Oasis Is Brisbane’s Three-Level Luxury Floating Venue

Prepare to hit the water, Brisbane has officially got itself a $10 million entertainment cruising boat, filled with fun, food and fantastic live entertainment, OASIS. Even better, the boat is specifically designed for the Brisbane River, and is making its permanent home right here in Brisbane. It doesn’t get much better than stepping on a luxurious, Italian-inspired river vessel filled with bangers and booze. 

The luxe floating venue features three stunning levels, which are each individually designed to provide guests with three different experiences on board. OASIS offers its masterful hospitality and entertainment during the day and at night—with brand new Friday night cruises now on offer just in time for summer—so you can choose what time suits you best to get sailing. Designer Alex Zabotto-Bentley has curated the perfect colour scheme to transport guests to must-see Italian destinations—if you were as obsessed with the second season of The White Lotus as the rest of the world, you will feel as though you’re stepping right onto the Sicilian set.

Each level is stocked with a full bar, separate sound system and a combination of VIP tables, as well as plenty of sitting and standing options at tables or the bar. The lower deck offers a luxe, intimate dining and drinking experience with its dark hues and rich copper, while the middle deck is the perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail with a poppy, yellow roof and a complementing orange and brown colour scheme. Finally, if you want to be transported to a European summer, the top deck is the place to be with its hints of mint green, tropical plants and playful pink hues. 

OASIS can welcome aboard up to 500 guests across all three levels who will get to immerse themselves in the fun and vibrant entertainment on offer. Music lovers are in for a real treat with a rotation of local DJs and artists every week, including some huge international names. 

OASIS sets sail every Saturday and Sunday plus one Friday evening a month and you can grab tickets here for as little as $45pp. So, if you want to spend a day or night cruising the high seas and sipping cocktails, swim, don’t walk and get in quick.

Catering to 500 guests, Brisbane's new $10-million party boat will get sailing by day and night soundtracked by DJs.

Ever since the days of The Island, Brisbanites have been ditching dry land for partying on the Brisbane River. Sailing where Seadeck , Yot Club and GoBoat's picnic boats have also gone, Oasis is the River City's about-to-open latest floating venue — a 500-person, 35-metre-long, three-level bar on a steel-hull catamaran that'll host DJ-soundtracked shindigs by both day and night when it launches in mid-April.

It isn't hard to find something to do near, around, in or on the Old Brown Snake , but this one involves hopping aboard a$10-million vessel at the City Botanic Gardens River Hub. And, it's sticking around permanently, rather than cruising in and out seasonally. Oasis was also custom-designed for Brisbane's windy waterway, with Alex Zabotto-Bentley — who also did the honours for Seadeck and Sydney's Glass Island — taking care of the hues, fixtures and fittings.

The aim: to immerse partygoers in a Sicily and Capri vibe. Thanks to The White Lotus ' second season , nodding to Italian islands is quite the vibe right now.

When it takes to the water from Saturday, April 22, Oasis will let its passengers rove over three levels all decked out in their own way, providing different experiences on each. Each comes with its own bar, sound system, standing areas, and seating including VIP tables; however, the lower floor is going with copper, dark tones and a pressed tin ceiling, and the middle deck with greenery and wood aplenty. Up on top, pink and white stripes are a feature, alongside tropical plants.

The vessel will make its maiden voyage with a literally cruisy afternoon session featuring Faint One, Anna Sonnenburg, Apollo, Fig Jam, Geordie and Darren Sommerville on the on-deck decks, then celebrate its launch in a big way the next week with Torren Foot, Airwolf Paradise, Paluma, Kessin and De Saint on Saturday, April 29.

The lineup of DJs and artists will rotate weekly, and Oasis will also serve up sips and bites to eat. And, if you want to book the whole place out for your own soirée, that's available Monday–Friday.

"Brisbane is famous for its energised spirit, its youthful vitality, its vibrant love of the outdoors and its love of celebration, and Oasis has been designed to amplify this," said Oasis founder Dave Auld.

"As we look forward to the Olympics in 2032 , Brisbane will become one of the hottest cities in the world, and the Brisbane River one of the hottest pieces of real estate — and that's where Oasis calls home!"

OASIS, a new party vessel from the Seadeck crew, will soon call the Brisbane River home

We might be biased, but we think the Brisbane River is one of the most picturesque waterways in Australia – why don’t we take better advantage of it? That’s the exact kind of thinking behind OASIS, a new entertainment vessel setting sail next month. This floating three-level party spot will boast VIP tables, a number of cocktail-slinging bars and a rotating roster of local and internationally renowned DJs. It’ll be cruising up and down the river day and night from late April – take a peek at the ultra-cool vessel before it takes the water …

Boats are a common sight on the Brisbane River, from tinnies and yachts, to the odd party vessel cutting hot laps up and back along our iconic estuary’s most prominent reaches. OASIS , a newly constructed $10-million lifestyle and cruising boat, is looking to redefine floating frivolity in Brisbane. When it raises anchor and casts off from the dry dock in late April, OASIS will waste no time showing off its chic three-level, 500-person capacity interior (envisioned by designer Alex Zabotto-Bentley), with each tier boasting its own distinct aesthetic. The lower deck will feature a rich and opulent design scheme comprised of copper, dark hues and a pressed-tin ceiling, while the middle floor will double as a lush oasis within OASIS – think greenery, marble and wood features conjuring a sleek jungle vibe. Up above, the top deck will likely be the most in-demand level, with a candy pink and white striped deck accented by pops of mint green and tropical plants. Each deck will be equipped with its own bar, sound system and array of seating and standing areas (including full-service VIP tables and bookable spaces).

In addition to serving sensational river views and equally enticing cocktails, OASIS will be the spot to catch DJs and artists every Saturday and Sunday, with a weekly roster showcasing local talent and top-tier international acts. The entertainment line-up for the boat’s first couple of weekends has already been announced, with Fig Jam, Faint One, Geordie, Anna Sonnenburg, Darren Sommerville and Apollo performing the first afternoon session of OASIS Saturdays on April 22, before Kessin, Paluma, Madan Miguel, Nestor Vargas, Pish and Jacob Tompkins keep the good times going on Sunday April 23. On Saturday April 29, OASIS with host an arvo party in collaboration with La La Land, with a line-up featuring headliners Torren Foot and Airwolf Paradise.

All tickets are non-refundable.

General Admission Tickets (GA): 

Food and beverage can be purchased additionally from our a la carte menu on board; seating is limited and first-in, first-served basis. You may purchase up to 10 tickets online at a time. All general admission tickets are available up to an hour before setting sail unless sold out.

GA tickets still allow you to move freely around the vessel (subject to level capacity restrictions).

VIP TABLE BOOKINGS
