AVOID THIS LOVES TRUCK STOP GAS STATION! am traveling cross-country from the East Coast to the West Coast and have been too many loves this one is by far the worst. When you get off I 70 just as you're coming into St. Louis we stopped to wash our windshield and fuel up, and as you get off the freeway the roads are really rough and coming into the parking lot are huge dips and speed bumps along with very broken up concrete. I don't know how truckers and RVs can manage to get in without scraping on the really rough roads like we did. We went to wash the windshield and none of the buckets had water or the windshield scrubbers in there. We decided to go around the back to the trucker semi side and it was the same thing no paper towels, no liquid in the windshield washer buckets, and only one Long handled windshield washer in the whole row of eight gas pumps for semi's. Super dirty and garbage everywhere. They're just happen to be two guys emptying the trash that worked for loves and they did absolutely nothing to help or try to remedy the situation even after being asked. AVOID THIS LOVES TRUCK STOP GAS STATION!

i drive an SUV & i planned to car camp for 2 nights while visiting STL so i pulled in around 9:15pm to see that there are sliding gates that will not open & cannot be accessed because the "area is restricted". i called to ask them about it and they said they close the gates at 9pm?? & they don't open back up until 6am?? SUPER impractical! said it's for "safety" which like ok, sure... but that defeats the whole purpose of a truck stop & overnight parking... if you're a semi/big rig/18 wheeler, you're still able to park in the back but "normal" vehicles: this is your psa!!! be aware!!! don't stop here after 9pm or before 6am *eye roll*

It's clean and the showers are a decent size for two people. There's decent parking. For some reason this place has a very stinky odor lingering outside of the facility. Other than that it was okay. There is a Subway and a McDonald's located inside. Didn't eat from either so I don't know how the food taste over here.

Nice early morning stop. Great coffee! There's a Subway and McDonald's inside. Friendly service and staff at both McDonald's and store. Clean ladies restroom which is a must for me traveling! Tip ~ If the restrooms are clean, then that's a good representation of the fast food cleanliness too! Kind of goes hand in hand.

I own a trucking company and stopped here for the night.... went in to shower and after that went to grab a cup of ice and soup.... the store was very "hood" which was fine but I don't appreciate the security guard following me ( breathing down my neck ) as I'm picking up my items ..... I guess they're use to people stealing ... but i had no intention on stealing 8$ worth of items when I spend approx 1500 a week in fuel at Loves plus stuff out of the store on an almost daily basis.... and the cashier was so rude I'm not even gonna start !!! I hope I never have to stop at this location again
