Foreign nationals, regardless of their nationality - exempt holders of UK travel documents (blue or black)- holding a valid USA B1/B2 visa, UK C- visitor visa, Canadian visitor visa, Japanese visitor visa or Schengen C-visit visa stamped in a valid passport, provided that the visa is to be issued for multiple entries and continues to be valid during the intended period of stay in Mexico do not require a visa to travel to Mexico as non-lucrative visitors.
For Finnish residence permits, the exemption applies only to those holders of a Permanent residence permit (Type "P" or with the word "Permanent")
This migratory regulation does not apply to temporary residents (temporary residence card) as they require to apply for a Mexican visitor visa. Neither to Finnish resident permit type "a"or "b". Estonian temporary residence permit holders and Alien passport holders require a Mexican visa.

MINORS: Both parents have to come personally with the student and present a valid ID. If one of the parents cannot come, the other must present a notarized document with the authorization of the absent parent in order to request the visa. What Are The Mexico Visa Requirements For Indian Citizens?
For every international travel, you will need to apply for a visa. For example, you will need the following documents for the Mexico Tourist visa from India. To apply for a Mexico tourist visa from India, Indian citizens need to prepare the following documents:
Original valid Indian passport: Ensure it has a clear picture of the first and last page, with a validity of at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date.
Proof of legal stay in India: Provide a copy of the visa and entry stamp if you hold another nationality.
Visa Application form: Fill out the form, which should be printed on one page, double-sided.
One recent passport-sized photograph: The photo should be 4.5 cm X 3.5 cm in size, with a white background, and without glasses. Your face should cover 80% of the photo.
Employer's original cover letter: It should include the date of joining and confirm at least one year of employment in the same company. If applicable, include a copy of the passport or PAN card of the person signing the letter. Alternatively, for a Mexican company, provide the necessary documentation.
Original salary slips: Submit the last 3 months' salary slips, stamped and signed by the company. Include a copy of the passport or PAN card of the person signing the contract, if available.
Original personal cover letter: Write a letter stating the purpose and duration of your stay.
Original personal Bank statement: Provide a stamped and signed bank statement or a certified passbook for the last 3 months.
Documents for self-employed individuals: If you are self-employed, submit original business establishment/property ownership documents duly apostilled.
Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 16: Include the previous year's ITR or Form 16.
Visa fee: Pay the fee of 51 US Dollars, payable in INR at the current exchange rate.
Additional documents: for dependent children and parents include a duly apostilled birth certificate and passport copy for financially dependent children under 25 years old. For parents dependent on the main applicant, provide the birth certificate of the main applicant duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and a passport copy.
Hotel reservation: Provide proof of hotel reservation.
What Are The General Requirements If You're Arriving By Land?
You need to know that you will use the card passport (Trjeta pasaporte) at the border crossing by land. For visiting the border zone, you won't use it to travel to the Mexican Republic or for international air trips. You will need to have the following in possession:
A valid passport: Your passport needs to follow international law and regulations.
A valid visa: Make sure you apply for and get your Mexico visa from India before travelling.
A valid debit or credit card: As an Indian citizen, you must have an unexpired debit or credit card. It's for you to be able to pay for your Mexican Tourist Visa fee.
A valid Email address: As an Indian citizen, you need to provide a valid email address, as they will use it for communication from the FMM.
You must accept under oath that the information and documents provided are true. So, if you acknowledge that any false information is provided, you can get penalties applicable.
It's very important that the passport information you've provided on your application form match exactly with the information on your passport. This is because they link your application form and your passport together electronically.

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents According To The Type Of Visa That You Will Apply For
When applying for a Mexico visa from India, it is important to carefully prepare and organize your documents according to the specific requirements of the visa type you are applying for, ensuring that you submit all the required documents and supporting materials to increase the chances of a successful application.
Step 2: Book An Appointment Through Citas
Please note that the Mexican embassy doesn't book or grant appointments. You need to book Appointments through Cita for the Visa services. Appointments are free of charge. If you get a message saying "no office found," no appointments are available.
Once you have booked your appointment, you cannot change it, reschedule, or change it.
Step 3: Pay Visa Application Fee
You can pay for the Mexico visa application at the following bank accounts. Only when you have all your documents and after booking an appointment.
The Mexico visa application submitted to the Embassy of Mexico costs USD 51. It is payable in INR at the current exchange rate. You must present the payment slip or bank transfer as a fee receipt. Consider making the payment with your bank account and without the help of any agents.

Step 4: Attend Your Appointment. Bring All Your Documents And Payment Receipt
When you book your appointment through the CITAS website, you will receive a confirmation letter in your email, which you must carry with you on the day of your appointment.
Prepare for your embassy visit by taking a photograph and organizing all necessary documents in a plastic folder.
Expect to have your fingerprints taken and undergo an interview to confirm the purpose of your trip.
Follow the mandatory requirement of wearing a mask during your embassy visit.
Be prepared for the official to check your temperature at the entrance.
Remember to arrive at the embassy at least 15 minutes before your appointment and avoid bringing electronic devices, metal objects, or sharp items.
Step 5: Collect Your Passport

Temporary Resident Visa For Indians. This visa is valid for up to 4 years. After which, they will convert it into a permanent resident visa. This visa allows unlimited entry into Mexico.
