Choisir une niche pour blog
Lorsque vous prenez la décision de créer un blog voyage, la première chose à laquelle vous devez sérieusement réfléchir est votre niche, que l’on peut également surnommer la thématique de votre blog. En effet, créer un blog voyage est un sujet riche et vaste. Vous devez trouver une thématique qui sera comme un fil conducteur sur votre blog, un lien entre toutes vos pages, un élément qui sera présent dans chacun de vos articles. Cette niche deviendra la clé de votre rentabilité, votre manière de vous démarquer des autres sites. En bref, vous devez non seulement proposer des voyages, mais d’une façon qui vous corresponde, en incluant des paramètres propres à vous-même. Même si vous voyagez régulièrement à travers le monde, sachez que vous n’êtes pas le seul à le faire. D’autres globe-trotters l’ont fait et ont partagé leurs photos des lieux les plus connus, mais également les plus secrets de la planète. Vous aurez beaucoup de difficultés à vous faire une place sur le web avec un blog trop généraliste. D’où l’idée de choisir une niche pour blog qui fera la différence avec les autres.
Comment choisir une niche pour son blog voyage ?
Pour savoir quelle niche choisir, il existe deux cas de figure :
- Vous connaissez déjà votre thématique, puisque c’est cet élément qui vous pousse à créer ce blog de voyage. Dans ce cas-là, vous n’avez qu’à vous lancer, choisir votre CMS, votre hébergeur et votre template. Problème réglé !
- Vous n’avez aucune idée de la niche qui peut vous correspondre. Dans ce cas précis, vous allez devoir vous poser les bonnes questions afin de trouver le fil conducteur adapté à vous, vos envies et vos besoins. Par ailleurs, il existe un fait non négligeable valable pour ces deux cas de figure : vous ne devez pas choisir une niche pour blog vue et revue sur le web. Vous allez devoir innover !
Quelle niche choisir pour un blog : les bonnes pistes
Pour trouver la niche idéale, vous devez réfléchir sérieusement à ce que vous aimez et à ce que veulent les internautes. Ce n’est pas tout de choisir une niche qui vous plaît. Elle doit également plaire au plus grand nombre, sinon le succès escompté risque de ne pas être au RDV. Prenez exemple sur notre blog Les Droners, notre niche, c’est le drone. En effet, notre drone nous accompagne dans chacun de nos voyages et nous permet d’offrir à nos lecteurs une vue du ciel des différents paysages que nous avons la chance d’admirer. Certains blogs voyages ne proposent que des photos et/ou vidéos « terrestres » et c’est ce qui fait la différence. Nous avons également, sur notre blog, de nombreux articles dédiés aux drones et au métier de pilote de drone. À votre tour : voici quelques pistes que vous pouvez envisager :
- Pays . Vous pouvez choisir d’orienter votre blog vers un seul pays que vous avez décidé de découvrir dans ses moindres recoins.
- Mode de vie. Vous pouvez partager vos voyages, selon un mode de vie qui vous correspond. Par exemple, hébergement chez l’habitant, camping sauvage, voyage écolo, etc. Le sujet est vaste.
- Participants. Êtes-vous seul ou en famille ? Imaginons que vous avez un enfant en bas-âge. C’est une niche parfaite pour toutes les familles qui partent en vacances et qui ne savent pas où se rendre, de peur de ne pas trouver les structures adaptées aux familles. Une famille qui prépare ses vacances fera confiance à quelqu’un qui se trouve dans la même situation qu’elle et qui lui donne tous les détails de son voyage et les idées d’activités en famille.
- Moyen de transport. Vous pouvez utiliser un moyen de transport original qui sera comme votre « marque de fabrique ». Le van fait partie des moyens de transport fréquemment utilisés par les blogueurs voyage. À vous de trouver celui qui vous démarquera des autres.
- Animaux. Et si vous décidiez de voyager partout avec votre animal de compagnie ? De nombreux voyageurs hésitent à voyager, car ils ne savent pas s’ils peuvent emmener leur chien avec eux. C’est une manière comme une autre de créer votre propre cocon, votre espace original.
- Loisirs. Vous êtes adepte de sport extrême, cuisine, culture, lecture, etc. Pourquoi ne pas orienter votre blog dans cette direction ?
Il existe encore de nombreux moyens de faire la différence. Vous même, vous êtes unique, alors prouvez-le au monde entier. Montrez que vous savez être original et que vous pouvez apporter quelque chose de nouveau dans le monde des blogs de voyage.
Quelle niche choisir : la charte éditoriale
Pour conclure, évoquons un élément primordial à l’homogénéité de votre blog : sa charte éditoriale. Une fois que vous aurez trouvé votre thématique, votre CMS, votre niche et votre hébergeur, vous serez prêt à rédiger votre premier article. Pour beaucoup d’entre nous, les premiers mots ont souvent du mal à venir. Comment s’adresser aux lecteurs et comment leur donner envie de lire votre article jusqu’au bout ? Comme nous vous le disions, les photos, c’est bien, mais il faut savoir écrire et aimer écrire pour créer un blog voyage. C’est à ce moment précis que la charte éditoriale entre dans la course. Pour faire simple, il s’agit de la façon d’assurez la cohérence de vos contenus. Cela englobe autant votre présentation, que votre façon d’écrire. Quand les lecteurs viennent sur votre blog, ils ne doivent pas avoir la sensation que chaque page est diamétralement opposée. La charte éditoriale, tout comme la niche doivent être votre fil conducteur. Si nous ne devions vous donner qu’un seul conseil, cela serait de prendre votre temps. Il n’est pas évident de trouver de prime abord quelle niche choisir, ni la façon d’écrire. Prenez le temps de vous poser et n’hésitez pas à visiter les nombreux blogs de voyage qui existent sur le web. Le Pape à la COP28, le programme détaillé du voyage apostolique à Dubaï
Le Pape décollera de Rome-Fiumicino vendredi 1er décembre à 11h30 et atterrira à l’aéroport international de Dubaï/World Central à 20h25, heure locale. Une cérémonie d’accueil aura lieu à ce moment.
Samedi 2 décembre , le Pape délivrera à 10h00 son discours-clé devant les participants à la COP28 à l’Expo City du Dubaï. À 10h30, l’évêque de Rome initiera un cycle de rencontres privées bilatérales, qu’il reprendra l’après-midi à 15h30.
Dimanche 3 décembre , à 9h00, François inaugurera le «Pavillon de la foi» à l’Expo City. C'est dans ce pavillon que les chefs et responsables religieux vont pouvoir s'entretenir autour notamment de la collaboration interreligieuse dans la lutte contre les changements climatiques, unifier et maximiser l'action collective des acteurs religieux. Le retour est prévu à 10h45 de l’aéroport international de Dubaï, pour une arrivée à Rome à 14h40.
C'est la première fois qu'un Souverain pontife participe à une COP, la conférence des Nations unies sur les changements climatiques.

A $30 million splurge on Putin's daughter's favorite sport

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia is building a $30 million complex for acrobatic rock’n’roll, a niche sport in which President Vladimir Putin’s daughter is a leading dancer and has a senior role for development, a Reuters review of public documents has shown.
The Zhavoronki Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll Center will be built on the western outskirts of Moscow at a cost of 1.9 billion roubles, according to state tender documents available online, and will be funded by the municipal government.
It will be the only specialized facility in the world for the sport, according to governing body the World Rock’n’Roll Confederation (WRRC). The money being invested dwarfs that spent on some other, bigger, sports in Russia such as archery and biathlon.
The complex is being built for the Moscow City Khamovniki state sports and dance school, where Katerina Tikhonova - identified by Reuters last year as Putin's youngest daughter - was trained in acrobatic rock'n'roll and for which she competed several times until 2014. ( here )
The 30-year-old is a top Russian acrobatic rock’n’roll dancer, a vice president at the WRRC, and also a senior official in the sport’s national federation, chairing its international committee and committee for Russian regional development. Her former dance coach heads the Khamovniki school.
Reuters has no evidence the Kremlin or Tikhonova had any influence over the Moscow city government’s decision to build the complex.
Tikhonova, the Moscow city sports department and the Russian Federation of Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll did not respond to repeated requests for comment about Tikhonova’s role in the project or its expense.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said: “This topic does not have any relation to us.”
The Moscow city construction department said the complex was part of a wider program of state-funded sports facilities that were important for the city.
“Moscow attaches great importance to building sports facilities. Over the past five years in Moscow the number of new sports facilities being brought on-stream has effectively doubled,” the department said in a statement sent to Reuters.
Around 9,000 people actively participate in acrobatic rock’n’roll in Russia and organizers aim to add another 3,000 people by 2020, according to the national federation.
By comparison, more than 22,000 people actively participate in archery in Russia but only 21 million roubles of state money will be spent developing the sport this year, according to the Russian Archery Federation.
The federation said there was no specialized center of any kind in the country for archery, a sport in which Russia won a silver medal at the Rio Olympics in August.
Around 19,000 people participate in biathlon in Russia, according to the Russian Biathlon Union, but the body does not receive any state funding.
HELICOPTER PAD
The documents seen by Reuters show plans for a 1.3-hectare complex with a gymnasium, trampoline hall, 25-metre swimming pool, and competition space with seating for up to 2,000 people. There will also be accommodation facilities for 300 people as well as a conference hall and lecture theater. “Rock’n’Roll” is written on the side of the main building in large white letters.
Construction firm Magnum, the contractor chosen to build the center, will also be required to complete a number of “beautification projects”, including a network of running and walking paths and a helicopter landing pad. Work will begin this month and is due to be completed by September 2018.
Magnum did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A clause in the contract it signed with the municipal government, among the documents available online, says the company is not allowed to discuss the project with journalists without the approval of the tendering party.
A concept drawing on the website of Moscow City state enterprise “Big Sports Arena ‘Luzhniki’”, the government company tendering the contract, shows a multi-storey building in dark brick and wood cladding with panoramic windows looking out over a landscaped parking lot and sports fields.
The general secretary of the sport’s WRRC global body, Kresimir Bosnar, said he was surprised by the amount of money Russia was spending on the center.
“I don’t see any reason why to do it. Especially not in Russia” given the low participation numbers, he said, adding that the Slovenian-based WRRC had no connection to the project.
“Rock’n’roll acrobatic is a quite specific sport, it is an individual sport based on couples, it is not a mass sport. So you cannot expect that you will have millions of people dancing acrobatic rock’n’roll in the future.”
Lubov Sobol, an opposition politician in Moscow and prominent anti-corruption campaigner, said the center was being built so Tikhonova could run it.
“It seems obvious that there is a political story here,” she said about the documents, without providing any specific evidence of political influence. “Moscow is just building this place to satisfy the personal ambitions of the president’s daughter.”
NICHE DISCIPLINE
Russia has a long history of investing heavily in sport and Putin has used sporting success to promote an image of his country as a resurgent global power. On his watch, Russia spent more than $50 billion hosting the Winter Olympics in 2014, making them the most expensive Games ever staged.
But Russia’s economy is now two years into a deep economic slump, hit by Western sanctions over the Ukraine crisis and a collapse in global oil prices. The government has been forced to make painful cuts to welfare spending in an effort to balance the budget and real disposable incomes fell 5 percent in the first ten months of 2016 compared to the same period last year.
With just over 200 adult pairs in the WRRC world rankings, acrobatic rock’n’roll remains a niche discipline in competitive dancing that is most popular in eastern Europe.
Tikhonova and her dance partner Dmitry Alekseev are currently ranked 11th in the world and sixth in Russia after taking second place at the national championships in Saint Petersburg in November.
She has competed for the Khamovniki school multiple times, competition records show, representing the school until at least 2014 before moving to join the Moscow Rock Comets club in 2015.
The records also show Tikhonova was trained by the school’s director and Russian national team coach Tatyana Bystrova, who sits on both the committees she heads at the Russian Federation of Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll.
Bystrova did not reply to repeated requests for comment.
Staff at the school - a modern, multi-storey building in an upscale part of central Moscow - referred all questions to Bystrova, who they said was at important meetings and unable to speak.
Surrounded by high fences and dense pine trees, the site for the Zhavoronki Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll Center is around 8 km from a property Tikhonova declared as her home address when registering a company in 2012. A sign on the gate says the land is owned by the Khamovniki school. ( here )
Construction site manager Alexei Kozlov said he was not allowed to discuss the details of the project and did not know of any connection to Tikhonova or Putin’s family. A security guard said the workers were building a “deluxe dance center” which would be “very, very expensive”.

Tout le monde attendait du débridé, de l’épique, du brutal sans doute même, entre la majorité municipale et l’opposition, mardi 14 novembre, lors de la première séance du Conseil de Paris, dix jours après le retour d’Anne Hidalgo de son voyage polémique dans le Pacifique Sud. Et tout le monde a été un peu déçu. Même si le Conseil a été le théâtre tragi-comique, intense mais bref, d’un jeu de rôle maîtrisé entre Rachida Dati, maire du 7 e arrondissement et cheffe de file du groupe municipal Les Républicains (LR), et la maire de Paris. Au point que l’élue LR a évoqué, à tort, le fait que Mme Hidalgo aurait « bénéficié d’un hélicoptère » lors de son voyage, en s’appuyant sur les affirmations d’un journaliste de L’Opinion , qui a reconnu ensuite s’être trompé, en relayant « une erreur » .
Rachida Dati, au micro : « Il y a dans votre attitude de la désinvolture. La même qui vous coûte très cher, si l’on peut dire, dans le cadre de votre voyage alibi à Tahiti (…) Vous êtes enfermée dans le déni. » (applaudissements à droite)
Anne Hidalgo : « Vous avez convoqué la presse pour qu’il y ait un show. Mesdames et messieurs les journalistes, vous êtes convoqués au Dati show ! » (vacarme à droite)
David Alphand, vice-président du groupe LR, interrompt : « Gardez votre sang-froid, madame Hidalgo ! » (vacarme à gauche)
Anne Hidalgo : « Cela fait vingt ans que les électeurs tranchent en dehors de ce que vous proposez. Et cela fait plus de vingt ans que les électeurs votent à gauche. » (applaudissements à gauche)
« Cette affaire n’est pas close »
Le long déplacement d’Anne Hidalgo, d’abord officiel puis privé, du 16 octobre au 5 novembre, en Nouvelle-Calédonie puis en Polynésie, est vivement critiqué par les élus de l’opposition, qui blâment son bilan carbone et son coût financier. Les conditions de ce voyage soulèvent surtout, selon eux, des questions qu’ils estiment encore sans réponse : quel est le lien avec le mandat de maire de Paris ? Qui a précisément payé quoi ? Pourquoi ne pas avoir communiqué officiellement sur ce voyage a priori ? Malgré des explications tâtonnantes depuis le début de l’ « affaire » , la maire de Paris n’est pas du tout apparue à fleur de peau.
Rachida Dati avait pourtant sonné une première charge dans Le Parisien , mardi matin : « Anne Hidalgo n’a toujours pas produit l’intégralité des justificatifs de ce déplacement, ni le lien avec les intérêts de Paris. Tout cela est à l’image d’une gestion calamiteuse de la Ville de Paris qui aboutit à 10 milliards de dettes. » Pour la responsable de l’opposition municipale, les justifications d’Anne Hidalgo, exprimées sous forme d’un long communiqué de presse publié lundi 6 novembre, sont en toc.
