Reach for the skies on a sunset voyage of discovery providing panoramic views over the landscape. Watch in awe as the light turns russet and gold, bathing New Jersey’s famous shorelines and ocean in its shimmering light. Sip champagne and listen to music as twilight falls on the land and the twinkling lights of the houses sparkle below you.

Helicopter flying is a truly amazing experience and you’ll never forget the sensation of gliding over breath-taking scenery as the sun sets over the sea.

Enjoy an amazing voyage of discovery over New Jersey at sunset.

You’ll fly in a Robinson R44 which has window seats for 3 passengers. Robinson helicopters provide a smooth ride, and since every seat has a window, you will have panoramic views to last a lifetime.

Flying is available all year round, seven days a week. Flights are weather dependent and may be postponed in adverse conditions. In the event that your tour is postponed, a mutually convenient alternative date will be scheduled with you.

Allow 60 minutes for the entire experience.

- Climb aboard helicopter and put on headset

- 30 minute scenic flight with commentary from your pilot

The pilot will talk to you and point out all of the area’s amazing highlights as you glide over them. All passengers will be wearing headsets so you are also able to talk amongst yourselves in the helicopter. If you wish, the pilot can activate a mute feature on his headset to allow you some privacy with your guest.

Bruce Springsteen gets a flat tire in Jersey, gets to Mohegan Sun concert on time

Flat notes are rare at Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concerts.

Nor do flat tires stop the show. 

Springsteen posted a pic of himself on his Instagram story sitting next to an SUV with a flat tire in the Keyport area of the Jersey Shore on his way to the E Street Band's Friday, April 12 show at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Springsteen had apparently just started out for Mohegan Sun from his home in Colts Neck. Repairs were made and the Boss, wearing a tie and vest, took the stage on time at 7:45 p.m.

No mention of the unscheduled pit stop was made from the stage. Springsteen and the E Street Band performed a spirited 27 songs over 2 hours and 45 minutes. Tour debuts included “Seeds” and “I'm on Fire.” The gospel-stirred “My City of Ruins” was included, and it's become a statement of mission for the current run of shows, which began March 19 at the Footprint Center in Phoenix. Multiple shows were postponed last S eptember as Springsteen had a bout of peptic ulcer disease.

“We're here tonight to bring the joyous power of rock 'n' roll into your life,” said Springsteen during the “My City of Ruins” intro. “We're here to bring some (blanking) fun. We are here to wake you up and to shake you up and take you up to higher ground!”

The show, the band's first on the East Coast in eight months, was looser and seemingly more improvised than those of last year's tour. The night's first two songs, “Roll of the Dice” and “Lucky Towns,” were appropriate for the show's setting — inside a casino.

Springsteen popped a bottle of champagne as he walked on stage, and a pink bra was thrown at him late in the show during “Rosalita (Come Out Tonight).” Steven Van Zandt picked up the bra and put it on the neck of Springsteen's guitar.

The Boss threw it back into the sold-out audience of 10,000 during the build-up of “Rosalita's” final chorus.

“Thank you, you guys are great — you made the whole evening fun! I love Uncasville, wherever the heck it is! As a matter of fact, I'm moving to Uncasville tomorrow,” Springsteen, 74, said at the close of the show.

Friday's show was rescheduled from Sept. 16, 2023. Up next is Monday, April 15 at the MVP Arena in Albany, New York.

It’s 2004 all over again.

“Mean Girls” topped the box office, and fans can’t get enough of Usher and Underoath announced they’re going on tour to celebrate their breakthrough album “They’re Only Chasing Safety.”

From September through December, the ‘They’re Only Chasing Safety 20th Anniversary Tour’ will take the screamo metalcore quintet along with special guest Static Dress to theatres, ballrooms, event centers, pavilions, and music halls all over North America.

That includes gigs at New York City’s Palladium Times Square on Friday, Sept. 20 and Sayreville, NJ’s Starland Ballroom on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Kevin Hart is coming to a city near you this year.

Hart is set to head out on his “Acting My Age” tour on June 29 in Westbury, N.Y. and will wrap up on Dec. 4 in Philadelphia .

While on tour, the comedian will perform at the Prudential Center in Newark on June 30 .

He will also perform in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on July 20 at the MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center.

“‘Acting my Age’ is my ninth tour, and I wanted to change things up by creating a more intimate environment. This tour is about connecting with the audience and feeding off the crowd’s energy and laughter,” Hart said in a statement.

There will be several “Acting My Age” tour presales, which are set to begin on April 17 at 10 a.m. with code COMEDY and end on April 19 at 9:45 a.m. through Ticketmaster .

What is Passover?

Passover is a holiday celebrated every spring by Jewish people all over the world that tells the story of the Jews' Exodus from slavery in Egypt in Biblical times. On the first two nights of the holiday, Jews gather for seders, or ritual meals, in which the story is recounted through the asking of the Four Questions, ritual foods and items, songs, prayers and more. During Passover, which is celebrated for eight days, Jews also refrain from eating certain foods.

When is Passover 2024?

Passover in 2024 begins at sundown on Monday, April 22, and ends at sundown on Tuesday, April 30, for most Jewish people. Jews in Israel and some sects in the diaspora end Passover at sundown on Monday, April 29.

Passover seder plate items

There are six items on the seder plate that are used at different times during the seder.

Charoset: A mixure of apples, walnuts, raisins and wine that represents the mortar that Jewish slaves used to build with

Hardboiled egg: Symbolizes the cycle of life

Shank bone: Represents the lamb used as a paschal sacrifice before the Jews fled Egypt.

Maror: Bitter herbs, often horseradish, that symbolize the suffering of the Jews while they were in slavery.

Chazeret: Another bitter herb

Karpas: A green vegetable, often parsley, that symbolizes spring

Other items you will find on or near the seder plate that also have symbolic meaning and are used during the seder are three pieces of matzah, salt water and wine.

Passover food rules

The most well-known rule for food on Passover is to avoid eating food made from leavened grains − wheat, barley, rye, oats and spelt made with any leavening agent, like yeast. Generally this means all bread and bread products, pasta, oatmeal and liquors, called chametz. Many foods are specifically marked Kosher for Passover to avoid confusion.

The reason is to recall the haste with which the Jews left Egypt, not even allowing time for their bread to rise.

In the place of leavened bread, Jews eat matzah, or "bread of affliction," which is made of unleavened ingredients under strict rules for baking.

Some Jewish people also refrain from eating kitniyot, which include legumes, corn, rice, beans, peas, millet and seeds.

Happy Passover in Hebrew

According to Chabad, you can wish folks "chag Pesach kasher vesame’ach,” pronounced: "CHAG PEH-sach kah-SHER ve-sah-MAY-ach," which means "a kosher and joyous Passover."

Another alternative is “a zissen Pesach,” or a sweet Passover.

An English greeting also is appropriate − you can simply wish someone "Happy Passover!"
