Isabelle, an apprentice, was extremely helpful in sorting out a rather complicated cruise for us. Princess cruises were not so efficient! Isabelle persisted with our booking and was very professional under quite a stressful situation. This was the second time in a week that we had need to use Hays Travel and again Isabelle attended to us proving to be most helpful

I regularly use this branch. The staff there are unfailingly helpful, efficient and friendly. I am submitting this review as a result of having seen the previous one-star review. I sympathise with the writer's situation in having to cancel his holiday, and suffer what sound like some unfair consequences . He has a legitimate case to put to Thomson's. However this looks like a classic case of hard-working frontline staff taking the brunt of a criticism which should be directed at the company's terms and conditions, over which regional staff have no control. The writer says that everything was fine until he had to cancel, which suggests that the staff had done a good job up to that point. Natural justice requires me to respond with a 5 star review which accurately reflects the fine service I have received on innumerable occasions over the past 25 years.

NOTimpressed with the service i got from this travel agents, normally book holidays on the internet but decided i would ring around and see were i got the best quote , so i rang Thomsons Heswall branch and they said they would price match if i could prove the price which i did so decided i would book with a travel agent for a change , everything was fine until i hadf to cancel due to ill health and that is were things went wrong as we had booked a few couples it then meant they all had to pay more because i wasnt going which MIGHT I ADD DIDNT STATE IN THE BROCHURE it does now but it didnt then , we wrote to Thomsons Head Office and are still waiting for a reply even though we have written and rang numerous times So BEWARE!!

Booked an amazing honeymoon!

We went into Hays Heswall to book our honeymoon and it was exactly the seamless and easy process we needed it to be.
