Does somebody have a valid email address for customer service? I tried custome[email protected] and it got bounced back as invalid.

I don't have a eMail address for customer service since I contacted them only via phone 3-times, never by eMail. On MSC USA website is a "CONTACT US" form which can be filled out and submitted through the website. Link: https://www.msccruisesusa.com/en-us/Contact/Contact-Us.aspx
