If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day refund with a 10% to 30% restocking fee for most items (see below). To qualify for a return please note the following:

• The item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches on remote controls
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items must be returned within 30 days (45 days for Invacare products, 14 days for Karman Healthcare products, and 10 days for all Nuprodx products)
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable
• Cancelation of custom or premade orders have a 20% restocking fee, if canceled after 24 hours

Open Box Specials

• Open Box Specials are new products that were ordered incorrectly or may have slight imperfections. These Specials are non-returnable and do not include any in-home service.

Refused Deliveries/Packages

• If packages are refused at the point of delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping Policy & White Glove Delivery Service

The following shipping methods are available,

• Standard Ground (5–7 business days),
• Ship to Store (5-7 business days),
• Expedited Second Day (2 business days), additional charges will apply,
• Expedited Next Day (1 business day) additional charges will apply.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  Currently, we do not ship to US Territories, APO/FPO, or other international addresses.  Additional shipping fees may apply for shipping outside the continental US.  Please note that orders can arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping cannot be expedited on:

• Oversized items,
• Any items containing hazardous materials,
• Specialty items (like custom-build products),
• Any items that ship with freight or LTL,
• Any items that ship with White Glove Delivery Service.

The warehouse processing times are listed on each product page.  These are set by vendors, warehouse standards, and cannot be shortened.  These fulfillment times happen *before* expedited shipping occurs.  Expedited shipping is not guaranteed and is 100% subject to the shipping carrier's timeline and responsibility.  All expedited shipping fees once paid are non refundable once an order ships. 

White Glove Delivery Service where available can add an additional ten (10) business days to the delivery of an order.  Once the order ships, White Glove delivery cannot be removed, and the order cannot be cancelled.  If the item is no longer wanted, returns can be arranged if within the applicable return policy requirements, and by requesting a Return Authorization number.  All normal return shipping and restocking fees will apply.  The White Glove Delivery Service fee is nonrefundable once the order fills and ships.

Tolyatti was named after Palmiro Togliatti, an Italian communist. It is the headquarters of Lada, a major Russian automobile manufacturer. The population is approximately 720,000, of which 110,000 are employed by Lada. In the 1950s, when the population was 12,000, the entire city was moved to its present location to allow for construction of the Zhiguli Hydroelectric Station.

Togliatti was the location of the Speedway of Nations in 2019. Motorcycle riders from Russia, Australia , Denmark , Great Britain , Sweden , and Germany contested.

History of Tolyatti

The town was founded by Vasily Tatishev as a fortress called Stavropol to protect the territory of the Russian Empire from nomad raids in 1737. During the 19th century the town’s population hardly grew, and was about 6 thousand people.

By the 1950s, there were only about 12,000 people in the town. When Zhigulyovskaya hydro power station and Kyubyshev water reservoir were constructed, almost the whole town was moved to a new location.

In 1964, the city was renamed in honor of the General Secretary of the Italian Communist Party Palmiro Togliatti. In 1966, together with the Italian automaker FIAT, construction of the Volga Automobile Plant (VAZ), the largest in the USSR, began. In 1964-1970, the population of the city doubled. According to 1970 census, 251,000 people lived in Tolyatti.

Tolyatti - Features

City Day is celebrated on the first summer weekend. Tolyatti stretches for 30 km along the Volga River, and consists of three districts: Avtozavodsky, Central and Komsomolsky. Tolyatti is often called the “green city” because of the large number of green plantations and forests.

The climate is temperate continental with hot summers and cold winters. However, it is considerably mitigated by the Kuibyshev Reservoir. The average temperature in January is minus 10,6 degrees Celsius, in July - plus 20.9 degrees Celsius.

Tolyatti is a large industrial and economic center of Russia. “AvtoVAZ” is the main enterprise of the city. Also there is an automobile plant of “GM-AvtoVAZ” company and a lot of plants producing various parts for cars. Chemical industry is well developed in the city - “TolyattiAzot”, the largest in the world ammonia producer, is located here. The plant supplies its products through a unique ammonia pipeline “Tolyatti-Odessa”.

The federal highway M-5 “Ural” passes through the city connecting the central regions of the European part of Russia with its eastern parts: the Volga region, Urals, Siberia, and the Far East. The distance from Tolyatti to Samara is 90 km, to Moscow - 991 km. Transit trains don’t pass through the city. Only two trains are available: to Moscow and Saratov.

Russian ufologists consider Tolyatti to be one of the most anomalous places in Russia. The number of unexplained facts registered in the city is dozens times higher than the average level in the country.

Attractions of Tolyatti

There are more than 160 historical and cultural monuments in Tolyatti - the city-building monuments and memorial boards. The monuments of city-building are represented by separate objects as well as whole complexes. These are the buildings preserved from the old flooded town and moved to the new city as well as those built in the 1950s.

Nearly half of all monuments can be found in the Central district. On Svobody (Freedom) Square there is a memorial with the Eternal Fire and the Glory Obelisk in memory of the locals perished during the Second World War.

Varvarinskaya Church, built in 1846 in the settlement of Fyodorovka, is of cultural and historical importance. The monumental and decorative composition “Prometheus” on the building of the House of Culture “Tolyatti” is among the most interesting sights (Lenina Boulevard, 1).

In recent years, a number of new monuments appeared in the city: to V.N.Tatishev, the founder of the town, the sculpture “Sorrowful Angel” - to the victims of political repressions, the sculpture to Nikolai Chodotvorets (Saint Nicholas), the dog sculpture “Verny” and a lot of others.

B307 is located at the Park Complex of the History of Technology named after K. G. Sakharov, She is Known in Russia as Project 641B Som (Catfish) and to NATO as the Tango class, these submarines were the largest class of conventional submarines ever built for the soviet navy. The submarines of the Tango class are 91 meters long 9 meters wide and have a draft of 7 meters, they displace 3,000tons surfaced and 3,800 tons submerged.

Designed to replace the older Project 641 Foxtrot class the Tango class encompassed many improved technologies, being larger these submarines like the Foxtrot were capable of ocean-going duties, however they were never produced in any great numbers and were soon superseded by the Kilo class. A total of 18 were built but now all have been retired, only three have been preserved.

B307 was the 14th submarine of the class, she was laid down in Gorkiy ship yard march 7th 1980, launched September 30th 1980 and commissioned December 30th 1980, she was then placed onto a barge and transported via inland waterways to her home port of Polyarny.

by 1982 she had completed all her trials mainly in the Barents and Norwegian sea, she then in June 1983 headed off for a long voyage into the Mediterranean Sea calling at Sevastopol in the black sea before heading back home for February 1984.

In January 1985 she conducted another long-range cruise this time crossing the equator in the Atlantic ocean then heading into the Mediterranean where the submarine made a port call at Algiers and later the port of Tartarus Syria before heading back home 9 months later entering port in September.

In 1986 the submarine underwent an extensive 9-month refit in Murmansk

November 1988 saw the submarine undertake a shorter cruise this time to the Baltic sea, she transited around Scandinavia and finally made port in January 1989.

In October 1989 the B307 was withdrawn from service and sent to layup in the reserve fleet at Khronstadt, with the economy of the Soviet Union declining the submarine would not put to sea again instead she would remain laid up in reserve.

In August 1990, the submarine entered a maintenance period which was left only 90% complete in February 1995 but remained on the ready reserve list, by this time most of her sister submarines were already starting to be paid off for disposal.

13th October 1999 while dismantling the GT-201 device in compartment two sailors were killed and many poisoned, after the incident the device was installed on a new submarine B807 a project 877 Kilo class.

In 2001 the submarine was removed from the active service register and listed for disposal.

During 2002 the submarine was purchased for 748,000 rubles by the Autovaz technical museum in Togliatti Samara and planning commenced for moving the submarine to its new inland location.

2003 saw the submarine finally move this time on specially built pontoons with two tugs towing her. For this trip she had to unload 117 tons of fluids and 300 tons of ballast and be sealed so as not to cause an environmental problem. She arrived at the waterfront on November 3rd 2003 after a voyage on the Neva and Volga river which passed through 22 locks, 3 lakes and 1 reservoir.

B307 had to wait out the winter as well as dredging efforts and construction of her new cradle. in October 2004 she was finally pulled ashore by no fewer than nine heavy artillery tractors which were specially discharged from the Totsk test range, they used heavy duty winches and cables and transported down a specially built road to the museum.

On April 22 2005 the submarine was finally installed and after some cosmetic repairs from the damages done during the transport opened to the public.

In May 2018 some of her compartments were restored and today remains open to the public

B307 had a relatively short life in active service and its likely she was chosen over her sisters due to the material condition of the submarine.
