Know the Closest Regional Airport to Your Destination

Before COVID struct i made a booking to Malaysia with MAS. Now that COVID rules have relaxed, I amended my ticket but when doing so, realised an error on my booking. For the last few months I've been trying to get in it sorted with MAS but with no success. I contacted Harry in the morning and by the afternoon he had resolved the issues that has taken me months to resolve. Without Harry assisting me I feel that my trip to Malaysia wouldn't be possible. He's a lifesaver and I would highly recommend using him for all travel needs.

When tickets had begun to get more and more expensive, I found some with Sky Jet, several hundred dollars cheaper than others (partly because of flying a different route through Europe; and leaving and returning to different NY airports -- but that was fine for us!)... They were such a good deal actually, that I wondered whether they were fake...... BUT, they weren't! Very happy...........

At first, I was a little unsure after reading some of the reviews - but I think it's important to understand that SkyJet is a booking agent and so the details and therefore prices can change depending on the package you need. In fact, this is what happened to my booking - but Harry called me straight away to explain and my card was not charged. I had to leave a review because I booked online on a Saturday outside the companies working hours and then read reviews on this website that made me panic for the next 2 days whilst awaiting confirmation of my booking I had nothing to worry about!! I rang on Monday afternoon to double check everything was ok, I got through to Nick who went back and forth between myself and the airline to make sure I got the best possible outcome as the flight I originally booked was now more money due to the airline overbooking. Nick actually managed to get me an extra day added onto my trip because of this and at no extra cost. Absolute pleasure to be dealing with Nick and this company, he went above and beyond. I should have never worried Thank you Nick, I will definitely be using your services again I cannot understand the bad reviews, the company never take money, they simply hold the money in limbo awaiting everything to go through correctly.

Definitely Not recommended for Flights

Definitely Not recommended for flights! SkyJet simply hold your payment and then try to book your flights. Two days after we booked online, I received a call saying the flights had increased in price and my booking was cancelled. Choose a different company or book directly with airline.

Unfortunately orders fail when airline segments are Unavailable. After authorisation, your transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorisation the funds will still be reserved by your bank on your account. Although they have not been debited from your account they will appear to have been taken. How long does this last? After authorisation has been placed on your account the reserve on UK debit cards can last up to 72 hours and on international debit cards and all credit & charge cards it can last up to 7 working days before it is lifted. This is not controlled by us, and we cannot remove this from your account. If you would like to get the reserve lifted you will need to speak directly with your bank. They will be able to help with removing the reserve and making the funds available to you.

Please be wary of this company. I have had a very negative experience with them. Their method of business is unethical and probably illegal. I booked and paid for a flight with them to Australia. I then got a call saying I should actually go on another flight, different airline for an additional £98. I said no I want to go with the airline I had choosen. I was then informed then that I had to pay an additional £250+. Please do not use this agency they will rort you if they can.
