Fraudulent company

I do not recommend dealing with this company at all. They are fraudulent and deceive customers. They refuse to change or return flights and charge high fees, perhaps higher than if you booked another plane. I do not recommend dealing with them.

The company miss-spelt my middle name…

The company miss-spelt my middle name on their booking to the airline. I contacted Mytrip live chat and after waiting 30 minutes I got a reply that it is down to me to contact the airline and fix the name, even though it was their mistake!! This is a terrible service if you ask me and I will not be using their services again.

The worst travel agency in the booking industry.

In the future, when using Skyscanner to search for flights, I will never click on the option to use the Mytrip intermediary, no matter how good the price is. I would rather pay a little extra for other intermediaries like Kiwi or Trip.vn. When I was consulted via chat inbox, although there was still time to wait for a response, the support person arbitrarily closed the conversation before I had fully resolved my questions (because they saw that I was asking a lot of questions and became impatient). As a result, my problem was not resolved, and I had to start a new conversation with a different call center agent. How rude! Secondly, when booking tickets for customers, Mytrip used their own email and phone number to book the tickets. When I contacted the airline to change the itinerary, I was asked by Mytrip to add my personal phone number and email address so that they could verify the ticket change. However, I contacted Mytrip but Mytrip was unable to add my information, I don't understand this! Mytrip then said that they would have a support team to rebook my ticket for me, but what happened? It took nearly 2 days for them to send a short email notification saying that they could not rebook my ticket. With such a long response time and an extremely irresponsible answer, in short, Mytrip only cares about getting paid, and they don't care about the rest of the customer's experience. I will never, ever use Mytrip again, and if the company does not change, I wish them an early demise. Sincerely!

Would never use again

My own fault for not reading reviews before booking with them, but I would never book with them again. They made my return flight so stressful by missing off my luggage when changing the flight time - the airline said MyTrip actually downgraded my booking when they made the amendment with them. Several chats and phonecalls later when I was given a different story each time - ranging from "yes no problem I will link the luggage to the booking", to "no the airline don't allow extras to be transferred" - eventually my original luggage booking was restored. And with regard to the reply below from MyTrip, clearly the airline DID have such a baggage system in place as you were eventually able to add my baggage. And this does not address the issue of your agent downgrading my booking when changing the flight with the airline, or the differing information received from your agents

easy and simple to use

unfortunately i bought 3ticket and 3 checked in luggage form vienna to athena 14.4.24 at 20:15 when i get to airport the aegean airlines didn't respect my booking and payment for the luggage as they said your website not allowed to sell luggage and i was forced to pay next time for luggage hopefully you can respect your client and return me the money

Classic fraud: took my money for a service they did not provide

I booked a flight on Norse through mytrip and paid extra to have carry on baggage included. I noticed it was not added for the return journey. I contacted customer service, the agent said it would be done closer to the flight. The day before the return flight, it was still not added. I contacted customer service again. The agent told me to pay for it myself at the airport and that I would be reimbursed. I contacted customer service after the flight, and they sent me a form to submit my receipt. 7th April I submitted the receipt, and the agent responded saying I was not eligible for the reimbursement. They did not respond to my follow up email asking why as I had the documentation and did exactly what the customer service agents told me to do. 11th April I re-submitted the documents through the form. I have still not yet heard back. I am going to report this company to Trading Standards tomorrow if my reimbursement has not been processed. I would suggest all of us do the same until we can get this company shut down and the CEO of the Etraveli Group Mathias Hedlund charged for fraud.

A British Airways flight was cancelled and mytrip did not returned the money.

A British Airways flight was cancelled. I spoke with BA to make sure it is was cancelled and it was. I contacted mytrip to receive my money back. After contacting 5 times the customer service, and after more than 2 months since cancelled flight still they say that they have to study my case. They do not want to return the money. Never again. Keeping someone else’s money has a name. Edit after response in a previous post: Thank you for answering. As you may understand, after contacting mytrip 5 times (with all the details and references) and no follow up, I would not assume that I needed to review in trust pilot to get a solution (if I get it). As I trusted that your 'customer service' channels should be enough. DO NOT USE THEM, EVER !!!!

Because of the recent floods at Dubai airport , we had to reschedule all our flights. The prices at my trip.com seemed nice, so we went ahead and booked our flights with them immediately the money was withdrawn from our account, but we did not receive any travel confirmation we called the company to figure out where our tickets were, and all we kept hearing was “ sorry to say, but sometimes there is a technical glitch” and asked us to wait a few hours. They could never clarify what time actually was a few hours. We called back in two hours and were told to wait a few hours again. We then called back again in few hours and were told the same thing there is no supervisor who can help you, all they kept saying was please be patient and wait a few hours either booking will go through or you will receive your refund. At the time that we were stuck in another country waiting to go home we had to wait a few hours after which when we called, the booking eventually was cancelled and we have yet to see the money back in our account . in short DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BOOKING THROUGH THEM. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS COMPLETELY USELESS !!! I don’t even know if this is a real company

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague, I asked to change my flight and they tried to charge me the full fare again, robbers, so I contacted the airline and paid just over half the amount these crooks were trying on.

The airline cancelled our outbound…

The airline cancelled our outbound flight. The airline asked My trip to refund us but My trip says we need to loose the inbound flight as it is with different airline. How can that be. Are we supposed to walk there? The airline cancelled not us. Use at your own peril, you can potentially loose lots of money.

They will take you money

I contacted My Trip several times regarding a refund for my tickets. When I called to request a change in my tickets, less than two hours after booking due to an error, I was told that I would receive a full refund with no fees applied. However, when the refund was processed, I received an amount that did not match my original payment. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with My Trip, the refund discrepancy was not addressed. They are not transparent and never show me a breakdown of the amount refunded. As a result, I'm taking legal action against the company. I really don't recommend anyone to use this company. Pay a little more and save your time because I have been dealing with this problem for over 9 months. Also, I requested a complaint form from My Trip a month ago. I never received anything.

The 12th of April received an e-mail stating the airline has changed my return booking. The only option provided was a refund, so I requested this. Fast forward the 24th of April. No refund! I've used the chat service, and all I get is a pathetic "We have to wait until the airline refunds us". I get this, but it's not my problem and has delayed my rebooking. If these guys don't sort their crap out, I'll look through legal means. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They're great when things are going well, but once things go bad. They are USELESS!

They dont help with anything. They redirect you to airline companies. They did not help with rebooking myflight. They did not help with flight delays/connecting flights. Dont spend wasting your time. Buy your tickets from airline companies, at least they have some accountability.

Do not use it! When you request to change a flight (flex ticket) they will have tech issues. Anytime you call them asking for refund they will have some tech issue... hilarious!

Poor and unavailable customer service. They will exhaust you until you give up!!! My flight was canceled by the airline. When I tried to figure out alternative dates, they said they would check with Air India and get back to me. Instead they just closed my flight ticket for the dates I checked without my approval. The dates were not finally confirmed with my work and now they are not ready Cancel the card and give me a full refund of $850. Save yourself the trouble and order from another place or from the airline directly

No customer care and can't even update flight information!

Booked flights to New York in November 2023 to fly out April 11th and returning April 16th. Went to check in 24 hours before and the return flight had been cancelled according to Airline website. The My Trip app still had the flight up and said that Myself we would be booked on 24 hours before. However The flight had been cancelled back in November I never received an email and nothing showed on the My Tripp Booking. We tried contacting them numerous times but just kept signing out of the chat. The airline arranged a new flight for us but that took 2 hours and an expensive phone call. We originally paid for direct flights and seats but had to change and was unable to sit as a family. Both these things caused anxiety for my daughter who has learning difficulties. I usually book direct with airlines. My Trip was a mistake. Never will I use them again and I would suggest to others think twice before using them. If anything changes or goes wrong their default is to just cancel the chat. No customer service support. The app which they say to use still shows up the cancelled flight. I understand Airlines change schedules but My Trip failed to inform us and the App we are told to use did not reflect the cancellation. Appalling!

Incapable client service

Incapable client service as I was trying to get my tax refund on a no-show flight. I went back and forth between MyTrip and KLM (the airline); KLM would send me back to MyTrip telling me to tell them to call the agency support line to get my refund, then MyTrip would say that they cannot do anything and I need to go to KLM. I have been running in circles between these for over a YEAR! I am not asking for a refund of the flight, which is not allowed. I am asking for my taxes back, which is a significant sum since the ticket was expensive, and which I am owed on a no-show flight. Last call from them assured I was going to get a refund; then another email came weeks later to tell me they cannot do anything and I need to call KLM. Absolute nightmare!

Hello, A record of your booking shows the ticket to be purged as past dated booking and is out of the system, hence we are unable to access details from our side and therefore not able to process refund. However, we have forwarded the case to our specialized team to see the possibility on a tax refund. Every time I try to make the payment they say the price increased. so I am not able to buy this ticket. I tried at least 6-7 time (in one week time period) and every time happened the same. I think there price is not real. and for an unwanted reason they charged from my bank, my bank told me for them the transaction happened instead PayPal is telling me that no transaction happened and the money will appear in my bank account in few days. I don't know what to believe. In any case their price isn't real that's why I am not able to buy this two ticket. Worst experience ever.

Do not use mytrip

Do not use mytrip, never use it, it is the worst agency I ever used. From July last year, I request refund, until now, still not refunded. Everytime, I requested them, they have a story for me. Two month ago, I told me I will be refund in short time. Today, I checked with them, they told me, it is in processing, and can not confirm the time for refund.

Awful customer service

I have tried and tried to get a response from this company. They send me a non-sensical response each time and then stop responding. I bought two tickets through MyTrip and did not choose the online check-in option. MyTrip sent me an email telling me to be at the airport 2.5 hours before my flight for check-in. I do this and am penalised £89 as the airline charges passengers for in-person check in. We were obviously misled by MyTrip and faced penalties as a consequence of its actions. The airline told me that the travel company should have warned us about this and gave us the receipts to get a refund. But the customer service for MyTrip has been awful, sending responses which are barely coherent and which show that they are not reading my complaints (for example, telling me to check-in online when my flight was earlier this month!!). I will keep persisting until I get my money back from this fraudulent company.

Dishonest website

Whilst booking our tickets, and coming to pay suddenly the price went up £400 plus! This is not fair and is outrageous. We will never use this site again. We had to book urgent tickets for a funeral that is the only reason why we used this site as it was also supposed to be the most reasonable priced, but they are liars!!!!!

Do not use My Trip. Com at any costs. I was recently in Portugal and on hearing reports of long waiting times at the security, I decided to book a fast track. I booked fast track for €10 which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t until I got home & my trip.com took £67.75 from my account & when I contacted them they said I had subscribed to them . After I explained to them i only booked Fast Track & nothing else , they literally stated that I was at fault & I would not receive back my £67.75 for a service I had not needed or received. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY,

Bad customer service

My purchased add ons were not added on. I called customer service to find out what was happening and the lady was not helpful. She started off polite and seemingly helpful but then became curt and rude and kept trying to end the conversation.

Very poor service

Very poor service . Paid extra for flexible ticket with initial booking but refused when wanted a date change. I wouldn’t recommend Mytrip or their partner website for airfare booking.

My flight was cancelled by the airline, it is now six months later, mytrip has offered me money back, charging 100€ for the refund process (Which is illegal) stating that there was "nonrefundables"

Every time I try to make the payment they say the price increased. so I am not able to buy this ticket. I tried at least 6-7 time (in one week time period) and every time happened the same. I think there price is not real. and for an unwanted reason they charged from my bank, my bank told me for them the transaction happened instead PayPal is telling me that no transaction happened and the money will appear in my bank account in few days. I don't know what to believe. In any case their price isn't real that's why I am not able to buy this two ticket. Worst experience ever.

Do not use mytrip

Do not use mytrip, never use it, it is the worst agency I ever used. From July last year, I request refund, until now, still not refunded. Everytime, I requested them, they have a story for me. Two month ago, I told me I will be refund in short time. Today, I checked with them, they told me, it is in processing, and can not confirm the time for refund.

Awful customer service

I have tried and tried to get a response from this company. They send me a non-sensical response each time and then stop responding. I bought two tickets through MyTrip and did not choose the online check-in option. MyTrip sent me an email telling me to be at the airport 2.5 hours before my flight for check-in. I do this and am penalised £89 as the airline charges passengers for in-person check in. We were obviously misled by MyTrip and faced penalties as a consequence of its actions. The airline told me that the travel company should have warned us about this and gave us the receipts to get a refund. But the customer service for MyTrip has been awful, sending responses which are barely coherent and which show that they are not reading my complaints (for example, telling me to check-in online when my flight was earlier this month!!). I will keep persisting until I get my money back from this fraudulent company.

Dishonest website

Whilst booking our tickets, and coming to pay suddenly the price went up £400 plus! This is not fair and is outrageous. We will never use this site again. We had to book urgent tickets for a funeral that is the only reason why we used this site as it was also supposed to be the most reasonable priced, but they are liars!!!!!

Do not use My Trip. Com at any costs. I was recently in Portugal and on hearing reports of long waiting times at the security, I decided to book a fast track. I booked fast track for €10 which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t until I got home & my trip.com took £67.75 from my account & when I contacted them they said I had subscribed to them . After I explained to them i only booked Fast Track & nothing else , they literally stated that I was at fault & I would not receive back my £67.75 for a service I had not needed or received. Bad customer service

My purchased add ons were not added on. I called customer service to find out what was happening and the lady was not helpful. She started off polite and seemingly helpful but then became curt and rude and kept trying to end the conversation.

I have worst experience with mytrip. I have cancelled my flight 1 year back and after so many follow up, airline has refunded my money to mytrip 6 months ago but they haven't refunded my money to me yet. Whenever I call to their customer care they always escalate but nothing happen so far. Still waiting for my refund and looks like there is nothing which I can do except waiting. No option to complain anywhere else.

Terrible system and service provided…

Terrible system and service provided were totally scripted to ideal scenarios and did not cater for deviations which is why most people sit on the phone for 45 minutes and call to speak to an operator. I called three times and spoke to at least 7 people and ended paying to resolve an airline change that should not have incurred any cost to me. Also have called the airline to confirm zero cost change possible had to go through booking agent. Can safely say that will never use this website/ service again.

24/7 support is pathetic

24/7 support is pathetic, will not fly again with them. I wanted to reschedule my flight and tried reaching support. No one picks up and it kept on saying you're in queue and disconnected after waiting 2.5 hours.

I booked 4 flights through mytrip all Norwegian Airlines. I paid extra for overhead cabin baggage but I did not get overhead cabin baggage from the airline. Pre flight I asked mytrip to rectify the situation, they did not. Post flight I asked for a refund of the baggage fees paid to them and all I got was 'a story' Update after contacting sky scanner mytrip dropped 'the story' and refunded baggage charges.

No refund after waiting for 2 years!

It has been well over two years since they cancelled my flight. They claim they are waiting for the airline to refund them. I contacted the airline and they informed me they refunded MyTrip.com.au a few weeks after the cancellation. MyTrip.com.au however has not paid me. They constantly present different reasons, such as the refund bounced as the account was incorrect (I have submitted the details repeatedly). They make it increasingly difficult to contact them by using noreply addresses and claiming that any address I have used to contact them in the past is no longer a secure address. Revolting company.

Tried to contact Mytrip.com via FB, but they would not put me through to speak to anyone and their virtual assistant did not understand my problem. They have provided a six-letter reference code for my booking but Jeststar's system does not recognise it so I cannot confirm my booking.

Disgraceful lack of customer service

Disgraceful lack of customer service. They contact you via email addresses that they don't check (assuming this because they never responded). Contacting them is a mission in itself! My outgoing flight was rescheduled to a later time (I could have purchased this flight in the first place at a cheaper rate than the more convenient daytime flight I chose). I replied to the email several times as they wrote PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS IF THE NEW FLIGHT SCHEDULE DOES NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS. Not a single reply. 3 weeks passed. Got online chat started. They wanted to charge me $755 more for an earlier flight, same day. I could purchase a RETURN ticket (with a different carrier) to the same destination for that price! It's like a scam? Book them on the more expensive flight, move them to the cheaper night flight and keep the price difference. If they make a noise and want to change flights, charge them for a whole new flight and chuck in $160 rebooking fees to make the pain hurt more. Will never use this company again.

Horrible experience, please save yourself from some trouble and not book through this. I had an issue where the airline changed my flight times, the new time is not going to work for us so I contacted Mytrip to change the flight. They transferred me to 3 people and took my details but nothing back for few days. So I followed up with them, they said I have made no such request and keep telling me that I have to rebook the whole flight, which would cost me another $3.5k. We resorted to dealing with the airline directly to get my flight changed free of charge. This agent would have taken my money, airline change the flight for free and pocketed it all.

Please do not choose Mytrip.

On 15th April 2022, I purchased return flights from Hobart to Taipei under Mytrip to be flown on 17th Jun 2022 returning 29th Aug 2022. On May 13rd, my bookings got cancelled by the airline—Mytrip claimed. I rang Mytrip and was told that I could refund my tickets,but it needs a processing fee of $55 to get a refund or I can rebook a ticket by paying around $400. It is a 31.5% increase compared with my original expenses. However, on 16/05/2022, Mytrip sent another email saying that the airline does not provide a refund for me. I can only choose to rebook tickets or get a voucher. On the same day, I called Mytrip to confirm and seek assistance. They said it is the airline does not process the refund. I called the airline. Malaysia airline told me that I can seek a refund through my agent. After that, I tried to follow up but after no fewer than 30 calls, all of which got disconnected, I have been unable to reach them.

DO NOT get involved with MyTrip

This is by far the absolute worst experience I ever had with any TA. booked 2 tickets for the 23rd of Aug. had to change travel plans due to sickness of the other party. Called and asked if I could change the dates, which I was advised would cost me more the 50% of the original cost for the ticket. Subsequently I asked if I could cancel the ticket and what cost would be, which turned out to be a lot less costly. The TA confirmed with me that the cancellation would be the more affordable option and consequently proceeded to cancel. I received an email, confirming the cancellation incl. the cost involved for me (Airline fee and administration fee of MyTrip). I was advised that the refund might take a while! Three days later (one day after I was supposed to fly) I receive an email, advising me that unfortunately my ticket can't be cancelled according to the Airline. My response that it is Mytrip's responibility to check these infos BEFORE they advised me that I can cancel and even confirmed this via email, were totally ignored. Apparently I can't talk to a manager or a c omplaint's department. They agreed that they made a mistake but I have to bear the consequence. Unethical Company. +

Stay away from myTrip.com

Stay away from myTrip.com 2 Flight tickets purchased with 20kg of checked baggage per person. Upon checking in at airport, we were told that baggage was not included and that we would need to pay. I phone mytrip.com and spoke to a representative who advised I will transfer you to 'our baggage department' I was on hold for 50 minutes the call was not answered. The flight was closing and was therefore left with no option but to pay. Upon returning home the same day, I complained and was told 'we don't have a baggage department', I argued I know what I was told and has phone logs to prove the call was made. I was eventually sent an email with a form to claim a refund. It took mytrip.com 3 weeks to reply to the email advising that a mistake was made and that the fees incurred at the airport would be refunded. This was on 13 January 2023. I followed this up on 16 March and advised that I would have to wait, I advised that this was not good enough and advised that I would be taking this matter to the Airlines Ombudsman (Australia), if not escalated. It is now 17 March 2023 and still no refund, however this is the reply I received; "As already informed, your refund request have been escalated to the Payouts Team and will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis. It is your right to apply anywhere, you can do what you see fit." MyTrip.com if you are reading this review, simply refund my money and increase your customer service, it really it sub standard and completely unacceptable to wait nearly 3 months for a refund! I will never use your company and would never recommend it.

Smooth process. Except 2 issues. The flights kept showing as available, but when I went to purchase, they said not available. It took a few tries to get them. Also, they try to on sell seat selections and check-ins.

SCAMMER! AVOID THIS ONLINE AGENCY AT ALL COST! They never returned my hard earned money for my cancelled flight due to Covid. Cathay Pacific has confirmed they processed the refund but since I booked via this online agency, they have to course the refund via the agency. The actual trip booking part is like every other trip booking platform. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you DO NOT purchase travel visa through them. They charge a very high premium and usually when a you pay for travel visa (in my past experiences) all you do is take a photo of your passport and a selfish and they agent takes care of the rest, in this case however you are sent a link to SimpleVisa website and you're left to do everything on your own. They basically copy the visa off the country's site and have you do it all yourself. I could have done that on my own for 300% less money. Buy the tickets get your own visas and don't pay them more money for no reason

Another week goes by STILL NO REFUND. At least I have got the usual copy and paste response to my review this time. Why on eaeth would I use this scamming service ever again? Still least the response warms the cockles of my heart on an unseasonably cold April. All you had to do was give me the refund and I would have gone on my merry way but waiting almost 4 months now and still no closer to a resolution. I might have to start charging interest. 4 reviews, all bad, 2 responses all from the copy and paste right click. £170 out of pocket and by reading other views plenty more out there also out of pocket. Don't give up everyone, these scammers need to be brought to some kind of justice.

I booked a year ago for a flight to China with Qatar airways, I paid 150 euros to be able to choose normal seats and 79 euros to have a flexible ticket . The one flight from my destination to Doha got cancelled so the other flight from my destination had a long wait in Doha. Apparently the airline gave us 5 days to change the ticket and I missed that deadline because the email for the change of iterinary came from a different email address than their emai and it went straight to spam. When I decided to change the flight to the following day, they charged me 25 euros although the air fare was exact same class and the flights were exactly the same. No i the new reservation and they never told me that I have to pay extra 66 euros to choose a normal seat eg aisle or window . The airfare even now two months before the flight is 400 euros cheaper on the qatar website.I will never use them again. I can provide booking reference on request.

Customer Service was terrible!

The customer service is terrible. I spoke via chat to someone named Yen Doan and she outright ignored my questions/requests. Any time I asked for something to be clarified she would give me an answer to a question that wasn’t even asked. When I asked to speak to someone else she just ignored me completely. When I said I’d like to speak to someone else she responded by giving me the customer service email address which I could have easily got myself and then said I had 3 minutes to respond before she closed the chat when she took more than 5 minutes to respond to any of my questions which she completely ignored anyway!

The absolute worst service!! I booked a flight and there were delays and I missed my connecting flight. Now I have been on chat and call for over 20 hours with about 40 different agents that keep transferring me to another and I’m repeating myself over and over again with no one helping. over 90% of reviews can't be wrong. Booked flights and caught covid the day before. Mytrip told me to contact the airline. I did and got no response. Got in touch with mytrip again and they promised to get back. They never and I continued to contact them as my insurance company needed their no show invoice to pay me out. After no response the insurance company told me they were unable to proceed. My trip never ever got back and I lost all of my flight money. They did respond to my complaint here stating it was the airline I need to speak to. However, I just needed a no show invoice, nothing more nothing less. My trip were absolutely responsible to provide this as they took my money. Used them before but never again and advise people to 100% not use them. Check their ATOL and ABTA status

My flight was cancelled in April 2022. I kept on chasing them for 2 years now hoping that I could get my 900 GBP! and the customer service told me that I need to get the refund straight from the swiss airline! This site needs to be reported

Mysterious subscription

Purchased single use of fast track, apparently in t&c was written that with creating account I agree for a subscription for 3 months, which i cancel in 3 days if I don’t want. Month after i get charged £67, and then i get told because i made a subscription. Then I said i will use a subscription as I already paid, tried to book fast track again for another flight, then i was told i have to still pay- unsure now what i subscribed? 😀

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, My flight cancelled on 4th april and they didn't provide me any alternative at Eid Vacations peak time. And for refund it doesn't seems they're willing to give pathetic service dont use this and pathetic support

Crooks at work !

I booked family flights direct with Aegean Airlines and a relative booked the same flights with this company. The airline cancelled the return flight and refunded all our money. This company is offering 65% refund to my relative, as it is their policy to keep the rest. What a bunch of crooks. Trying to find where I can report them to some ombudsman as they are making more profit out of cancellations. Disgrace and I am sure, unlawful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

What a crappy service one of the worst…

What a crappy service one of the worst I have ever received from a third party. Once the flight is booked you can’t do anything nothing just pay direct with the airline STAY FAR away from this service as you can. I will never book with these guys again

Joke I booked flights to Brazil with one stop over, then airline add one more additional stop over with I Refused to accept, Mytrip offered me refund, and I received email do not replay saying ,, This is a no-reply email confirming your request has been received and added to our queue.” there is no any more email from them since 12 March. Is look like my booking is still alive and my request hasn’t been process. They have no customer service, I was on chat with 🤖 who keep saying dont worry, your request has been forwarded to relevant team and all what they do is just pushing problem away. I wish to read this opinion before … completely wasting of money Please avoid!

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE! My flight was cancelled by the airline who immediately contacted me about processing a refund. I understand that these things happen. However, it took over a month for Mytrip customer support to even acknowledge that the flight was cancelled despite myself and the airline contacting them multiple times. I sent evidence of the cancellation which was ignored for weeks. Every agent I spoke to said the same thing. Then I finally got an acknowledgement and an email explaining that my refund would be processed as soon as it is received from the airline. It should take up to 15 days before in my account. Another few weeks later after checking everyday and customer service are still saying that my refund hasn't been sent by the airline. I contacted the airline directly and they have sent proof that the refund has been processed. Mytrip are still saying that have not received the funds and to be patient, the money will come eventually... The refund has been processed but they won't return the payment to me still! I understand that things happen but their complete lack of competence, along with their refusal to acknowledge their failures with dealing with the issue is unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Scammers.. Purchased 2 x Security Fasttrack Tickets for 20eu's (Which never actually turned up !). Then got a 75eu charge a few days later. I had not read their T&C's closely enough, and had been automatically subscribed to their "Concierge" Service, 75 eu per quarter ! 3 was apparently a 3 day free trial, but if not cancelled then you get charged. They rely on people not noticing whats going on due to being on Holiday. Probably never send anyone the Fastrack Tickets, just use it as a way to lure people into the bigger 75eu Scam !

Horrible services

Horrible services, horrible customer service!! Avoid to pay for any complementary services they are promising to provide. For ex, I`ve paid for the possibility to choose the seats at the check-in, and they just stolen me, the seats were choosen randomly and the paid amount is non-refundable. So, for me they are some kind of theft. I`ve called the useless customer service, I was asking about my problem, and the guy was answering totally non-sense info.

Thank you for information After checking, we can see that you will have tax refund of 33.79 GBP but our service fee 34.00 GBP will deducted when you book through our website . In conclusion, your ticket is non-refundable If I were in your position, I would feel the same way in this situation, but we hope you understand Thank you terrible service

This company should be banned

This company should be banned. I need them to agree to a new time for a pre-booked flight (can't do it myself) and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. I don't even think they try. As a result I will have to buy a new ticket but after aghast I will sue them in the County Court. They are appalling! AVOID!!!!!

This service is ridiculous!!

This service is ridiculous!!! I was not given the option to add luggage and when requested money was taken but the luggage was not added. The representative kept saying give me 5mins to check but the 5mins never ended only to tell me they cannot help. The most simplest thing a passanger could ask for is adding a luggage allowance. In utter shock and disspaointment will never use or recommend the service

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I had 4 flights cancelled and despite being informed I was entitled to a full refund from the airline as I had booked via MyTrip their agent had to submit the refund request - I am still waiting months later and no refund. Their customer service is appauling and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs! I am taking legal action.

Zero refund from MyTrip

I booked a Cyprus Airlines flight through mytrip from Paris to Larnaca for 29th November 2023. On 22nd September Cyprus Airlines cancelled the flight. As of today 12th March 2024, mytrip have not yet refunded me claiming they are yet to receive their refund from Cyprus Airlines. Totally unacceptable. I don't think they have any intention of refunding. Avoid this company at all costs

Thief, crook! don't be fooled by their application which half-recovers the company's information and their Chat system or you are made to believe that everything will be arranged. Following a canceled flight, forced to go through their scam partner Airhelp, who takes 30% commission!!!!!

Useless, call centre workers are brilliant at saying sorry yet being unable to transfer you to a supervisor or anyone that is able to do anything. Flight got cancelled, waited over a week with false promises, avoid like the plague

I had booked trips from Manchester to…

I had booked trips from Manchester to Phuket on Turkish Airlines. Turkish airlines cancelled one leg of the trip. My trip corresponded with me very well and had fully processed my refund in fewer days than they had specified. Having read the reviews I was concerned. I am pleasantly surprised by their refund turnaround.

Do not use Mytrip if you’re going to…

Do not use Mytrip if you’re going to use a National ID card, they do not have an option for it. Passport only. I contacted customer service but even they seemed confused on how it works.
