Around five years since the characters of Nashville hung up their cowboy boots and put their simmering feuds aside, the stars of the hit TV returned to the UK for a long-awaited tour.

It marked the first time Charles Esten, Clare Bowen, Sam Palladio and Jonathan Jackson performed together in the UK since 2018, which saw them embarking on a sold-out arena tour.

The new run of dates took the cast of Nashville across Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff, with the Live In Concert Reunion Tour kicking off on October 11.

Due to high demand, an additional show was added at London's Eventim Apollo.

Esten, who played the recovering alcoholic and legendary guitarist, Deacon Claybourne, had a new range of solo singles under his belt, with the Outer Banks star readying his debut album.

Attendees also hoped Clare Bowen, who appeared in Nashville as country prodigy Scarlett O'Connor, would play her dark, ominous anthem, ‘Black Roses’.

She was also expected to take the stage alongside Jonathan Jackson and her on-screen songwriting partner, Gunner Scott (Sam Palladio), to perform their much-loved track, ‘My Song’.

Both Palladio and Bowen have continued to release music since Nashville ended, with the latter dropping a couple of new singles alongside her husband as Bowen Young.

Completing the quartet of Nashville stars that headed across The Pond in 2023 was Jonathan Jackson, who played the fan-favourite songwriter and producer, Avery Barkley.

Barkley was championed by viewers for his rollercoaster of a character arc.

Jackson releases music with his band, Enation, with the group having put out their most recent project, Ultraviolet Empire in July 2022.

He broubht a number of these tracks out on the road with him, along with hit Nashville songs such as ‘Everything I'll Ever Need’.

If you're looking for an evening of feel-good fun, I'd wholeheartedly recommend heading to the Nashville Reunion Tour. It's hard to believe the TV series Nashville is 13 years old. I found myself singing along to songs I thought I'd forgotten long ago tonight at Resorts World Arena (October 13) as stars from the hit show took to the stage.

The Emmy and Golden Globe award-nominated show followed the lives of Clare Bowen as Scarlett O'Connor, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley and Sam Palladio as Gunner Scott as up-and-coming singer songwriters trying to get a break in the music business with the help of country music superstars like Charles Esten as Deacon Claybourne.

I went to see the Nashville in Concert tour at Birmingham Symphony Hall back in 2018 and loved every minute of it. Having since re-watched the series with my kids - who are musicians in a band - I was keen to see my youngest son's reaction. And he thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Unlike the previous tour, this wasn't so much about the cast members singing classics from the series as them showcasing their new material. We both wished they'd have played more of the old songs but we loved their new material too.

Highlights included Cornish-born Sam Palladio's new songs Meanwhile in London and Tennessee plus a song he wrote about his grandad falling for an American girl called Wake Me Up in Nashville. Charles Esten got everyone up on their feet with his catchy new song Down the Road, all about the fact you never know what's down the road and the thrill of being open to new experiences.

Clare Bowen performed an emotional version of Black Roses from the TV series, backed by the full band rather than just the piano, and Jonathan Jackson received a standing ovation for hitting the high notes perfectly in his version of Unchained Melody. We also loved his new song Hymns of Divine Eros. The show's main musician Colin Lindon was incredible to watch on guitar too.

The crowd was delighted by classics Borrow My Heart and Fade into You, and it was fun when 'Deacon' and 'Scarlett' went into the crowd to high five lots of the audience in Hand to Hold. There were lots of anecdotes and 'gratitude for the high energy in the room' throughout. And there certainly was lots of energy, with people up on their feet dancing, waving the flashlights on their mobiles and singing along to the songs.

The encore hit the button just right as they returned to stage singing the much-loved 'Juliette' song Telescope blending into Get By with a Little Help from My Friends. But it was the final number - A Life That's Good - that created an electric moment when the whole arena sang an entire verse back to the cast. It had everyone smiling as they made their way out of Resorts World Arena, cowboy hats and all.

You can still relive all the drama of Nashville as all seasons are currently streaming on Channel 4 . The tour continues tomorrow at Manchester 02 Apollo, London Eventim Apollo on Monday October 16 and Cardiff International Arena on Wednesday October 18. Fans of the Nashville TV series will be very excited to hear that the cast are back!

Four stars of the hit US TV music drama are reuniting for a special UK tour, playing tracks from the series at a number of venues.

Nashville: The Reunion Tour will see Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio take to the stage once more to perform classic songs from the series, as well as their own original material.

Nashville debuted in 2012 and quickly became a massive TV hit in the States and UK. The show was set against the backdrop of Nashville’s music scene, and followed the lives of Clare Bowen as Scarlett O'Connor, Charles Esten as Deacon Claybourne, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley and Sam Palladio as Gunner Scott as country music superstars and up-and-coming performers.

The series ended in 2018, but it still has a legion of passionate fans. The show also had 22 soundtracks, including a Christmas album, which collectively sold millions of album around the world.

In the UK alone, Nashville In Concert sold out three tours including a major arena tour in 2018. The series can currently be streamed in the UK on Channel 4.

Tickets for the tour go on sale this Thursday (March 9) at 9.30am. VIP ticket packages are available on all dates. Get tickets here .

Nashville The Reunion Tour on Smoothradio.com, March 2022 – Specific Rules

1. The Nashville Reunion Tour promotion (‘ Promotion ’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 9th March 2023 to 27th March 2023 on Smooth Country. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is SJM Concerts.

2. IMPORTANT : The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘ Promotion Terms and Conditions ’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at smoothradio.com/country/win/ register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided. Listeners must also select the venue they are entering to win tickets for. There are 2 x pairs available for each venue listed.

4. Online entry will open at 06:00 on 9thMarch 2023 and close at 23:59 on 27thMarch 2023. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.

5. Within 7 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. 2 x correct entries will be selected at random for each venue listed, and the winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.

We and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. • 2 x pairs of 1 x pair tickets to see Nashville The Reunion Tour at Manchester O2 Apollo on the 14th October 2023
• 2 x pairs of 1 x pair tickets to see Nashville The Reunion Tour at London Eventim Apollo on the 17th October 2023

12. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations, and guidance.

‘Nashville’ The Reunion Tour adds more dates due to overwhelming demand

‘Nashville’ may have been off the air for a while now but demand to see the stars from the hit series perform is still as strong as ever.

The upcoming ‘Nashville’ The Reunion Tour has added a host of extra dates to its upcoming UK tour in October 2023 due to overwhelming demand from fans. The tour will see stars Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio take to the stage once again to perform classic songs from the series as well as their own original material.

Two dates have been added in Glasgow and Manchester, and an extra performance at London’s Eventim Apollo for Monday 16 th  October.

Trek sees stars from the show perform again together

After a five-year hiatus from touring in the United States as a collective, the stars of the iconic, hit television series  Nashville are returning with shows in Chicago and in Nashville. “Nashville” The Reunion Tour will play Chicago’s Rosemont Theatre on Saturday, September 23rd and the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Monday, September 25th.

“Nashville” The Reunion Tour will see stars Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio take to the stage to perform classic songs from the series as well as their own original material. The four artists will play the Ryman Auditorium on September 25th, before kicking off a UK run starting on October 11th in Glasgow. Due to overwhelming demand and sold out shows, additional dates were added to the UK tour, which will also travel to Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff.

In a special one-night event, Chris Carmack will join cast members Bowen, Esten, Jackson and Palladio for the concert in Chicago on September 23rd. Carmack has previously toured with his Nashville castmates and currently stars in Grey’s Anatomy  on ABC.

Tickets for Chicago and Nashville go on sale on Friday, April 21st at 10 am local time. Ticket information for all US and UK shows can be found at nashvillereuniontour.com .

Nashville became a TV phenomenon when it first debuted in 2012. Set against the backdrop of Nashville’s music scene the show followed the lives of Clare Bowen as Scarlett O’Connor, Chris Carmack as Will Lexington, Charles Esten as Deacon Claybourne, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley and Sam Palladio as Gunnar Scott as country music superstars, up-and-coming performers and songwriters trying to get ahead in the business.

The show’s popularity grew instantly reaching over 225 territories worldwide before its final season in 2018. Since its debut, the show has inspired 22 soundtracks, including a Christmas album, which collectively sold millions of album units and single-track downloads around the world.  Nashville was also critically lauded with multiple Emmy®, Golden Globe and Critics Choice award nominations.

The incredible cast of the series carry with them the spirit of Music City and will once again share the stage together to celebrate the magic of Nashville.

Stars of hit television series Nashville will return to the UK this autumn.

Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio will hit the road in October, with stops confirmed in Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on March 9.

Each night will see the cast take to the stage to perform classic songs from the series, as well as their own original material.

The television show "NASHVILLE" prompted the world to fall in love with country music. The country music drama starred Charles Esten, Connie Britton and Hayden Panetierre as they navigated life, love and the highs and lows of the music business. "NASHVILLE" finished its run on CMT in 2018, but now a few of the show's stars are returning to the country music spotlight.

"NASHVILLE" The Reunion Tour is headed this way. The tour will include Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Sam Palladio, who will perform classic songs from the series along with their original material. After a five-year hiatus from touring in the United States as a group, the singing actors will play shows in Nashville and Chicago before heading for a run of concerts in the U.K. Chris Carmack will join his castmates on stage in Chicago on September 23.

"I'm thrilled to be reuniting on stage with these wonderful Nashville friends here in the U.S. First, at Chicago's beautiful @rosemonttheatre and then, most fittingly, on that historic stage where @nashvillecmt said it's final goodbye and sang its last song - the Mother Church herself- @theryman," Esten wrote on Instagram.

The four artists will play the Ryman Auditorium on September 25, before heading to the U.K. on October 11. Due to overwhelming demand, additional dates were added to the U.K. tour, which will visit Glasglow, Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff.

Charles Esten announces 2024 UK/Europe tour

Multi-talented singer-songwriter and actor Charles Esten has today announced that he will be returning to the UK/Europe in April 2024, for headline shows in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Norway.

Commenting on his return to the UK and Europe, Esten shared, “ Some of my earliest musical performances were way back in 1991 playing Buddy Holly in the hit West End musical ‘BUDDY’. That’s when I began my love affair with UK audiences who – quite literally – danced in the aisles. Four years ago, I was pretty heartbroken when the first COVID lockdowns meant that my debut C2C O2 Arena headline performance was to be cancelled, and ever since that day, I have been dreaming of and praying for a return to the UK. That dream first came true in October when I was blessed to be a part of the amazing Nashville Reunion Tour. Then, as that was successfully wrapping up, I received the confirmed schedule for my own return solo tour. And I damn near cried. I am chuffed, over the moon, and thrilled to bits to be returning to play my music in the country that for two magical years, I got my start in and called my home.”

The tour will follow the January 26th release of his highly anticipated independent debut album, ‘Love Ain’t Pretty’. A project more than ten years in the making, the album began taking shape when Esten first arrived in Music City to play ‘Deacon Claybourne’ on ABC/CMT’s ‘Nashville’.

Esten explores life, love, and the passing of time through the lens of a travelled and tested everyman, who has never lost his innate sense of wonder, or his wide-open soul over the course of all fourteen songs. Working in tandem with hitmakers like Jon Nite, Eric Paslay, Gary Burr, Leslie Satcher, and more, Esten co-wrote all tracks on the forthcoming album. Vividly detailed and filled with the emotional daring of a celebrated storyteller, Charles dives into wide-ranging themes of earth-shattering romance, big-picture reflection, and more.
