Regan Gascoigne and Karina Manta won the most recent series, after reaching the final against Brendan Cole and Vanessa Bauer, Kimberly Wyatt and Matt Hanretty.
Who is taking part in Dancing On Ice 2023?
Former EastEnders star and DJ Patsy Palmer was the first celebrity to be revealed as part of the 2023 line-up. The 50-year-old actress, best known for her role as Bianca Jackson in the BBC soap, was unveiled for the forthcoming series during an episode of This Morning .
Sharing her motivation for signing up, she told the ITV programme: "I wanted to challenge myself and get back to work, get out of my comfort zone. And I just thought 'I'll just go for it', it seems like a lot of fun."
Joining Palmer on the ice will be former footballer John Fashanu, who said: "I'm so excited to be a part of Dancing On Ice. I don't think it'll come as a surprise to people that I'm very competitive - I am definitely in it to win it. And this may be one of the scariest things I've ever signed up for but I couldn't be more ready for the challenge."
The 60-year-old was part of the Wimbledon team that won the FA Cup final against Liverpool in 1988 and went on to co-host Gladiators after leaving football professionally.
After only entering the limelight earlier this year as the winner of ITV's hit dating show Love Island , Ekin-Su Culculoglu was the third celebrity contestant confirmed for Dancing On Ice. The 28-year-old Turkish actress, from Essex, won the eighth series of the programme alongside Italian business owner Davide Sanclimenti in the summer.
In a video revealing her participation, the TV star said: "I can't wait to get myself on the ice and skate. Stay tuned, and see you on the ice."
Olympic bronze medal-winning gymnast Nile Wilson announced the news on his YouTube channel. The 26-year-old said: "I'm so excited to get into that routine and to feel like an athlete again."
Wilson won an Olympic bronze medal in the men's horizontal bar at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and, following a successful career, in 2021 he announced his retirement from gymnastics due to injuries.
The Coronation Street actress, known for her role as Nina Lucas in the ITV soap, said she will be asking her co-stars who have previously competed on the show for "all the tips" she can get.
After the news was confirmed on Lorraine , Gallagher said: "I'm really excited. I've not really felt nervous, yet strangely being here today I am now feeling it a little bit."
She joins the ranks of fellow Coronation Street stars who have taken to the ice rink over the years including Samia Longchambon, Jane Danson and Sally Dynevor, who took part earlier this year.
The reality TV personality, who rose to fame as part of The Only Way Is Essex , told ITV's This Morning: "I would love to win. I'm going to put all my energy into this. This stage in my life, I'm so ready for this."
Since stepping away from TOWIE in 2013, the 32-year-old has been a feature on many other reality TV shows, including I'm A Celeb Get Me Out Of Here!, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Celebrity MasterChef and Celebs Go Dating.
He also fronted two of his own shows, Educating Joey Essex, which was narrated by This Morning star Phillip Schofield and saw him interview political heavyweights, and Joey Essex: Grief And Me, a BBC documentary about him losing his mother at a young age.
The winner of the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK said being on the ITV show marks a "huge step forward for queer representation on TV". The drag artist, real name James Lee Williams, is also known for competing this year on an all-winners season of the RuPaul franchise in the US as the only contestant from the UK and starring in BBC Three show The Vivienne Takes On Hollywood in 2020.
The 30-year-old said: "I'm beyond excited to announce that I will be competing in Dancing On Ice in 2023! This is honestly a dream come true and I can't wait to start training on the ice."
Comedian Darren Harriott said he has "giant feet" and "can't skate". He said he is not very graceful and that his family have already made bets about whether he will fall during the first episode.
The 40-year-old, who starred in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks , was the ninth contestant announced for the ITV show.
The actress played Steph Cunningham in Hollyoaks between 2000 and 2011. More recently she played the role of Harriet Shelton in the BBC soap opera Doctors.
She has also starred in a variety of West End shows, including playing Elle Woods in Legally Blonde The Musical and Fantine in Les Miserables.
The former Liberty X star told Lorraine: "I'm so excited - I can't believe it. Me and the kids are such huge fans of the show in general."
Heaton was a member of the pop group, alongside original members Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm, Jessica Taylor and Kelli Young, that formed on 2001 ITV talent show Popstars.
She was also a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother in 2009 and a judge and mentor on the Irish music competition series You're A Star in the show's sixth and last series in 2007-2008.
The Wanted star was the 11th and final celebrity confirmed for the 2023 series.
The Dublin-born singer told Good Morning Britain he had been inspired to sign up for the programme by the actions of his late bandmate Tom Parker, who died in March aged 33 after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
"He taught me so much about life," said Kaneswaran. "He taught me to live life to the fullest and not be afraid. It is one of the reasons why I am doing this show."
When does Dancing On Ice 2023 start?
Next year, Dancing On Ice return for its fifteenth series. While a start date has yet to be confirmed, the dancing competition usually begins in the middle of January.
Season 14 started on January 14, 2022, so a start date of January 15 seems likely for 2023. The celebrities usually take to the ice every Sunday, at around 6pm.

Who is on Dancing on Ice 2023?
The following celebrities have been confirmed to be on Dancing on Ice 2023;
The Wanted singer Siva Kaneswaran is the final celebrity confirmed for Dancing on Ice. Siva appeared on Good Morning Britain for the announcement, to which he joked, "Can I change my mind?"
Before revealing he was doing it in memory of former bandmate Tom Parker , who died aged 33 following a brain tumour battle .
Siva said, "That's one of the gifts that he has given me." as they recalled his positivity.
"I’m very excited. I’m trying to be positive and not be in a fearful mindset. I’m looking forward to meeting all the cast. I want to learn how to skate and make my family proud of me and put on a show for everyone to see and hopefully not make a fool of myself," Siva added.
The 10th celebrity confirmed for Dancing on Ice is Michelle Heaton . The TV personality and former Liberty X star, 43, was revealed as the latest celebrity during ITV’s Lorraine. Michelle told host Lorraine Kelly , “I’m so excited – I can’t believe it. Me and the kids are such huge fans of the show in general.
“I’ve always wanted to do it but I know I would never have been able to complete anything because of the way I was 18 months ago, so I’m really truly grateful that I’ve got it this year when I’m a lot stronger.”
Michelle revealed last year that she had been struggling with alcohol and drug addiction and that going to rehab saved her life.
Hollyoaks star Carley Stenson is confirmed as a contestant on Dancing on Ice. Now a West End star, she started out her acting career playing Steph Cunningham on the Channel 4 soap aged just 17. Speaking about her latest role the actress, 36, said, "I'm so excited that I get to learn how to dance...on ice! I'm terrified but can’t wait - I just want to make the most of this whole experience."
Since her soap-star days, Carley has starred in Princess Fiona in Shrek: The Musical, Fantine in Les Miserables and Elle Wood in Legally Blonde: The Musical.
In April 2021, she joined the cast of Doctors before leaving in September that year.
Comedian Darren Harriott is the next celebrity confirmed for Dancing on Ice. Revealing the news exclusively to Trisha Goddard on Talk TV, Darren said, “I’ve got giant feet, I don't skate and I can't dance! My family has already made bets - they’re making bets that I’ll fall on the first episode!”

Joey was initially due to take part in Dancing on Ice back in 2013 but he was turned down by producers for 'messing around' in rehearsal.
"When I came out of the jungle in 2013, we met with producers, I went on the ice but I was a little bit immature and was messing around and it wasn't right for me and the producers knew too but at this time of my life I'm ready," he confessed.
'I used to go to foam parties in a dancing rink, I'm not the best skater. I did it maybe when I was 11 or 12 but nothing proper. It's scary, it's a competition, I've done The Jump which is similar sort of... well I won it but I don't know how."

ITV has been building up excitement for the next series of Dancing on Ice with the announcement of the star-studded line-up .
The upcoming series of the hit dancing competition, which sees celebs take to the ice each week with the help of Olympic figure skating champions, is due to kick off in January 2023.
2022's series saw dancer Regan Gascoigne and his professional partner Karina Manta crowned the champions, and this year's line-up includes soap stars and former footballers who will be looking to take home the trophy.
Here's everything you need to know about the 15th series of the show, including who is in the line-up, how to watch it, when the potential start date is, and who will be judging the series.
When does Dancing on Ice 2023 start?
The next series of Dancing on Ice will kick off in early 2023, however no official start date has been confirmed yet.
The competition usually begins in the middle of January, with last year's series starting on January 16.
Given that the show airs on a Sunday it's likely that this year it could start on January 15 instead.
Providing there's no interruptions to the regular TV schedule, Dancing on Ice usually airs on ITV every Sunday at 6pm and the series should last around 10 weeks.
If there are any changes to the TV schedule, viewers will be made aware of this beforehand.
Who is in the line-up for Dancing on Ice 2023?
Although it'll be a few more months until Dancing on Ice kicks off, the celebrity line-up has already been decided and ITV has started to announce 2023's contestants.
The first Dancing on Ice 2023 contestant to be announced was Patsy Palmer , with the news being revealed on ITV's This Morning .
The 50-year-old actress is best-known for her role as Bianca Jackson in EastEnders but is now a DJ and the founder of Good & Proper Hair.
As the news was announced, she told Phil Schofield and Holly Willoughby: "I just can't believe I'm the first one, thanks for that."
The next 2023 Dancing on Ice contestant to be announced was John Fashanu .
Speaking about signing up for the new series, the football legend said: "I'm so excited to be a part of Dancing on Ice. I don't think it'll come as a surprise to people that I'm very competitive - I am definitely in it to win it.
"And this may be one of the scariest things I've ever signed up for but I couldn't be more ready for the challenge!"
It was then revealed that this year's Love Island champion, Ekin-Su Culculoglu , had also signed up for the 2023 series of Dancing on Ice.
The 28-year-old Turkish actress won the series alongside Davide Sanclimenti and the couple have seen huge success since coming out of the villa, including the confirmation of an ITV travel series.
In a video announcing her Dancing on Ice news she said: “I can’t wait to get myself on the ice and skate. Stay tuned, and see you on the ice.”
Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson was the fourth contestant to be announced for the 2023 series and is planning to stand out.
Confirming the news on his YouTube channel, he said: "I'm going to be on ITV's Dancing on Ice! This is a really cool thing. I've certainly not done much ice-skating but I am so excited for the opportunity.
"I’m so excited to get into that routine and to feel like an athlete again. My biggest goal on the show is to do something that no-one has ever done before!"
Coronation Street's Mollie Gallagher was the fifth star confirmed for the dancing competition.
The announcement was made on ITV 's Lorraine and host Lorraine Kelly was joined in the studio by the actress, who plays Nina on the ITV soap.
She said: "I'm really excited. I've not really felt nervous yet, but being here today, now I'm feeling it. Back in the day, I've skated at Christmas markets but before the try out for Dancing on Ice, I went on the ice."
RuPaul's Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne is also part of the line-up.
Revealing the news on social media, The Vivienne said: “I'm beyond excited to announce that I will be competing in Dancing on Ice in 2023! This is honestly a dream come true and I can't wait to start training on the ice.
"To be the first drag artist to take part in one of the big UK reality competition shows is truly an honour. I think it's a big step forward for queer representation on TV.”
This Morning announced the one and only Joey Essex as part of next year's line-up.
He told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary: "I'm so happy, I'm so excited. It's more serious to what I normally do, I've done all the dating shows in the world. This is a bit more serious for me."
Love Island Aftersun presenter Darren Harriott became the latest star to join the Dancing On Ice line-up.
Appearing on Trisha Goddard's TalkTV show , Darren said: "I’ve got giant feet, I don't skate and I can't dance!
"My family has already made bets - they’re making bets that I’ll fall on the first episode!”
Who is hosting Dancing on Ice 2023?
Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield will be returning as hosts for the 2023 series of Dancing on Ice.
The hosting duo first joined the show together back in 2006.
Philip has presented the show ever since, with the exception of the three years that the series was off air from 2015 to 2017.
Holly presented Dancing on Ice alongside Phil for the first five years, but was then replaced by Christine Lampard between 2012 and 2015.
However, she returned as host in 2018 when the show came back on air.
Holly also missed out on hosting some of last year's series of the dancing competition due to testing positive for Covid-19 .
Who is judging Dancing on Ice 2023?
Jane Torvill, Christopher Dean, Oti Mabuse and Ashley Banjo will all be returning to the judging panel for Dancing on Ice 2023.
Torvill and Dean will be returning to their roles as lead judges.
The couple rose to fame after winning the gold medal at the 1984 Olympics, making history as the highest-scoring figure skaters of all time with their 12 perfect 6.0 scores, and are renowned for the iconic Bolero routine that saw them take home the medal.
They first joined the judging panel back in 2006 and have been recreating a version of their Bolero for every final of the Dancing on Ice series since.
Ashely Banjo, who is known as the creator of the dance troupe Diversity, began judging on the show in 2018.
Last year Oti Mabuse, who is best-known for her former role as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing , joined the judging panel as a brand new face after John Barrowman stepped down from the role .

Former EastEnders actor Patsy Palmer, who currently lives in Malibu, California, with her partner and three children, has joined the show for a special reason. “The pact I made to myself when I turned 50, which I did this year, is that I have to do things to challenge myself for the next couple of years,” Palmer said on ITV’s This Morning , adding that she loves ice skating, but isn’t necessarily good at it. Stay tuned, and see you on the ice.” The reality TV star later posted an inspirational Instagram message, telling her followers: “Dream big, stay positive, work hard, and enjoy the journey.” Since winning Love Island with her partner Davide Sanclimenti , the 28-year-old has experienced major career highs. Ekin-Su and David starred in their own ITV2 travel show, Ekin-Su & Davide: Homecomings , in which the pair visited each other’s hometowns in Italy and Turkey. Drag Race UK champion The Vivienne will also be sashaying her way into next year’s competition. Writing on Instagram ahead of her time on the rink, the Liverpudlian said: “This is honestly a dream come true and I can't wait to start training on the ice. Best known as one-fifth of the early noughties pop group Liberty X, singer Michelle Heaton is swapping the stage for the ice — and she is “so excited” to get started. Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine , Heaton revealed that she and her family are “huge fans” of the show. “I’ve always wanted to do it but I know I would never have been able to complete anything because of the way I was 18 months ago , so I’m really truly grateful that I’ve got it this year when I’m a lot stronger.” Follow the “Just a Little” hitmaker on Instagram, here: @wonderwomanshel .
Actor and West End star Carley Stenson is recognised for her on-stage performances in productions such as Legally Blonde: The Musical and Les Misérables. I just want to make the most of this whole experience.” Keep up to date with Stenson on Instagram, here: @carleystenson1 .

“I’m looking forward to meeting all the cast. I want to learn how to skate and make my family proud of me and put on a show for everyone to see and hopefully not make a fool of myself!”
Siva’s professional skate partner Klabera Komini is taking part in the show for the second time. In 2021, she finished third with Olympian Colin Jackson.
Celebrity: Michelle Heaton Professional: Łukasz Różycki
Michelle Heaton found fame as part of pop group Liberty X, which was formed from the 2001 TV talent show Popstars . The band had seven top 10 UK singles, including number-one hit “Thinking it Over”.
The mother-of-two said: “I’m so excited – I can’t believe it. Me and the kids are such huge fans of the show in general. I’ve always wanted to do it but I know I would never have been able to complete anything because of the way I was 18 months ago, so I’m really truly grateful that I’ve got it this year when I’m a lot stronger.”

“I’m really excited,” she said. “I’ve not really felt nervous yet, strangely. But being here today, I am now feeling it a little bit!”
Mollie’s professional partner Sylvain Longchambon is returning to Dancing On Ice after a three-year absence, but may already be a familiar face to her as he is the husband of her Corrie co-star Samia Longchambon. Sylvain and Samia were partners on the 2013 series, had a son, Yves, in 2015 and married in 2016.
Celebrity: Joey Essex Professional: Vanessa Bauer
