We engaged Olive Sea for a 2 days private tour at Athens on 22-23 Oct and an airport transfer on 25 Oct. We were very pleased with their service and arrangement especially with Michael, our driver cum "guide" on 23 Oct for Athen tour. Michael was friendly, helpful and very service oriented. He helped carry our 4 huge luggages too. Although he was no a certified guide and could not walk with us to the site seeing, he tried his best to give us a overview of the place of interests. Highly recommended.

Our driver, Dem, was wonderful! He picked us up (3 tourists and 1 student who has been in Athens for 2 months) at our AirB&B on time and had bottled water for us in the van. The van was very comfortable and perfect for the drive to the Peloponnese peninsula. He was very knowledgeable about the countryside, towns, historical sites, current Greek events, and easily answered all our questions. Dem told us about each site we went to before we got there and would give us his suggestion for time to spend at each, but waited for us no matter how long we took. Some we we took more time, some we took less. We never felt rushed and were able to spend the time we wanted instead of being herded in a big tour bus on someone else’s schedule. We wanted seafood for lunch and took us to a nice little restaurant right on the coast in Nafplio. We had a great day and he delivered us back to our starting spot about 11.5 hours later (there was a crash blocking a roadway back or probably would have been just under 11 hrs). . Absolutely worth the price for a private tour!

Trip was very good because its a private tour our, just 6 of us, we are able to stop any time we needed the break. Visited Arachova nice little ski town, like it very much, pastries were yummy & good coffee too. Next we stopped at Delphi where we could spend as much time as we needed. We arrived Meteora just in time for the beautiful sunset, Alex, our guide took us to the most prominent spot to watch the sunset, its amazing in amongst the mountains & the monasteries. We visited 2 monasteries could have visited more if time permits. Overall its a good trip, Mercedes mini van 7 seater, very comfortable almost new, just over 1 year old Alex said, very clean.

Olive Sea provided George for our group of 6 retired military guys. George was superb!! He was well versed in the history of both the first and second Greco-Persian Wars and provided some cultural insights that gave us some context of the complex relationship between the Greeks and Turks that are in play even today. Now the down side: Marathon is one of the pivotal battles of Western civilization and arriving it looks like the parking lot for a county fair. There is little to provide background or context and there is no one there functioning as the equivalent of park rangers...I was disappointed in the site and its condition. Thermopylae offered somewhat improved conditions in the on-site museum and monuments but the battlefield itself was a jumble of trash and tire tracks...not what I expected. If I could give George a 10, I would - and give the Greek government a 2 for their obvious lack of focus and interest in these two amazing sites.

PK travel met us right on time at the cruise port, our driver and guide were friendly and knowledgeable. The tour of Athens was absolutely incredible. We saw it all and never felt rushed. Our group was small and most of the people we knew from other private tours that we booked during our cruise. Guess we all have the same interests. The tour stopped for lunch where we had several restaurants to choose from. Sitting outside on the beach was wonderful and the food was amazing. We always book private tours when cruising, that's why companies like PK Travel get such good reviews, they just go above and beyond to give their customers the best tour possible. Thank you PK for making our day in Athens one to remember.

Excellent tour. Got to see all the major Athens sites while minimizing the crowds at each of them. Even got to go to one of the better spots for a photo op of all of Athens away from the thousands of tourists seen at most of the popular spots.

Brilliant tour - with lunch and drinks . We saw the main exhibits and Yianis our guide was friendly, polite , professional and extremely knowledgeable. we had three families do the tour …. We skipped the lines and managed to get to the exhibits at the right time

We enjoyed a Full Day Tour of Athens via Viator and Olive Sea Travel. Nine of us enjoyed a full day tour with Yianis as our driver and guide. He was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw the major sites and learned so much. We would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in learning about Athens and Greece.

Yianis was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He took us to every famous site in Athens. We were never rushed and we were allowed to explore on our own at every destination. When we come back to Athens we will be using Olive Sea Travel again. They are excellent and exceeded expectations!

Excellent way to see a lot of the city - we were guided by Yannis - informative but would have been nice to have had it fully guided - excellent lunch included.

Stefanos was very very nice, a kind host who knew everything, he took us everywhere, lunch was soooo good!! I do recommend this tour, as you really make most of your day in athens

Great Day Tour seeing it all!

Having a guide and a private car is the way to go it really makes navigating and seeing all of the sights painless. Our driver was excellent and spent a solid 8 hours with us taking us to all the major sites for first time Athens visitors left us very impressed. Communications from the driver/guide was solid Felt like I really understood Athens much better than If we went on our own
