There wasn't much understanding from management. But the pay rate was helpful. Unfortunately, not enough hours. Not enough on hand work. A lot of driving to various work sites. A little unorganized but other than that it's ok working there. The hardest part of the job is making sure people pay attention to the traffic devices. A good place to work.
