Tom Cruise is “extremely confident” about his rumored newfound romance with new flame Elsina Khayrova, according to a report.

The “Top Gun” actor, 61, was first romantically linked to the Russian socialite, 36, last week after the pair cozied up at a party in London.

And it seems as though their rumored romance, which has reportedly been going on for “a while now,” is going from strength to strength.

“They’re very happy,” a source told Us Weekly . “And Tom’s extremely confident about it working out for the long term.”

“They’ve hung out at Tom’s favorite private members club and regularly enjoy afternoon tea and gourmet dinners out in London,” the insider went on.

“Tom’s become a popular figure in London among the well-heeled, elite types. What started as a basic friendship quickly turned into something more special.”

The insiders claimed the actor’s eldest children; Isabella, 30, and Connor, 28, are supportive of their dad’s love life despite the pair’s fairly new relations.

Isabella and Connor “think Elsina is great and are so happy to see that their dad has love in his life again,” the source adds. “He wanted to take his time and not rush into any relationships just for the sake of it.”

Page Six has reached out to Cruise’s reps for comment.

Earlier this week, Cruise spared no expense and rented out an entire floor of the swanky London restaurant Novikov for the pair.

The “Mission Impossible” star “seemed very loved up” and appeared to be “hanging on every word Elsina was saying,” an eyewitness  told the Sun.

“They seemed physically very close,” the source added, telling the outlet that the Russian socialite was “dressed to the nines in a sparkly dress and black fur coat.”

Cruise reportedly dropped over $600 on lobster, seafood, and sushi at the Russian-owned restaurant, pairing the meal with luxe mocktails.

The source noted that the “very generous” actor had tipped the staff over $100 before he and his date “slipped out the side door into a waiting getaway car.”

Cruise was previously married to actresses Mimi Rogers from 1987 to 1990, Nicole Kidman from 1990 to 2001 and Katie Holmes from 2006 to 2012.

Khayrova, for her part, filed for divorce from Russian oligarch Dmitry Tsetkov in 2022.

The exes, who separated in 2020, share two children.

She was previously seen in court in 2022 when ordered to pay [$147,036) that she owed to the company who installed fountains in her Surrey home

Cruise hasn’t “officially” been with anyone since his marriage to Katie Holmes ended in 2012, although there were rumors that he was dating Mission: Impossible co-star Hayley Atwell; those proved to be unfounded. Cruise has been world-famous since the 1980s, and in that time, he’s been linked to several different women. The interesting thing to note here, especially given Cruise’s desire for privacy, is that nearly all the women he’s dated are celebrities. Apparently, the Mission: Impossible actor likes to fraternize with other actors. Cruise’s latest girlfriend is literally his Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One co-star! However, before we jump ahead too quickly, let’s step back and begin at the very start.

Melissa Gilbert

Cruise’s relationship with Melissa Gilbert predates the name Cruise! Gilbert appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live in 2014, and she revealed that the actor was still going by his birth name when they first met. “I was maybe 16 or 17,” she recalled. “Actually, when I dated him, he was still Tom Mapother.”

Both Cruise and Gilbert were actors in 1981, but their situations could not have been more different. The former had just made his film debut in Endless Love (1981), and the latter was one of the cast members on the hit show Little House on the Prairie (1974-83). “He was like a struggling, starving actor, and I was working,” Gilbert added. “I actually bought him his first set of dishes.” They broke up within a few months.

Mimi Rogers

Cruise married actress Mimi Rogers in 1987. They were together for three years, and BBC News theorized that Rogers was actually the person who introduced Cruise to the Church of Scientology. Either way, their romance was not built to last. Rogers cited intimacy issues, and then there were discrepancies in their respective careers.

Rogers’ career ran parallel with Cruise’s. She also made her film debut in 1981 and earned critical praise for her performances in Gung Ho (1986), Someone to Watch Over Me , and Street Smart (both 1987), but Cruise’s megastardom led to her being overlooked in the media. “No matter what the article is, it’s ‘Tom Cruise‘s wife’,” Rogers told People . She received a $4 million settlement from the divorce.

Nicole Kidman

Cruise quickly rebounded from the Rogers marriage and started dating Nicole Kidman. The two had met during the making of Days of Thunder (1990) and were already two years into their marriage by the time they made Far and Away (1992). Cruise and Kidman were one of the premiere celebrity couples of the decade, and their third collaboration, Eyes Wide Shut (1999), drew attention for its scandalous depiction of a marriage on the rocks.

Eventually, the issues bled into real life. Cruise and Kidman divorced in 2001 and released a joint statement citing “difficulties inherent in divergent careers.” They remain co-parents to their adopted children, Isabella Jane and Connor Antony.

Penelope Cruz

Cruise likes to rebound quickly, and he did it again while making Vanilla Sky (2001). He started dating co-star Penelope Cruz, who played his love interest in the film, and despite their shared fame, they maintained a relatively low profile. They dated until 2004 when their amicable split was chalked up to scheduling conflicts and a general acceptance that things had run their course.

We wonder if you need a refresher on this one. Cruise went on The Oprah Winfrey Show to jump on the host’s couch and declare his love for Katie Holmes in one of the most cringe-inducing interviews ever. That being said, the couch jumping worked, and Cruise and Holmes were wed in 2005. They had a daughter named Suri the following year and remained steady tabloid fodder until their divorce in 2012.

Holmes told In Style that the attention of being married to Cruise was often overwhelming. “That time was intense,” she admitted. “It was a lot of attention, and I had a little child on top of it. We had some funny moments out and about in public.”

Hayley Atwell

Cruise’s love life has slowed down, but things picked up with Hayley Atwell during the making of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One . The Sun reports that Cruise and Atwell started dating in 2020, when Dead Reckoning Part One was going into production, and remained a couple until their split in May 2022.

While a reason for their official split was not given, Cruise and Atwell appear to be friendly with one another during the press junkets. Atwell even attended the premiere of Cruise’s film Top Gun: Maverick (2022) to show her support. Both are currently single.

Tom Cruise has all the millions at his disposal but even he can’t resist a good old-fashioned fun date at London ’s Winter Wonderland. 

The Mission: Impossible actor, 61, is said to be romancing Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova, 36, after eyewitnesses spotted them getting close on the dancefloor at a Mayfair party earlier this month. 

Since then, they’ve been spending more time together in the capital and opted to keep things simple with Tom whisking Elsina off for a fun evening at Christmas-themed fairground Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, where entry costs as little as £5.

‘With all their millions, Tom and Elsina can live the high life and never have to be near the public,’ an insider claimed. 

They added to The Sun : ‘But since they’ve been in London, they have been going out and about without anyone noticing them.

‘Last week they went on a secret date to Winter Wonderland so they could see the attractions. It is a really romantic spot for couples — and Tom and Elsina blended in perfectly.’ 

According to the source, Tom ensured they were able to go incognito and could be ‘whisked away’ without being detected, and luckily got the chance to take in all the attractions ‘just like everyone else.’ 

It certainly wouldn’t have been a boring date as Winter Wonderland offers all the festive fun and more, with attractions including an array of rollercoasters costing an average of £5, food and drink stalls, a Bavarian beer hall, ice bar and ice rink.

If Elsina was feeling a little peckish, traditional fish and chips will set Tom back around £14 while a warm cup of mulled wine costs £5.70.

However, the new couple haven’t shunned their wealthy lifestyle completely as Tom is said to have hired out an entire floor at swanky Mayfair restaurant Novikov so he could wine and dine Elsina in private last week. 

Elsina is certainly used to the high life as she is worth millions as the daughter of Russian MP Rinat Khayrov.

She was also married to multi-millionaire diamond and mining tycoon Dmitry Tsvetkov, who has since warned Tom of his ex-wife’s expensive taste . 

‘Irrespective of whoever she’s with, Tom Cruise or anybody else, they should be aware that she likes the finer things in life and has expensive and luxurious taste. Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open,’ the oligarch told the Daily Mail . 

Despite the warning, Dmitry insisted that he’s ‘happy’ for his former spouse and wanted to ‘wish her all the best.’ 

Elsina and Dmitry, 43, were married for 11 years and their tumultuous divorce hit headlines when it was reported that his former spouse was hiding assets including her expensive handbag collection. 

After a three-year legal battle, Elsina was awarded her clothes and handbags in the divorce settlement while Dmitry’s fortune reportedly plunged from £200million to £50m.

Tom Cruise and his girlfriend, Elsina Khayrova , have called it quits shortly after debuting their romance.

“They weren’t gelling and realized they weren’t romantically compatible,” a source exclusively reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly , on stands now.

According to the insider, Khayrova, 36, was the one to put an end to the their relationship. “There’s no bad blood between them,” the source tells Us . “They just had different ideas of what their relationship was going to be.”

The actor, 61, and the Russian socialite, 36, were first spotted cozying up to each other at a December 2023 party in London’s Grosvenor Square, though a source exclusively told Us  at the time that the pair had been dating for “a while.”

“They’re very happy,” the insider added. “And Tom’s extremely confident about it working out for the long term. … They’ve hung out at Tom’s favorite private members club and regularly enjoy afternoon tea and gourmet dinners out in London.”

The two met through mutual friends in the city’s social scene. “What started as a basic friendship quickly turned into something more special ,” the source said.

Cruise’s eldest children, Isabella, 31, and Connor, 29 — whom he shares with ex-wife Nicole Kidman — thought Khayrova was “great and [were] so happy to see that their dad [had] love in his life again,” the insider noted, revealing that Cruise was waiting to pursue a romance once he found the right person. “He wanted to take his time and not rush into any relationships just for the sake of it.”

As for Khayrova, she was “very supportive of Tom and his work” and knew that he had “a lot of demands and obligations” on his plate.

In February, a second source told Us that Cruise was “very relaxed and content” with Khayrova. “They’re both happy in London and settled with a well-heeled social circle, all of whom believe it’s a great match.”

Whether you love him for his work in notable blockbusters like "Top Gun" and "Mission Impossible" or are intrigued by his captivating persona, there is no arguing that Tom Cruise is a Hollywood icon. Over the years, the actor has equally become known for his accomplishments on film as he has for his controversial viewpoints and various romances. Cruise's on-screen chemistry with his "Risky Business" costar was not just for the cameras. Though De Mornay was in a relationship with actor Harry Dean Stanton, she and Cruise started an intense affair during the production of the 1983 film. The pair's "Risky Business" costar, Curtis Armstrong, revealed in his memoir, "Revenge of the Nerd," that the dynamic on set was awkward at points.

"I suspect that most of Harry Dean's great qualities were lost on Tom, who, I think, was beginning to regard him as a guest overstaying his welcome. It must have been a little galling to have your heart set on f*cking your costar, and just when you think you're starting to make headway, her significant other comes popping up out of a trap like a lanky, amiable Banquo's ghost," Armstrong said (via The Hollywood Reporter ).

De Mornay and Cruise continued to have a relationship until around 1985. In a 2018 interview with Celebrity Page , De Mornay opened up about her romance with the "Top Gun" star, telling the outlet, "I will say that I thought he was very annoying when we first started [filming] . . . He came to grow on me because we wound up together for two and a half years after that film."

Though short-lived, one of Cruise's most notable romances was with none other than music icon Cher. The two connected for the first time at the 1985 wedding of Madonna and Sean Penn, though they got to know one another better at a White House event, per People . "Then a bunch of people who were dyslexic were invited to the White House, and Tom and I are both dyslexic . . . there was definitely a connection," she explained to the outlet.

Though it is unknown exactly how long Cruise and Cher's rendezvous lasted, the "Believe" singer did tell Andy Cohen on " Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen " in 2013 that their romance "was pretty hot and heavy for a little minute," and that Cruise was easily in her top five list of lovers.

Mimi Rogers

Cruise met his first wife in 1986. The two have differing accounts of how they initially connected, with Rogers claiming that a mutual friend set them up, and Cruise alleging that Rogers was dating someone else when they met, per Parade . Regardless of how the pair crossed paths, their relationship took off pretty fast, and a year after they met, they tied the knot in a private ceremony in May 1987, according to The Daily Beast .

Rogers, a second-generation Scientologist, is likely one of the greatest influences that introduced Cruise to the controversial belief system that he has since adopted so passionately. Throughout their marriage, details of the relationship between Cruise and Rogers were constantly speculated, coinciding with the actor's growing fame following films like "Cocktail" and "Rain Man." The couple quietly split in 1989 and announced their split in January 1990, as reported by Entertainment Weekly .

Though Rogers and Cruise have an amicable relationship today, the two didn't always see eye to eye after their divorce. In a 1995 interview with People , Rogers spoke harshly about her marriage to Cruise, telling the outlet, "You cease to be an individual. . . . The divorce filing cited "difficulties inherent in divergent careers" as the cause for the relationship's end, per Entertainment Weekly , though many speculated the split to be partially attributed to the pair's differences in religious beliefs. "Scientology had NOTHING to do with this," Pat Kingsley, the couple's former representative, assured at the time.

Penélope Cruz

Cruise met Cruz on the set of "Vanilla Sky" in 2000, and the pair started dating in 2001, per People . While there was media speculation that the couple were expecting a child and had plans on tying the knot, nothing of the sort happened, and their relationship was mainly private.

By March 2004, Cruise and Cruz called it quits, with a source revealing to People, "The relationship just ran its course and they decided not to be girlfriend and boyfriend anymore. Through most of the relationship they were both shooting movies in separate parts of the world."

Nazanin Boniadi

Though Cruise's relationship with Boniadi was short-lived, it was later revealed to be under unusual circumstances. According to a 2012 Vanity Fair story, Boniadi was one of several actors that were misled by Scientologist leaders to audition for a "special project" which required a makeover, training, and confidentiality agreements. Allegedly, the project was actually a quest from leaders in the organization to find Cruise another girlfriend after his split from Kidman.

In 2004, Boniadi was chosen to be Cruise's girlfriend, and within a month, the couple were living together. The relationship came to an end, however, after a meeting with Cruise and the Church of Scientology leader David Miscavige. Per Business Insider , the event that ended their brief fling involved a misunderstanding between Boniadi and Miscavige. "Overcome by a severe headache, Nazanin had a hard time understanding Miscavige, which infuriated him. The next day, Cruise — inches from her face — pounded on the table and screamed at her for insulting the head of the church," said Alex Gibney in the HBO documentary "Going Clear."

"Two weeks later, church henchman Tommy Davis delivered the news to Boniadi that her relationship with Cruise was over," the documentary revealed.

Katie Holmes

Following his breakup from Boniadi, Cruise met Holmes in April 2005 and started dating the "Dawson's Creek" star that same month, according to The Hollywood Reporter . Just one month after their romance started, Cruise notoriously professed his love for Holmes in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in May 2005, which many still associate with the actor even years after it took place. In June 2005, Holmes converted from Catholicism to the Church of Scientology, and the pair got engaged that same month.

By October 2005, Holmes and Cruise announced that they were expecting their first child together, and on April 18, 2006, they welcomed their daughter, Suri, into the world, per Today . The pair, dubbed "TomKat," eventually tied the knot in November 2006 and went on to garner intense media attention throughout the duration of the marriage.

Despite appearing strong on the outside, the couple's relationship was dwindling behind the scenes. In June 2012, Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise, with her rep telling outlets at the time (via Us Weekly ), "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest." A rep for Cruise on the other hand issued a separate statement, which read, "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy."

Cruise met Atwell on the set of "Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One" in 2020. Though the pair have neither confirmed nor denied being in a relationship, there have been fierce rumors about a romance between the costars. According to The Sun , the two began dating shortly after meeting on set, but kept their relationship under wraps. From that point on, they had an on-again, off-again relationship, and ultimately called it quits in June 2022, with a source close to the two telling The Sun, "They get on really well, and have fantastic chemistry, which is why they decided to quietly give the relationship another try earlier this year. But what was working behind closed doors didn't work out so well when it was made public, and the fanfare around them as a couple exploded again . . . They have now decided they are better as friends."

Hayley Atwell Breaks Silence On Tom Cruise Dating Rumors During ‘Mission: Impossible’ Interview

Hayley Atwell revealed that Tom Cruise gave her advice on how to navigate the rumors that the 'Mission: Impossible 7' co-stars are dating.

Hayley Atwell , 41, finally addressed the rumors that she’s dating Tom Cruise , 61. After the two actors were romantically linked when they were filming  Mission: Impossible 7 in 2020, Hayley set the record straight about their relationship in a July 8 interview with The Independent . Hayley confirmed they aren’t dating and said that she looks at Tom as an “uncle”. “I would be like, ‘Ooh, there’s some weird rumors, and it feels base, it feels a little dirty, it feels grubby, it’s not what I’m about,'” she said in the interview. “Why are things being assumed or projected onto me about my relationship with my work colleague and boss?”

Hayley said that the rumors about her and Tom were “upsetting” to her because “it’s involving people in my actual life, my personal life, who have to be on the receiving end of that. It becomes invasive.” The  Captain America: The First Avenger  star also revealed that she got advice from Tom on how to handle the speculation about their connection . “When I’ve talked to him about it, he’d be like, ‘You know exactly who you are. You know what you’re about. And that is the only thing that matters. It doesn’t matter what people think of you, if you are in integrity with yourself, if you know what your value system is,’ ” she said.

Ahead of their movie’s July 12 theatrical release , Hayley praised Tom and pushed back against any of the criticism about the Oscar nominee. “I truly feel you could meet him and go, ‘He’s nice; he’s charming; he’s charismatic; he knows how to make people feel good about themselves. So that’s just a tactic for total manipulation, because he’s probably just an egocentric.’ Or whatever bulls*** people want to make up about people,” Hayley said. “But over time, you’re just watching him, going: he really works hard, he really cares, he’s really interested in people and wants to engage with them, and he believes in the power of cinema as much as he did when he was five years old.” Hayley also said that Tom made her feel “safe” on the set of Mission: Impossible 7 .

When Hayley and Tom were filming their action movie in 2020, it was rumored that they were dating , but they never confirmed the relationship themselves. In June 2022, news of their split was reported and Hayley started dating actor and music producer Ned Wolfgang Kelly . She got engaged to Ned in April 2023. Hayley and Tom had a friendly reunion at the Mission: Impossible 7  premiere in Dubai on June 26. Tom and Nicole met while working on Days of Thunder, which premiered in 1990, the year they tied the knot. They have also worked together on Far and Away , in 1992, and Eyes Wide Shut, in 1999.

Tom and Katie first started dating in 2005 – Katie was 27 and Tom 43 – the same year the actress called off her engagement from Sweet Magnolias actor Chris Klein . Seven weeks after they first met, they were engaged.

The two tied the knot in November of the same year with a Scientologist ceremony at Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, Italy. They had welcomed their first and only daughter, Suri, earlier that year, on the anniversary of their first date , April 18, 2006.

Tom Cruise Is ‘Very Relaxed and Content’ With Girlfriend Elsina Khayrova: They’re ‘Super Happy’

Tom Cruise is settling into his relationship with Elsina Khayrova while living in England, a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly .

“They’re both happy in London and settled with a well-heeled social circle, all of whom believe it’s a great match,” the insider says, noting that Cruise, 61, is “very relaxed and content with his life right now.”

Despite the couple’s 25-year age difference , Cruise and Khayrova, 36, have a lot in common.

“They can sit and talk for hours about world affairs, arts and culture, history [and] sports,” the source tells Us, revealing that as a history buff, Cruise likes learning about Khayrova’s background and Russian upbringing.

The Top Gun: Maverick star finds Khayrova’s “journey and heritage fascinating,” the insider says, adding that Cruise thinks she’s “incredibly intelligent.”

While Cruise and Khayrova are still getting to know each other, the source claims to Us that the actor’s friends wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually get hitched.

“Tom [has] never ruled out getting married again; it’s just that the circumstances haven’t been right,” the insider shares, explaining that for now, Cruise and Khayrova aren’t worrying about the future and “are super happy together.”

Cruise and Khayrova went public with their relationship during a party in London’s Grosvenor Square in December 2023. However, a source exclusively told Us at the time that the couple had been quietly dating for “a while” before stepping out together.

“They’ve hung out at Tom’s favorite private members club and regularly enjoy afternoon tea and gourmet dinners out in London,” the insider said of the pair’s budding romance, explaining that Cruise is “extremely confident about it working out for the long term.”

The pair met through mutual friends in London’s social scene, according to the source, who told Us , “What started as a basic friendship quickly turned into something more special.”

The relationship came after Khayrova split from her husband and Russian oligarch Dmitry Tsvetkov , with whom she shares two children, in 2020. She filed for divorce two years later and their messy legal battle has since been settled.

Cruise, meanwhile, has been married three times . Cruise’s first union with Mimi Rogers lasted from 1987 to 1990. He moved on with Nicole Kidman in December 1990. The pair, who share two adopted children, Isabella, 30, and Connor, 28 , called it quits in February 2001. Cruise also shares a daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes , whom he divorced in 2012.

Heather Locklear has revealed why she and Tom Cruise didn’t make it past the first date.

The 62-year-old actor, best known for playing Amanda Woodward in Melrose Place , shared the story about meeting Cruise in the 1980s during a panel at 90s Con in Florida on Saturday, September 14. Speaking to the crowd, she explained that she first introduced herself to the Top Gun star when they were at an audition.

“We both did an audition for the film together – the two of us – and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m terrible,’” she said according to People during the event, before quipping, “He’s even worse!”

Locklear claimed that Cruise’s behavior, at the time, made him seem younger than her even though they were around the same age. She also revealed that after the audition, she hung out with him and another future star.

“He was just like this little baby boy that I feel like I was a little bit older, and he ended up coming over to my house with Sean Penn,” she added. “And they were just nice, but he was very, ‘Yes ma’am’ to me, and I was like, ‘Okay, sir.’”

Locklear called herself a “rock and roll girl” back in the 1980s, which she thought was a style that didn’t fit with Cruise. However, she did share that after their first meeting, they went on their first and only date.

“He didn’t quite cut it,” she explained. “We went out dancing to Club Lingerie at that time and, and I’ve said this before, I mean, he was really cute.”

She also revealed that on the outing, one of his dance moves was from his hit movie, Risky Business . In the 1983 film, there’s a scene where Cruise’s character dances in his living room while only wearing socks and a shirt and slides down to his knees.

“He actually did that before [the movie], and I was dancing along like, ‘Do you stop dancing if they’re down there?’” she said. “I was like ‘Yay!’ But he was very nice to me.”

In 1986, Locklear tied the knot with musician Tommy Lee, before they separated in 1993. She married singer Richie Sambora in 1994 and they welcomed their daughter, Ava, in 1997. Locklear and Sambora officially divorced in 2007.

Locklear has since been engaged to her former high school sweetheart, Jack Heisser, who she reconnected with in 2016. The pair got engaged in 2020; however, the actor has previously expressed that she’s not in a rush to tie the knot.

“I’m like, ‘You’re my man for the rest of my life, whether we get married or not,’” she told People in 2021. “His daughter goes, ‘When are you guys getting married?’ And I’m like, ‘Can we just get through the movie? Can we just get through the pandemic? Can we just get through [all of that]?’”

She added: “[A wedding] is so not important. We’re together, and we love each other and support each other. And really that’s all that matters.”
