TRAVEL FLAG FOOTBALL TRAINING & WORKOUTS

(grades 3rd – 8th).

Fastbreak is now recruiting young athletes (Grades 3rd – 8th) looking for the next level flag football experience. Our winter workouts are designed for players looking to be the best and participate in the Spring travel team program. Each travel team will be assigned a coach for the duration of the season who will develop individual and team skill sets. During practice, each team will work on offensive and defensive team concepts in a challenging atmosphere to prepare the team for competitive play. Players will also develop their individual skills through plyometric, speed/agility, hand-eye coordination, form/technique training.

Tuesday (8U) – 2nd / 3rd Grade

Wednesday (10U) – 4th / 5th Grade

Thursday (12U) – 6th/7th Grade

Times:   3:30pm – 4:45pm

Dates:   Dec 5th – Mar 12th

Location: Marx Brothers Turf Field (96th 1st/2nd)

Cost: $715 per player ( 13 Sessions )

OWNER/COACH

Proud owner of South Florida Elite Flag. The one with the vision. Lara is currently the girls 15U US National Team Assistant coach. She has over 10 years of coaching experience and plays flag around the nation with and against the best players in the world. Amanda started playing flag football right after finishing her NCAA Division 1 softball collegiate career. She is now a member of the WFFN Team America, WFFN National League Florida Surge, and multiple elite adult travel teams. Lara is both passionate and driven, and aims to grow the visibility of females in the sport we all love.

Willy Perez started his football career at the age of 19. After over 20 years of playing the sport at the elite level in over 5 formats, he is one of the most well-known quarterbacks in the game. Aside from being a Q, he is well versed in receiving and rushing. Willy has acquired multiple National and World Championships in USFTL and FFWCT with highlights as offensive MVP and starting QB. Most impressively, Willy won the 35 and over World Championship in both 4 and 5 man formats in Panama City this past January.

Why join the foothill knights.

The Pasadena Predators are the official travel organization of NFL Flag Pasadena. This special program is designed to prepare our youth athletes to compete and succeed at flag football's most prestigious and competitive events while also providing them the opportunity to compete against the best players in the country. Our goal is to not only provide our youth athletes the opportunity to build and showcase their skills, but to help them reach the next level of competitive football. We also intend to get our youth players recognized locally, regionally, and nationally, by letting them "put their names out there" with their play.

The program combines: nfl flag pasadena's best coaches, strategies and plays, special skill training, and the league's full resources to train and prepare nfl flag pasadena's top players who want to compete at a higher level. participation is by tryouts only, and there will be the typical fees associated with a travel club., we intend for the pasadena predators to compete in the 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u divisions (birthdate as of 8/1/19) in the most prestigous flag football circuits such as the nfl flag regional and national tournaments, the national flag football championship tour, hard count athletics tour, and the flag football world championship tour..

COMPETITIVE TRAVEL FLAG

The area's #1 travel flag football program.

P-51 Flag Football is giving youth athletes in the Winchester, VA and the Eastern Panhandle of WV areas an opportunity to play competitive flag football in the top circuits including the NFL, AFFL, and FFL!  Our teams play in the highest level, and most reputable tournaments offered.

We are currently scheduled for one big tournament per month.  We fully embrace multi-sport athletes, so we understand that also comes with commitments.  We also understand that challenges arise.  We only ask that athletes commit to us one weekend out of the month for tournament play.

Practices are twice a week.  One practice is a closed team practice.  This is important for learning the plays, rules of the game, and building chemistry with teammates.  The second practice is training camp.  Vital for developing the physical skills and abilities necessary for top level competition.

Players must be willing and able to travel.  Most of our tournaments will be within a 3 hour drive.  We may travel further for bigger tournaments.  Teams who qualify will compete in nationals in Florida.  We do our best to accommodate players in need of rides, lodging, or food.

Every P-51 athlete is a representative of our program.  Anyone affiliated with P-51 flag football is expected to conduct themselves with a positive attitude, exceedingly good sportsmanship, and outstanding character.  We not only aim to build tremendous athletes, but world-class people.  There is zero tolerance for unethical or detrimental behavior.

This is a partnership in which both parties make each other better!  100% effort and enthusiasm are expected at all times.  We play every game from start to finish with maximum effort regardless of the score.  Heart is the heart of this organization.  Your job is to give your best.  Your coach's job is to push you to your new best.  Being part of a team is never about you.  Getting better and giving your best is for your team!

Parent/Guardian Commitment

Support your athlete and hold them accountable to these standards.  Your support at home will have greater impact than anything we can do for them.  This is not rec league or "pay to play."  In competitive sports playing time is earned.  Encourage your player to have the right mental attitude.  Encourage them to work hard and never give up.  Teach them not to blame.  What you blame you empower.  Teach them to empower themselves by taking ownership of their own development.  Above all encourage them to have fun!
