order

Once you regain control, you'll gain Saw Gerrera entry as well as Fateful Meeting . You can talk to Cere and Greez some more if you want, but go away from the Mantis and down to where your AT-AT was destroyed. Around this area, to the right, you'll find a chest. Open it for Poncho Material - Rainforest .

what does start new journey fallen order

Past it, you'll see an open door. Go towards it and BD-1 will hop off to scan something nearby. Do so for Gonk Droid File ! Head inside the room here and scan the nearby weapons for Force Echo - Weapon Cache . The path to the right is blocked by red barriers, so head forwards instead. Once through, jump down and look to the right. A monkey-like creature will be aside some cables. Cut through them and proceed into the cave system, cutting through more cables until reaching a large room.

Jump down into the pit to take on a creature.

Once defeated, scan it for the Wyyyschokk File . Interact with the workbench in this room for BD-1 to get an upgrade! The Overcharge ability can now be used to send currents into systems and give them power - especially useful to move machinery and open previously looked doors ... much like those red ones. Climb up a wall that's near the workbench to get to a overchargeable panel. BD-1 will hop inside and allow you to move the overhead zipline.

Move it to the other side of the room and head forwards to re-enter the trench. Wallrun across the glowing red wall to get to the other side. Overcharge the panel to make the wheel spin. Slow it when its in a position to wallrun across and go for it. On the other side, you'll find a new enemy.

Kill these enemies for Flame Beetle File . Keep moving forwards across the vine, and someone will call you over. Wallrun twice and jump to the wall and climb up to start a cutscene.

When you regain control, go to where the soldier is looking over towards the area you just came from. You'll see an echo on a Stormtrooper down there. Jump down and interact with this for Force Echo - Saw's Ambush . Head back up and enter the room to the right. Push the wall and go through, over the tree branch, and activate the Save Point #1 here.

Save and look right, go down this path. Push the pipe down to cross over here and up ahead be ready to fight four Stormtroopers and a Stormtrooper Commander . After the pipe, walk forwards slightly and turn right to see some vines blocking a force echo. Cut these down and interact to get Force Echo - Wookies in Hiding . Now take out the enemies. Turn back to where you came from to see a chest. Open this for Passion and Strength Emitter. Make sure to mark the area behind the Commander on your map for completion. Head into the Imperial base now.

To the left are four Scout Troopers and a Scout Commander . Take these enemies out. Head past them and right to see a save with a spinning contraption here. Slow it, walk along, and get to the other side - pretty self explanatory. Activate Save Point #2 and go through the doors next to the enemies we've just killed. This will unlock a Shortcut but, not without consequences. Ahead, a new enemy will emerge.

Once he's down, scan him for the Electrostaff Purge Trooper File . Your friend will open the vents around here, so head through the gap. At the end, you'll see some flame beetles attack some enemies at the bottom, so let them take out who they can. A new enemy type will be down here, along with a Stormtrooper . Deflect the bolt back at him before taking on these two Flametroopers .

Scan one of these two enemies for the Flametrooper File . Head up the wall where the Stormtrooper was stood and slice the door here. This will open into a room with two chests. Collect the first one and then cut through the cables at the end to reveal the second. This will net you Lightsaber Material - Matte and BD-1 Skin - Stygeon Prime respectively. Head back into the room and up the opposite wall.

At the top, use Overcharge to move the large cutter out of the way, revealing a path outside. Slow the fan and move past it. Activate Save Point #3 down here. Head down and take down the enemies here. There's multiple Flametroopers and Stormtroopers . There will also be some Wyyyschokks . It might be wise to wait until the creatures or Imperials take each other down, and then head in to finish the rest.

Once safe, BD-1 will run and scan something nearby. Do so for a new terrarium seed, Bonshyyyr . Also down here is a chest to open for Lightsaber Material - Doonium .

From here, head up the ledge where the Stormtrooper was, and head forwards into a small gap in the wall. Force Echo - Wyyyschokk Attack will be ahead of you, along with a Force Essence . Open the chest ahead of this for Poncho Material - Commando . Drop down now, and a new boss enemy will come.

Defeat this, and scan it for Albino Wyyyschokk File . BD-1 will also scan nearby eggs for Force Echo - Wyyyschokk Eggs . In this pit will be some fallen robots, scan these for Force Echo - The Battle of Kashyyyk . Head through the tunnel now - each path will lead you back to the location with a bunch of enemies.

Look ahead now and drop down to go across another spinning mechanism. Go across this and turn right to scan some red barrels for Force Echo - Sap Barrels . Turn around and head forwards. Wallrun and jump onto the walls, and shimmy to the left and all the way around until you enter the building. Ahead are two Scout Troopers , and to the left of these are three Stormtroopers , so try and drag the two melee enemies back. Once they're all down, go past the Stormtroopers and through the door.

Slow the large wheel and jump to the other end, and then climb up the wall ahead. Once at the top, activate Save Point #4 . The door nearby here is sealed, so instead jump down on to the beam to the right of the save point, and across to the other side, up a wall. Ahead is a Purge Trooper and Scout Trooper . To the left, behind some crates, is a second Scout Trooper and two Stormtroopers . Defeat these. I like to rush forwards and use force push on the two Troopers ahead of me, to negate the more difficult enemies.

Open the door next to the two Stormtroopers to unlock a Shortcut . In the middle of this room, there's an unpowered elevator. Turn right and through the door here to the other side. Once outside, face left and wallrun to the echo. This is Force Echo - Slave Collar . Wallrun back and this time move across the pipe ahead of you. Go into the undergrowth here and chop through the vines. On this intersection, go left first to be greeted by a new enemy.

After killing it, scan it for the Slyyyg File . There are a few Flame Beetles around this maze, so be careful. In the Slyyyg section, open the nearby chest for Passion and Strength Lightsaber Switch . Head forwards and right past the chest now and kill the beetles around the other side for completion sake, then look north on your map to go into the next area, through the vines. Slide down the path ahead for some dramatic music and a real big tree.

Head left across the log - the bridge ahead is impassable at the moment, so turn left again and go forwards, and up the wall here. Sprint and jump the gap ahead, before turning right and entering the opening. Run through here to get back to the open, ahead is an echo. Interact for Force Echo - Refinery Expansion and another 3/3 Life Essence ! More health for us!

Knock down the bridge next to this and continue along this path. This leads back to the area you were at previously. Go back to the unpowered elevator now, and through the large shortcut double doors that are next to the two Stormtroopers we slayed. Run through this ominously quite corridor and interact with the panel. The door will open, along with a new enemy.

Scan the droid for Security Droid File . Interact with the panel again now to free the wookies!

Follow the wookies through the door and turn right. You'll see a rope hanging down. Jump to it and start swinging. Swing and jump onto a second rope and onto the platform next to this. Cut down the Shortcut rope and use the workbench nearby. This will give BD-1 a new slice upgrade, which will allow him to slice into weak Security Droids to hijack them, essentially, and make them fight for you. Open the nearby door to unlock a Shortcut back to the previous location, and continue down the path.

Jump onto the wall and across the beams here. Jump to the next wall and climb up to the top. Once there, use the wallrun ahead and jump to take down this Scout Trooper swiftly. Deflect the two Stormtrooper bolts back at them and head forwards to take down the Scout Trooper Commander . Turn left when you're stood where you Stormtroopers died, and use the overcharge to allow the middle contraption to spin. Go into the door nearby and into the building now. Use the elevator inside this room to find a chest containing Passion and Strength II Sleeve . The door here can't be unlocked, so head back up the elevator.

Go back to the spinning contraption and use this to get to the platform with the climbable wall. Begin climbing up this and use scan here to get Force Echo - Refinery Cells . Continue up, and jump across the prison cells, allowing you to head into the prison block. Push through the door ahead and kill the Stormtrooper . Turn left and open the door to unlock a Shortcut , allowing you to kill two Stormtroopers and a Stormtrooper Commander . Deflect any bolts you can. Up ahead, another Security Droid will attack. Take all these enemies out. Remember, you can now slice these enemies when they have low health! Press down on the D-Pad to A) Heal them, and B) Let them fight with you. Allowing the droid to kill any enemy will also new you an achievement!

Achievement Unlocked: Don't Mess with BD-1

Use the nearby console in this room to free the wookies. Look left now and go through the door to go down an elevator. Once out, open the first door on the left for a new Shortcut . Overcharge the panel which is in this corridor. This panel will give power to the elevator in the large room! Make sure to heal before heading up this, as you'll be entering an extended fight.

Once at the top, you'll be greeted by two Flametroopers and a Security Droid . Take them down, and have the droid if you can. Another four Stormtroopers will drop down into this location. A ship will fly in and drop a further two Stormtroopers . Two Scout Troopers will drop from another ship nearby. The final wave involves an AT-ST dropping in. Take him out the same as you did when it was a boss fight, and you'll have finished this prolonged fight sequence!

Enjoy the cutscene, and you'll get a new achievement.

Achievement Unlocked: Happy Go Wookie

Look around this area for an overcharge panel. This will open the nearby door for you to exit, also counting as a Shortcut , and down an elevator. At the bottom, go through the door ahead to reach the Mantis! On the way back to the Mantis, you can also unlock the red barrier to your left into the room where you fought the first spider with the zipline. You've completely as much as you can in this area now, so let's go back to Zeffo!

Another Tomb...

The Imperial project is back in effect, and a tomb has been discovered. Grab your pickaxe, because we're tomb explorers now.

what does start new journey fallen order

For this section, since we've done mostly all we can at the moment, you're going to want to head straight to the objective, through the large ship tunnel next to the Crash Site area. This is the water zone at the very bottom of Zeffo. The fastest way here is to go through the shortcut next to the two Scazz eating the Stormtrooper, and down the slide into the ice caves. Then, look at your map to see the corresponding elevator which goes up to the Crash Site.

When you get here, open your map. Remember the overcharge terminal we couldn't activate, behind the first Jotaz we killed? You can open this area up now.

what does start new journey fallen order

You'll automatically get the Rabid Jotaz File . Push open the broken wall down here and head inside. Inside will be a tunnel with some Skungus . Simply force push them all and they'll die. At the end, push the grating on the bottom and jump down. Kill the multiple Scazz in this area, and then overcharge the terminal in the centre of the room. This will open the door ahead. Go through and take down the Scazz and Skungus around here. You'll reach a red, overhead pipe to climb along. Do so to reach the other side. Turn right at the end here and push through the wall.

In this room, a Security Droid will ambush you on the left, so take care of this, and swim over to the other side. Take out the Scazz and then chop the wire on the right hand side of this platform. This will prevent the water from electrifying when you overcharge the terminal on the other side. Note the spinning contraption in this area. When the hole in the fan is open on the left, slow it and jump inside. You'll find a ledge to climb up here with Force Echo - The Attack . Swim back across, use the terminal, and then back over into the elevator.

Ahead will be Force Echo - Transmission , as well as a 3/3 Force Essence ! Use the overcharge ability in this room and then make your way out of this optional boss area, back to the main zone. There's one last thing to do in the Crash Site, so make your way back to those unpowered pistons, behind the area where the smaller, brown ship has been destroyed. Activate the overcharge panel here to get the pistons going. Treat them as they were when we found them originally, at the earlier stages of Zeffo. Slow the first to make your way past it. Slow the second and climb on top, then slow the third, and jump from the second piston to the third to make your way over to the echo. Activate this for Force Echo - Zeffonian Cranium and another Life Essence .

what does start new journey fallen order

Into the Tomb

At the bottom, drop off the ledge for Save Point #16 . Rest up and overcharge the panel here to change the direction of the zipline. Head down it now. Go down the next zipline and through the doors. Ahead are two Security Droids and a Heavy Trooper . Deflect the troopers bolts back at him with the double saber, and then take down the droids. Use the workbench in this area to be able to climb up ziplines, as well as down. Super handy!

Head back to the save point now, going up the ziplines. Use the overcharge terminal next to the save to move the zipline up, and then zip up. Wallrun across onto the zipline and down to a fight. There are three Stormtroopers ,a Heavy Trooper and a Scout Trooper next to the edge as you first go down the zipline. A Scout Trooper and Scout Trooper Commander will join the fight when you take on the Stormtroopers. Take all the enemies down.

Go through the door where the reinforcements came from, and head right at the intersection - this will lead you through a breakable wall and down into the red barrier room we saw earlier. Kill the Prone Droid to the left here and activate the Force Echo - Guardians of the Tomb . Then, use the overcharge here to be able to create a shortcut back. The enemies will attack you if you rested previously, so take care of them again, and then head back to the room we came from.

Jump down the area straight ahead of the broken wall to fight another Electrobaton Purge Trooper . Use the overcharge to open the red barrier and head on in. Immediately turn left and wallrun up to the platform here, for Force Echo - Destructive Measures .

Jump back down and through the open door. Turn right and drop down onto the pathway underneath. Jump down one last time and across the zipline, to a wallrun. You'll eventually get to a rope. STOP on this rope and turn around. Swing to the platform ahead for Force Echo - Discovering Relics . Then, head back to the rope and swing to the other side. Go up the vines and activate Save Point #16 .

Run past the save now and proceed into the elevator at the end of this area. Be prepared for a boss fight, with none other than The Second Sister .

Upon completing the fight, you'll get Cere's Padawan entry. Turn around away from the red barrier now and continue deeper towards the tomb. There'll be a slide, leading down to an open area. Find the last crevice at the end and jump down to continue forwards, past a breakable wall. There's a Save Point #17 in here. Rest up.

Tomb of Miktrull

Head through the gap. Turn right and go down the slope, and across the ledges ahead until you drop down. Trilla will come through the comms, and you'll get The Second Sister's Origin . Go across the two vines and down the slide, climbing up the wall at the end. Go deeper into the tomb.

When you get out of the other end of the small passage, you'll hear two Stormtroopers fighting a Tomb Guardian . Take these enemies out. On the right side of this room is a breakable wall, push through it to the large circular room that's flooded. The outer perimeter of this room has another breakable wall, located on the right hand side. Go through this one now.

BD-1 will move off and scan Force Echo - Magnets . Use the console in this room now. It will activate an energy wave which will carry object in specific directions - in this case flame vases, which will open the blockade of vines ahead. Go up the stairs now and rest at the Save Point #18 . Jump over to the vined wall and climb up.

You'll reach two pathways, one through a wall and another down a short ramp. Go down first, and turn left. There will be a Tomb Guardian fighting a bunch of Stormtroopers and Scout Troopers . Take them all out and have BD-1 slice the chest. Open it for Greezy Money Mantis Paint Job , along with a Force Echo - Age of Extravagance beside it. Go back to the breakable wall now.

Inside, there will be two Stormtroopers on a level above yours, waiting for their bolts to be deflected. A further two Scout Troopers and Stormtroopers will be on the ground. These are joined by a single Scout Commander . Take them all out to make this area safe.

Use the switch here to have a pillar raise out of the ground, with another field of energy being released. Hit the switch again so you can move the block. Move this block with your push ability into the wall ahead to climb out. A Scazz will scurry past you - take this out, and also take out the inactive Tomb Guardian for the juicy XP. Keep following this pathway for yet another Save Point #19 . Move further along this path and outside on the left.

Kill the Stormtrooper ahead, and turn left to kill another Stormtrooper down the stairs. Just across the gaps and wallrun twice to the other side of this chasm. Go through here and outside again to see some vines. Swing across them and across the wall. Jump across to the ledge and force push the Skungus into the Scazz . Run past this area and climb the wall ahead.

what does start new journey fallen order

Overhead, a ship will disperse a Electrostaff Purge Trooper , so go up the wall and take him out. Use the switch on the platform here. You'll see a vined wall move closer to you, so jump down and climb across this. Jump to the ledge and go around this pathway. Be wary of the Scout Trooper that will hit you from nowhere along here. Sneaky guy pushed me off the first time around.

Continue around and up the ledge to find a breakable wall to the right. To get this echo, use the Skungus on the opposite platform. Run behind it and force push. This Force Echo - Zeffo Laborer will also come with a neat Life Essence ! Go onto the Skungus platform now and hit the switch. A climbable wall will appear ahead. Hit the switch and quickly jump onto the wall now to be carried to the other side. Push the Skungus into the Scazz here and jump over to the other side. These poor Scazz are having a really bad day.

Right of the Scazz is another wall to climb, so run and jump onto this and follow it around and up. Wallrun along the path ahead to jump down and fight Flametrooper and two Scazz . Jump to the next wall now to wallrun to another ledge. Climb and follow the pathways here to come to a bridge with a Phillak . Kill it and move forwards to jump over the gap it came from. Use the switch here. More flaming vases will fly by, push one of them to unlock a Shortcut through the vines ahead.

Jump across this area and up the wall to reach a breakable wall. Go through. Go to the center object and jump towards it. Go along to the other side and through the wall. A Electrobaton Purge Trooper will attack. Parry him to victory and move on. In the room he is in, several Scazz will appear through the holes, so I like to fight him in the corridor you came from, just to make it easier. Go down the slide away from this room now and take out the Stormtroopers and Stormtrooper Commander ahead by blocking their shots. There's two Scout Troopers on this bridge also.

Once they're all down, go to the end and across the gap on the right. Head further along here and push past the wall. Turn left in this room and jump to the first column. Follow this around and follow suite, jumping and climb around each column until you drop to a platform. Ahead will be more pistons. Use slow and move past these to a crack at the far end. Use the switch here to deactivate the pistons. Head through the gap in the wall. At the end , you'll come across Save Point #20 . The path ahead is blocked off, so turn right and jump down.

Teach me, Master

Turn left and follow the path around - you'll go across a wallrun location and up a small ramp to jump onto the sarcophagus. Shimmy around to the left and make your way up - you'll have to fight a Stormtrooper first. Take him down, and then deflect bolts back to the further two Stormtroopers ahead. Then, take care of the Scout Commander . A ship will then drop off an Electrostaff Purge Trooper and a further Scout Commander . When they're all down, the ship will destroy the chain holding the sarcophagus in place, and a cutscene will occur, sending us into a flashback.

This flashback is simply to teach you to Force Pull, so press the L2/LT buttons to pull the saber towards you. Once this is over, you'll land on a platform having learned a new ability!

Pull the vine ahead towards you to swing to the climbable wall. Climb to the top and pull one of the flame canisters towards you. While holding it, use force push to send it towards the vines ahead. This will clear the map to get out of this area, so do it.

At the top, use the save point if you wish and go back through the small gap. At the end, a Probe Droid will fire at you, so take him out and go back through the pistons. Within this area will be some Scout Troopers . You can use the Probe Droid above them to take them out with a force pull/push combo. Kill the Tomb Guardian at the end. You can pull his core out to deal extra damage during his 'special' attacks. Go forwards and pull the vine to swing across to the other side.

At the closed door, pull on the contraption beside it to get hold of a rope. Pull this towards the handle at the bottom of this platform to hold it open, allowing you to kill the four Scout Troopers and a Probe Droid ahead. Through the door, you'll have to face another Probe Droid and an Electrostaff Purge Trooper . Thankfully, the probe droid can be used to blow him up and deal huge damage - and then finish him with a single attack when he's down. Continue up ahead.

Go down on the left ramp and pull the vine. This will swing you to the wallrun and to the other side. Pull the door rope back to the handle here and kill the Scout Trooper in the doorway. Next to this door will be a vase, interact with it for Force Echo - Offerings to Miktrull . A Jotaz will be here terrorizing a group of Imperials. There's two Scouts and a Stormtrooper . Kill them all. Go left of the door you opened previously, and you'll find the gap you went in earlier, with a Stormtrooper and Scout Commander hiding in the left corner. Take them out and backtrack up the stairs, saving at the point up here.

Go up the vines again and enter the large circular room. There's lots going on here. On the platform closest to you, there will be three Scazz , a Scout Trooper , a Stormtrooper and a final Tomb Guardian. On the furthest platform, a Phillak will be fighting against two Stormtroopers . Kill all the enemies. On the platform with the Phillak, BD-1 will scan the wall for Force Echo - Votive Candles .

Back on the lower platform, go to the left. Look up to see another rope to pull. Put this into the nearby handle to raise the central spinning orb. Then, hit the switch on this platform to activate the energy field. Go up to the other platform and get one of the voltive candles. Throw this across the room into the field - this will stop the flame from being extinguished. Jump to the other side, and grab this candle again. Throw it at the vines around the chain to have the spinning orb collapse to the ground.

Before we go down and do this - go back to the upper platform. On either side will be breakable walls. Go to the right wall and push through it first. Turn right and pull one of the candles into the vines, and interact with the echo for Force Echo - Respect Symbol . Turn around and follow the path. Two Scazz will attack here. Pull the rope to open the door ahead, and a Phillak and Scazz will attack. Take these guys out. Go back and grab one of the candles. Back at the door, look above it to see a gap. Throw this candle through the gap, and then pull the rope to open the door, attaching it to the handle. Go through and use the candle to destroy the vines here.

Climb to the top of this wall for Force Echo - Zeffo Soldier Remains and a Force Essence ! Go to the opposite breakable wall inside the large circular room to discover a chest containing Lightsaber Material - Haysian Smelt . In the same small room, BD-1 will scan Force Echo - Sage Miktrull . Grab this and head down to the orb we destroyed on the bottom floor. Push/Pull this orb into the centre hole here to raise the central platform.

Just a bit more looting

Before we go into the opening that's created, we have some more things to snag before we leave the tomb. Go up to the second floor via the Stormtrooper/Scout Commander stairs and up the vine wall. When here, deactivate the energy field if it's still on, and push the block back to its place beside the wall. Climb into the opening and head around, kill the Scazz, and make your way to where the Stormtrooper is surveying the chasm beneath. Kill him, and pull the rope to get into a wallrun. At the end of this wallrun, jump and pull the next vine to swing to the other side. Here will be a Force Echo - Oppression .

You'll notice a chest beside some vines when you make your way to the other side again. To get this, go up the wall opposite the save point in the previous hallway (the one containing the inactive Tomb Guardian) to reach a bridge with a button. On either side of this bridge are candles. Grab one and look over towards the vines and throw it down to reveal the chest. Drop down and get BD-1 Skin - Sumi ! Go back to the wall and climb back up to the bridge. Go into the circular room and look right. You'll see a vine - pull it and start swinging. To the left of this vine is another, so jump and pull this one. This will allow you to get to the other side of this collapsed bridge. Turn right and kill the Electrobaton Purge Trooper .

On this platform, you'll see (on your map) a green zone for you to interact with. Pull the vine here towards you and swing across past two vines to reach a platform. Jump down these to the very bottom and then go up the lamp on the left side of this large room. Grab a candle and throw it at the large cluster of vines on the right to reveal a hole. Go inside here. Swing across the rope using force pull and grab a candle. Turn around and throw it at the vines on the other side. Swing back across and interact with this to turn off the water in the large room. You can now throw a candle through the open mouth of the statue (the one glowing orange) to burn the vines blocking the entrance here. Head through the newly opened tunnel to the other side.

At the end, you'll get Mantis Paint Job - Zodiac Drifter from the chest at the end. And that's the treasure from this puzzle! Make your way back to the large central room now, bottom floor.

To the Mantis

Go into the opening and BD-1 will scan some murals, activating a cutscene.

This structure is an elevator, and when you leave, you'll have exited the tomb and gained two more databank entries - The Key to the Vault and Vault Requirements . You'll also get an achievement!

Achievement Unlocked - Everything is Connected

Run around this area to find Save Point #21 . Next to the save point is the Imperial base, so jump onto the red lined platform here and across the several wallruns. Across some further vines, kill the Stormtrooper on the way down and activate the nearby workbench for Slice: Prone Droid ! Keep going along the linear path. Eventually, you'll be able to go inside. Use the overcharge terminal ahead to unlock a Shortcut . We're going to go grab some more things before leaving. So, instead of going the force field way, turn left and go down the elevator.

At the bottom, go ahead and kill the Prone Droid and several Scout Troopers and a Scout Commander here. head forwards now and through the door across the bridge and turn left at the end. Follow this path around to kill the Electrobaton Purge Trooper again. Head past him, through the door, and swing to the other side of this platform to an earlier save point. Right of this save point is an unexplored area, so go ahead and pull the rope towards you and swing across - being propelled by the rising steam to the other side.

what does start new journey fallen order

Jump down onto the platform and open the chest for Lightsaber Material - Aurodium . Drop down again. Go through the previously destroyed hole in the wall to kill the two Stormtroopers from earlier. Look around and jump back down onto the platform with the Purge Trooper Commander . Kill him and head right into the next room across the wall. Follow this part around and take the next left you can to find a chasm. Swing across to a previously unexplored area. Use overcharge on the platform to lower the barrier, and then use the echo for Force Echo - Secret .

Go back up to the two Stormtroopers and use the elevator they were guarding. There are six Stormtroopers around here shooting at you, so take them all down. Go through the door opposite the elevator to go outside. Turn left and go through the cave now. Kill the enemies through here, including some Scout Troopers, Stormtroopers and Scazz, and head towards the jet streams. Use these, along with some wallruns, to get to a metal platform. Go inside here. Follow the cave to the end to be at a glacial slide. Jump across to the grassy platform (if you fall down, just return here by climbing up a ramp and some platforms) and turn left. Jump up here and make your way along to another stream.

When you land, you'll be in a boss fight with a bounty hunter! You can't actually defeat him, but after taking down half of his health or so, you'll be shock trapped and knocked out. Note that this enemy can be one of three possible bounty hunters, so just look and act accordingly to their attacks. Mine was a flamethrower, gun wielding fellow who actually wasn't that difficult. Press X/A to reawaken, and you'll be... jumping off to the next section of the guide! :D

I'm a Jedi, get me outta here

When you awaken, turn around after the cutscene and pull open the panel here. You'll reveal a power cable. Turn around again and pull open the first panel to the left of the closed door to unveil a switch. Pull the power cable and shove it in here to open the door. Go on out.

There's nothing to really see here other than creatures that you've already met in cells, so go to the end of this corridor. There's a room ahead. Pull the dangling cable out and attach it to the switch on the left here, then go inside. There's a little puzzle here, which is fairly simple.

Grab the power cable which is plugged into the machine in the middle back of the room and take this out. Take this to to the switch next to the entrance to this room to power a cell door open. Head in and push through the metal here. Go through the tight gap to the end. At the end, turn right and follow this path along and across the gap. There's a human here in the cell but he gives nothing of value. Head into a large circular room with falling dead creatures and head around anti-clockwise. Use the wallrun wall here to the other side, where'll you'll see BD-1 trapped behind a door. Pull out the nearby cable and use it to swing in the centre here. Above the locked BD-1 door is another platform. Swing and jump to this. Pull the cable back to you and insert it into the switch here. Jump down to reunite with BD-1.

Now that you've got the best buddy around, you'll get Droid Jail entry and a new objective. Head towards the closed door and pull the panel off to the right of it, and have BD-1 slice to open the door. Wallrun back across the gap to leave. Go through the first left and along the tunnel here to slice through another machine to open a Shortcut back to the previous room with three power cables.

In here, grab the power cable on the right and put it into the central machine. Use the overcharge terminal next to this cable to power it on. Then, grab the cable previously used to open the cell door and put this back into the switch it came from originally, in the centre console. This will power on the elevator. Ride this up to the top. Go on forwards to reach Save Point #1 . Activate and use any skill points you may have accumulated (I had three so got Lightsaber Throw, a sweeeeeet ability).

Go down into the large room here to watch a scene with a large hologram. Sorc Tormo will give his monologue and you'll be thrust into a fight. There are several rounds.

Keep note that now you've done the bounty hunter section, you can find them around the difference worlds. They can often come in pairs. During your travels, take them down for a good chunk of EXP, but also the other two files you'll miss. Once the bounty hunter is down, you'll be able to escape. Enjoy the cutscene!

After this, you'll be on the Mantis. Use the travel panel and choose Kashyyyk!

Welcome to the Jungle

When you land, head outside. The area around is destroyed. Interact with the helmet here for some context. Head through the double doors behind the wookiee and rebel and take the first right. This will lead you past the force field and into the room with the first Wyyyschokk we fought. This guy respawns to be careful when you drop down. Go along the zipline (now that you can go up them) to reach the force echo. Use this for Force Echo - Patrol Station and a Force Essence !

Head back to the main corridor and head along to use the elevator. At the bottom, go down the next elevator on the floor. You'll be thrust into another mini boss battle with a bounty hunter, so be careful and defeat them. If you haven't already, scan the bounty hunter for a file. From here, head into the small path and down towards the objective. Once out into the open, jump across the gap and then left. You'll see a rope to pull and swing to the echo across the chasm. Do this for Force Echo - Wookiee Witness .

Head back and along the log to a pull bridge. At the other side of this, there's a Mykal for you to kill.

Scan it for Mykal File and move on. Head down the path right and push the metal bridge down to use Save Point #5 . Use the vine nearby to swing to another rope. After jumping down, there will be two Scout Troopers , a Trooper Commander , two Stormtroopers and one Heavy Trooper . Deflect all of the ranged bolts back with your two blade saber and the Scout Troopers should fall shortly after. Go down the stairs now. Jump down to the slide on the other side and use your double blade lightsaber to block the attacks of the Heavy Trooper ahead. You can jump down and kill him now.

Activate the door on the right once you've landed to open a new Shortcut back to a previous elevator. A Purge Trooper Commander is up ahead, so take him out. Have BD-1 overcharge the panel behind him and head through the barrier. Turn right and follow this pathway along. There will be a Stormtrooper ahead, an easy take out for him. Ahead of him is a Slyyyg fighting a Scout Commander . On other platforms is another Heavy Trooper and a Rocket Trooper . Take down the enemies on the lower platform first, and then deflect the bolts back at the Heavy while the Rocket Trooper reloads. Then push the rocket back at the trooper to kill him.

Once they're all down, BD-1 will scan something where the first Stormtrooper was stood. Do so for Force Echo - AT-AT . Head forwards now and watch as three Rocket Trooper shoot relentlessly at the Slyyyg on the ground. You can wait here for the Slyyyg to die by the rockets. Go across the vine now and land, pushing one of the rockets back at the troopers to kill them all. Around this area, a Wyyyschokk also jumped down and attacked, so take care of this. Back in the Slyyyg area, BD-1 will hop off and scan something. This will net you Force Echo - Wookiee Home .

Go past the three Rocket Trooper area and down the zipline. This will drop you in a large body of water. When you drop, turn left to see a chest on dry land. Go and open this for Lightsaber Material - Crodium . Go back into the water and swim to Save Point #6 at the end of the body. Turn around now and up the wall. Jump up the ledge and turn left to find another chest. Splice and open this for Poncho Material - The Guardian . Head back to the save point.

Ahead of the save, interact with Force Echo - Partisan Retreat . Head into the cave now. There's five Flame Beetles along here to the other side.

what does start new journey fallen order

Run past all these pesky plants and kill the two Flame Beetles here. Make sure to scan the Jaw Plant File down here also. Go right on this crossroad here to a path up, to find Force Echo - Breaking Point . Then, head back down to the beetle area and left this time. Jump across the gap, and the plant, and sprint through the Saava plants. When you're here, turn left and jump up the ledge. Go left again to find a new terrarium plant! Have BD-1 scan this for Milk Grass Seed . Turn around and go across the branch at the other side of this platform. Follow this all the way around and jump up. Avoid the Saava here, and zoom past the many Flame Beetles and veer left. Jump across three Jaw Plants to reach Force Echo - Sacred Shadowlands on a branch. Jump down here and get to the vine on the right and climb up.

Up here, there's several Flame Beetles , a Scout Trooper , an Electrostaff Purge Trooper and some more Jaw Plants . Also, BD-1 will scan some nearby plants for Force Echo - Mushblooms . Go to the end of this platform once all the enemies are dead. Jump down onto the inevitably falling wooden floor. Run past Saava and then up the ledge, and then up the wall ahead. When at the top, you'll fight a Slyyyg and Wyyyschokk . Take care of the spider first by baiting its easy parry one hit kill attack, and then the Slyyyg.

Interact with the dead rebel here for Force Echo - Partisans Ambushed . Head up the nearby slope now. Go across the wallrun areas, and then jump down into the water - reaching a new area.

Origin Lake

This area is quite expansive - with lots of swimming involved. Channel your inner Michael Phelps, and swim forwards and right up to Save Point #7 . Turn left to see a green plant on a platform. Swim here and jump ontop - this will catapult you up and give you an attack from above chance on a Slyyyg . Do so to take a good amount of health off, then slice away until it dies. I'll refer to these plants as Catapult Plants .

Follow this path around now and walk into the catapult plant here to be propelled to a platform above the save with a chest. Open this for Poncho Material - Shyyyo . Jump down and head forwards from the save, swimming past the central catapult plant here. Follow this waterway all the way around until you see land with two Wyyyschokk s . Kill them. On this platform, look towards the large cave entrance. To the left of this is a little passage leading to Force Echo - Spiritual Connection .

Turn around and head to the catapult plant we swam under earlier and jump to the opposite side to kill two Flame Beetles and a Slyyyg . Interact with the echo here for Force Echo - Rescue . Jump back to the other side. BD-1 can scan this catapult plant for Force Echo - Lung Plant . A silly name, so I'm going to stick with catapult plant :D

Head into the cave now and follow this around to a catapult plant. Use this to reach a ringed platform above, and head into the open area again. Turn around and use another catapult plant to reach a vine overhead - swing across to a platform with your objective. Talk to them.

what does start new journey fallen order

Swim through the debris and up to the catapult plant platform. Jump up and climb to the top of the wall here. Ignore the fighting ahead and turn around. Jump down onto the plant and then forwards, up a further two plants to reach a Stim Canister ! Jump down into the water and swim back to the previous save point. Under the save area is another small hole to swim through, under the water. Follow this around and climb up the vines to reach Force Echo - Wookiee Mourning Ritual .

what does start new journey fallen order

At the end, you'll see a ledge to climb on. Go up and forwards, down the mud slide, until you jump to a climbable wall. Keep on this wall, centred, and make your way right, avoiding the Saava . Jump to the right to another platform. Ahead is another wall. Do the same here, avoiding the Saava , and finally climbing up. There's a Scout Commander , Scout Trooper , Stormtrooper Commander and Rocket Trooper up here for you to take out. When they're down, jump into the nearby water and go around the mound where the Rocket Trooper was for Lightsaber Sleeve - Valor and Wisdom in a chest.

Go through the waterfall now to kill a Flame Beetle . Follow this path to the end for Force Echo - Imperial Trackers . Return to the main path, out of the water, and continue along the vine to the climbable wall. At the top, go into the water and dive. Immediately turn left for Emitter - Peace and Justice in a chest. Continue along the correct path now. Go up the mud slope and up the vine at the end. Climb to the top and go left, activate the Save Point #8 .

From the save point, jump over the gap ahead to reach a catapult plant. Follow this path, jumping from wallrun to plant, to read a platform with a new enemy, and a Stormtrooper Commander and Scout Trooper .

Take out the Electrohammer Purge Trooper and scan him for Electrohammer Purge Trooper File . Turn right on this platform now to see a mud slide. Jump onto this and jump at the end to reach a chest. This contains Poncho Material - Recon . Return back to the platform. Head across the bridge ahead and through several huts to watch a small scene.

Origin Tree Ascension

After the scene, you'll find yourself on the run from the ship. Go down the slide, jumping over the two gaps. You'll eventually find stable ground. Run along and onto the climbable wall - past two Jaw Plants . Move left, avoid the Saava , and at the end drop down onto another mud slide. Follow this down and onto the catapult plants - where they'll fling you around until you reach yet another mud slide.

Jump at the end of this slide to hit another catapult plant - you'll reach a slide again. At the end, you'll land in a pond.

Dive down and head to the cave entrance. To the right of the entrance, you'll see a chest. Open and get Lightsaber Material - Bronzium . Head into the cave now. There's Save Point #9 in here.

Ahead, you'll see a bunch of Wyyyschokk and a Slyyyg . Jump up there and defeat these enemies. Return down to the lower save platform and go to the left of the ledges this time - up the climbable wall. Kill the two Flame Beetles here and then wallrun jump to reach the platform above. There's a Slyyyg up here, along with three Flame Beetles . Kill them all. On the right hand side of this level, BD-1 will scan something for Force Echo - Wookiee Horn . Head left and up the catapult plant. You'll land next to Force Echo - Sacred Tree .

what does start new journey fallen order

Next to this is a vine. Climb up it and look left to see Force Echo - Kashyyyk Wildlife in the form of a Stormtrooper helmet. There's everything here, so proceed by climbing up to the two Flame Beetle area, next to the wookiee horn, and up another ledge to leave this place.

Ahead, you'll see four Flame Beetles and a Slyyyg partitioned off by a middle wall. Kill these five enemies and continue onward. You'll come to a dead end - so turn around (on the side where the Slyyyg was originally) and you'll see a vined wall at the other side. Climb up this. Follow the path around and jump the gap. Head across the wallrun area and jump over the two catapult plants to reach a vined wall. Shimmy to the left and drop down. You'll see the large bird creature from before. Keep making your way left here.

Eventually, you'll see the bird up ahead. It'll leave. Go to the platform it left from and BD-1 will interact with some wings. Do this for Force Echo - Shyyyo Bird . Start going across the many catapult plants and a flashback will begin.

Jump Jump Baby

This will teach you how to double jump, super useful! Follow the guidance in the memory to return to the real world.

Double jump up the ledges ahead and you'll reach Save Point #10 . You'll also get the notification that Cal has healed his connection to the force - meaning he now has all his abilities, and the entire skill tree has unlocked. Sweet!

Do what you will, rest up, and leave. Jump up the ledge and across. You'll have to double jump when across the vine to to reach the catapult plant. This will spin into a series of wallruns and double jumps to reach the ground again. When on stable land, follow the path up and across the branches.

Kill the three Mykals here, and then interact with the nearby echo for Force Echo - Tarfful and Cordova . Climb up the vine nearby to the very top, and jump onto the large branch. Use the catapult plants to go up. When on this next branch, turn around and you'll see a chest behind you. Go forwards along the next branch to open Poncho Material - Free Kashyyyk . Joining onto this branch is another stem - go along for Force Echo - Wookiee Rite of Passage .

Walk back to the beginning of this branch and jump onto the climbable wall here. Midway up, jump left onto the branch and left again to see a chest. Open this for Outfit Material - Pilot . Scan the nearby monkey for Force Echo - Tach . Go back onto the large moving pillar of vines and climb to the top. Here, double jump across the gaps to the next platforms and swing across the two vines at the end. You'll reach another wall to get to the top of. Ahead, walk forwards and activate Save Point #10 . Walk straight ahead of this save and around, interact with Force Echo - The Last Shyyyo Bird .

Return to the save and head right now. Double jump along the pathway here and across the wallrunning locations - double jumping everytime to gain height. At the end, run forwards. Double jump down onto the platform - and then down again. Help out the Shyyyo. You'll get the Shyyyo Bird Scan after it flies away. Look right after the scene to see a chest. Double jump up here to get Mantis Paint Job - Perihelion . Also on this platform, BD-1 will scan Force Echo - Origin Tree .

Jump down and head towards the bird to ride it to the next location. When you land, interact with the workbench ahead for Lightsaber Sleeve - Peace and Justice . Continue up the path now, and BD-1 will scan another vault-looking entrance, same as on Bogano.

To the left of this is Save Point #11 . Upon finishing the scan, you'll also get two more data entries Astrium .

Goodbye, Sister

Follow the path away from the save point and drop down to the area below, and interact with the bird. Enjoy the cutscene that plays, and get prepared for another large boss battle.

When she's down, enjoy the cutscene. You'll also get an achievement!

Achievement Unlocked - Her Name Was Masana Tide

what does start new journey fallen order

Go back to the save and up the ledges this time. Go to the top and up the huge zipline. Once at the top, take out the three Rocket Troopers and the enemies after. Make your way back past the AT-AT and towards the Imperial Base. Before heading left into the building, wallrun across to the platform ahead. Turn left and force push the wall to reveal a chest containing Lightsaber Switch - Passion and Strength II . Turn around and go left across another gap and climb up the wall here. Take down the Heavy Trooper and through the shortcut doorway. Head up the elevator.

Once here, take down the two Stormtroopers and the Scout Commander and head into the area with the spinning machine. Look left to see a chest. Double jump to it and open it for Mantis Paint Job - Bounty Hunter . Go across the machine to the other side - kill the Scout Trooper here and go up. Turn right and you'll see a climbable wall to double jump up to. Get up this, and ahead will be a force echo. Activate this for Force Echo - Wookiee Oppression .

You'll see a deactivate machine below you here, with a force echo. Jump down to this and get the Force Echo - Poisoned Wookiee . Jump up the ledge here and through the large double doors. Go to the very end and drop down into the big elevator room and turn right when standing in the middle. Jump over to the beam and to where the save point is.

Go through the door here and right - go up the elevator. Head left and kill the enemies here. At the end, turn right. You'll see, after walking forwards, the movig machine beneath you. Jump up to grab the pole here, and shimmy forwards. Drop down on the other side and turn left. Move past two spinning fans here to reach Force Echo - Wookie Revenge and Force Essence ! This will net you Kashyyyk 100%! Congrats :D

Go back to the save point now and head to the Mantis (via the big elevator in the room across the beam and then the elevator on the top level here). Head into the Mantis for a cutscene.

We can go to Dathomir now to continue the main quest. But, since we now have all the tools we need to explore, we can head to every other area to get them 100%! It's a fairly long journey, involving many routes we've already taken, but ... it's gotta be done for that sweet loot!

Choose Bogano as your next location.

So, when you're back in Bogano, you'll be where you originally landed. There's many double-jump locations around the top here, so let's start with those. Go down the slope, as if you're heading to the first save point, but instead run straight forwards and onto the wallrun ahead, and then up the zipline. You'll now be above Oggdo Bogdos boss room. Turn right and you'll see a chest across a gap. Double jump to this and open it for Lightsaber Material - Neuranium .

what does start new journey fallen order

Head towards the raised bridge and pull this down. Turn left when across this to kill a Bog Rat and some Splox . At the far end of this platform is a hanging rope - pull this and swing across to the other side. Up here, three Oggdo will attack. Take them out and survey the area. Look at the metal structure nearby and head inside, up the vined wall and across the beam here. BD-1 will scan for Force Echo - Weather Sensor . Drop down now and head clockwise. There's a chest up here containing Poncho Material - Offshore . This will be above the bones we scanned on our first visit. Look right and double jump the gap. Keep following this clockwise to find another chest containing Lightsaber Material - Lamina Steel .

Head back to the Bogdo Sinkholes. On the left side is another chest, across a double jump gap. Open this for Lightsaber Sleeve - Peace and Justice II . Turn around and head forwards, killing the Bog Rat . Head forwards for a mini theatre like before. There's two Splox here as well as a Bog Rat . In the centre of this area is Force Echo - Dead Bogling .

what does start new journey fallen order

Now, go to the Abandoned Workshop (through the shortcut doors next to the save point nearby here) and jump down to the water at the bottom. When you land, dive. You'll see some glowing sticks. Follow these around to find a chest. Open it for Lightsaber Switch - Valor and Wisdom . Keep swimming around this bottom area, and you'll eventually come to a second chest containing Emitter - Valor and Wisdom . From the bottom of the abandoned workshop, head to the Subterraneon Refuge.

Get to the area where you learned to wallrun. Go to the end, where you'll see two wallrun areas parallel. Double jump up these to reach the top, where you'll find Force Echo - Secluded Sanctuary . Turn around back towards the wallrun area. Wallrun along this path now - not going down, to reach a hanging vine. Pull this over and swing to another wallrun. Grab the vine after jumping off of these ones now and swing towards the wallrun on the left - this will lead you to a double jump, and up a platform. Use the Force Echo - Cordova's Padawan and gain Life Essence 3/3! This also gave me the achievement:

And with that, Bogano is 100%!

Return back to the Mantis and head to Zeffo next.

Guess what? More Looties!

There's quite a bit to do here, given the size of the map. I'm at 86% completion, with 24/43 chests and 11/14 secrets. It's a tiresome journey, but you'll never have to search around the maze here again for looties in the future. So, with that said, from the Mantis, head to the Ice Caves (past the Stormtrooper being eaten by Scazz and down the elevator through here).

what does start new journey fallen order

When you reach the top of the elevator, walk forwards past the save point and through the watery cave to the Crash Site. Head down the slope next to the Stormtrooper heads and dive in the water here. Straight ahead will be a chest containing Poncho Material - Fjord , located under the central area. Go to the Jotaz platform and swim clockwise around the area. You'll eventually reach a small alcove on the left to find Lightsaber Switch - Elemental Nature . Head out, and continue clockwise around the water.

You'll reach another chest here containing Emitter - Elemental Nature . If you're struggling to find these, simply swim around until you find little caves and cervices that lead you to chests when diving. Most are around the other rim of the water zone. Keep sticking left on the wall as you move. Lightsaber Material - Polished Bronzium can be found by moving clockwise after moving away from the new Emitter we just received. Another chest can be found on the right side of the central area, underwater. This chest contains BD-1 Skin - Grungio. Go back to the cave we exited from. Directly under the cave is some water. When you dive down, you'll see some ship remains. Facing the derelict ship, turn left and swim into the crevice in the wall here for the final chest. This contains Lightsaber Sleeve - Elemental Nature .

what does start new journey fallen order

Go to the central platform now and open your map. You're heading towards the yellow barrier that's where the entrance to the large ship is. Climb up the wall from the central area and forwards. This path will lead you past a Prone Droid from before. Double jump into the large ships thruster.

what does start new journey fallen order

Go down the slide here - it's huge. Watch out for the electrical pillars and openings that fill with electricity when you go down. At the bottom, you'll land in some water. Dive here and head forwards. BD-1 will scan the ship here for Force Echo - ARC-170 . Keep diving around this area to the end, where there'll be a small passage. Head in to find a chest containing Lightsaber Switch - Elemental Nature II . Head back to the water and onto the platform with Save Point #22 .

Climb up the ledges ahead and kill the three Scazz on this platform. On this platform, turn left to see a red ledge to climb into a little capsule. Force Echo - Padawan is here. Turn right up here to climb some more ledges. Kill the Prone Droid at the top and turn right. Kill another Prone Droid at the end and climb up the wall. Shimmy left and then go to the top. Jump and wallrun to the other side of this area, killing the two Stormtrooper here and the Electrobaton Purge Trooper . Head along the beam on the right of this area and jump down - use the overcharge terminal here, and then turn it off when the bridge ahead is horizontal.

Turn around first, and cut the rope to unlock a Shortcut to the previous save point, then head across the bridge. Go past the electric current here, wait for it to turn off, and sprint through. Go in and turn right - push the Scazz into the other two Scazz to kill them all with the electric pillar. BD-1 can then scan this pillar for Force Echo - Electricity Conduits . Slow the fan to the left of this area and kill the Scazz inside - then interact with the Stormtrooper for Force Echo - Hiding . Go to the opposite side of this room to open a Shortcut to the bridge.

Kill the Electrostaff Purge Trooper here. Turn right and look ahead - there will be bounty hunters waiting. You can push these enemies into the electric pillars around the arena to kill them instantly. When they're down, continue forwards. Turn right and climb onto the wall here, moving around and up to a beam. Move along this and up - cut the rope ahead to unlock another Shortcut . Move further along and swing across the rope to the second rope. Stop on this second rope and pan left, you'll be able to swing to a force echo ahead, above a Stormtrooper and Purge Trooper. Get this for Force Echo - Order 66 Executed and a Force Essence ! Head back to the ropes now and swing into the red hole ahead. Go across the beam and through the wires with your saber.

Kill the Rocket Trooper and then wallrun along. Jump up the ledges to the troopers platform and head inside. Time your wallrun here to clear the electrical current to the other side. In here with be a Scout Trooper Commander and a Electrobaton Purge Trooper . Take them out. BD-1 will scan something in this room and Cal will comment. Push the wall down ahead of this scan and jump onto the rope. Climb to the top and hop off. Turn right and activate Save Point #23 . Go up ahead and chop through the wiring here for Force Echo - Reunited . Head through the left door now.

The next room is a puzzle room. Begin by pushing the block here to the right, and then overcharge the terminal nearby. Climb onto the block on and then up to the ledge here. Head across the next gap and then cut down the blue pipe here to make the ledges collapse. You'll land safely. Wallrun back to the block and push it to the middle. The next stage can be tricky. You'll want to push the block left, but immediately force slow it. Then, climb ontop and double jump to the wallrun above you. At the very last second, double jump off this wall to reach the centre platform ahead. You can then safely jump to the other side and through the door.

In this room will be two Stormtrooper Commanders and a Jotaz . Take them down and then splice and open the chest in the back right corner as you enter. This will give you Poncho Material - Starfighter . Scan the object in the middle of this room for Force Echo - Jedi Grave . Ahead from this scan is another chest. Open this for Lightsaber Material - Chromium . There's a final chest to the right, open this for BD-1 Skin - Cantonica . Exit this location, and you'll receive an achievement!

Now, head to the Windswept Ruins location on the map via Ice Caves (from Crash Site - through the cave and down the slide to the Ice

Cave). It can be easily accessed from the elevator shown on the picture. At the top of the elevator, you'll head out onto the Ancient Catacombs. From there, turn left and into the catacombs. You'll see three pillars to jump on. Jump across the single one on the right and make your way down this dark path. Turn right when you can to see a wind chute. Go up this to find a chest containing Mantis Paint Job - Charisma . NOW go to the Windswept Ruins (over the double pillars from before). When you enter here, you'll see on the top right of your screen a chest. We're heading towards that. Go up the wind chutes around here past the Imperials. When you reach the chest location, open it for Lightsaber Material - Osmiridium . Also in the Windswept tunnel, you can find another terrarium seed! On the highest point in this room, you'll be able to find Terrarium Seed - Gillypod !

With this done, head down into the Tomb of Eilram via the elevator from the Windswept Ruins here. Once inside, head to the main room by jumping down the elevator. This will lead you to the platform opposite the save point in this area. Jump down and kill the Tomb Guardian below you. Then, climb up the climbable wall on the left as you face away from the save. You'll get to a platform. Ahead are two more climbable walls, though much smaller in width. Climb to the top of these and turn around. You'll see a ledge ahead - jump to this and then slide down the ice path on the right. This will lead you to a rope at the end. Instead of jumping from this room, veer left and jump to the two ropes after, leading to a chest containing Poncho Material - Outlander . Refer to the picture below to see the map location of this. BD-1 will also scan some chimes on this small platform for Force Echo - Wind Chimes . Head back to the main room now.

From the save point, jump down and move the central ball out of its socket to lower the pillar. Jump onto this pillar and force pull the ball back into the hole. This will raise you, and the pillar, up. Here is a chest containing BD-1 Skin - Balmgrass . To the left of this is Force Echo - Sage Training . Tomb finished, so head back up the elevator!

what does start new journey fallen order

Go back to the save point. Straight ahead from the save, you'll see two wind chutes. Go along these, and the wallruns, and head into the nearby ravine. Go along the parallel wallruns here. When you land on the other side, turn left. You'll see a dark ledge. Climb up to find Force Echo - Hideout . Go to the Imperial Headquaters now.

Once here, go up the elevator which makes you face the Purge Trooper. Head left (not going inside his room) and around. You'll be in the fan room. Jump to the bottom and leave. Go down the stairs and all the way to the end. Ignore the elevator which goes to the Dig Site and turn left. You'll eventually go outside and turn right to see some red ledges to run along. Get to the end of this area, take out the Stormtrooper, and pull the rope towards you. Swing across. Wallrun along this area to reach the area behind the elevator down to the Tomb of Miktrull. Move clockwise around here and you'll see a large branch. Go around to find a chest, containing Poncho Material - Serape . There's also a save point on this platform.

what does start new journey fallen order

There's one last Secret, and then we are done with Zeffo! Go down the aforementioned elevator down to the Dig Site. Once here, clear the enemies on the bridge. You'll see a zipline going up away from the elevator you've just come down, on the right hand side of the bridge. Fly along this. You'll want to drop before you reach the end, otherwise you'll go too far. There's a metal beam to land on. When you get onto this, turn left and push through the wall at the end. There's a Force Echo - Closing In . To the right of this, is a Stim Canister !

And with that, you're final stop at Zeffo is complete. You'll have got 100% of everything here!

Return back to the Mantis anyway you see fit, and the next stop is the unexplored area of Dathomir!

Spider Goop on my Saber

So, we're back in Dathomir, yay . You've 100% (if you've followed the guide to the letter) three planets! So, let's do the same in Dathomir, but this time, with fresh content, and a storyline to follow.

what does start new journey fallen order

Head back up the shortcut and past the slope leading left this time. You'll find a chest on the right before heading up to the large door. Open this for Emitter - Magus . Go through the door now, defeating the two Nightbrother Warriors here, and across the ropes to get to the Save Point from before. Simply make your way up the stairs now, defeating the archers and warriors, and through the shortcut door we unlocked after getting the double saber. This will bring you out to the area with the Stranger. Head past him and use your new double jump to reach the ledge above and continue towards the tomb.

Head forwards and defeat the three Nightbrother Archers ahead. Interact with the stone wall ahead to realise you need more equipment. A small scene will play, and you'll be sliding down into the depths of Dathomir. Jump over the gaps in the slide and down to the ground. Turn left here and climb the wall. Follow the path around and climb up. Ahead is a rope. Go up this now. Jump off and activate the Save Point #2 . The path ahead is blocked off by a shortcut door, so turn around and head through the gap in the wall.

At the end, a cutscene will play. A new enemy will spawn.

Kill the three Undead Nightsisters . Make sure to scan one of them for the Undead Nightsister File . Turn left now and pull the wooden fence and jump through. Two Undead Nightsisters will drop down, so take them out and climb the wall ahead. At the top will be a Bane Back Spider and an Undead Nightsister . Turn around and wallrun across to the other side to see an echo on a body. Use this for Force Echo - Power Struggle . Wallrun back across and keep following the linear path across the branch here. When you get to the other side, jump up to the ledge on the left and activate Force Echo - Downfall .

Head back down and across a second branch. Pull the gate up and jump into the next room where three Undead Nighsisters will ambush you. Kill them. Head up the climbable wall in this area and turn around. A Bane Back Spider will be ahead, with three Undead Nightsisters . Dodge the spider spit and let the nightsisters jump towards you. Cut them down and then wallrun to take out the spider. Climb up the wall here and go to the very top. Head across the branches and turn left at the end. There'll be an elevator with a white cross. Go down here and open the chest at the bottom for Lightsaber Sleeve - Power and Control . Open the nearby door to unlock a Shortcut back to the save earlier.

Head back up the elevator now. At the top, head right and BD-1 will scan another mural/shrine. Do this for Force Echo - Dathomirian Glyphs . Head past this point to see three Nightbrothers Warriors . I like to sprint forwards and force push them all off the edge (if you have Howling Force Push, that is). Otherwise, cut them down as before.

Turn back around now and head to the wall you cannot climb up. Next to it is a torch. Double jump onto this torch, and then double jump to the ledge above. Use the elevator to unlock a Shortcut back up the the workbench we used during our first run of this place. This will also give you Collapsed Settlement explored status on your map (it will be at 93% otherwise). Now you can head past the campfire warriors and left into the pathway.

Follow this around to the end and take out the Undead N ightsisters in this small room. There's two Nightbrother Archers out of this area too which you may lure. Investigate the dead body in this small room for Force Echo - The Chase . Head past the two archers now. There's two Bane Back Spiders that will run towards you. Behind them, four Nightbrother Archers are spaced around the open room. Kill them all with deflection shots. Head down the slope and left, across the pathway up. BD-1 will hop off and scan some eggs, do this for Force Echo - Spider Domestication . Turn right now and pull the wall down. This will serve as a wallrun and double jump. The ledge above has Save Point #3 .

what does start new journey fallen order

Push through the wall on this platform and through the path. There's a tight squeeze at the end to go through. The Nightbrother Village is ahead. Go along the wooden path here and wait for the Nightbrother Warrior to walk towards you. Jump down and take him out. Continue along here and jump down. Turn right and pull the bridge down towards you. This will cause All trademarks and copyrights contained in this document are owned by their respective trademark and copyright holders several Nightbrother Archers to attack and the path ahead to close off. Turn left after crossing the bridge and go down a slide. Follow it down to the end and double jump off - leading to Save Point #4 . Rest up.

Obviously not welcome here

You'll be in a Sacrificial Swamp. Amazing. Absolutely dandy.

what does start new journey fallen order

From the save point, turn back and up the branch to the left to get this area onto your map - note the climbable wall next to the metal fence here we can't climb. Turn around from this gate and you'll see a force echo - jump from the branch onto this platform and get Force Echo - Survivor . Go back to the save point.

From here, turn right and go down the ledge here to kill a Bane Back Spider . Continue forwards and BD-1 will scan some plants on the ground for Force Echo - Brula Fruit . Head left from here and kill the several Bane Back Spiders crawling around this area. On your way around this area, counter-clockwise, you'll see a path branching off to the right with an impassable wall.

Around this area, BD-1 will jump off and scan another plant for Terrarium Seed - Bleeding Gut . Return to the save point. This time, open your map and you'll see a large yellow passage we haven't explored. Head there via the branch roots leading up to the metal door.

Jump down and kill the Lesser Nydak. Around this arena is another echo - use it for Force Echo - Combat Arena . Continue forwards in this area. The floor here will be crawling with Undead Nightsisters and Bane Back Spiders , too many to list and not get lost. As you move around here, be wary of their ambushed, normally signified by a spider running away for you to give chase. At the crossroad, leading off in three directions, go left first. Follow this area around, killing the enemies, and then turn right at the end. Undead Nightsisters will spawn and attack the Lesser Nydak . Defeat them all. On the left wall as you enter this area, there will be Terrarium Seed - Mushling for BD-1 to scan.

This will also be the final Terrarium seed! If you put them into the Mantis terrarium, you'll have to wait for them all to grow. Interact with the Terrarium again and you'll get an achievement! Do this at a later point (hence, leaving Dathomir later).

Achievement Unlocked: Green Thumb

Go clockwise around this area now. BD-1 will scan something around the upper wall for Force Echo - Bleeding Gut . A bit further on is a chest. Open it for Emitter - Power and Control . Turn around and head forwards, past the climbable wall, and into the area ahead. This will be the right side of the crossroads. Kill the enemies here and look around for the nearby metal structure that's torn apart. Around here is Force Echo - Crashed Ship . To the left of this echo is a chest. Open it for Poncho Material - Savannah . Head up the climbable wall we missed earlier now. Ahead will be two Undead Nightsisters . Take them both out.

Follow their path forwards to come to a wooden branch. Follow it along and jump down. Open the chest for Lightsaber Switch - Power and Control II . Turn left now and head forwards. Here you'll see a wall with leaves on to climb. Don't push it just yet, instead climb up and go to the wall on the right. Follow this around to find Force Echo - Nightsister Mother . Force push the wall down at the bottom now, and then slow it. Double jump to get onto it, and onto the wall above. Follow this all the way to the top.

Near the top, you'll get a scene showing a huge bat like creature grabbing a Nightbrother. Head up here to take out the two Nightbrother Archers . These two archers will then be joined by two Nightbrother Warriors . Kill all the enemies here and BD-1 will scan a nearby wall for Force Echo - Fire Lichen . Next to this scan is a platform on the left leading down. Go down here and kill the four Undead Nightsisters . Follow this path around. To the left down here you'll see a rope mechanism. Cut it to unlock a Shortcut to the bog below. Turn right now and head along the branch at the end.

Head down the dark path to find Save Point #5 . Rest/spend skill points and leave. Follow the path down, across the several ledges. You'll eventually drop down into a huge room, meaning one thing - boss fight. Follow BD-1 as he runs towards something in the arena, and a cutscene will start.

Once damaged enough, the boss will retreat. Head back to the dead body to get the Climbing Claws . Climb the wall ahead and all the way around. The speed you climb at now is so nice. Once at the top, head forwards and through the long narrow passage.

Once you breach the exit, turn left. Get Force Echo - Rite of Passage . Go along the wooden branch away from the cave exit now and to the Save Point #6 ahead. Turn left and climb the wall. This will start an extended sequence involving the previous boss. He'll chase you up the wall. Simply keep heading up and you'll reach a ledge above - not before he grabs you and takes you away. Hit the attack button up here while he holds you and he'll eventually release you. As you fall, drop onto his head and press the grab button L2/LT. You'll do this process three more times and the boss fight will end.

what does start new journey fallen order

Head inside the building now. Straight ahead will be a chest. Open it for BD-1 Skin - Day of the Dianoga . Head back out. Run past the previous echo and drop down. Keep heading right now and down a series of ledges until you reach the bottom. This is for the map clearance.

Return to the dead boss and turn right - go up the stairs here. Climb up the wall ahead and run forwards past the blazing torch. To the left, you'll see a spiked wall. Pull this towards you and then wallrun to the other side. Here, you'll see three Nightbrother Warriors fighting a Lesser Nydak . There's a further two Nightbrother Archers above also attacking it. Kill the enemies around here. From here, head forwards. Pull down the two spiked walls ahead and wallrun across them both, double jumping onto the wall ahead. Climb up now.

Follow this pathway along and jump onto another wall, climb down. This will lead you back to the ambush bridge from earlier - although now you can sneak underneath it and inside. Do this. On the other side, head left and find Force Echo - The Prisoner . Opposite this is a chest containing Poncho Material - Vagabond . Return to the previous room and head right.

There's a chest to the left here containing Lightsaber Material - Dolovite . Go right again and through the small gap. Turn left once outside and climb the wall. Jump to the beam ahead and follow it along. Climb up the next wall and drop down to the Save Point #7 . From here, look down. You'll see a Nightbrother Warrior below. Jump down and kill him. Another Nightbrother Warrior will run and fight you here. Be careful of the two Nightbrother Archers on the platforms behind him - deflect their shots to take them out. Head down the slope now into the open area. Continue through this area and up some short stairs. You'll find several Nightbrother Archers and Warriors around here, as well as a Bane Back Spider . Take them all out to render this area safe to explore.

what does start new journey fallen order

From the save, look right and begin moving along the wooden beams here. Move across them - this is to make them show on your map. Head back up the shortcut we just unlocked. At the top, turn left and head up the wooden ramp. At the end, climb the rope to the top for a short, creepy chat with Cere. Turn left up here and head inside again. Go through the narrow gap and at the end you'll be in a large corridor. Open the door at the end to unlock a Shortcut . Kill the two Nightbrother Warriors who attack you from the right here.

Head back to the objective now. Make sure to rest at the save point across the two ropes. Climb up to your objective now, fighting through the three archers. Turn right now, before entering the tomb. You'll see a wallrun area. Go along and jump to the other side. You'll fight a new enemy/mini boss.

When he's down, you'll automatically get the Nydak Alpha File . Take the slide down past his area now. You'll reach a wallrun to a platform. Open the chest ahead for BD-1 Skin - Myrmidon . Go left for another wallrun. You'll want some height here, so double jump between the walls to the climbable wall at the end. Get to the top.

There's two Bane Back Spiders on the left here, as well as two Nightbrother Archers from the same direction. Kill the enemies on this platform. Be careful about moving ahead. Another Nightbrother Archer will be on some stairs on the left, away from you. A horde of Undead Nightsisters will also spawn around you, so double blade them to mow them down. From here, head back to the wall you climbed to get onto this platform in the first place, and to the right will be a chest containing Poncho Material - Homestead . Jump to the platform behind you where the third archer was shooting you from. Follow the path up and left.

Head all the way forwards to the edge and turn right to open a chest containing Outfit - Outlaw . Head back and left - jump the gap, and then left again to the upper platform. You'll see a wall to climb on the right hand side wall, so do so. At the top, head left to see a branch to walk along. At the end, you'll get another Stim Canister ! This will also be 10/10 stims!

Achievement Unlocked: Medical Droid

Jump down and go into the tomb. Turn right immediately and you'll find another chest with Mantis Paint Job - Smuggler inside. Walk towards the tomb entrance above the stairs now, and BD-1 will jump off. Scan the pots for Force Echo - Kujet's Tomb . Interact with the tomb door now. The echo will disappear - so head back to the Mantis. A save will appear behind you, so activate and rest up at Save Point #8 .

This will give you full canisters, full health, respawn enemies and ... send you back in time? o_o

Dathomir on hold, let's explore this harrowing flashback!

Execute Order 66

This, although a sad scene, will be linear. There will be a training course - no collectibles, purely story related scenes and advancements. So, after you enter your flashback, head forwards and activate the door.

Run along and talk to the Clone Trooper for a little chat. Everything's good so far ...

Turn around and head on.

"I heard we'll be getting new orders soon", how ominous can you get D: Turn right from this room and through the doors at the end. You'll enter your last training room. Use all the abilities you've practised so far to reach your master.

Continue around this area - you'll have a jump pad below. Jump onto it and access the wallrun, jump at the end to reach the wall. Climb up to the top. Jump down onto the yellow striped platforms. Deflect the captains bolts back and turn left. Jump down to the below platform, and then to the next. You'll be able to jump to some walls ahead and up to your masters position. Open the door and watch the scene.

Darth Sidious

Your master will feel something in the force, and will try to be killed. Keep watching the scene. When you regain control, head forwards through the hallway with red lights. The Clones will shoot you ahead, defeat them. Turn left when the doors close and head forwards again. As you move around this area, just take in the music from the movies. Will always be the music to give you chills, right?

what does start new journey fallen order

Double jump to the wire ahead and swing to the wall. Climb up and jump to the elevator on the left. Wallrun along the wall here to the other elevator. Deflect the bolts back to the Clone Trooper here. Turn left and jump to the next elevator. Climb up - two Clones will shoot at you. No matter what you do, a scene will play and your lightsaber will be lost. Your master will tell you to keep climbing.

Head up the nearby rope - the elevator will fall and explode. Jump to the wall ahead and climb. You'll reach a wallrun, double jump at the end to reach another tight gap. Head through and slide down. Watch master destroy some Clones and head through another gap. You'll eventually jump up a ledge and down a chute. Turn around and activate the console in the centre of this room. Your master will head on through and clear the enemies. Turn left and open the two doors ahead. A scene will play. Try and enjoy it if you can :(

Hello There

When you regain control, fight Jaro Tapal. You can't lose here, just smack away and enjoy the next scene. This will have actually destroyed your lightsaber... good job Cal.

Turn around and leave the tomb. This will show another scene involving the Stranger. It turns out, this guy is Taron Malicos - a former "Jedi". You'll also learn the name of Nightsister Merrin. After the scene, the camera will point in the correct direction. Run through here - dodging the Undead Nightwitches as you run along. When you get to the platform ahead, turn right and you'll see a shortcut. Go through the door here and you'll be where the warriors and archers are. Go down the slope and across the two ropes. Sprint ahead and you'll eventually see the Mantis in the distance.

Run along the slope leading up to the Mantis and when you drop down, you'll see a new scene. Watch and you'll be told to get a new Lightsaber from a world called Ilum. This is an icy place, so let's get to it.

Puzzle Central

what does start new journey fallen order

This icy planet will be where you make your lightsaber. It will also be where you will have to do many puzzles to get the required ingredients, so, let's head on.

Open your map to see two ways to proceed - left and right. Go to the right one first. Through here you'll see a lot of wallrunning ahead. Go through these and you'll reach a platform with Force Echo - Enter the Gathering and a Force Essence 3/3 !

Return back to the split pathways now and head left. Follow this all the way up to another entry point to the Jedi Temple. When you reach the door, enter the small gap in the wall to the left and head through. Turn left immediately and climb the icy wall to the top. Sprint ahead and jump to the other side and climb up this one. Go all the way to the top of the Jedi Temple Door. At the top, make your way left around the frame here and you'll find a hat. Interact for Force Echo - master Mar Ti Kam'Ron . At the other side of this platform will be impassable icicles with a chest behind it. We'll return here after getting out saber. Begin climbing down again.

what does start new journey fallen order

Scan the light through here for Force Echo - Magnifying Window . Turn right and drop down. Turn right again, you'll see a crystal in the middle. This is the puzzle area. Drop down to the ground floor here. Walk around and BD-1 will scan something for Force Echo - Jedi Devices . Ahead is a masked jedi statue, have BD-1 scan this for Force Echo - Statue of a Jedi Master . Climb the wall next to this to reach the platform above.

Look at the crystal now. Beneath it is a rope. Swing to the other side of this level here and push the golden object here around the room. Swing back to the previous platform and pull out the rope next to the golden door. Put this into the handle which is in the golden object we just pushed. Now, head right on the same platform until you're close to the edge and the crystal. Pull the rope beneath the crystal towards you and grab it, then walk right. This will place the beam of light towards an iced over passage. Melt this and swing over. Pull the golden object back towards its original position, and then plug the central crystal rope into it. Then, push the object back over towards the last golden door. Head into the melted passage now.

In here is another crystal. Scan it for Force Echo - Light-Enchancing Crystals . Use the rope ahead to jump back up to the uppermost floor. Up here, open the golden door to shine the light in. This will melt the large wall opposite you. Jump down and head on in. Use Save Point #1 here. Leave and head forwards. You'll reach a drop point down into some water. Do so, and dive. Head forwards. As you go through here, look left. You'll see a chest on the bottom. Open it for BD-1 Skin - Tibanna . Next to this chest is another passage. Head on in and up the wall. This will lead you to Force Echo - Angry Youngling . Drop back into the water and dive - BD-1 can scan a Force Echo - Geyser here.

what does start new journey fallen order

Turn right up here to see a wall with blue geodes, an alternative to the red. BD-1 will also scan these for Force Echo - Minerals . Turn to the left and forwards, down the icy slide. Go across the wallrun area and slide some more, leading to a jump and wall climb. At the top, head forwards and activate Save Point #2 .

what does start new journey fallen order

Jump the gap and two Probe Droids will appear from above. Pull one, and then push it into the other for a double takedown. Search the outskirts of this room for a chest to slice. Open it for Lightsaber Sleeve - Power and Control II . Turn right and follow the ramp up. Wallrun along here to the other side. Force push the glacier ahead of you to create a shortcut. Drop down to the left and climb the wall. First, go down this wall to the bottom left to find Force Echo - Youngling Afraid . Then, head all the way up this wall.

At the top, a small scene will play. The crystal is near now! Jump down into the platform and down into the water. Dive and you'll find a chest here containing Lightsaber Switch - Power and Control . Swim to the other side and climb out. BD-1 will scan something nearby for Force Echo - Kyber Crystals . Turn right and jump into the nearby water. Dive and make your way towards your objective. Climb onto the nearby platform and then scale the wall ahead.

Walk forwards and through the small gap - a scene will play. You'll end up in water, swim to the very end and another scene will trigger as you leave the water. Watch this for a while.

Pimping Out My Saber

When the scene is over, you'll get Multiple Data Entries . Activate the nearby workbench when you regain control. You'll be able to change the colour of your saber here - I went with the furthermost left one, since I like blue, but the lighter blue looks cooler. Watch as Cal mends the crystal and saber.

Once completed, you'll get Force Echo - Reforged databank entry, as well as a new achievement!

Achievement Unlocked: For A More Civilized Age

what does start new journey fallen order

Customize the lightsaber as you see fit here. Go around to the other side of this room for Force Echo - Finding the Crystals . To leave, cut through the nearby ice. Use Save Point #3 here and move on. Cut through several more ice barriers.

Imperials, again?!

Outside here, there's four Scout Troopers and a Scout Commander . When they're down, four Scout Troopers will land. Another five Scout Troopers will land as you take down the second wave. Eight Scout Troopers will appear at the end of this enemy wave. Take them all out.

After they're dead, jump up to the metal structure and go inside. Defeat the eight Security Droids here and slice the door open. On the opposite side of this door is some glowing boxes. Scan them for Force Echo - Empire Mining Operation . Head through the sliced door now. Swing through the gap here and to Save Point #4 . Turn left at this point and jump to the wall ahead. Climb around and up. There'll be a chest through here with Lightsaber Material - Duraplast . Go up the ledge above this point. In here will be a Snowtrooper (same as Stormtrooper) and a Scout Trooper . BD-1 will also scan some nearby machinery for Force Echo - Imperial Machinery . Open the door at the end of this room to return to the previous point before the save. Head back to the save now.

Exit and chop through the ice ahead.

what does start new journey fallen order

Go through the cracked wall after the wallrun here. To your right, you'll find a slide. Go down and wallrun at the end to jump over to the platform with Force Echo - Youngling Pride and a Life Essence 3/3 ! Force push the nearby ice pillar and follow it around. You'll arrive at a wall to climb, leading out next to the save point. From here, you can make your way back to the original position, and towards the Mantis.

When you're back facing the Rocket Trooper, turn left and go across the beam again and climb up. Ahead will be two Scout Commanders and an Electrostaff Purge Trooper . There's also two Scout Troopers which will join the fight. Go ahead and take these guys out and continue moving up. An Electrobaton Purge Trooper will attack up here, along with two Security Droids . Take them out, and then wallrun along to the wall at the end and climb up. You can finally kill the Rocket Trooper up here.

Head though the archway now, and under water. Continue moving towards your objective - the path is linear. Use the save point here and rest up if needed. Head into the large crystal room and ice will explode ahead. A Security Droid and Scout Commander will head on in. Two Probe Droids and a Snowtrooper will hang back to attack you after. Take these enemies out. Head outside now, along the way killing the Scout Trooper and Scout Commander on the left (they were stuck in place for me o-o). When outside, turn left and climb the ledge here. You're going all the way up again to get the chest we left earlier.

what does start new journey fallen order

Then, an achievement will pop:

Achievement Unlocked: Collector

You've found all chests and secrets, congrats :D Also, Ilum will be completely explored.

Drop back down and head towards the Mantis now. As you go through, two AT-ST's will come out to play. This will be a boss battle, so take them down.

Make sure to kill the Imperial Officer when they climb out of the fallen machines. When it's over, head into the Mantis. You'll talk with Cere and Greez. You'll get the Escape databank entry upon entering the Mantis again. With that done - head back to Dathomir! Ilum complete :)

Head on back to the tomb. Be wary of the copious amount of Undead Nightsisters prowling the path now. Several enemies have also changed - some of the previous Nightbrother Warriors have become Back Bane Spiders , etc. You'll want to head through Dathomir shortcuts to get past the two rope swings to a save point, then up the stairs and through the shortcut door. This'll lead you directly onto the path leading to the tomb.

Outside the tomb will be a Bounty Hunter . Take them out. Rest up inside the tomb and activate the door once again. You'll fight against your Master again - simply smack at him. Eventually, you'll answer "No" to his question, and the fight will be over. After the scene, go into the Tomb - ahead will be two Nightbrother Warriors . Kill the Nightbrother Archer on the platform to the left also.

what does start new journey fallen order

Head through the gap in the middle of the back wall. A scene will occur on the other side - watch this for the Laid to Rest databank entry. Walk forwards and look left. There will be a climbable wall here. Head up and to the back of this room to find Force Echo - Burial Place . Leave this area now, and immediately after jumping down, head to the opposite wall. BD-1 will scan something here for Force Echo - Shrouded in Darkness Cordova Log.

Head to the centre of this place now for a boss battle with Taron Malicos .

After the fight, you'll get Taron Malicos File in your databank, as well as some updates to your quest log and character databanks. You will also get an achievement:

Achievement Unlocked: I Knew He Was No Good

Rest up at the nearby Save Point #9 . Leave and speak to Merrin. She'll raise some platforms for you to cross. As you head into the tomb, you'll get an achievement if you've followed this guide!

Achievement Unlocked: A Galaxy Far, Far Away

You've actually, literally, completely completed all of BD-1's maps - good job :D

Deeper into the tomb, BD-1 will scan a nearby wall for Force Echo - Sage Kujet's Rule . Continue to the end here and onto the pedestal. The Astrium will appear ahead - go along and grab it. A scene will play. When you leave, you'll receive yet another achievement for gathering all the possible ship crew!

Achievement Unlocked: Full House

Head back to the exit of this tomb - you'll see some Lesser Nydaks along the path. Take them out and head to the Mantis. When you get there, watch the scene. You'll be able to open the vault in Bogano! Fly there now and make your way there.

However - looking at my Dathomir databank entries, I've found that I have 06/07 Flora and Fauna, as well as 08/11 The Stranger datas - so let's go find them.

Head to the Nightbrother Village, and next to where the moveable crate is, there will be a Bounty Hunter to kill. Use the nearby shortcut and move right and look down. You'll see an echo down here. Activate this for Force Echo - Interlopers . Jump down, and go back up the shortcut. Head straight on into the lit area. Go through the arch and turn right. You'll see a wooden fence with a gap between. Jump down here. Move a little forwards and take the next right. In this room, at the far end, you'll see another force echo. Sense this for Force Echo - Interference .

We now only need one more databank for The Stranger line of data - which will be number 9. Head down to the Halls of the Nydak. An easy way down here is to go down the elevator next to the workbench we got the double saber from. If the elevator is not here, you'll have to go towards the tomb and drop down the long slide into the bog as the story did earlier. Go to the nearby save point and then through the shortcut door across from it. You'll go past two spiders, and be able to call an elevator. Go up this and continue along to reach Halls of the Nydak.

Reach the save point in here, by pulling down the spiked wall and wallrunning across it. Turn back around to the spiked wall and climb on top. Wallrun to the ledge above it to get Force Echo - Submission . This make The Stranger 11/11.

Now, head down to this area. Kill the Nydag here and then get Force Echo - The Lair of the Nydak scan from the lit up area in this arena. This will complete Flora and Fauna. This is also the point where I got all the databanks - and an achievement unlock.

When the fights over, you'll be watching a scene through Trilla's eyes. Enjoy the scene, it's a good one. You'll get An Inquisitor is Born databank update. Head out of the vault now, and go back to the Mantis. Throughout this area will be Imperial soldiers to battle, from Trooper Commanders , to Scout Commanders and Heavy Troopers . You know these enemies by now, and they shouldn't pose any threat.

When you reach the Mantis, you'll be given a point of no return after a cutscene. When you're ready - which you should be - go to Inquisitorius location, to do the last section of the game!

Closing Chapter

There are no chests of collectibles here. There are data scans however. You can opt to collect these - they will be listen on the guide. However, upon completing the game, you will automatically get the databank entries no matter what.

what does start new journey fallen order

Climb up and kill the Scout Commander , Scout Trooper and two Stormtroopers here. This is where I decided to get another one of the achievements. Kill all enemies apart from one Stormtrooper. When he goes to fire, immediately use Force Slow. As the bullet slowly travels towards you, use Force Pull on the Stormtrooper, and he will die to his own bullet. This will give you an achievement.

Achievement Unlocked: What Goes Around...

Kill the enemies and slice the door open. Head on through and kill the Security Droid here. Behind him will be two Stormtrooper Commanders and a single Stormtrooper . Behind these is a huge hallway with multiple enemies. I'll list them here so you at least know what to expect. There's five Scout Troopers ahead - and further on another Scout Trooper . An Electrobaton Purge Trooper will join the fight, alongside ambushing Scout Trooper s . Along this path, more Scout Troopers will come and inevitably die to your blade. In the distance there are two Heavy Troopers to deal with, alongside an Electrostaff Purge Trooper .

Once all these enemies are down, head left. There will be a Security Droid ahead, flanked by a Heavy Trooper and Scout Trooper . Defeat them, and BD-1 will scan some nearby boxes. Do this for Force Echo - Control Room . On the entrance to this room will be a power cable. Stand next to the central console here and pull it towards you - the machinery holding it that is. This will allow you to pull it to the opposite side of the room. Force slow it to give you some time, and then grab the power cable. Put this into the main console here on the left hand switch. You can then use the panel on the right of the console.

what does start new journey fallen order

Go forwards and left up some more stairs. You'll climb out of the water here. Run into this room ahead and use the Save Point #1 here. Turn left and continue through the doors. There will be two Scout Troopers, a Scout Commander , and two Heavy Troopers in this room. Kill the ground folk first and then focus the Heavies. Take them all out and climb the stairs up to their platform. Use the console on the left of the large overlooking window. This will change the next rooms layout. Head back down the stairs and slice through the door under the Heavy Trooper walkway, and head into the Dojo.

Do I need the training?

Immediately turn left when entering and BD-1 will scan the wall for Force Echo - Imperial Dojo . This Dojo will act as a series of attacks.

Wave 1 = two Electrostaff Purge Troopers .

Wave 2 = two Scout Troopers , a Scout Commander , a Flametrooper , and a Security Droid .

Wave 3 = three Scout Troopers and a Scout Commander through the left door, whereas four Stormtroopers and a Trooper Commander on the other side of the room.

Wave 4 = a Security Droid and Purge Trooper Commander .

Wave 5 = two Rocket Troopers , a Electrobaton Purge Trooper and an Electrohammer Purge Trooper .

After Wave 5 is defeated, a Save Point #2 will spawn here, allowing you to rest. These waves aren't much of a problem - wave 1, 2 and three can be completely negated by the fire under the platforms. Heavy force push all the enemies off - any who are weirdly placed can be pulled off - this is how I cleared the biggest enemies such as Purge Troopers and Security Droids. Wave 4 is the same, go to the entrance side of the dojo and pull the enemies into the flames. Wave 5 is the trickiest - the enemies are harder and there's no holes to push them into. Just play smart and you'll be dojo-victorious.

At this save point, I also managed to get my final skill in the tree. This unlocked an achievement.

Achievement Unlocked: Feel the Force

Slice the door open ahead and go inside. This next room is larrrgeeee and full of different platforms. There's many Stormtroopers around and an Electrohammer Purge Trooper in the middle. Take down the enemies in this room. Go to the top of this room and use the console to let Cere pass through. Watch the scene and then turn right. Follow this path along and BD-1 will scan a red barrier for Force Echo - Laser Gates . Now, go to the opposite side of the room. Follow it all the way around and you'll eventually find a Force Echo - Detention Cell . Head to the centre and the path forwards.

Through here is a large open room. Activate the console nearby to extend the bridge. Cross here and BD-1 will scan the nearby consoles for Force Echo - Security Systems . On the same platform, activate a console on the left. Keep heading along, past the next bridge. On the other side, BD-1 will scan some more consoles for Force Echo - Interrogation Chamber . Activate the Save Point #3 nearby.

Journey Coming to a Close

Rest up, spend and skill points you have, and make your way to the door ahead - slice it open to reveal an ominous looking room. Prepare for a boss fight, against none other than Trilla.

When she dies, watch the scene play out O_O

Yeah, unexpected and very much needed to top this game off. Turn around and run the heck away. That won't work so well, so pull the pillar above to you - that will also fail. This time, you'll get a head start via pummeled through the door ahead. Now you can run. Go along the bridge to the left and jump to the other side. Ignore the Stormtroopers ahead and keep running. You'll eventually come to a slide - double jump from this to the wall on the right to wallrun across. You can now keep heading forwards and over the gap ahead, into the elevator.

Activate the terminal and watch the scene. You'll also gain Darth Vader File when activated. This will be your last tactical guide entry, and will gain an achievement!

Achievement Unlocked: Data Collector

Out of the elevator, you'll be heading left along a long corridor. Activate the door at the end for - yep. Smash the Circle/B button and then down on the D-pad to win this scene over. Watch the scene progress, and you'll eventually escape. You'll get another achievement now:

Achievement Unlocked: Trust Only In The Force

And with that, you'll get an ending sequence on The Mantis. Wasn't that end just fitting? The music, everything :D

And of course - congratulations for completing the game! There are some achievements to collect, if you truly want 100%, and these aren't too taxing - we've done the harder ones already. So, without further ado - enjoy the credits if you want, and we can jump back in to collect some achievos.

OR, uninstall and pat yourself on the back. It was a long journey, and you've earned it, Jedi!

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Update Adds New Game Plus, Combat Challenges

Image for article titled Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Update Adds New Game Plus, Combat Challenges

Today is a made-up Star Wars holiday, but the new update for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is in fact very real. The free patch adds a new game plus mode, combat challenges, additional cosmetics, and a slew of upgraded accessibility options.

Where many games allow you to carry over abilities into a second playthrough, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order mostly just retains aesthetic options. New Journey + gives you a chance to play through the storyline again with all the cosmetics you’ve unlocked so far, like lightsaber parts, ponchos, and BD-1 paint jobs. Also included is a new Inquisitor outfit as well as the appropriate red lightsaber crystal and hilt designs based on the ones offered at Disney parks.

Related Content

The meat of the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order update is in the new Meditation Training mode, which features several combat challenges against waves of opponents, and the battle grid, where you can construct your own fights against enemies from the main game. The battle grid will also give you an opportunity to face off against foes like Cal’s mentor Jedi Master Jaro Tapal and even Inquisitor Cal himself for the very first time.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has also received several new accessibility options. You can now turn off button-mashing quick-time events and needing to hold the climb button to remain attached to a wall. Additionally, situations where you had to hold a button to confirm choices and interact with the environment can be changed to a button press, and new text-scaling options make the subtitles much easier to read.

While it may not be a story expansion, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order ’s first major content update might be a good excuse to Force-jump back into Respawn’s unique take on the Dark Souls formula.

Jedi Survivor New Journey + Everything you should know

This guide will cover everything that you get by starting a New Journey+ in Star Wars Jedi Survivor: what items and upgrades you get to keep and what new items you gain!

What is New Journey + and how to unlock it

Finishing a Star Wars game always brings a small sense of fulfillment. Whether because of its incredible story or the challenging gameplay. Many times we want to do another playthrough with options that make it more challenging.

This is what the New Journey+ in Jedi Survivor (or New Game+ as many of us know it) is for. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

After finishing the main story of Jedi Survivor, the New Journey+ option will be available on the menu screen. To play it, you have to pick an existing save where you have completed at least the main story of the game.

This will allow you to play through the game again with most of what you have unlocked and earned from your first playthrough.

What do you carry over into New Journey +

When you start this new adventure, the first thing that you’ll notice in the New Journey+ is that all of your unlocked cosmetics will carry over . Clothes, hairsttles and beards, lightsaber and blaster customizations, and BD-1 parts.

You will also have all skill points that you unlocked reset so you can spend them however you want.

There are some abilities that will be locked until you reach a certain point in the story. You might want to save some points for when more abilities are available.

At the start of New Journey + you will not have access to advanced abilities that Cal learns through the story such as Force Lift and Force Slam. You will also not be able to slide through the green shield barriers as this ability is earned on Jedha when Merrin gives you the relic.

All of these you will earn as you progress through the story of the game. Speaking of story, absolutely every collectible and map upgrade you have unlocked in your first run, will be disabled in New Journey +.

All chests will be open, all seeds you picked up for the garden will carry over and you will not get to pick them up a second time. All map upgrades you have unlocked will carry over as well.

You will keep all of the unlocked Perks. You will be able to replay each puzzle and Force Tear, but you will not be able to collect Stims , Health Upgrades and Force Upgrades . All of these essences will be disabled if you have picked them up during your first run.

Whatever items you have not completed or collected on your first run, they will still be available in New Journey +.

What is new and different in New Journey +

One of the best things about the New Journey+ is the addition of three new Perks. The first one is the Warrior Perk. This one is very simple, it replaces weak enemies with more powerful ones.

You will notice this right from the start. Standard Scout Troopers are replaced with Riot Troopers and Purge Troopers . If you want a more challenging experience, the Warrior perk combined with the next one are definitely for you. The Warrior perk is activated by default when you start New Journey +.

Purity is a perk that increases the damage output of all sources. Cal will two-shot almost any enemy but that goes both ways. This is the closest to a movie experience that you’ll get. Regardless of how big your health bar is, if Cal takes a few shots he is going to succumb.

I tried this perk and it is incredibly fun, a single mistake can prove to be fatal. Every time that an enemy is glowing red you will consider it twice before doing something reckless. This is probably the best way to practice and master your parrying, evading, and deflecting skills on the go.

The last Perk added to the New Journey+ is called Trendsetter. Unlike the other two, this doesn’t affect the difficulty of the gameplay. Every time you die, your appearance will be randomized: hair, beard, clothes, lightsaber, and even BD-1.

After being defeated three times, this is how I looked after each respawn. The game will choose only from the cosmetics you currently have. An interesting thing is that it looks like it tries to pick matching combinations for everything but the lightsaber. If you are into Jedi fashion, don’t worry about not looking good for the occasion.

The best thing about the Warrior, Purity, and Trendsetter perks is that none of them occupy a perk slot. You can equip them all at once and still use your three perk slots or more (if you have unlocked them).

In this image, you can see how I have equipped the Wisdom perk that uses three out of my three slots while still using the New Journey+ perks.

The Party Lightsaber option changes the color of your lightsaber with each attack that you do. It looks good but I would’ve preferred something else like getting the option to have one blue blade and a purple (or any other color). This is a good option if you love all lightsaber colors and can’t simply pick one.

My absolute favorite addition to the New Journey+ is the red lightsaber blade. I think it’s one of the most intimidating colors for any lightsaber wielder to use. Matching it with dark robes and a black lightsaber hilt is so satisfying.

The extra perks that change the difficulty and additional lightsaber blades don’t necessarily make it a completely new game but they definitely enhance the experience and prover a bigger challenge for those players that love getting pushed to the limits.

The first change you can make to Cal is right at the first Meditation Point. You can use all of the Skill Points and change Perks.

This concludes my guide to the New Journey+ in Jedi Survivor. You can take a look at the  Star Wars Jedi Survivor Guides Master List  for more.

If you thought you were done with Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order , think again. To celebrate May the 4th, the developer dropped a big (but free!) content update today that includes various new additions to draw players back to Bogano, Dathomir, Kashyyk, and Zeffo. These include New Journey+ and two battle modes for keeping lightsaber skills sharp: Combat Challenges and Battle Grid, which can be accessed from any Meditation point in the game.

“Combat Challenges will pit Cal against waves of enemies across multiple planetary backdrops from across the galaxy, including the Imperial stronghold Fortress Inquisitorius,” Respawn explains. “Each unique location will feature its own unique challenges, too, allowing for tailor-made experiences that draw from each environment. Different challenges will have different numbers of waves and each will have a three-star completion rating.”

Battle Grid, on the other hand, “is a sandbox for players to create their own encounters. In it, players will be able to select a location, the size of the encounter they want to face, tinker with various difficulty modifiers, and set the overall combat difficulty to one of the four difficulty levels.”

New Journey+ is also available for those who want to experience the story of Fallen Order again. In this mode, players will get immediate access to the lightsaber parts, kyber crystal colors, ponchos, and other aesthetic items they collected during their initial run. It also unlocks a brand-new appearance for Cal: the Inquisitor uniform, which is complemented by a red kyber crystal and two new lightsaber hilts (Protection and Defense I & II). Abilities must be relearned in New Journey+, however.

Respawn’s free update also comes with a variety accessibility changes, as well as bug fixes and tweaks, which are outlined below.

  • Unlocked after beating the game
  • All cosmetic unlocks are carried over
  • All lightsaber colours are available from the start
  • Inquisitor uniform
  • Protection and Defence I & II lightsaber parts
  • Red kyber crystal
  • Wave-based game modes to fight against preset enemies
  • Sandbox-style game mode for players to make their own encounters
  • Cosmetic rewards for BD-1

Accessibility

  • Button-mashing quick-time events can now be skipped
  • Needing to hold the Climb button can now be disabled
  • Holding a button to confirm/interact with something can be changed to a button press
  • Text size scaling options have been added

Bug Fixes and Tweaks

  • Improved transitions between parry and block animations
  • The Bog Rats on Bogano were sometimes floating. They should now be more grounded.
  • Improved the transitions into and out of jumping and double jumping
  • Fixed the issue where Cal could get stuck in an endless falling loop during air attacks
  • Fixed the issue that would prevent Cal from progressing his journey when a Bounty Hunter would show up
  • Improved overall responsiveness of gameplay and the reliability of actions based on player feedback
