Narrated nashville history tours on the water.

Pontoon Saloon is launching Narrated Nashville History Tours on the water starting April 21, 2024 , on the Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville . This family-friendly boat tour takes place every Sunday and Tuesday, offering guests of all ages a chance to enjoy an outing on the water while learning about Nashville’s rich history. Expect plenty of skyline views and photo opportunities, too. Tickets are $39 for adults, $20 for kids, and free for children 3 and under. Tours last one and half hours.

This was hands down our favorite part of the entire Nashville bachelorette trip. Jesse was the best captain, the setup was excellent, and our trip around the lake was phenomenal! Highly recommended!

Kyle was our captain and he was so friendly and fun to talk to. He even let us stop to put our feet in. 10/10 would recommend. This was the perfect experience to add to our trip.

Our boat driver, Kyle, was the best! They conveniently provided a cooler with ice and we even got free drink koozies and flower leis that made the experience so special! We will definitely be coming back for more good times !

GENERAL QUESTIONS

• Chevron down Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a 100% cruise credit with 72 hours or more notice of cancellation. Those that cancel within the 72-hour window will not receive a cruise credit. We do offer Trip Protection in order to provide the flexibility to receive a refund with 72 hours notice.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Chevron down I want to book but I'm worried about bad weather. If I book and it storms how does that work?

If your Captain cancels your trip due to bad weather you will be offered a rebooking if available or you will be given a full refund on the card you booked with. We will keep an eye on the weather and keep you posted if there are any concerns.

• Chevron down Is it BYOB?

Yes – Bring all your favorite drinks! We have a cooler and ice onboard.

• Chevron down I have more than 6 people …

We now have 3 tiki boats! We offer tandem cruises for our 3-hour party cove excursion accommodating up to 18 people. Each tiki will cruise with 6 people in tandem and will tie up together at the party cove!

• Chevron down I only have a couple of people … can I still cruise?

Yes! Check out our public charters starting at $70/per person.

• Chevron down How many people does each Tiki hold?

Each boat can take up to six passengers due to Coast Guard regulations. We have 3 tikis to accommodate parties of up to 18 people.

• Chevron down Can I bring food with me onboard?

Yes, we encourage you to bring on your favorite food and snacks! Our Bites & Rides page offers recommendations for companies that deliver food to the boat.

• Chevron down Can I get in the water?

Absolutely! It’s the best way to experience lake life. If you’re looking to swim, stand in the water or play some volleyball we suggest the 3-hr party cove excursion.

• Chevron down Are there age restrictions to come aboard?

No. All ages are welcome but if under the age of 12 a Coast Guard-approved life jacket will need to be worn.

• Chevron down What if I have to use the restroom?

We always recommend using the restroom at the marina before coming aboard but the lake is also the perfect place! Your captain will give everyone an opportunity to jump in the water.

It’s a great way to get off Broadway and still have some good ‘ole Nashville fun!!! Seriously so much fun! Beautiful views, awesome crew, clean bathroom and great music.

My bridesmaids surprised me with the boat cruise for my Nashbach! It was the best time ever! Highly recommend this event for any group looking to spend an evening partying on the river!

Went on the pontoon saloon for my bachelorette party. We had a blast!! There were multiple parties with us and we all danced together. At one point we were playing limbo with a broomstick. I do recommend getting there earlier to secure a good spot on the boat. Plus, having the bathroom on board made life so much easier.

We had a team meeting (12 people) in Nashville and took an evening cruise on the pontoon saloon. It was the perfect choice for a group activity as they had dinner and beer as we cruised the Cumberland River. Awesome views of the Nashville skyline!! Andrew was great!

Pontoon Saloon was a great experience! The owner and staff are super cool, the boat was clean and roomy! It was a beautiful day on the Cumberland River even in November! We had a big group, so did the private tour! Highly recommend!
