No complaint ever

I’ve used cheeky trips a few times. I never add baggage or transfers so I always get the quoted price. The people complaining is adding extras like luggage and transfers. It’s based on 2 people so the price x2 is the minimum you need to pay. Always received airline tickets and booking confirmation. Couldn’t fault them at all will continue to book time and time again.

Majorca 4 day trip

Actually booked with them last week and are here now - admittedly was a bit more in the end then what they advertised! But here all inclusive and no limits on drinks around the pool either 👍 . Good communication from Cheakytrips , great resort and easy flights ! Will be going again

Advertised @£450, turned into £650

My partner saw a 5* holiday to Turkey all Inclusive for £225pp on cheeky trip. She live chatted to check the holiday was still available at that price, the answer was yes! I transferred the money over to her account so she could go ahead and book it. She was on the phone, a looooong loooong time, and dissapeared upstairs. After about 45mins I went upstairs and she was still on the phone to the agent. I could hear figures being mentioned. I said straight away if they are trying to charge a lot more say NO! She told me to go away, she continued in private to talk about deals etc. She is easily drawn into sales pitches and always has the fear of missing out. After about an hour she came downstairs saying it’s all booked. And eventually told me how much it cost. She said it was £650 total. It was £200 more than what was advertised but we had a cracking time there, food and drinks were fantasTic, hotel didn’t feel any where near the 5* advertised. But we’re not fussy. I always say if you can’t press a buy it now button the deal doesn’t exist! The telephone call always ends up adding money on!

An amazing sunny short break

We had an amazing short break to Marakech staying at the Labranda Targa Club Aquapark. A little child-free escape for me and my partner but as soon as we saw the lovely slides we wished we'd taken our children 🤣 The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a great choice of food. Marakech itself is such a unique and beautiful place to visit. We loved making use of the free hotel bus and taking a trio into the medina for exploring and shopping. We've been to this hotel twice and would recommend and definitely return. Hopefully cheeky trip have some more great deals in the future for this hotel.

Criminal, price keeps going up, we was told the we could upgrade to a better room as the staff might not have a bed and may be a shared bathroom - what a load of nonsense that is. To top it off when after asking if autherise payment they banged another £160

Do not use this firm the prices are rubbish

Absolute rubbish called re holiday in Torrevieja for some reason the price which should have been £1,100 suddenly went up to £1,550 when I queried this the very rude person on the phone told me I was getting a good deal. How can it be a good deal when you get charged an extra £500 for nothing. I stringently told him I did not want to go ahead informed my banks fraud department just in case they tried to take payment scam scam scam scam. I see on the reviews they send out the same blurb they are a comparison website etc etc etc

Easy communication

We have booked to go on our 1st holiday through this company & so far I can not fault it. It’s really simple to phone up & pay a deposit. We set up monthly payments they always rang before taking payment. On our last 1 we rang up & asked if we could pay a week later, that was no problem. We had all our confirmation sent over by email which we can print out if needed. We are all looking forward to our 1st trip & will look at booking again in the future ☺️

great deal on cheeky trip

We seen a great deal on cheeky trip, myself and partner, we contacted them, and got an amazing deal.we added our luggage and transfers, 4 star hotel, can't wait for it to come now, 6 wks away. The staff were excellent and helped keep our holiday as cheap and affordable as possible, i will definitely be using cheeky trip for our future holidays, and maybe again later in the year for another great deal. The person I spoke to kept asking for…

The person I spoke to kept asking for the bank details that my bank supplied NOT to be shared , he asked a few times then side we will send you details of your holiday ,still waiting 24 hours later so phoned and they said the e- mail was wrong this is after 15 mins of given the run around, the day we were supposed to fly still no detail ,phone again this time I asked fir them to be sent whilst I was speaking to them , finally arrived Was no sat with my partner The all inclusive hotel clean but very sparse ,meals pfft I have looked at my reply the only thing I can add is the full amount I willing paid was taken immediately but he still wanted the numbers my bank gave me . The meals were sparse but I can understand, there was not a lot of guest about 20 ,no options and has always we tipped the cleaners on our last day and put a tip in the box on the drinks counter but yet a gentleman pointed to another box to put a tip in

Called for a 200 pp holiday

Called for a 200 pp holiday Ended up over £1000 told him not to proceed. Said he had permission to charge my account even though I told him I was recording the phone call. Fraud and Scammers stay well clear. Had to call the fraud team at my bank.

Don’t waste your on Cheekytrip prices

Don’t waste your time with this website. The prices they advertise are far from the total price they ask for when you make contact by phone or live chat (ITS A CON).. Tonight I chatted with Michael.. he was cheeky & rude & the holiday I was checking ended up over £150 more expensive than I can purchase the same holiday elsewhere.

If I could give a minus 10 I would absolutely disgusting lying site...gives tgen 14!!!!! Reference numbers today and yesterday to be told all fully booked or error....absute joke to then get onto chat for 48hrs to constantly be told nothing available but this one is triple price plus no where near where I wanted...(bearing in mind I gave them enough choice) to then have a SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT ..on live chat say "di you want a holiday or not" AVOID AT ALL COSTS this site needs to be reported...trading standards here we come...screen shots of conversations will be sent to appropriate persons as its disgusting

Shame that I was quoted double the price that Cheeky Trip quoted on their website

I got really excited about booking a cheeky all inc break away for £207pp for next month, but as soon as I did the live chat and quoted the reference to the travel agent (not cheeky trip) the price doubled. When I queried it, they said the price is not live. I checked on cheeky trip and it said the price was correct as of an hour before… so it doubled in an hour? I understand what the travel agents do is out of cheeky trips hands, but it’s put me off trying to book through them now, as it just seems a waste of time looking, researching the hotel, checking dates are ok etc, for the travel agent to double the price anyway. Is that how it’s supposed to work?

Took our deposit for a 4 star hotel costa brava 3 rooms booked all inclusive then call back 30 minutes later to say the rooms were not booked and offered a 2 star alternative and told us we can not have deposit back.complete scammers do not go with this company.

Where do i even begin

Where do i even begin. Long story short. Booked a holiday through this company. I later found out that the actual travel company is Travelopedia. Initial booking over the phone went well. The holiday they were advertising looked amazing. What a disaster was awaiting us. The hotel advertised English speaking it was in fact 95 % Russian. No English speaking staff at reception and there was no reservation for us!!! they just shrugged their shoulders and said NO. We were in Turkey with nothing and they didn't even offer a glass of water NOTHING. I had to call my mother to try and find out what had happened. Long story short they managed to find the reservation which had not been processed. Rooms : disgusting and filthy Air con: Stank caused horrendous cough even after returning home Fridge : Broken replaced then broken replaced then broken didn't bother complaining again. Complex: 95% Russian Food: Russian Reception: Rude No English (as Advertised) Transfers: Non existent Taxi : Staff get their friends to pose as Taxi drivers which are not registered ours got stopped by police and we nearly missed our flight. Restaurants: one only and we got shunned and discriminated for being English women (as they stated themselves) The list goes on and on I'm absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. We got treated like dogs. I have written a complaint and have not received a reply. Never ever would I advise anyone to book on line. Go through a reputable travel firm.

Booked a holiday through cheekytrip in January for 5 adults and 4 children, one adult confined to a wheelchair, paid £2500 between both families, this was paid to travelopidia/ travel rainger, however COVID-19 hit during this time we emailed the hotel because we was told it wouldn’t be opening in 2020 and the hotel replied and confirmed it would not be opening,we informed the company that it was closed but travelopidia said it was open, so we didn’t want to pay the rest because the holiday was over for us and we would lose the £2500, after travelopidia bombarding me with emails demanding the outstanding Balance, so come July (we as going in august) they phoned me asking if we would like to move it to 2021 which we thought was great however during this time my son who is 19 and in a wheelchair decided he no longer wants to go travelopidia has put another £1000 on to the bill and refused to move my son off the booking they said we still need to pay for him even though he isn’t going, so our holiday now is over £6000,one week in Spain all inclusive in august for 8 people, if anyone has any advice please help us thanks

Totally horrific experience with this company, we agreed that the price online included everything as advertised, we were then put through to the booking team thar tried to add on another £120!! The woman on the phone was rude, arrogant, argumentative and raised her voice several times when we said we wanted to cancel. They then tried charging a £100 cancellation fee, which obviously we refused!! After 2, I presume fake manager conversations and getting back on the phone they miraculously said we wouldn’t have pay the cancellation fee after all!! These guys are complete con merchants , steer clear and do not touch them with a barge pole!! Total joke, can’t believe they are still trading, I’ll also be taking up my complaint with solicitors and trading standards!!

Avoid.... don’t throw your time, effort and money away

So I have booked a holiday only on Friday. Price went considerably up from what was advertised but carried on anyway and paid a deposit of £800. Today I received my hotel confirmation with the completely wrong guest information (family of 7) they put down as family of 4. Contacted the company, only to be put on hold for ages, then to be told I’d be called back within the next hour... never happened. I will be going to the bank tomorrow and reporting suspected fraud. Also they booked my flights with easy jet, they asked me if I had an account with easy jet, I said yes. ‘David’ then asked me for my easyJet password and said he needed it to book the flights... I gave it stupidly. Guess What.... no future flight showing for this holiday!

Don't go with cheeky trips as the company is a scam. Been told that they would sort out my ongoing issue but still not heard. Disgusting. Sunny break's which is a part of cheeky trips has the most appalling behaviour ever. Ignored, rude, arrogant and that's just a start. As seen by my review below, I've had a call from Mick or sometimes he calls himself John has told me that I'll only get my full refund back if I take down my review..... Where to begin... What an awful company to deal with. we initially booked our holiday back in February and paid a depositof £2500 for afamily trip to Dominican Republic, all seemed fine until end of March, the company insisted we pay the remaining balance and due to the Corona Virus issue we were reluctant and refused topay the remaining amount as we knew for a fact our holiday would be cancelled. Yet they insisted the holiday would definetely go ahead in May and were adament the Corona Virus would not be an issue. They are unwilling to provide us any feedback or responses to numberous of calls and emails to get our deposit back. We were due to fly with BA and they have refunded all compaies with the initial deposit. Travelopedia (Holiday Range, Travolie, CheekyTrip all the same company) have pocketed out deposit and are not refunding it back to us! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! You have been warned, do not trust as much as their prices seem appealing do not booK! You will never go on your dream holiday nor will you see your money back!! Scamming company!

Went to book with this company the price more than doubled and the person taking the call tried to hurry me with payment giving me the wrong airport reported and spoke to Anna Russel but she was not bothered neither all this website is about us getting your money !!!!! Beware of using Cheeky Trip !!!

I booked a holiday for myself my daughter and grand daughter , I rang several times advising we wouldn’t be able to leave the Country due to Covid-19 for our holiday And they insisted I would have to pay the balance knowing the flight would never leave the UK , I paid the balance as requested Then rang again asking for a refund Rudely cut off the phone numerous times Told a manager would call me he never did Then I had to wait for the official email Cancellation , two weeks before the holiday Still on lock down they advised by email I have several options !!!! Which are but two 1) credit note 2) re book I want a refund not to rebook as my grand daughter has a weak immune system I don’t want to risk it I understand my rights to a refund This company are not law abiding I advised them of this and was told in no uncertain terms they have a legal department , I wouldn’t book a holiday with this Company ever !!! Avoid the ambiguity of a 3rd party company.

Booked from a Facebook advert for 9th May 2020 as a Package holiday and paid in full via debit card the same day. The holiday has been cancelled this morning but we have to wait until after 31st January 2021 for a cash refund. No exceptions. Meanwhile the rest of our party booked on the same flight have already received their refunds from their travel operatives. I will never consider using Cheeky Trip nor Travelsoon for future travel.

Cheeky trip please stop using greendot holidays !!!!!!! I have been conned from start to finish !!!!! I booked a 3 night break to Morocco for 28th of March when they had my card details ready I was informed that I would have to pay more than agreed as the flights have just changed I wanted to cancel the whole thing and I was told I couldn’t as the hotel had already been booked so had to carry on . Due to the virus our holiday has been cancelled totally prepared for that .But to be told I’m only allowed £300 back when we payed £504 due to the hotel still being live is unacceptable I contacted the hotel who told me they were clearly shut so I have been lied too.I contacted them back so they could explain and they have given me some rubbish that they can’t give me a full refund as they don’t get the money back from the supplier ???? I’ve read their terms and conditions and clearly states we should be offered a refund and £25 per person compensation!!!! CMA, FCA and the police should look into this company

Completely shocking experience all round. the reviews on here are shockingly accurate. numerous experiences of price hikes, hard-selling, and shocking price advertising tactics. the original price quoted online went from 150 each to just shy of 250, and even then extra charges were tried to be added (admin fee, transport ect) only to be waived once we said no to the booking. My partner booked a trip for myself and 3 friends, when we called to add another person this was no issue, however, the booking was with a completely different company. Now both trips have been canceled due to the COVID-19. the first booking has been refunded ( well, it has been said to us that it will be refunded in 20 days back via the original payment method), but the second booking with the extra person will only be credited back to us as either a credit note or rebooking the holiday for a later date. what makes this worse is that the booking has to be with the same company holiday company, not just a cheeky trip. (update - the trip has not been refunded as it was a bespoke package holiday and as such is not covered under the same protection as a normal package holiday, no refund was received, we do however have a travel voucher in the post, yet to be received) Safe to say that there are numerous watchdogs and organizations out there that would be interested to hear bout this complaint and the numerous ones before this one was written. Seeing as I have the time, looks like I will raise the complaints with them

i was contacted by cheeky trips about the review i posted about green dot holidays the lady i spoke to listened to what i had to say was a lovely person and could not apolagise enough she said she would contact green dot holidays about my complaint as they have dealt with them for the last twelve years i was asked if i would consider giving them another chance to arrange another holiday i said i would give them the benefit of the doubt i was informed on friday that she would speak to there manager i said i was unavailable till saturday and that cheeky trips would get them to give me a call well what a suprise heard nothing please be aware of green dot holidays because my oponion is all they want is your dough i would not book a stay in a dog kennel with this company

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE I booked a holiday for three adults to go all inclusive 7 day holiday to Lanzarote. On Checkytrip site it was advertised from £375 pp. I contacted them and quoted the code shown the price quoted with return airport to hotel, went up to £1596. I was told this was the total price, nothing else to pay! Then I was put through to their flight reservation. Advised they have three available flight seat; then the price went up to £1868 I asked why, surcharge and admin an extra £272. If I paid this at the airport and hotel the total price would be over £2000. I wanted to cancel, I was told I would have to pay an admin/cancellation charge. I contacted my bank suspected fraud . I cancelled my card!

Anybody dealt with cheekytip.com holiday comparison site ? The prices look very keen but you cant book online so I guess its not 'live' and there will be extras-luggage taxes etc ?

Agree with all the above.

My daughter booked with them, she was effectively bullied and robbed!

Went on the web site, saw a good deal, but couldn't book online

Phoned up, price wasn't available, but there was an alternative, which was more expensive but not stupidly so, so she agreed and processed payment over the phone.

She had no correspondence chain to argue with later.

Got a phonecall from cheekytrip saying they had made a mistake and needed an extra £50

Then sent an e-mail 'Quotation' stating an extra extra £96 would also be deducted from the account.

Holiday could not be cancelled, or monies withheld without forfeiting everything paid to date.

Me, I would have walked away from the holiday and fought, but what does a 19 year old do? lose £322 or pay another £96?

Also, be aware that they fraudelently display ABTA affiliation, look closely, it says they are affilliated to 'at least 1 of the below companies'!!

I have contacted ABTA and trading standards but crooks are often professional crooks and you select a holiday through cheekytrip, book through HDC and pay 123travel, which is the crook ... obviously, all of them, but that's not easy to prove.

I will NEVER book a trip through these again. They told me a price over the phone which added up to a little more than shown online, once the transaction was made I had an invoice sent for £100 extra than discussed!

When dealing with their customer service, nobody could help me, they were rude and unproffessional and kept passing me through to other offices, which then didn't answer the phone!

I dealt with the bank to try and stop these transactions, which by this point I was told the money had already left me bank. Until a week before my holiday, when I thought everything was organised they tried to charge me again!!!

Waste of space, complete scam and a joke of a company. Do not waste your time.

I would NEVER book with this company again, after we arranged a price over the phone (which was more expensive than online) and I had paid for what I thought was my holiday, they sent an invoice with over £100 extra than agreed!

When I tried to contact the administrators, they didn't have a manager's name to give to me or anyone they could pass me onto! Joke!

I don't think that we will book with Cheeky Trips again.

I've never heard of Cheekytrip but in my experience the prices you see quoted on these sort of sites usually bear little resemblance to the price you'd actually end up paying when it's all costed out.

It’s a scam

We were looking at booking a week holiday in Bulgaria, the ‘senior supervisor’ Harry told us to call him after trying to book via the chat. He then continues to try and push taxis trains booked through him and told us a total price of £1000- DESPITE the website says £316 pp( booking for two people). He then says oh we can go down to £900. What a rip off !! Told him politely were leaving it and he try’s to push the sale. We hung up and he called us back twice immediately after telling him we’re not interested anymore. Had to block him !! At the first word on the call I sensed something was wrong, I feel if we booked we would’ve been scammed. Only during the call I’m looking at the website reviews which solidified my experience with this booking site cheeky trip. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO BOOK ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED And before the companies reply is ‘we’re a comparison website’ I know that I’m not stupid you need a serious investigation into your team and shut yourself down. Misleading and trying to steal extra money to this extreme should be a crime

Green nature resort & spa

Could not fault this hotel at all. Fantastic week away. Hotel, staff , absolutely amazing. 💯 recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody. I'm looking at coming back next year. Also the hair salon at the hotel is second to none my hair still looks and feels amazing.

Really poor customer service - wouldn't recommend

I called to discuss some last minute flights I wanted to book. I had advised the rep that I was quite flexible and happy to hear some quotes. He was very rude, told me off for speaking over him and told me to let him finish when I was telling him the flight time wasn't suitable. He then spoke over me when I was talking. He told me I was being indecisive - he was confusing me by telling me about one flight but then finding another and telling me about that and then blamed me. I told him I would call back later and he said "please do not call back". I am SO glad I didn't book with him.

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel Barli…

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel Barli a number of times. Yes it’s situated in a quite area, great for young Family’s. It is roughly 30 minutes walk to the New town for Great night life also some amazing shopping which doesn’t disappoint. In my opinion it’s the best of both worlds, lovely beach only 5 minutes walk, peace nd quiet during day.

Nothing bad to say

Nothing bad to say. They sorted out the travel . Transfer and everything. Kept in constant contact and always replied promptly. Obviously the prices go up when you add luggage etc but you still get a good deal with them . I was worried it might all fall apart as they don't have a website but I'd 100% ues them again as absolutely everything they sorted was perfect

Great for families

Great for families, constant entertainment for kids, food and drink available all day, rooms cleaned every day, plenty of sun loungers, 2 big pools, really good holiday, got back today and booking for next year already.

Booked then the holiday went up by £200 then the hotel was different from what was advertised when I questioned it he said it was the same hotel and if I wanted to cancel I would have to wait 14 days for a refund after the money went to through he tried to charge £24 each person but I refuse

Total scam. I called about a holiday I saw on the website last night and it had gone up by £500. They said it was because of a 'cut off time'. I tried again and have used their live chat to ask about a holiday that I can see on the website right now advertised for £1396....again they say that despite this being the live price they want £1998

Booked holiday today

Booked holiday today. Whilst we were put on hold and waiting for confirmation of payment we were then told that the airline cost had been increased to £101.00 each when the whole holiday should have only been £290.00 as advertised each at the time of ringing. I initially paid £215.00 for the hotel but was told that the airfares had increased whilst we were on the phone. I asked for my money back as I wasn’t prepared to pay the increase but was told I couldn’t have it back as the hotel had already been booked and it wasn’t their fault that the airline had increased their fare. I was furious as I feel they should have honoured the price on the ad. These people are an absolute con and should be reported. Never, ever use them. I am seeking legal advice and intend to do everything I can to expose them for what they are…con, con, con. Stay clear of these people.

This is the worst fraudulent company DO…

This is the worst fraudulent company DO NOT BOOK with them. So when we originally booked it was supposed to be 2 rooms as we have 3 children and 2 adults but Karan the advisor advised me the trims may be a distance apart so I didn’t want this and I said can he book a bigger room instead of 2… which I though would be a better room too so he confirmed okay I book you a better room double not standard as previously advised. I paid £3900 for this holiday which is expensive also beware of their hidden costs and when you say your not paying them they threaten you with with are keeping what you have already paid and cancelling your holiday.. yes your read right. So we came on our holiday on the 19th evening to find a standard room with 2 single beds how can all of us fit in this room and it was not a upgraded room anyway several occasions of calling them Making phone bills and being told the manager is not conveniently available we are still stuck in one room. The supervisor I spoke to was called Anthony who assured me I would get a call but I haven’t. I used to fly for virgin Atlantic I’ve been all around the world and been in the industry for many years please avoid this company at all costs.
