For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

Can I get a refund for my reservation if I have COVID-19?

We remind you that the fact of having contracted COVID (or any other disease) does not constitute a reason for reimbursement, in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale .

Can I get a refund for my reservation or postpone my reservation to a later date?

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

Are my luggage covered by an insurance?

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

The codes are sent to you by email and text message (SMS) when your booking is confirmed.

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

When can I collect my luggage?

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

The prices in the SNCF facilities are all the same in every train station: €7.50 for a medium locker and up to €9.50 for a big locker. Those are the prices for 24 hours and if you leave the luggage for more than 24 hours, then you will be charged €5 for any additional period of 24 hours .

As for the Disneyland Parks, the prices of the lockers are cheaper: €4 for accessories, €10 for a small one, €13 for a medium one and €15 for the biggest one .

Warning! You will not find left-luggage services offered by the SNCF in the following places: Saint-Lazare train station, Bercy train station and the Charle-de-Gaulle TGV 2 airport train station. You can only use private luggage storage.

I took an International plan (28 days from Jio). Within 2 days, it ran out and started selling me overpriced plans. I switched to Nomad and the on-boarding experience was smooth- it was over before I knew it. I traveled through Spsin and Portugal and never had any issues with bandwidth or lack of service. Highly recommended. The configuration I would use in future: Jio for inbound SMS ONLY. And Nomad for data especially Google Maps, WhatsApp for calls. I enjoyed everything about this place. The service, the food and the price. I had the stake sandwich and the beef vermicelli with hot sauce and a delicious plum sauce. Everything was prepared very well. You must check this place out!

Very great and flavorful food. We had the appetizer rolls 2 orders of them, the rice noodles chicken soup wich is very generous serving and ultimately the chicken fried rice; all absolutely scrumptious. And great service too.

Our luggage storage facilities are under video surveillance 24/7 and under alarm. A personal daily code for each locker is assigned to each client.

The disinfection of our luggage lockers is carried out several times a week by our cleaning teams.

A hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is available in each of our luggage storage rooms.

Simplicity comes through our online booking solution which allows you total autonomy to book and access your luggage storage.

Total freedom since you can access your luggage locker whenever you want between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Our hotline remains at your disposal from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week.

Are the lockers cleaned regularly?

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

How can I book my locker?

You can book your locker only via our website www.citylocker.paris .

Is there any delay to respect for booking?

You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.

Is my booking a 24 hours booking?

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

What are the prices?

The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

(rates subject to variation during exceptional events)

For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

What is the size of the locker?

The size is:

• Feet: 1.57 x 2 x 2.79
• Inches : 18 x 24 x 33.46
• Centimers : 48 x 61 x 85

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches).

Be sure to check the size of your luggage before booking. There will be no refund.

Is there a maximum weight?

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

Can I get a refund for my reservation if I have COVID-19?

We remind you that the fact of having contracted COVID (or any other disease) does not constitute a reason for reimbursement, in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale .

Can I get a refund for my reservation or postpone my reservation to a later date?

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

Are my luggage covered by an insurance?

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

When do I receive my code to enter city-locker and to open my locker?

The codes are sent to you by email and text message (SMS) when your booking is confirmed.

The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

When can I collect my luggage?

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.
