Complex needs dealt with fantastically

We phoned with a rather complex booking due to disabilities and a need to be in a specific area. None of the hotels appeared accessible online so we needed help. Luckily we got Coral. She contacted the hotel and made sure our room was accessible and a reasonable price. She walked us through the process and when she had to phone us back, did as she said and phoned. The whole transaction was smoothly done and we are looking forward to our trip

Eurostar voucher scam

I recently got a £100 'Eurostar and Inspire TravelCard' which I hoped to use to book Eurostar tickets. Upon calling (cause apparently that's the only way to book them), the travel rep gave me a quote at 20% mark-up compared to the official rate on the Eurostar website (more than £160 compared to £138)... The small letters do mention a 'booking fee', but 20% is just crazy. I ended up booking the tickets through the official website and will hopefully be able to use the voucher elsewhere to minimize my loss. Seems like a scam to me... Would suggest to avoid this company.

Seems like a scam…

I have a voucher through inspire travel to use which expires quite soon. On hold for over 30 minutes and when I got though the agent hung up on me... This happened on 2x occasions. Found some flights online that I wanted to purchase (easyjet) - the flights cost more via inspire even with my voucher than they cost going direct! Agent stated that they can't book direct with any airline, so it's always more expensive as they have too book via 3rd party. Asked about hotels - all hotels are terrible hotels as rested on trip advisor and ridiculously expensive. They only use specific hotels so nothing that's on booking. com/ expedia - and even those hotels are so much cheaper. Asked about potentially extending the expiry - stated it's not their company so they can't extend expiry dates! Honestly, seems like a scam.

Really would not recommend getting…

Really would not recommend getting vouchers for this company. The prices are a lot more than going direct with companies. Alton towers cost £430 for 1 room at splash landings hotel 2 adult 2 kids 2 nights this did not include any theme park tickets or tickets for the swimming. going direct through Alton Towers £375 for the same room. I looked at booking a Premier Inn room for another occasion and that was £200 on Inspire for 1 night, 2 adults 1 child yet direct on the Premier Inn website for the exact same it cost £130. I looked at a holiday abroad Inspire quoted over £9000 for a week in a villa, the same holiday direct on Jet2 was around £6000. I really would not waste your money on vouchers for this company as everything is so much more expensive.

"Good Morning America" got an early look at what to expect aboard the new vessel, which is set to make its maiden voyage in November 2025 from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

From a first-of-its-kind Pride Lands dining experience inspired by the unforgettable music of "The Lion King" to an exclusive confectionary inspired by "The Incredibles," the Disney Destiny takes a page from an array of legends and legacies.

Sharon Siskie, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Cruise Lines, said in a press release that "guests aboard our new ship will be surrounded by extraordinary storytelling paired with the signature service and family-fun adventures that are hallmarks of a Disney Cruise vacation."
